I didn't get my refund.. Its too late from amazon.. They said to contact customer care.. But the customer care phone number never get connected... The authorisation code is..[protected].. Please check about this.
And also improve your customer care toll free number i tried atleast hundred it never gets connected and iam unable to tell mu issue to the customer care..

    I had received damage product. I am requested for replacement but no any action taken. I have not received any confirmation from amazon or gati courier about picking up the my product from my side. They only give me time line to wait for pickup. But no further information given from amazon side.

      Hi,

      I ordered food library the magic of nature combo of nestle nido instant full cream milk powder with food library drinking chocolate powder, 400g, 100g with order number[protected]. I was suppose to receive the item on 2nd nov 18. Since i did not received the item on 2nd nov and the status shown as delivered. I contacted the amazon agent mr. Naveen via online at 3:14pm ist. I have been told that, mr. Naveen is going make a follow up with the delivery agent and the item will get delivered by 3rd nov. Since, i didnt received the item till 8th nov. I contacted amazon via chat on 9th nov at 7:30am ist and talked to mr. Sharath followed by the conversation with the supervisor mr. Harshal. They promised that, their will be a final resolution on 13th nov. Again, nothing happens on 13th nov. I then contacted the amazon on 14th nov at 12:16pm and initially talked to an agent called priyanka s where she was so rude and was saying all unnecessary things without looking at the issue. I then told priyanka to transfer me to the supervisor. Its been transferred to preethi where claims to be from the leadership team. She said, she will look into internal resolution. But their is no solution. I need my cash back. Please see below the chat history with i have with your customer service teams.

      But nothing happened so far

      Me: when i had a look at tracking its howing as delivered on 2nd nov
      He also given a delivery agent phone number

      I ordered this product for my baby

      But till now nothing happened

      That was the last conversation i had with your colleagues and superviser on 9th nov
      Preethi: i checked with the details rinu and see that a complaint has been raised regarding this.
      Me: yes it was suppose to resolve this yesterday
      Even nothing to resolve
      I was suppose to get my cash back
      That was the 2nd promise from a supervisor i am receiveing from amazon
      The first promise was on 2nd nov
      And second promise was on 9th nov
      Now, if nothing is going to resolve it todays conversation, i will consider it was amazon cheated my cash without delivering the item and i will consider it as given my cash to poor people. I will definitely will write a review on online portals with all the conversations i had with amazon. I hate being i am cheated. If someone ask me any money honestly, i would give it. But, being cheated. I cant tolerate that.

      During big billion sales I ordered three products. Still now I not received the products. Also I not received the mail. But I had the order number[protected]. For the three products I got same order number.

        My self sourav i had order GNC MULTIVITAMIN form amazon.in on 11th nov and it deliverd on 13th nov i was not at home so my mom took the parcel when i opened it its seems fake product then when i called to amazon helpline now they said its non returnable products help me with this fake sellers...

          I was delivered a damaged product and the same day i filed a return request for the same. Since then i have requested a return 3 times and everytime it gets cancelled due to some reason. You delivered the product late. Product delivered was not a good quality. You are after sale services are trash and i am going to the social media and consumer court now.

            Dear amazon,
            I am dr. Diksha khurana, i ordered a litmann stethoscope from you worth rs. 12500 with order number #[protected] on 27th october 2018.
            The order was supposed to deliver today at my hospital.
            The deluvery guy handed ut over to one of my friend at the hospital and when i received it, it was tempered from one side, closed with the tape. When opened that tape out, the package was already torn from inside and the box inside was unsealed. I got afraid of this and when i opened it, it was an empty pack.
            I am attaching you some pictures of how and what i have received.
            I can’t explain from how much pain i am going through and its a huge harassment for me. Its more of a mental torture to me as i have paid a huge amount on amazon trust. I trusted in you and hence order it from you.
            I request you to kindly refund my full amount back as this unfortunate has happened to me where i was at fault nowhere. I was supposed to pay you which i did. And i still have faith in you for which i am writing to you right now.
            Please do the needful at the earliest.

                Hello there,

                I bought one moto turbo charger. It was delivered on time. When i checked it, i found that it wasn't working. I raised a return request. But no one came to pick the item. I called customer care and they asked me to cancel return and raise it again. I did it. Once again, no one came next day to pick return request.
                The same happened for more than 8 times.

                From the latest interaction, i was told that as i have raised maximum number of returns and no one has picked, they will be refunding me money directly but it did not happen.

                I am finding amazon customer service as the worst in giving resolution.
                Pathetic service.

                  I ordered this item (Order id #[protected] on 14.10.18 as a diwali gift for my family and got it by 19.10.18. But the glass panes were broken. So i initiated return by 21.10.18.
                  Today is 14.11.2018 and the item is still lying packed waiting to be returned. Every time the delivery guy comes and says the item is too big for his vehicle. I keep calling amazon customer care and they keep apologising and promising the same would be tended to within some time frame. It’s been 10 days since i last called them, when they said some escalation had been initiated and it would be picked up within 48 hours. I’m still waiting!

                    I ordered lenovo l420 14.1 inch laptop (Certified refurbished) product from amazon on 5th aug 2018. I received laptop on 11th aug 2018.
                    Product having 6 months warranty thus i have registered for the same on 13th aug 2018.
                    I was busy on leave for week so i had not used my laptop post 13th aug.
                    When i came back from leaves i found that laptop is not working properly (Laptop was not getting started) and then i complained to seller through whatsapp on 25th aug 2018.
                    Please refer attached screenshot given in the attachment.

                    After multiple follow ups laptop repairing center had taken my laptop and returning back after long time.
                    Even after repairing we faced same problem and same had been highlighted to concern team. But now we are not getting any response from seller (Laptop repairing center).
                    Since i am having full faith on amazon services that's why i choose to take refurbished laptop from your site only.
                    But now i felt really disappointed with the product that i received from seller.
                    I am suffering from the last 4 months and i didn't get the positive response from seller.
                    As per the product description in amazon product having 6 months seller or brand warranty. (Please refer attached product description screenshot for the same).
                    Thus i would like to request you (Lenovo care & amazon) to refurbish my product and provide me the new laptop or laptop with no problems.

                    As requested by Amazon I have given them the Denial Mail of Lenovocare, I have already shared the screenshots of the response received by Seller .On 16th November Amazon demanded 4 to 5 working days .On 23rd Nov I mailed Amazon team to share the status of the issue raised by me
                    Till now I didn't find any respond from Amazon side.
                    Being a Prime Customer of Amazon if they are not responding me properly then you can forget for simple customer.

                    It is to inform you that I ordered Lenovo L420 14.1 inch (Certified Refurbished) laptop
                    from Amazon on 5th Aug 2018. I received Laptop on 11th Aug 2018 with 6 months warranty .
                    From 13th Aug I was busy in training thus I have not checked the laptop properly but after completion of training I found that seller has given me
                    the defective product .I asked seller to take it back but i didn't get proper response from seller .I asked Amazon team to work on this issue .Amazon team
                    asked me to share the Denial Letter received from Lenovo Care. I shared Service Denial Mail with Amazon received from Lenovocare.
                    On 16th Nov team one of the associate of Amazon replied me on the mail that they have raised the ticket and I will get resolution within 3 to 5 Working
                    days.After this I dropped mail 2 to 3 times chat with Amazon Customer but didn't get any response on mail.

                    Kindly help me to take legal action against Amazon India.

                      This is sumit rawat, one of an amazon prime member with id - [protected]/ [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
                      This e-mail is to share an discourteous experience with amazon order id[protected] and top being a prime member.

                      I order the product on 10th nov18 to gift it to my sister in law on a special day of her birthday 11th nov18. As per product guarantee delivery this was supposed be delivered on 11th nov18.
                      I was chasing up on to this order like anything to get this deliver on time, i even contacted your customer care to get the exact status as it was showing not dispatched till 11th noon.
                      After placing the order, i even shared to my family that she would be getting by 11th so that she could receive and advised not to leave anywhere so that she would get it surely on her special day.
                      Later by passing 11th it was still showing up as on status not dispatched yet.

                      The same happened to me on order id[protected]. Later i have to buy the same on 15th jul17 from outside paying 2k extra.

                      I contacted again to customer service after being a joke with in family as i already have shared to her that she would be definitely getting this by 11th nov18.
                      The executive advised me that, an order is stuck in hub due to some technical issue and this will definitely get deliver earliest.
                      I even confirmed an agent may this not get cancel?? The agent advised me. No sir this product is sell by cloud tail which is own by amazon itself. These words were really a relief, knowing finally she will get the gift though it is late.

                      I even chased for this on 12th nov18 and received same answer and the agent even instructed that he has placed a complaint to concern team to get this resolve on earliest.
                      I called up twice on 12th to get any latest update, where in another agent advised me that a complaint is been already raised and you will get an update by 6pm definitely on 13th nov18.

                      Today/13th nov18 i had word with a concern team member jerome on transferred call with a resolution that we cannot deliver it to you know due to some technical issue. He advised me to cancel
                      This order and to place a new one.

                      I asked him that an earlier agent told me that this product is selling by cloud tail/amzaon itself then why there is a need of cancelling it on turn i was told by he cannot do anything much on this.
                      Later accepting on cancelling i confirmed there is an increase of price on product now by inr 1000 would i be getting refund after placing a new order. He straight away advised a big no.

                      Team is this is your service quality to your prime members, is this was my fault?? You even did not delivered it on time which was a guarantee time line. There were some emotion attached to this product as i was gifting it to my family. On top you are asking me to pay inr 1000 extra on that

                      Please do advise why you cannot fulfill the written commitment on your online selling website about delivery or vice versa, you take care of you members/buyers like this, to pay a new amount or difference of amount.

                      I even requested to the agent i will buy the same product please do a waiver on price, give me the same price as on it was earlier and again he said no, even sharing that for this i will go to consumer court
                      As this was not my fault, he straightway said please…i can not

                      It is already a story above, i am seeking up an exact answer from you guys, will i get this product of mine or not on same price. If yes, please do earliest
                      On a no, i make sure will share to my friends and family not to use amazon ever.

                        I had ordrered nirlon ceramic aluminium tawa during great indian festival from amazon. But they had delivered some different item. While speaking to customer service officer he said that this rarely happens and he asked me to return the order and place a new order. I did the same thing and placed a new order. Order id[protected]. But again they have delivered wrong item. Rather they have again sent the previously delivered same wrong item. Twice i got wrong item delivered from amazon. Pathetic and disappointing service from amazon. I want amazon to deliver the correct item

                          Respected sir /ma'am, this time I'm very annoyed with yr service . My name is Supriya and I am from Patna. I placed 4 order on 2nd November. Order no. 1.[protected], 2.[protected], 3.[protected], and 4.[protected]. On 6th of November there was a msg at 12:17pm that my product no. 3 above will be delivered today and at 3: 52 pm there was a msg that my order will be delivered as per my request. There was no phone call that day from yr courier partner service. Then how they can send msg that I have requested to re -shedule my product delivery? You can check my call DETAILS. From 6th of November yr courier partner service send the same msg every day for all the 4 product . I have all the records. And at last the send the msg that my product delivery is cancled on my request. They never made a call to me then how they could blame me that I have cancled my order. I HAVE NOT CANCLED MY ORDER.YOU CAN CHECK MY CALL RECORDS. Regarding this I put a complain on 6th of November at 7:45 pm, 9th at 5: 38 pm on 10th and today also around 6: 30 pm. One by one my all the orders are cancled from yr side . And msg is being send That I have cancelled my order. HOW THEY COULD BLAME ME?. IS THIS YR SERVICE? I HAVE MY CALL RECORDS ...YR COURIER PARTNER SERVICE HAVE NEVER CAĹL ME FOR ANY REASON. Please look into the matter. SUPRIYA

                            I have made an order on 6th november 2018 wit order no[protected]. The sheduled delivery date was 12th november 2018. On 12th i got a message that order is delayed and will be delivered on 13th.

                            But till now the book is not delevered, and i have contacted the amazon agent by phone in the number [protected] which was along with the 'out for delevery message' i got. But the person whi answered the call was very insulting and arrogent in his conduct. He stated clerely that they will only delever the order ' in there convinience'. This was such abad experience and has me doubting whether amazon values its customers.

                            I am now wary of countinuing amazon services and very much dissappointed. I hope to hear a comforting and favourable reply from your team.

                              I have purchased an LG washing machine on 3rd Nov at "amazon.in" website, and it was during the discounted sale. At the time of purchase, it was mentioned that estimated delivery is 3-5 business days[As I am a prime customer] which is within 8 Nov. Later, at the time of shipping it was changed to 13 Nov. However, the item is not yet delivered. As my current washing machine is dead, I am in desperate need of this item to be delivered at earliest.

                              The item was shipped through GATI. Whenever I tried to contact their customer care, they responded with "Local team will contact me", but no one from their local team contacted me till now. To further elevate the frustration today[13 Nov] by 2:30 PM the status changed to "Out for delivery", but when I tried to contact customer care to get the contact details of the delivery person, they were unable to provide it. After 7:30 I got a message that states "Undelivered due to CONCERNED CUSTOMER PERSON NOT AVAILABLE".

                              This story leads to so many questions. How can GATI simply change the status by themselves? Why are GATI/ amazon.in not able to deliver the product? Did amazon.in really ship the product? Are they both trying to cook up a story?

                                I purchased JBL 450 BT from Amazon india and it stopped working within 29 days I called Amazon and they refused to replace or refund the product it cost 2890 rs. I contacted JBL and they said will check if they can replace the product but I need to visit there service centre which is not convenient for me since it's in lower Parel. I stay at Ulhasnagar why is should be doing this replacement for d fake product I need my money to be refund from Amazon which they refused to do.

                                  In connection with installation of my ifb washing machine i have been issued ticket no.[protected] and given two no.[protected] and [protected] to contact installation executives. Unfortunately, the first no. Is invalid and the second no. Is perennially busy. May i know is it the way to help your customer or to take them for ride? I am aghast how a giant entity like amazon can afford to dent its credentials by stooping to such misinformation. Since my package has been delivered late by two days may i expect installation of my ifb will be done tomorrow without fail.

                                    I purchased JBL 450BT wireless headphone from Amazon and it stopped working in 29 days now Amazon refused to refund or replace it. This is duplicate product for sure since JBL very well and it doesn't stop working so soon. Now it's been 2 months without any solution.When I called Amazon they said to contact JBL for replacement since it's more than 15 days when I contacted JBL they said to visit to there service centre which is located in mumbai. Took far for me to travel as I already advice them it's not possible. No one is helping me to replace this product or refund and such a disappointed from Amazon poor customer service and duplicate product sold online. Be careful of this online purchase.

                                      I ordered sarees from amazon on 25th october, 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd november, 2018. But the product was not delivered. When i contacted amazon, they said shipment was late and asked me wait till 6th november, 2018. And i waited till 6th. Then there was no update. So i contacted again then they requested me order again but the sarees were unavailable in the website to order. So they instructed me to wait until 12th november, 2018 so they will get another package of the same sarees, as the previous was lost. Today they cancelled my order without my approval and formal intimation. And they mentioned in the tracking details like i refused to collect the parcel. This is completely stupid. And i need immediate solution for this. I am frustrated after waiting for a long time.

                                      I want amazon to provide contact details of the seller and amazon should initiate my order again by themselves and want to deliver my product immediately.

                                        I have been facing a lot of problems with my orders lately.
                                        (Amazon account registered with name Mahek Shamsukha and mobile number [protected])
                                        I had ordered a book (Vectors and 3D Geometry for JEE Main and Advanced Paperback – 2017) on 30 Oct 2018 (ORDER #[protected].
                                        I received a wrong product on 5 Nov, one belonging to some Neeraj Kumar in Ranchi.
                                        Immediately, I called the Amazon customer service and told them about my problem. I was told to mail the pictures of the package, product and the bill as reply to the mail I received from Amazon customer service.
                                        I did as I was told to but I got no response.
                                        For over a week I complained regularly about my order and sent the pictures again various times. Again I got no response other than e-generated conformation emails.
                                        These conformation emails said that my mail had been received and I would be contacted within 6 hours. As over the week, I talked to many associates. Most of them said that they had not received any pictures.
                                        They suggested me to send these pictures in other forms like drive attachment and pdf format. I did so but got no response other than the e-generated conformation email.
                                        Finally I contacted another associate and sent the mail on-call. Then I was told that they have noted the problem and a return and refund will be initiated.
                                        I had been delayed service and when they finally identified the problem, I was not even given a replacement.
                                        They said that service was delayed because they couldn't open my attachments. Even if it was the case, I believe I should have been informed about this. I had received the conformation mails and had no idea that my attachments weren't accessible. Moreover, the mail read that I would be contacted within 6 hours by an associate (who could have probably informed me about the problem with my attachments), which I wasn't.
                                        Also, my prime membership had expired over the week and hence now I would have had to pay delivery charges too. So after deliberations with a senior associate, I was promised that if I place the same order again, all extra charges will be exempted.
                                        So, I placed another order on 10 Nov (ORDER #[protected] exactly like before (on call with an associate) and got my concession.
                                        On 13 Nov (the delivery date) I got a message from Amazon that my order's return and refund had been initiated though I had not requested a return.
                                        I again contacted the customer service but it was of no help. I was asked to jest place the order again (which I have).
                                        I think Amazon should note that I had ordered the book on 30 Oct and have still not received it and I have had to order it thrice till now and there is still no guarantee that I would receive my order.
                                        I also requested the associate that I should be given one day delivery on new order for the same book as I needed the book and had first ordered it on 30 Nov. He said that its note in Amazon's policy and cannot be done.
