I have ordered a flying machine women's skinny jeans (Fwjn1338_blue_30)
Order #[protected]. But unfortunately i didn't received the product and got a wrong product. Then i return the product. And it's been more than three days i haven't got my refund.
Have contacted customer care thrice and also mailed amazon about this issue but didn't get any response.
I have thought whole night and then came to know that actually my prime membership has ended few days back and that's why amazon is treating me like this and not giving me any proper information about my refund.

He tells us about incentives catalog when we appoint in amazon as da but not a single rupees we collect as incentive. From 28 sept 2018 to 7 nov we work in this firm. And we also not collect wages of 7 days from 1 nov to 7 nov 2018. Please take some action against him otherwise you damaged your number 1 amazon reputated goodwill

      I had placed an order of 2 trolly bags on 15th of october through amazon india app.
      Order no -#[protected]
      The 2 bags were -
      1. United colors of benetton abs 75cms navy suitcases (Hereafter referred as ucb)
      2. American tourister skyrock abs 75cms black hardsided check-in luggage (Hereafter referred as at)

      At first both bags were expected on 18th of oct 2018 but only ucb was delivered. I had to return ucb as it had a small crack on it. There was bit issue during return but later got cleared and i have received refund amount as well.
      Now, the issue with at is that there is no update on the refund status even after several calls to amazon custome service.in one call they just selected tha item to be returned without my consent. How can i return a item which is not delivered to me? So, the pickup was cancelled but still on aop it shows as return scheduled. Again i had to call sutomer service and the last update i got was that they have escalted the matter to leadershi and it was said i will get refund amount till 20th on nov.
      I haven't received refund amount nor any update.

            I had bought a smartphone named gionee a1 plus w1617 mocha gold order id[protected] which was delivered to 1 nov, which turned out to be bad, whose compliant i did in amazon, which i had to get a refund, i sent the order from self-courier (Dtdc) because the order pickup facility at my house was not available. Which is delivered in 15 nov in

            In was sent to this place. Then when i confirmed the call on amazon customer services, i was told that your product has been delivered. As soon as we get the confirmation, your refund will be automated process. And i was asked to weave 3-5 days which i did. Then when i called on 20 nov, in customer service, i was told that your product has not been delivered. We were waiting for 5 days without any reason and we are now being asked to contact the courier and asking to send the reception. And we are waiting for 28 nov. We have not received a refund yet due to which i have to complain. Hope you will help us get a refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will have to take another action.

              I received a message that the above order has been delivered on 19th november, but i did not receive it. I called up the amazon delivery agent whose number was in the message. He denied any responsibility. The next day i received the other package that was ordered together with the above. I checked with one neighbour. But they also did not receive it.

              Its more than 24 hours since I posted the complaint but I have not received any call from Amazon. Neither did I receive my package with the above-mentioned order number.

              After more than 10 days of placing order, I have still not received it. Also the status is wrongly showing as delivered. No contacts from Amazon customer care as well.

                Worst experience from amazon. I bought red mi 6a mobile rs 6999with replacement term condition. But the proximity sensor of mobile not working. I want to replace the phone during the period mentioned by amazon, but they deny told that product not available u got refund.
                But after the next hrs of expiry of replacement same colour, same specification mobile with higher price available to sell.
                Means amazon sells damaged product during seasons sell with less price and then not replace.
                They cheat with customers
                I have talk to many officals of amazo in technical wing mr. Shashikant, mr ranjan and their senior person mr. Saklin m. But they didnot help me.

                i complaint on 17 november there technician visited and checked my moblie on dated 19th november, he found that mobile is faulty.technician gave there report for replacement of mobile.till now phone is avilable for replacement, amazon didnt said for refund, but after report of technician for replacement i have not received revert mail from amazon, i call to amazon and there side a madam told that u received replacement mail with 3 to 4 hrs.
                but on the morning 0f 20th november i didnt received mail, i again and again call and talk to amazon for replacement but they deny now and siad product is not avilable now and in future.so u demand for refund.

                    Amazon.in sending wrong and cheap items...

                    I faced bad experience from amazon.in. I ordered 1st birthday dress for my baby girl. Today we got delivered and wen we opened we found used pillow cover which was in stitched condition. Wen i enquired executive staffs saying repeated dialogues... Sorry for the inconvenience.. I didn't expect such an action from amazon which i trusted for a long time. This is my second bad experience. If product is out f stock we can understand... It's complete waste f time and its hurts a lot

                      I ordered the shoes from amazon on 5th october and returned due to size issues on 19th oct but i didnt recieve any refund till date. I have called many times to check the status they always say that your return has been issued but i still didnt get any amount.it been a month, i supposed to get an amount of rs 1421 as per the shoe price. Please look at the complaint

                        It was to be delivered on 19/11/18, delivery executive called me. I missed the call, i called him back guided him on the address and landmark.

                        He assured to deliver it by evening as he did not come to my area yet. I got a call at 13:40 in the afternoon which i could not attend due to unavoidable circumstances.

                        I have ordered whirlpool 190lt l3 3 star refrigerator and it it was delivered in damaged condition and the whirlpool executive has visited when have contacted them before they have not sent the executive and now either amazon nor whirlpool are reacting on this issue. The product was delivered with dents on both sides. Whirlpool executive came and visited on 20th of november and the product was delivered on 31st of october. Since from that time they have not visited. When i made a complaint on 18th november then only they have visited. Kindly help in this issue.

                          WHY isn't the package reached my address?

                          What is the problem with Amazon? Why don't you deliver the products ordered & has already paid in priority...?

                            I have bought jeans from amazon.in. I returned the product because of the large size. The courier partner who came here for pick-up, checked all the things of the item with the amazon rules, checked with the image from his phone. Finally, amazon sends me the email that the item i have sent back that is old and not correct. If the item was like that, the courier partner should not pick up from here. Amazon keep my item and money both now, and keep saying that they will not refund the amount instead of resolving my issue. They are also denying to provide me the contact number or buyer-returns team.
                            Might be it was the fault of their courier partner. Kindly take the appropriate action on this.

                                I had ordered 2 products worth Rs.1, 348 from Amazon India on 23rd August 2018 and I had requested return so I was instructed to do self-return as shown in the attached picture of the package with clear return label to Seller Douge Couture by Blue Dart via Palande Courier as shown in the attached picture of courier receipt and waybill also on 8th September 2018 but I have paid 1, 100/- for courier fee. I had emailed Amazon customer care with all attached pictures and documents as they required but none is responded till now. I m told same and same that Amazon representatives asked for proof of delivery... I made lot of efforts and time to complain to amazon but no help from it to process my refund worth Rs. 1348 + 1100/- = 2, 448/-. I am tired of waiting. I hope this site would help me to sort out this issue.

                                  Hi. I bought an iphone x from amazon.in on 27th oct 2018 and got it delivered on 29th. Within few days o[censored]sage i noticed small patch on the screen and took the phone to apple service center. They offered me to replace the screen but since the device was just few days old i refused it and contacted amazon regarding this. They told me that they will arrange for a technician visit and after checking they told the technician is only available on 11th of november. I was fine with it but the customer care told me that the return period will end on 8th of november so 11th will be too late and asked me to call them after 24 hrs. I called them after 23.5 hrs but they said i should call them after 24 hrs only. Don’t know whats going to change but that’s ok. The next time when i called they asked me for several photos. I mailed them instantly as per all requirements but the call got cut in between. I expected a call back but to my disappointment i didn’t receive one. So i called them again to repeat the same process. This person told me that the service report which i have mailed them isn’t a valid one. I have forwarded the email which i received from ample icare to avoid all this confusion and still they said this thing. That’s like they already decided not to help me but still waste my time asking for ridiculous things. I told them i don’t have time for this and asked them to sent a technician to my place instead of me running around wasting my time. So he told me that a person is already arranged by the previous associate for november 11th. Since i didn’t get any email or message regarding that i asked him for a confirmation mail. Not a surprise but i didn’t receive it. I contacted the ceo and a person responded to me on his behalf but he also didn’t help. I bought this product for 75k and they are doing this. Please take some action against them. Thank you

                                    I ordered a titan edge analog white dial men's watch-nk1296bm02a from amazon on 18th november 2018. The order id is #[protected]. The watch arrived on 19th november. The outer packaging looked intact. However, type seal of the box provided by titan was normal. I have open the box and seen watch is not available in the box only manual and warranty card available the box then i immediately call customer support team and return request citing missing complain. He told me before 29th november my issue is resolve and also received email regarding complain. After that, 19 november 2018 evening (Same day) received email you have consistently requested refunds for a large number of your orders. But this is my first order and i have only one amazon account then how that possible to consistently requested refunds for a large number of your orders. So, i am requesting to you please resolve my issue and sharply recheck all information.

                                    The company has made a offer that will give the phone for rupees 2000 and had not sent till now. And told that share this product a lot that they will send the mobile online. And they had not sent till now and

                                      3rd class amazon and received my money and send email to confirm the order order #[protected] and after 10 days order cancelled automatically i have contacted the amazon and told me to create a new order after creating new order order #[protected] this one also auto cancelled and i have spoke with the amazon supervisor she told me to we will delivery before 24 nov 2018 other wise we will pay for penalty of 50, 000/- rs now amazon did't given the penalty amazon will miss used my money 5460/- now not giving the penalty.
