I had bought a smartphone named gionee a1 plus w1617 mocha gold order id[protected] which was delivered to 1 nov, which turned out to be bad, whose compliant i did in amazon, which i had to get a refund, i sent the order from self-courier (Dtdc) because the order pickup facility at my house was not available. Which is delivered in 15 nov in

In was sent to this place. Then when i confirmed the call on amazon customer services, i was told that your product has been delivered. As soon as we get the confirmation, your refund will be automated process. And i was asked to weave 3-5 days which i did. Then when i called on 20 nov, in customer service, i was told that your product has not been delivered. We were waiting for 5 days without any reason and we are now being asked to contact the courier and asking to send the reception. And we are waiting for 28 nov. We have not received a refund yet due to which i have to complain. Hope you will help us get a refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will have to take another action.
