I placed a order with amazon as on 10 oct and delivery date assured was 14 oct 2018. I followed up with them post tat. They did not respond. Post called customer care there representative asked for rebooking for already paid order which i was not ok with extension in future dates. I had bought boat nirvanaa uno earphones from amazon which i got on 15 october. But that product was so poor quality so i requested them for return on 16 october. But till now there is nothing updates from amazon in spite of that i had called them 100 of times but their customers service didn't done anything, they just told from my first call that to wait just for tomorrow we will pick up your order.

I have experienced amazon in many countries as a customer-centric company. Their response has always been very quick and the effort has always been to resolve the issue addressed.in india, they have taken on a new avatar. They just ignore a complaint. I try not to buy from amazon in india and i find it is a loss to me because i like amazon and use it in two other countries: germany and in the uk, they are excellent there....

My order regarding v guard water heater, order date is 11.10.2018 i have contacted through your call centre many. They are not giving proper reply. When i call they told us your item by tomorrow morning. But till date it is not delivered. As per your tracking system my item reached to ranchi centre on 19.10.2018. Your delivery service making fool to people. From 20.10.2018 in morning they shows out for delivery and night it is delivery attempted....

This bluetooth speaker was not working. And this item was charging. Once i replaced and got a new product but again the condition was same. For this product warranty period period given is 3 months and now you are saying that you are not eligible for return.
