I ordered a casio watch on 16th november through my amazon prime account and expected delivery was 17th november. I did not get any call or message from them but suddenly on 17th the status showed as 'delivered'. I complained to their customer care and they assured me that watch would reach me by 20th november and said these scenarios happen due wrong punching of order. I also connected them through twitter, facebook and got replies that they are doing investigation on high priority.
On 30th november, means 14 days delay, i called the customer care again seeking for a resolution and got a reply that they have asked their logistics and transportation department and they have confirmed that item was delivered on time to me.
I did pre-payment for my order and waiting for 14 days i heard this type of words from them. A mail came from their team stating that they cannot help further as order is shown as delivered. When i asked about the contact number and signature of the person who took the order, they denied providing that information.
Amazon has done a fraud with me. It is their mistake that they have delivered order somewhere else and not ready to accept it. The watch's cost is rs. 2956/-. I want amazon india to apologize to me and return my money back.
Please take hard actions against them and make impose some hard rules so that they cannot fool customer and there is no one like me in the future facing same issues.

    Amazon customer care service is very poor. They are not helping customer to get refund from bank. Customer care executives are very rude. My registered amazon email is [protected]@gmail.com. My refund rs 418 is not yet deposited to my bank account. Amazon has told me reference number[protected] on phone call only. Amazon is not ready to give this information in written form by email. They are just telling me on phone call only. As per amazon, they have transfered this on 12 th nov 2018. I have not received it yet. Amazon is telling me to contact bank, howevere they are not ready to send reference number by email or sms.

      Sir i bought 2 items for amazon india rs. 588+908=1496 but it am not satisfied the items so i can return the item to the amazon. Amazon india has accepted my return and refund my order money. But sir my money is not seen to my bank a/c. My zila shakari bank a/c no is 2100/2099. Sir i due requested to you please check about what's the problem is that my refund is not show in my a/c

        I had made a purchase from amazon, which wasn't delivered and the order was cancelled. To my surprise, it been over 4 months and till date i haven't received my refund. I am making calls to the customer service very frequently and i and getting no help. It has become a harassment and i am very upset with the way my request is being handled.

            On august 23, i ordered 434 rupees worth of submersible pump (With delivery charges). Order id:[protected] and on september 7, another brand pump was delivered to me which i returned on september 8. And since then, it has been 3 months since i have not received my money back. When i contacted twitter several times, i was told on october 7 that by the 15th of october the refund will be in my account. Which has not been deposited in my account till now. On the second contact, for the third time, it has been said that the money has been sent from amazon and for some reason i have not been deposited in my bank account, then i was asked to contact the bank. But in the bank it was found that no deposit of 434 rupees has been made in my account. But now no response is given on contacting in amazon

              29.10.2018 that day one person cl to me my number. They said you are selected amazon superviso. Then pay 1690 for uniform charges. I will pay 1690. Then send confirmation letter to me. Then salary account newly opened then that account started need rs.4990 pay and that amount also refunded amount. Then i will cal to that person can't pickup my call. I lost my money

                I got a call from a person like job in amazon warehouse as supervisor and i got mail from amazoncarrers.in. They are asking to pay first 1700 and later 4999 to create account in bank and 10000 for medical claim to join in job.
                Please let me know this ia real and fake.
                They told they are calling from Amazon recruitment service in west malleshwam, banglore.

                  I had purchased a prestige electric kettle of rupees 935/- from amazon.in. This product was purchased by me on 11.11.2018. The order id of this product was[protected]. I cancelled the delivery on 14.11.2018. Amzon had already refund the amount but the amount is not credited im my account. So please kindly take the initiatives to resolve my problem as soon as possible

                      My order id[protected] I ordered a RS-6000 Aquarium Hang on Filter Suitable for Both Fresh and Salt Water from amazon on 27 November 2018 at the time of order amazon promised as deliver the product with in two day delivery on 30 november 2018 with a additional charge for delivery 80 rupees

                      I check the order status it shows that product is out for delivery today 30/11/2018 I received a message from Amazon message content is arriving today delivery agent number [protected]. I contact him many time but he is not talking and cut the call he is not will to replay not even replay with a message regarding delivery till 4:39 pm 30/11/2018

                      calling details are mentioned below:

                      10:00 am, 10:25am, 11:18am, 11:59am, 1:12 pm: 1:15 pm 2:45 pm, 3:00 pm 3:52pm on 30/11/2018

                      I got a message from Amazon agent 4:40 pm that We could not deliver RS-6000 Aquarium Hang on Filter Suitab.. as we could not contact you on the phone. Re-attempt on next working day.

                      then i immediately try to to call him again on 4:41pm, 4:42 pm, 4:46pm, 4:49pm phone ringing but he intentionally cutting the call
                      sir I have a video proof of calling him

                      Sir today aquarium seller deliver me 26 fishes of 8 different species and but still I am expecting amazon will deliver my filter on time

                      This is the reason I promise to pay extra money for two day delivery so it is a critical situation for me now so please make sure that my product will deliver today

                      If any difficulty for your amazon agent to deliver the product if you provided your nearest hub address i can go and collect the product with in 15 kilometres

                      So i requesting Amazon please take responsible action and necessary step to deliver the product on time
                      Sir I also informed this thing to amazon customer care at 5:20pm they again promise me product is deliver by today only
                      But still 7:54 pm the product is not delivered

                        Hi,
                        I ordered on refrigerator and delivery happened on time. Now as per their terms i could return or replace the item in 15 days. When i tried to do they said electronics items are non replaceable. I said it is not written or mentioned anywhere.
                        I am a regular prime client of amazon but it felt really ignored while they dealt my issue. I wanted to return the refrigerator and wanted to buy another one which is larger that previous one.

                          Product from vg marketing ltd has not yet received its been more than 20 days.. No complaints has been addressed yet despite calling several times on amazon, they are not processing refunds requested several times, i feel trapped and cheated. Please refund and resolve urgently.
                          It's not been refunded and nooone from amazon showing any interest in resolving and refunding my 1550 rupees amount..

                            I had purchase oneplus 6t 8gb+128gb rs 41999 @ 0% emi for 6 month. But i have charged @13% p. A i had tried many time to communicate with amazon customer care. But they are useless. No one response anything & not giving reply, i had booked 2 mobile, first was oneplus 6 in oneplus 6 also, therr was 0% emi but they charged 13% on that time i had communication with amazon guy they said bymistake bank have sent you these message dont worry they wont charge. But then i had book my second phone on that also same message come. Then i had contact with my bank to my rm. He told me that i have been charged 13% interest on my phone.

                              I paid my bses rajdhani bill through amazon pay on 27 non amounting to 1510 for my ca number[protected]. Even 4 days after the payment, the bill is not cleared and being shown as pending. I have contacted bses rajdhani, but they have denied that amazon pay has transferred them the paid amount of 1510. I also contacted amazon pay, but they have stated that the payment is successful and they are not at fault. Kindly find out whose fault is there and pl trace out my money. You can refer to the screenshot of the payment.

                                I have booked the redmi note 5 3 gb 32 gb gold from amazon. After 2 days i got call from seller "national shoppe" that it was wrongly publish and it is redmi 5. I told them that i have booked redmi note 5 3 gb 32 gb gold and i want this mobile only. After that i have given call to amazon customer care and let them know about this and they have confirmed with me that you will get the exact product which you have booked.

                                But i received the redmi 5 so i have returned the product. But worst thing is that they have cancelled the order and when i have called them in amazon customer care they told we have update that it was damaged and return back to the seller.

                                Now you have to book once again with different price

                                Amazon doing business wrong way. If they dont have the product then they dont have to publish the product. And please stop doing manipulating the people.

                                  I was loading pay money in my amazon pay balance on 18th oct 2018 and i
                                  Made 2 transactions to load 250 rs each time from net banking.
                                  The first transaction failed during processing and the second transaction
                                  Was successful but i was charged for the failed transaction also.

                                  I checked with hdfc bank and raised a charge dispute. They confirmed that they have paid rs 250 twice to amazon and amazon have received the payment for both the transactions. Hdfc have also shared the transaction reference numbers for these hdfc-amazon transactions as follows:

                                  Merchant ref no. : 3el1nuj7s9slcipt7x

                                  Amazon is denying the same and it has been more than a month and i am still waiting for the resolution. This is not an acceptable behavior from a brand like amazon.

                                    I feel ashamed to write this email considering the fact that i have refereed many of my friends and family members to amazon in the past and i have lost belief and trust in the brand in the last year.

                                    Agent mentioned within 2 business day the refund would be processed. But failed and mentioned he has escalated the issue to the internal team (I don’t understand what has the internal team done)
                                    False promise stating that the amount would be reflecting in the bank account, as per the policy it cant be done.

                                    Agent mentioned that someone contacted the vendor and promised refund within 24 hours.
                                    He mentioned he is filing a case against the vendor.

                                    Supervisor : ashok floor supervisor
                                    Harini was a level one agent at least to an extent understood the feeling of the customer and transferred the call to supervisor.
                                    After speaking to ashok the supervisor, i can understand why is the customer service standard of amazon gone worst.
                                    Supervisor does not know how to acknowledge.
                                    Supervisor takes the call / consumers for granted.
                                    No action taken after the major complaints.
                                    Most importantly, does not know how to convince the customer to disconnect the call and disconnects the call.
                                    Made false promise of following up the case and process refund within 7 days and call back from managers within 24-48 hours and none of the promise is kept up.
                                    Neither the refund is processed nor i have received any call back from the manager or supervisor himself.
                                    If i had the supervisor in my team, first thing i would do is suspend him for at least a week and demote him to l1 agent and schedule him for customer service training.

                                      On 04 nov 2018 i ordered two sarees from amazon.in and my order number #[protected] and my purchase transaction reference number was[protected]
                                      But due to defect. I had return it on 07 nov 2018 they processed the refund of 541 rs which is partially done in my amazon pay balance as 251 rs and sent email about 290 rs refund with transaction reference number.[protected]Which is as same as my actual purchase transaction number. Please take note it because two transaction numbers could not be the same)
                                      But the amount doesn't credit in my account and bank customer care and branch say they can't help me with this reference number. And can't file charge dispute as they can only file if the amount is debited from my account or the transaction is failed now amazon india still not helping me regarding this issue kindly help me.
