I had Purchase MI LED TV dated 03rd Nov., 2018 I had got delivery of Item in 06th November., 2018. After that Installation team had not come. I am continue sly called to Brand & Amazon but after that installation man comes dated 15th Nov.2018. after that i and my family shows Not supported Pain-Drive, USB cable, OTG cable, proper picture & demo. After that i called customer care at 7:52 PM in 15th November., 2018 they told me that i am generate refund request & delivery boy will picked up LED TV from your home next business day, & she also give me option of replacement of TV after that today at 2:30 pm customer care called me that you cant got replacement only got refund. we will picked up your TV in 4 business day, after successfully picked up you will got refund within 4 business day.
Dear Sir
I am suffered very very big lose I cant get delivery immediately, can't get installation, can't get replacement of fault in Item & cant get refund immediately.
They are playing games with their customer. So please sir help me for that.
