Which was to be delivered by 9/11/18 was marked dwlivered by the delivery agent without the otp.
I got an e-mail regarding my order to be arriving on 9/11/18 at 10:20 am and the order was marked delivered at 12:43 pm the same day.
On this i contacted the delivery executive and the call was connected though after the product being delivered it should not had happened.
The executive told me to deliver the product by evening itself or the next day as i was not present that time.
On asking that why the product is showing delivery he replied that the product is with him.
On 10/11/18 i contacted the customer support as the number of the delivery agent cannot be connected because the computer was telling its inability to connect due to not having any order out for delivery at that time.
The customer care executive told me to wait for 5 days as there is some server error and the order is thats why showing delivered.
On calling on 16/11/18 i was asked to wait for 5 more days as the internal inquiry period was to start.
Today on 21/11/18 i was told that the product was delivered on the stipulated date and that amazon cannot help me any more. I was asked to "do it my own" by the executive in an unpleasant manner.
I am sharing the contact number of the agent which i got +91 [protected] with pin 1755.
I only had a conversation with the delivery executive in which he told me that he has my order on 9/11/18 and that too after my order was delivered.
I never shared the otp with the agent.

I am your regular customer and i am contacting you the highest inquiry team a customer can reach because of an inadequate response from the customer care service. Please look forward for the severity of the issue and an appropriate action is expected.

Being a person attached to the it sector itself i would like to request you to please look into the matter that such malpractices can erode on a great extent. And such errors or theft if persisted in the system can harm you on a higher level.

        I ordered items on october 28 during sale time, the expected delivery date was around november, 3. Its november 22 today, neither the item nor refund have arrived. I tried to contact them hell lot of time and they provided sellers contact details to me instead. I tried to call sellee as well but it never got connected and they replied on mail by saying its an fba order so amazon has all the responsibilities. They didn't have inventory for the same but the website was showing the same item till few days after i ordered the item. As amazon gurantees a-z guarantee so you have an option to report if you see the order in your order list. However they are playing nice these days, they just removed my order from list so i won't be able to report.

          I'm returned the kurti on nov 16 but still refund isn't processed it's almost 5 days complete. And i returned the kurti after few days from the same seller only that one already refund processed. When i contact to customer service team no one give right info. One guy says that it reached fc within 24 hrs refund will process other one tells that it willnt reach fc have to wait some more days very carelessly. You people are fooling customers i can't understand. To take the today's the chatting pics has deleted by amazon customer service end. I got worst experience from amazon.

            I ordered a boat bassheadsets from amazon india for rs.499 and it got delivered on 1st november as the earphone kept falling and was uncomfortable i returned the product on 5th november with all the accessories and original packing. First when i contacted the customer care they said that the return was in the last stage and i'll get ny refund on or before 12th november. Next time when i contacted the customer care after 12th november they said that there was some problem in shipping and they are investigating it and i'll get my refund as soon as it was resolved. When i last contacted the customer they said that they didnot receive the product and they just received an empty box and so they cannot provide me with a refund. I returned the product personally but i don't get my refund and i don't get my product back also. I cannot afford to lose 499rs. Please check if you can do something about this.

              I ordered an item from amazon and they sent something else... When i raised return/replacement request, they sent another item and did not deliver stating that customer rejected delivery, but actually no one reached out... This become a regular issue with amazon.
              We should not encourage people to buy any expensive item from amazon as they are doing lot of fraud and not able to manage customers in india.

                Hi all,

                My name is deependra. I am writing this mail after frustrating from resolution given by customer care executives and amazon's worst service. Incident below that amazon making fool of thousand customers on account of amazon sale.

                I purchased product with given below details in sale on 3rd nov 2018 at cost of ₹5, 499.00 that was scheduled to be deliver till 10 nov 2018. But i neighter recieved order nor product till 10 nov 2018. On 11 nov 2018 when i recieved a status message that as product was found damaged, we are returning this product to seller and refund process is initiated. But as i did not want refund, i called to customer service executive and that guy insured me that you will get product and wait for next 24 hours for updates.

                I waited for next 48 hours and then called again on 13 nov 2018.
                This time miss tanisha, ordered a replacement order from their side and promised me that your product will be delivered this time by 20 nov 2018

                I was checking status of this order continuously, at 16 nov 2018 status shows that product is out for delivery although i did not received any status message.
                I did not got any call from delivery agent as well. At 9:05 pm i got a status message saying like hat "our executive was not able to deliver our product (Awb[protected] as you asked to cancel the order, so refund is initiated".
                Although i already mentioned that i did not got any call from any executive they marked it by own.
                After 5 min i called to amazon customer care and told complete story. He asked me that he is dropping mail to delivery centers to reprocess the delivery.
                But in next two days i did not received any updates on this. Finally after two days i called amazon customer care executive again on 18 nov 2018.
                Same person miss tanisha, told me that we already dropped mail to delivery centers but as status is updated from their side. Please co-ordinate with them to get product soon.

                As asked by her, i contacted on [protected], to reshedule delievery. They said that in next 24 hours they will deliver it again.
                But when i did not get any status update or product delivery, i contacted on same no, this time they told me that status return is not marked from our side, its from amazon side as before marking product status, we try min three times to deliver the product.

                After huge frustration, i again contacted today (20 nov 2018) with amazon customer service.
                Mr ansh gave me shocking news this time that product was damaged again so product is returning again to seller and we will not able order replacement as no replacement available and we can only able to process refund. We can able to provide product if you order product again on current price 11, 999 rs.
                I checked on website product is available. How it can happen that product is available and its replacement is not.

                Conclusion is that amazon making fool of customers.
                Please take appropriate action on this, otherwise i have to take serious action from my side.
                I did not want refund, it want only product i purchased.

                    I purchased one mobile Blackberry Q10 which cost 6, 999 INR on 4th Nov from Amazon.in, i paid 7, 099 INR through my debit card, I received the product on 5 Nov 2018 and my order id is[protected] But the product which is received was defective so I request Amazon to Refund the amount but according to Amazon India replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, if I send this product by self courier to the given distributor address from my home, I am agreed and send this product to back as per the given address mention on the box distributor by 6th of Nov 2018 on below given distributor address as per the Amazon CS instruction.

Sill I continuously follow-up with my product refund with Amazon team but they are not giving any porper response just mailed me wait for 3 to 4 working day ! each and every time on my mails, I tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs to 48 hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, now i am fed up with amazon response so i am sending the proof of my Awb scan copy with all related mail some emails by amazon and my order summary, plz check the attachment and help me as soon as possible plz its a request from my side.

                      I have ordered a flying machine women's skinny jeans (Fwjn1338_blue_30)
                      Order #[protected]. But unfortunately i didn't received the product and got a wrong product. Then i return the product. And it's been more than three days i haven't got my refund.
                      Have contacted customer care thrice and also mailed amazon about this issue but didn't get any response.
                      I have thought whole night and then came to know that actually my prime membership has ended few days back and that's why amazon is treating me like this and not giving me any proper information about my refund.

                          I had placed an order of 2 trolly bags on 15th of october through amazon india app.

                          The 2 bags were -
                          1. United colors of benetton abs 75cms navy suitcases (Hereafter referred as ucb)
                          2. American tourister skyrock abs 75cms black hardsided check-in luggage (Hereafter referred as at)

                          At first both bags were expected on 18th of oct 2018 but only ucb was delivered. I had to return ucb as it had a small crack on it. There was bit issue during return but later got cleared and i have received refund amount as well.
                          Now, the issue with at is that there is no update on the refund status even after several calls to amazon custome service.in one call they just selected tha item to be returned without my consent. How can i return a item which is not delivered to me? So, the pickup was cancelled but still on aop it shows as return scheduled. Again i had to call sutomer service and the last update i got was that they have escalted the matter to leadershi and it was said i will get refund amount till 20th on nov.
                          I haven't received refund amount nor any update.

                                I had bought a smartphone named gionee a1 plus w1617 mocha gold order id[protected] which was delivered to 1 nov, which turned out to be bad, whose compliant i did in amazon, which i had to get a refund, i sent the order from self-courier (Dtdc) because the order pickup facility at my house was not available. Which is delivered in 15 nov in

                                In was sent to this place. Then when i confirmed the call on amazon customer services, i was told that your product has been delivered. As soon as we get the confirmation, your refund will be automated process. And i was asked to weave 3-5 days which i did. Then when i called on 20 nov, in customer service, i was told that your product has not been delivered. We were waiting for 5 days without any reason and we are now being asked to contact the courier and asking to send the reception. And we are waiting for 28 nov. We have not received a refund yet due to which i have to complain. Hope you will help us get a refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will have to take another action.

                                  I received a message that the above order has been delivered on 19th november, but i did not receive it. I called up the amazon delivery agent whose number was in the message. He denied any responsibility. The next day i received the other package that was ordered together with the above. I checked with one neighbour. But they also did not receive it.

                                    Worst experience from amazon. I bought red mi 6a mobile rs 6999with replacement term condition. But the proximity sensor of mobile not working. I want to replace the phone during the period mentioned by amazon, but they deny told that product not available u got refund.
                                    But after the next hrs of expiry of replacement same colour, same specification mobile with higher price available to sell.
                                    Means amazon sells damaged product during seasons sell with less price and then not replace.
                                    They cheat with customers
                                    I have talk to many officals of amazo in technical wing mr. Shashikant, mr ranjan and their senior person mr. Saklin m. But they didnot help me.

                                    i complaint on 17 november there technician visited and checked my moblie on dated 19th november, he found that mobile is faulty.technician gave there report for replacement of mobile.till now phone is avilable for replacement, amazon didnt said for refund, but after report of technician for replacement i have not received revert mail from amazon, i call to amazon and there side a madam told that u received replacement mail with 3 to 4 hrs.
                                    but on the morning 0f 20th november i didnt received mail, i again and again call and talk to amazon for replacement but they deny now and siad product is not avilable now and in future.so u demand for refund.

                                        Amazon.in sending wrong and cheap items...

                                        I faced bad experience from amazon.in. I ordered 1st birthday dress for my baby girl. Today we got delivered and wen we opened we found used pillow cover which was in stitched condition. Wen i enquired executive staffs saying repeated dialogues... Sorry for the inconvenience.. I didn't expect such an action from amazon which i trusted for a long time. This is my second bad experience. If product is out f stock we can understand... It's complete waste f time and its hurts a lot
