Refund for two items done by amazon with below reference numbers:
1) date 19th october, amount 373, transaction number:[protected]
2) date 19th october, amount 1350, transaction number :[protected]
But the amount is not credited into my bank account. I already had many calls with amazon customer care, they always comes up with new solution and they given only one reply "from our side we cant do anything, file charge dispute with bank of baroda". I also provided them with account statement and in written from bank that amount is not received at there end.
I visited bank of baroda two time and called there customer care also, they dont know anything about charge dispute. They are telling that amount is not received at there end, checked this with branch manager also.
I last call with amazon they asked me to file a complain with rbi, i did that also but still no reply from them.
Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue?
