Last month I took Amazon Prime membership worth Rs. 999. On 2nd November 2018, I have ordered a product "Mi A2 mobile", order no.[protected] with expected delivery of 3rd November 2018.
Unfortunately, I don't received the product till 6t November 2018. I received the amazon agent number on 5th November through message saying the product will be delivered through him today (5th November 2018). I called the number more than 12 times, but the person didn't picked the call. on 5th November night at 8.40pm I received a missed call from the delivery person and received a text message saying "We could not could not deliver the product as we contact you on the phone". On 6th November 2018 I called the same number and he picked the call saying, he is on leave and will not deliver the product.
I had similar delivery related experience (giving missed call in the night) with last order dated 14th October 2018 (order no.[protected].
I spoke to amazon customer care persons, executive and leader to get the current product also to escalate the issues happening with delivery services. Even after that the order and issues hasn't taken seriously.
Since the product[protected]) couldn't delivered, customer service team asked me to place replacement order for the same product which I didn't received, saying they will place the new order and will deliver the product through different delivery services by 8th November 2018.
I am still facing the same issues with delivery services with new order (order no[protected] placed on the 6th November 2018 with expected delivery on 8th November 2018. Today I got the delivery agent number through text message with delivery by 9.00pm. Today also, I tried to contact delivery person many times but he didn't picked. When I again contacted amazon customer care at 8.50pm, I received a missed call (on the delivery address mobile number) from delivery person and received text message "We could not could not deliver as we contact me on the phone".
Even after speaking to customer care and addressing the delivery person issues, I haven't received the product yet.
Today also after speaking with amazon customer care executive for the issues escalated on 3rd, 4th and 5th November 2018, I don't get any answers that why is this happening from delivery services.
How the delivery person "giving missed calls" and I am getting the messages as delivery person "We could not could not deliver as we contact me on the phone". Why is this happening?? even after escalating the issue on 3rd, 5th and 6th November 2018 why I am not getting the any updates on issues with delivery services not getting resolved ?? Why the product not delivered today also with this new order too??
Since 3rd November I am speaking with customer care, and they are promising every time to deliver the products by end of the day and in night they say we'll deliver tomorrow, but now its 8th November still I am waiting to get the product.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
they are not picking there damaged product i complain on 29-oct and today is 5-nov.
And customer service of Amazon talking with a rude words
