I have not received the order #[protected]. But amazon official claiming that the order is delivered under the receiver's signature. Thay have not provided me the scan copy of the person received the order and the address of delivery, also the mobile no & mail id to which the confirmation message about the delivery of order was sent. Though i have not received the above information after several request. Since i have neighter received any sms nor mail about the confirmation of delivery of the order.

    I ordered for a 49 inch mi led tv 4a pro on amazon (Order i. D[protected] on[protected] and received the product on[protected] with many blank slips pasted on the box. Being worried, i checked and found order slips below these slips. This mi 49 inch tv was firstly shipped to mr. Deepak gupta of delhi on 11th october (Awb no.[protected] where this particular unit was decided as defective piece by mi technician, either it should have been dumped to company being defective or be declared as refurbished after removal of defects and sold accordingly but amazon along with mi (Xiaomi) decided to continue the selling of that defective piece in the name of a brand new mi 49 inch tv till its final disposal. This particular unit (Defective and returned) was again shipped to ankit & company of jaipur on 22nd october (Awb no.[protected] but this tv was again returned as they also understood its reality. Finally it was shipped to me on 8th november (Awb no.[protected] for its disposal as a brand new tv. This is how the companies like amazon and mi are cheating their own customers by providing them defective and returned product in the name of brand new product even after receiving the payment of a new product. This is a serious crime where not only a defective returned item has been sold to a customer willfully in the name of a new product but efforts of hiding the facts have also been made by pasting blank slips on previous orders. Amazon is making excuses by quoting different reason every time i contacted them. I am even not allowed to post my product review on amazon to hide the truth. I am still left with no remedy in spite of having all recordings of conversations with amazon customer care executives etc. And proofs including box itself with various order slips pasted along with screen shot of amazon’s reply on my review.

      I ordered a bluetooth earphones on 9th of october, and it got delivered on 11th oct. It was a gift for someone, so i just kept it after opening the package. I handed it the person (For whom i ordered it) on 23 oct. He used it 3 times and now the ear piece is not working. I tried to contact the amazon customer support, but they asked me to contact service center. The number they provided, denied service for the product, as they don't deal with warranty products. Now i again raised this issue on amazon, the executives says i should get it repaired and amazon can't do anything in this case. I asked them, even if it gets defective again, after repair then? The executive replied "you shall get it repaired as many times as it seems defective to you". This is how amazon is treating customers. They are not willing to help customers and just saying you have crossed 10 days from delivery so we can't do anything. I spent so much money on a defective product. I want replacement/ refund for it. As a product costing 3000+ rs do not malfunction in 3 times o[censored]sage.

        Hi i have faced an issues with amazon so as the issue was faced by amazon, hence they had refunded 3000 to my amazon pay balance out of which i have ordered two products one the earphone and the other is the speaker.

        I received the speaker but till yet not received the product, now the amazon application is showing as delivered to me. While discussing with an associate with amazon team they told me product is lost at transit and they will provide the refund within 24 hours, now 22 hours passed, they transferred my call to investigation team and they asked me to wait till 28th nov.

          I have pre-booked one plus 6t on october 18 & purchased on november 1but the pre book offers which includes rs 500 cashback & coupon code for free type-c earphones were not provided to me. Even having a chat in customer they ensured me & told me wait till last date of receiving the offers i. E. 15 november but still i haven't received those offers. Even i called up in amazon customer care helpline & they also ensured that i will be receiving the offers but still i haven't received anything till date.

            The complaint is about non delivery of product in time. While booking i have made the extra rs 50 apart from the product cost for the desired date and time of delivery. But the same has not happened.
            The order was booked on 14th november 2018 and the estimated delivery was on 15th november 2018 at 11:00 am as desired by me.
            But in the online tracking system the status on 15th november at 9:35 am, order was showing attempted to deliver, and i have not received any delivery agent at the house or not a single call d=from the delivery agent.
            I have called to amazon customer care on this, with representative mr. Nazeem, he told order ill be delivered as soon as possible.
            But my demand was to delivered the order before 3:00 pm or the immediate re-fund as i was travelling to my native.
            Both are not done by amazon and i want to fine them some amount.

            Even the senior customer care executive is giving non responsible answers. So they should be fined 100% amount so that this should not be repeat with me. I am going to suffer a lot with this problem done by Amazon.

              Dear team,

              I have purchased item from amazon as a birthday gift to someone on 7th november, birthday was on 12th november, till date i haven't received the item. I am really upset now that i couldn't present the gift to someone i care, amazon was assured that it will be delivered on 11th of november. It caused mental stress to me as i couldn't purchase it from other means as i was expecting this will get delivered from amazon and money also got blocked.

              Need compensation for the mental stress and i lost prestige in front of others

                    By mistakly i entered wrong payment information and my account got bolcked and iam not able to use my amazon pay balance 2000

                      I m seller on amazon india, i sold one of my product on amazon, (Order id:[protected] but buyer returned the product for some reasons. Amazon taken the returned product from buyer but fails to deliver back to seller. It lost or stolen somewhere from amazon easy ship service. Now amazon peoples refusing to give claim for the lost product. How can i sell my products on amazon when they cheat the sellers like this.

                        If a customer isnot able to receive a product on a given day, amazon claims to deliver it on the next working date. Happening to me twice in almost 3 months, that i wasnt able to receive a product (Apple iphone se and zyaden black and silver rectangular unisex eyewear) on a particular day, and without even being contacted the nxt day, the product was cancelled. Moreover, even after contacting the customer service, the promised made by them were blatant lies, since i never received any product at the end of the day. If you are not going to hold on your claims, then dont claim in the first place.

                          I had placed an order on amazon.in on oct 19th (Id#[protected].

                          The seller updated a fake courier tracking number which wasn't traceable nor delivered till nov 9th. On 9th nov, i contacted the seller and he said he cant ship the product and will issue refund which will be credited in 3-5 days.

                          Refund is not credited till nov 15th and amazon is neither ready to process refund nor take any action against the seller. They simply ask to keep waiting day by day.

                          If seller does not give, then thy will raise some a-z process which will take 14 days and if investigation confirms then they will refund.

                          My question is, my money is stuck since last one month.. Why should i wait another 15 days for amazon's non-sense process.

                          I did my shopping on amazon and they have to give me either the product or refund by committed date. I don't care how they deal with their partners.

                              I would like to bring it to your kind attention that i rajkumar baru currently serving in defence. I wanted to book a pair of wood land shoes through amazon.in app. However, i could not do it since i didnt had my amazon app. Hence, one of my friend (Mr deepak kumar tomar) accessed amazon site through uc browser with following details:

                              (A) mobile no - [protected]
                              (B) email add - [protected]@gmail.com

                              The actual cost of the shoes was rs 1, 947/- (Rupees one thousand nine hundred and forty seven only) however since it was through uc browser, the amount was deducted as rs 2, 922/- (Rupees two thousand nine hundred and twenty two only), paid on pos amazon with txn no pu[protected] copies att for ready ref). However, the order was not placed sucessfully neither the order id was generated. Dont know why?

                              2. We have happen to speak with numerous people in amazon customer service team, every time we have been told that my refund is on my way. I dont understand how this falls statement has been given to a customer. We have also spoken with our bank, they have confirmed that transaction was made at pos amazon, so its their fault.

                              3. I am attaching my order details as well as the payment confirmation received from sbi for using my debit card for your reference and i request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.

                              I am an exhausted customer, its absolutely diabolical service offered to a customer. Its a kind of fraud which has happened to me. I want my money back. I have also lodged an rti for further correspondences.

                                I have ordered an mi 32" tv and got it delivered before due date i. E. On 29/10/18.
                                The very same evening installation engineer came for the installation purpose, and on opening the parcel we realised that the remote control was missing. We put up a complaint regarding that with mi as well as amazon. It happened that even after a week no remedial action was taken. So out of anger i returned the tv. The tv was returned to amazon by blue dart courier service on 02/11/18 itself. It further happened that when i requested for for my return amount as the payment was made by my credit card, they are just giving me excuses and even after returning the tv my refund is not yet reimbursed. And as today is 15/11/18 my credit card bill would be issued it will add up the money of rs.14, 998.
                                So please i request you that even today they didn't turn up with a positive response.

                                  Hi, i ordered redmi 6 pro on great indian sale and its actual delivery is on 25 october but it came out for delivery today only. I am waiting for the delivery but the delivery person didn't call me at all and he only updated that i rejected my order 😠😠. I didn't get any call from the delivery person. I contacted to amazon customer service, they said i have to order again. I don't know why they are treating their customers like this. I want compensation for this from the company as i lost my word given to my brother and also lost my trust on amazon. My order id is[protected]

                                    Wrong product was sent by Amazon India ... I ordered sketchfab Bluetooth earphone on 5nov 2018 but I got HBS 730 LOW QUALITY WRONG BLUETOOTH PRODUCT. Request to return pickup dated 10 nov 2018 for product was done at my end But no one came to pick up the product and when called to Amazon customer care service, executive did not respond properly and end the call immediately. My request to consumer forum is simple for refund amount . kindly look into the matter .

                                      I placed an order with Amazon.in during great indian festival on 25th October 2018, Order #[protected]. I placed an order with Samsung Galaxy S6 phone in exchange. The product cost was 84900 and after exchange I paid Rs 75400 from my credit card.

                                      I received the product on 30th October 2018. Since some videos were circulating on facebook that companies like flipkart and snapdeal are selling fake products so I thought to record the unboxing video of delivered product. But it turns to nightmare when i found non working dummy phone. I immediately called up and emailed amazon customer care team and shared the pictures and video url as the video size was too big to be attached in email.

                                      I got reply from amazon that they will carry out of the investigation and asked me to contact on or after 13th November 2018. I called up on 13th November to confirm the status and I was assured that the wrong product will be picked up on 14th November 2018. The courier guy Himanshu Thakur came and picked the product but within 5 minutes he came back and returned the product to me and told that he has not received any confirmation over email hence he will not take the product and after sometime I received a pickup cancelation message.

                                      After sometime I received a call from Devendra Choudhary called me to confirm whether the product was picked. I explained entire thing and he assured that he will rearrange the pickup by end of the day. I called him in the evening to confirm but he said his shift is over and he can't do anything.

                                      I called up Amazon customer care team and got to know the different story. I was informed by escalation team member Rohit that as per investigation report Amazon delivered the correct product and now they can't do anything and refund or replacement is not possible at all and I was told that I can take whatever action I can. Now my Rs 85000 at stake because Amazon can't do anything.

                                      Amazon customer service team is not ready to agree that there was any mistake from there end. They are stuck to their point that they cannot initiate refund or replacement as they sent correct item. Like me, one more customer has raised the similar complaint against Amazon and he got same revert like me. I am based in Mumbai and he's based in Agra so this cannot be a coincidence. I urged Amazon customer service team to trace the phone with IMEI number but they are not reverting to this particular question. Now I feel that I shouldn't have done online shopping and should have visited Samsung store atleast I don't have to fight with them for a days.

                                      Seller sent me non working dummy phone for Samsung galaxy note 9 and now Amazon is blaming me. Amazon feels that if they take action against seller or carrier then this may impact their goodwill that's why they are not helping me. amazon carried out investigation but not ready to trace the phone with the IMEI number. This is a clear case of cheat. If correct item was sent then they Amazon shouldn't hesitate to trace the item.

                                      Today a guy name Vishal came and handover Samsung Galaxy note 9 phone but before I could ask more he just said, he was told by some Mr. Randeep to replace dummy phone. He said sorry and left.

                                        This compaint is for my order no.[protected] placed on Amazon on 2nd Of November . AMazon was promised to deliver the order by 8th November . BUt Till Date (14/11/2018) the product still has not been shipped by them . I have raised this issue to amazon customer care service by chat and phone . But everytime fake promise . Till date tey have not did anything . Now the seller is saying to me on phone that cancel the order on amazon and place it directly to me for more money . He is demanding money . I told this thing to amazon also. But they did not take any action against the seller . The seller is still selling the same product on amazon site and cheating people .

                                        Amazon in just wasting customer time . I have wasted my time on order placment and on follow up. But keeping my money 2100 rs. for 14 days amazon is saying to me cancel the order .

                                        I just wanna comensate for this from Amazon for this rubbish service and strict action on the seller and on Amazon.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
