I would like to bring it to your kind attention that i rajkumar baru currently serving in defence. I wanted to book a pair of wood land shoes through amazon.in app. However, i could not do it since i didnt had my amazon app. Hence, one of my friend (Mr deepak kumar tomar) accessed amazon site through uc browser with following details:
(A) mobile no - [protected]
(B) email add - [protected]@gmail.com
The actual cost of the shoes was rs 1, 947/- (Rupees one thousand nine hundred and forty seven only) however since it was through uc browser, the amount was deducted as rs 2, 922/- (Rupees two thousand nine hundred and twenty two only), paid on pos amazon with txn no pu[protected] copies att for ready ref). However, the order was not placed sucessfully neither the order id was generated. Dont know why?
2. We have happen to speak with numerous people in amazon customer service team, every time we have been told that my refund is on my way. I dont understand how this falls statement has been given to a customer. We have also spoken with our bank, they have confirmed that transaction was made at pos amazon, so its their fault.
3. I am attaching my order details as well as the payment confirmation received from sbi for using my debit card for your reference and i request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.
I am an exhausted customer, its absolutely diabolical service offered to a customer. Its a kind of fraud which has happened to me. I want my money back. I have also lodged an rti for further correspondences.
