How amazon partner with seller to charge more than mrp?

I will surely send this issue to the concerned team and make sure necessary actions are taken.

    I have purchased a mobile handset from amazon.in moto g5splus. They have sent me a defective piece. The sim card was not detecting in the phone. I asked amazon to replace the item but as other mobile handset was not available with the seller they said that they will return the product and refund the amount into my bank account. A pick up was scheduled for the next day by amazon on 2nd dec '18 but pick was cancelled next day as imei number on mobile and mobile box doesn't match. Again i called amazon customer care they said they assure me that now this will not happen again. Again the pickup was arranged and cancelled next day on 6th dec'18. And now again it was cancelled today on 9th dec'18 for the same reason and again for the 4th time pick up is arranged for 10th dec with so much of assurance and confirmation mail from amazon senior escalation team that it will happen but today also it is cancelled. Now again the pickup is arranged for 11 dec 18.
    Their customer care team is just illiterate. They don't have any idea when they talk regarding the product. They just cancel it. Pathetic service and defective products is the goodwill of amazon.

    I have ordered 02 sandisk items on 26th Oct, 2018 with pre payment by card. Showed delivered on 27th. Complaining from same day for same.

    Now customer care and ofm team said that there will be no refund and no delivery.
    I had bought 2 coats for Rs.4000 but due to size issue, I requested for a return/refund.
    For the last 1 month, there has been no response for return pickup and my refund.
    Plz help me now with the refund amount of Rs.4000.

      For both above orders placed on amazon.in, the subjected incident has happened.

      Fraud delivery by amazon.in, wherein the product is not delivered to the customer, rakesh k r (Me) but updated the same as delivered on amazon app. Either delivery guys are selling the products to someone they want or prepaid orders are not getting delivered on time by poor management of amazon.in management (Delivery).

      The management is not aware of where the delivery guys are delivering, the tracking is not done properly.

      Is the customer responsible for personally undertaking delivery of the products we have ordered?

      Again amazon delivery hub had updated wrongly of the product delivery status of both the orders mentioned in the ticket. Had to go in person to the delivery hub and collect the products verifying the products in person. If me as a paying customer have to collect every time personally, amazon should shut down their delivery business or pay me to collect my ordered products in person.

      5 working days they say they will deliver but they wont deliver on time. Never ordering again from amazon.in for items less than 5K.
      Have followed up multiple times with amazon customer care, they follow procedures/protocols and policies that wont help a frustrated buyer who has paid money upfront for orders involving medical emergencies.
      I'm a daily transaction member of Amazon but I haven't received cashback on a recharge of ₹35.00.kindly Amazon give me cashback me for above reasons. I'm very excited, interested, satisfied, trusted with amazon. Quickly take action amazon & refund my offer...

          It's early december 2018. Amazon is offering thru december 2018 “….. Free shipping to all customers this holiday season, starting monday. Amazon didn't say when the promotion would end but described the duration as "limited." it marks the first time in recent memory amazon has removed the minimum order requirement for its free super-saver shipping tier.” (Source: business insider.com, 11/05/18).

          So i went to amazon for a simple pedometer, and found one for “$9.47 & free shipping” is in it's description. But uh-oh, “add-on item” is also part of the description, which apparently means i can't just buy this simple and desirable pedometer, maybe because it is too cheap to allow me to buy as a stand-alone item?

          Then i looked at other amazon-sourced pedometers, and found one for $5.71 & free shipping and since it's not an "add-on item", i could buy it, stand-alone. But i don't want this brand or it's design, so i went to the manufacturer of the $9.47 (Amazon-priced) item and bought it directly from the manufacturer.

          Amazon, you are inconsistent with your policies and prices. Savvy consumers do not trust you, so we shop elsewhere. Adios, amazon.

            I placed an order to amazon and paid rs.11, 790/- in advance payment on 18 november 2018. The order was cancelled by amazon citing my address as out of delivery area. I received an email from amazon on 27 nov. 2018 that refund has been processed. I again received an email from amazon on 30 nov.2018 intimating me my six digit refund reference number. I had paid from yes bank saving account debit card (Master card) so payment was to be credited back to that account only. But it is not credited back till date. I contacted yes bank customer care they are insisting on 23 digit refund reference number to be able to trace the refund. Amazon is not co-operating and not intimating us the 23 digit refund reference number or giving us any other documentary evidence of refund done from their side. I have lost my hard earned money.

                    Pl. Refer to amazon.in online order no.[protected] for two items placed on 21-11-18, items received on 25-11-18 and return request created for both the items on 25-11-18 & items picked up on 26-11-18 amounting to rs. 1050. Both the items were picked up by their delivery agent after proper verification and checking of the items.
                    Thereafter i get email from amazon on 03-11-18 about one item of the order i. E dynore stainless steel cup set, 120ml each, set of 6, red that they have received different item.
                    About the other item i. E pigeon stainless steel coffee cup set of 4 (With lid) which was also picked up for refund there is no communication & refund is pending.

                    Both the items were picked up by amazon transport service. It is responsibility of pickup service to check and verify the items. I had handed over the same and correct items to the pickup person.

                    Since on that particular day and same time there were two items which were picked up for return order there is a strong possibility that items could have interchanged while sending due to mistake of amazon transportation service.

                    Amazon is neither giving the products back to me and neither processing the refund for both items for rs. 1050. They are charging me for the products they have in their possession.

Instead of the phone which was actually ordered, we have received a delivery of 2 bars of soap in the box of some other brand of phone (Samsung). I had attached the photos also for reference. I had kindly requested them for a complete refund of the payment that i had made for this item through online banking as soon as possible. With reference to the earlier emails received from amazon i had uploaded my proof of id on my amazon account to expedite the process of investigation. I had completely and immediately co-operated. The following was the response-based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time. The call center executives and the emails give the same automated responses. Tweeted @amazonhelp, @amazonindia. Received the same automated responses. Requesting for a refund.

Most shocking fact was that he knew all my the mobile nos. and the exact amount to be refunded. Concluded that some bigger scam was going on with personal information being leaked. Lodged a NC complaint with the local police and deleted my Amazon account.Informed Amazon so that they don't credit the refund to someone else who has stolen my identity. Received automated responses.

                            I have an issue with my account and my order. Yesterday i have ordered a product on amazon after 2 minutes i got a message that my order is cancelled. I hace paid 178rs for that product and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I have contacted your customer service then they told me that my account is on hold. Why is that happening? And what do you mean by hold. I want my refund as soon as possible. So please help me and give me a solution for this problem and my refund.

                              - found that the product was tampered, both the box as well as the product.
                              - the silver plate of the middle burner was bent and totally different then to the other two silver plates.
                              - amazon mentioned exchange/return etc, but we get option to only return, no exchange of product.
                              - amazon support only favors their re-sellers and their reputation.
                              - there management completely denied to talk to the re-sellers and take corrective measures if a wrong and tampered product is delivered to the customer.


                              Amazon is getting pathetic in terms of customer service!!! : (
                              Waste of time and energy.

                                I was already complain on amazon customer care many time but they send mail that your mobile peak from your address than refund will be transfer in your account but no one come and peak the mobile.

                                  I purchased i phone 6 order placed on 28 nov. 2018 & received on 3rd dec 2018, when i received the phone the small scratches observed on apple logo, & i touched with amazon for replacement, but i was shock that there is apple service center number is there instead of amazon. So finally i called them & explained the issue, apple representative saying it should be replace from amazon because product purchase from amazon. When i get touch with amazon saying it should replace by apple, now tell me if any product purchased from amazon that costumer go to the manufacturer? After one more discussion had with apple team they booked me an appointment with apple care to understand the issue, after service center visit, i have report that its clearly saying its cosmetic damage not physical damage & can get replacement from amazon, attached report and photos. For refernce. I need replacement from amazon because i purchased from amazon. & amazon is not authorized seller (Confirmed by apple) of apple then hoe they are selling.. If this issue cant resolve i will legally case on amazon.

                                    I purchased samsung galaxy note 8 from amazon india at aprice of 44000 in a 2 tier packaging. The outer packaging was crushed at the time of delivery but the inner one seemed to be ok then. But within 1 -2 months o[censored]se, the display of the phone developed some spot. On contacting amazon, i was asked to contact samsung service center who insected my device and said te device cant be covered under warranty as the error is notmanufacturing error n seems to be some impact on the phone. The impact is not from me as seen by the samsung service center too as the phone is absolutely scratcless. They inferred the impact to be during transportation. On contacting amazon again n apprising them of the situation, they are not ready to provid ethe replacement quoting 15 days of replacement policy is over. I have purchased the phone from amazon at 44000, the samsung center quoted it may cost another 15000 for display replacement. I m made to suffer as its making me waste 44000 plus 15000 for no fault of mine. I atled to an executive of amazon who wasnot even ready to redress the problem. I cannot throw 60000 in dustbin. I need a replacement of the product or efund from amazon on immediate basis.

                                      The product which i have ordered on 2 october 2018 has not been received from last two months. Please return me the refund amount of the product asap. Even after calling many a times i have not received any valid reasons for delaying the refund of the product as it was said will get it within 3 -4 working days. Now it has been 2months and i have still not got the refund (Rs:2, 949.00) for the same.
