I ordered a product "everything imported 3.5mm bluetooth stereo adapter audio receiver with dongle transmitter usb mp3 speaker (Random colour)" from amazon.in on 17th october 2018 and paid the cost by debit card on the same day. But the product is not received till datecand not refunded my payment too.
I have contracted seller as well as amazon two times but nobody have given me product or solution.
I am harassed by amazon.in ans its seller jalaram store who didnt dilevered my order in one month within india.
I want this company should get a gud penalty or banned for this kind of situation faced by their consumer. They wasted my onevmonth in waiting for the product to delivered to me. Also the seller should also be punished for its behaviour, its gstin should be banned or suspended for atleast 6 months or a year.
I need the product free of cost as well as delay cost to mee. As the arbitrator may deem fit.

      The issue that i have experienced was: i didnt got my order on promised date even when the company has already given a long waiting period to get the order i. E i ordered the oroducy on 24 october but i didnt got it till 15 november even and now the site is showing it will be delivered to me till 21 october. I tried to contact seller but he replied with just a single message that is they have issued my refund but neither i hot the refund nor my product this is soo unprofessional for such a site like amazon.. Will never shop from amazon again
      I want a compensation and refund too for irritating me soo much as i have waited for my product for 20 days and still didnt got neither the product nor refund
      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

        Its now getting very common in amazon seller india to map other brand product line and sell on their fake products. I have experienced this on my seller account and amazon officials are going to do nothing about it and they keep on asking hell of question … to you and your relation with brand connection.

        But they are never going to ask that fake seller, on what basis he is selling for this brand. All brand goodwill goes to disposal when consumer receives fake product and all that goes angry still complain on product reviews. So finally brands goes really damped for no reason just becoz amazon has no answer to stop this phenomena.

            This complaint against amazon i have order the item this order id : [protected] this item i dint receive yet but the status showing item is delivered i have done the prepaid payment of 999/- to the company. I am calling to customer of amazon many time there taking time still my complete not resolved yet i order the item n 3th nov-18 the order has to delivered 13th nov-18. The customer services saying to wait still more days.

                At around 11 am the delivery boy was supposed to phone me to give my parcel. But he said he tried to call me twice though i did not receive any call. Hence he should have tried later at some other time. Maybe my phone was busy or the phone connection was not available at that time. Then he went inside our house and gave the parcel to another person with whom we don't have any relation without confirming about the parcel. This means that the service boy can give the parcel to anybody without any confirmation whatsoever.in our house we have 10 families. If anyone claims that he/she is my relative then how can the delivery boy give the parcel to that person without confirming if i have actually received it or not. When i phoned the delivery boy he said"do whatever you can do". Before this incident amazon had given good service to me. But after this incident i am sorry to say i shall never make any feelings with amazon any more. Those parcels which have been already orders i will receive them because i have already spent money but next time i will never buy from amazon! I have also come to know that in amazon delivery there is no such thing as security. And please send some other delivery boy to deliver the remaining parcels to me.

                  I have requested for refund but the refund is not processed for the order no:[protected] and amount is 690. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and say its your problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can not do anything for this refund as we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in your acount. They told me that your refund is initiated on 5th of nov but still i have not received it. Unique reference number is 485807. Please check and process the refund at earliest.

                    On 1st nov 2018 i've order a mobile phone and i've cancelled it on the same day because of no liking it anymore. Then they have initiated refund on 7 nov 2018 still i didn't get my amount credited to my account. As amazon says you've to contact bank customer care regarding this and charge dispute file against this but they're saying we cannot do that. And our state bank of india is also not responding with this.

                        On 11/14/2018 there is a charge from amazon prime in the amount of 13.77. I am not an amazon prime member and i have not ordered any products from them. Please refund my bank card. There is a number for the charge[protected]. Several months ago i contacted amazon prime for a charge on my bank account and i thought it was resolved. I am not a member, nor do i want to be. Thank you for your consideration.

                        On 11/14/2018 there is a charge from Amazon Prime in the amount of 13.77. I am not an Amazon Prime member and I have not ordered any products from them. Please refund my bank card. There is a number for the charge[protected]. Several months ago I contacted Amazon Prime for a charge on my bank account and I thought it was resolved. I am not a member, nor do I want to be. Thank you for your consideration.

                          I have ordered and paid product kaspersky anti-virus during the depavali offer but delivered the product and received our post office kottarakkara ho pincode 691506 on 12 november 2019 but the product is unfortunately delivered at me and went to the post office and enquired the matter at the post office. After checking the details they told me that they delivered the product at a person. Then i enquired the matter and find that the post man delivered the product at a wrong person. This would happened to me a big loss because our office needs this anti virus very argent.

                            Please find below the whole incident which happend.

                            I had placed an order on October 25th which was supposed to be delivered on October 28th. But i had not received the order on oct 28th. Then i got the
                            message that it will be delivered on 31st October. But due to some reason
                            i was not able to receive the package. Then i got the message that it will
                            be delivered on November 1st, but i had not received the order on November
                            1st. I tried calling the given number 30 times but no response from them
                            and when someone picked up he said you will get your order within 1 hour.
                            Then again i was coordinating with him whole day but didn't respond. At the
                            end i got the message it would be delivered on November 2nd. Again on 5th
                            November late evening I got a message that it would be delivered today, I
                            tried reaching the delivery agent number but all was in vain. After 15-20
                            minutes on the amazon tracker and it showed that the package has been
                            delivered to the particular customer then again I tried reaching the
                            customer care executive and the executive told me that package was wrongly
                            scanned and updated as Delivered and you will receive the package within
                            next 1-2 days. Then i emailed amazon team about this whole scenerio and
                            got the response that they will update me on Nov 16th and today i got the
                            response that they cannot help me. Please find the below email which i got
                            from Amazon today: "Greetings from Amazon India. I am sorry that our call
                            was disconnected. This email is regarding to your query for the Order
                            No:[protected], As per the investigation reports generated
                            unfortunately we will not be able to issue you any replacement or refund
                            for this product. We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier
                            and we got the confirmation that the package has been delivered
                            successfully to the provided address. Moreover the warehouse has confirmed that the order was complete when it left our Fulfillment Center and the courier has confirmed that the package was intact when it was delivered to you. Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this Order No:[protected] at this time. I would like to confirm that we won't be able to assist any further
                            on this issue. I hope this helps, We look forward to seeing you again soon."

                              I have two pending refunds with reference numbers_[protected] of rs499 for san disk memory card and 567162 of rs 165 for fabwomen saree. Amazon executives are telling that refund has been issued on 12th nov, but there is no msg confirmation from bank side. Pnb executives are telling that they can't help anyway and i should contact amazon. I had. Ordered the 32 gb memory card through online payment method on28 th of october which was auto cancelled. I am advised to have patience by amazon to get my refund. I need my money back

                                When I enquired to the customer service, they are mentioning the statement as "I am not speaking the truth".

                                  Hi, i had last ordered pureit classic 23 lts water purifier on dated 31/10/2108 order #[protected] and paid an amount of rs 2499/-. My delivery date was mentioned as 14/11/2018 but till date i have not received the order at my place. I had received the sms from amazon's third party courier services i. E. Gati courier services on 12/11/2018 stating same will be delivered on 12/11/2018 through pod #[protected] but till date same is not delivered by gati. I had contacted gati team and they were so casuall and told me they will as per their suitable time. I had raised complaint 3 times with amazon but still no action has been taken nor the order got delivered. I took amazon team concall with the gati person and make them heard the casual approach of the courier person and it was recorded conversation as confirmed by amazon.
                                  Amazon team told they will resolve 17/11/2018 but actually they are not able to the delivery. My question if they are not able to do the delivery why taking orders from customers. They don't value to customer's money, time. Such issues are very common now a days with amazon making customer fool around and after 1 month they will confirm will not able to do the delivery and they will refund the money. What about compensation to customer's money and time it is not as per their policy,. As per their policy they can create as much as possible issues and pain so that customer will not go for amazon in future and making to run pillar to post towards his issue resolution anyways they have enjoyed the money for more than 15 days from customer and they might hv earned interest for 15 days. Request you to llok into the issue

                                      I had Purchase MI LED TV dated 03rd Nov., 2018 I had got delivery of Item in 06th November., 2018. After that Installation team had not come. I am continue sly called to Brand & Amazon but after that installation man comes dated 15th Nov.2018. after that i and my family shows Not supported Pain-Drive, USB cable, OTG cable, proper picture & demo. After that i called customer care at 7:52 PM in 15th November., 2018 they told me that i am generate refund request & delivery boy will picked up LED TV from your home next business day, & she also give me option of replacement of TV after that today at 2:30 pm customer care called me that you cant got replacement only got refund. we will picked up your TV in 4 business day, after successfully picked up you will got refund within 4 business day.
                                      Dear Sir
                                      I am suffered very very big lose I cant get delivery immediately, can't get installation, can't get replacement of fault in Item & cant get refund immediately.

                                      They are playing games with their customer. So please sir help me for that.

                                        Amazon cheated me by selling refurbished dell laptop without mentioning that its refurbished while selling in the product details. After using hardly for 5 times, laptop gets shut down upon slightest movement immediately after 11 days from purchase date. When i reported the same with manufacturer, dell informed me that its refurbished product. I forwarded the same email from dell to amazon asking for justice, they said return window is 10 days but since i have forwarded the mail from dell stating its refurbished, amazon agent said i would get a refund or return with in 5 working days (5th november 2018). When i checked today with them, they are clearly and recklessly saying that they would ask manufacturer for warranty extension. I dont accept this, i have wasted my 50, 000 rupees to buy a faulty product and they are expecting me to have it by getting it repaired all the time.
