Very poor and Terrible experience with Amazon. I had placed an order on 13th Oct 2018, it was expected to be delivered on 19 Oct 2018 as per order status. But it was not delivered, then they changed expected delivery date to 22 to 23 oct 2018, but again I did not receive it on 22 or 23, now they changed expected delivery date to 31 Oct, I wanted to cancel it as it would not receive on time, I cancelled it from Amazon app, they said it will be cancelled within 1 working day and your payment will be refunded. But It was not cancelled even after 2 days of cancellation request. So I called customer care, and asked to cancel and refund the amount, the call center person said we cannot cancel it as orders status is not dispatched, while I was speaking and asking for immediate cancel (after 16 days from order placed date) he did not listen me and cut the call rudely. I called once again now there was another person on call I told her my problem she said "we cannot cancel it as its status is changed to dispatched" exactly opposite of what first person said, obviously one them was lying. I asked her to transfer the call to her senior, after wasting 30 min, she again joined the call with some person, who told me that your order will be cancelled withing 48 hours and you will receive the refund amount. Now deadline of 48 hours is finished, still I haven't received my refund or any communication about the same. I want my refund and compensation for not delivering the order on time. Kindly help.
