I have ordered a mobile phone SAMSUNG (S21 FE 5g) from AMAZON on 07th december 2022, Wednesday ; which was then priced at Rs.42498. The order number was[protected]-7522. I received the courier from amazon on 10th december 2022, saturday, in the late evening (after 6 pm). When unboxed, the packet was of samsung mobile phone which was sealed from outside but the product (mobile phone) was of vivo V23 5g.
We complained in the amazon customer service through calls and mails in the midnight only with all the details and the concerned photographs of the product, bills etc.
we followed-up almost everyday on which they continuously responded as their social media team is looking into this for investigation. And after several days of follow ups, they finally refused to resolve the issue and stated that they will not respond to our mails and calls from then.
We have posted and tweeted the matter on every possible social media platform by tagging the related brands i.e. AMAZON and SAMSUNG.
This is extremely shameful of the brands of this stature to fool their customers with such high end products.
An organisation like AMAZON is investigating the fraud issue by their social media team, which is beyond the limits of my understanding.
I have not received the phone that I ordered. Instead, a phone of an entirely different manufacturer packed in samsung box was received. This means that the phone that is billed to me is currently in somebody else's hands and can be misused for various purposes.
Instead o[censored]nderstanding the gravity of the matter the same is being handled in an utmost casual way by a multinational who claims to be highly responsible to customer issues.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

        Bought Amazon basics refrigerator in January 2022.
        It stopped working on 11 th Nov, 2022. I lodged a complaint on 12th nov.
        Today is 31st december, 2022.
        No technician has visited till now. We are without the fridge since 49 days approximately.
        I have complained to their helpline.. but to no avail .
        I have run out of options. I dont know what to do ..

            Sir i am Deepak Kumar Baswal.a person who give me whatsaap for part time job .first he said that do process for this job 100 rs. .i do it completely then i do tha task complete.i was withdrwl money 233rs.after he said for next task.then i do next recharge 1000rs. Then he told to do task.he said to recharge again and again to complete task.i do it.but my amount has gone frozen and did not withdrawl.i lost 96000 rs. So sir please refund my total money safely.

            My money also got frozen.. lost my 40k
            Be very careful when investing . They can be very clever and extremely dangerous once they have your money.               Eu recebi uma proposta de emprego da Indeed Mall falando que ao aceitar pedidos de comerciantes, ajudamos os comerciantes da Amazon a aumentar as transações da loja e melhorar a classificação das lojas, ganharia comissão em cada pedidos, porém tinha que depositar um calor de 20 reais e cada missão cumprida ganha uma comissão em cima, entrando a cada cumprida pediam pra depositar um valor maior, ao tentar sacar eles bloqueia o site impossibilitando de transferir o valor. Pedir todo meu dinheiro e ainda por cima estou desempregada, ainda fui ameaçada caso tomasse alguma providência. Estou desesperada.

                It's been 40 days now and I have not received my refund amount of Rs. 1940/- in my account. I have contacted amazon many times for Order#[protected] bit did not get any resolution. I request amazon to please refund my money and provide a compensation for wasting my time for 40 days till today.

                    Respected sir/madam
                    I, sk Roquibul Alam, ordered a samsung evo plus 256gb memory card on Amazon via prepaid ( order ID:[protected], dtd, 23rd December, this year). But today I got the memory card as duplicate/ forged. There were no original samsung 3d logo on the pack. And the sd card width colour is black ( whereas it should be white in colour as advertised). So i didn't open the package till now and opted for return / refund . Plse accelerate this matter to Amazon and take suitable actions against them.

                      Sir i order iqoo z6 5g mobile order id[protected] on 12 dec 22 with the old phone exchange, total payable 12899 on debit card, but on 16 dec exchange verification does not complete so delivery boy cancel this phone, and 16 dec they proceed refund process and they told it complete on his site on 17 dec but on 18 dec i check bank balance but money not credit to my account, i call customer they tell it take 3-5 business day, 0n 23 dec i again check bank statement but money not credit to account, i again call many times to customer they tell we provide us rrn (refund reference no) on till 28 dec but on this day they not provide me rrn number, and told us please wait another 5 working days ..they making fraud to rural area customer..i am in a stress sir please help me sir please

                        I order a product of 12899 from amazon on 12 dec 22, and by some issue of company product not deliver to me, and they proceed refund process on 16 dec 22, and they said refund send to bank on 17 dec and they told me to wait till 23 dec but on 23 dec amount not credit to my account so i call us and we told we provide me reference number till 28 dec but they not provide me on this date and not provide any meaningful information, please provide me any solution i am in stress please

                          Dear Sir,
                          Amazon.in did no refund my money 2925, but at my account site it is indicated that refund made on 28 November 2022. I talked to costumer care on 14 Dec, and 22 Dec then they said that refund is still pending, and they will issue a ticket no. to reveal the transaction id so that I can inquire to my bank for transaction of same amount. To knows this ticket no and RR no (as they said) I again called at 28 December 2022. they talked to me but as usual they talked round and have not revealed the transaction id. Around 12 mint I talked to them, they hold me and then disconnect call. I again call but still waiting and then disconnect. I recorded their call.
                          So it is my request to refund my amount which I spend for book but didn't get it.

                            This is regarding the complaint I registered against Amazon India, 5 months back. I haven't heard anything till now. I am still waiting for the resolution.

                            Hi,
                            I, Akansha Rawat, prime member of Amazon, would like to make a complaint against Amazon. On 24th July 2022, I ordered a product-boAt Xtend Smartwatch with Alexa Built-in from the seller named Appario Retail Private Ltd on Amazon, and the delivery date was 25th July 2022 but I didn't receive the product. I have the cctv footage/clip which I have attached(in case you don't see it, please check your email id [protected]@amazon.in, I have forwarded the cctv clip 3times). According to the cctv clip, delivery agent came around 8:04am with only 2 (which is Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aura product and Gadget Wagon 32 to 55 Inch led TV Wall Mount) items out 3 items which I ordered. I was sleeping at that time so my brother who didn't know about the packages opened the door and received only 2 packages out of 3 packages. Then the agent asked my brother for otp, as I was sleeping but still I managed to forward the otp msg (you can see in the cctv video that the agent is waiting as I was in my sleep and I was taking long to get up and forward the otp) but I still manage to do so. So later, when I got up and checked the packages then I saw 1 product missing which was the boat smart watch. I was all panicking then immidiately that time itself called customer care, informed them the issue and raised a complaint. As, promised by Amazon customer care that they will resolve my issue and I will receive an update on the same the next day which is 26th july 2022 but heard nothing from Amazon customer care so I called them on 26th july and customer care kept me waiting for 30mins or sometimes 45mins and also hung up on me many times. I also informed them that I have the cctv clip where the agent has given only 2 products out of 3 products. Later, I forwarded the video to the amazon email id [protected]@amazon.in. Horrible customer service I have received from Amazon. never expected it. So this repeatedly happened till 27th july. I called and chatted with Amazon customer care/specialist team more than 8times and received no help at all. Then again on 27th july, I spoke to one of your specialist, she assured me that my problem will be resolved by 31st july, she told me to wait till then. So on 31st July, I contacted Amazon customer care through chat to take an update on my complaint, and again received a pathetic customer service. They said we have investigated your case and we can't help you so we have to end this chat and they ended the chat. Then I contacted customer care through call, the representative connected me to the specialist team and same rude customer service I received, they said the case has been investigated and we can't help you and they hung up on me. Then again I called them, explained my issue to your representative, told her that I have the cctv clip of your delivery agent giving only 2products out of 3 products, they connected me to the specialist and again the specialist said we can't help you and hung up on me. Since 1week, your Amazon customer care were so rude to me and hung up again. Such a horrible experience. I never ever expected this from Amazon.

                            Now what should I do? I haven't received the product and my money got wasted. I will never ever order anything from Amazon as I cannot trust your sellers like Appario Retail Private Ltd or your delivery agents who are fooling your innocent customers. And now I won't even renew my Amazon prime as I don't want to experience such bad pathetic customer care service again in future.

                            I request you to resolve my issue asap. I want my money back.

                              Hi,
                              I was writing this complaint on amazon.in. This is my order no[protected] product name sky shop solar external Tpms car tyre pressure monitoring system which was returned on 18th December 2023 and the product was delivered to seller on 22nd December 2023. My complaint about amazon.in I was informed about the seller who was cheated me sending wrong product without item in the box actually this was replacement first they have send me exact one and replacement product they have tried cheated me so for this reason I have complaint this to amazon executive. He told me that will take action against seller and ask me to wait for 5 days for investigation in between this got call from amazon hub and I explained about the incident faced and that hub person informed me return the box product will refund the money immediately and informed this same to amazon executive and product was returned after I following them to refund my money all executives are telling each day one stories like product not delivered to Hub and other executive telling product delivered I was frustrated about this executive answers and reply and rude behavior with customers at last toady 28th December 2023 called one executive she told me that amount will be initiated shortly unfortunately call was disconnected again I called amazon customer service other executive picked the call and she told me will transfer to other department that person who spoke with me again he will go for investigation wait for 3 days so they are trying to cheat me badly aim having every conversation with me and mails to amazon customer executives behaving rudely and not refunding the money. I need my money back with compensation aim ready to file case in consumer regarding executives and amazon going to complain the same in face book, Twitter Instagram etc.
                              Note: don’t get Products in amazon They will send box without product inside when you compare outside market product seems to be very less this skyshop solar product don’t have Mrp rate while I received one sticker was attached with MrP 3599 so we should have to think twice while getting products in amazon all products are first and second copy not original

                                I have not done any transaction. But a message has arrived displaying " Rs 100 has been debited from your debit card for Amazon VSI." Please refund my money.

                                  Awb[protected] purchased through amazon they was cheating by sending duplicate jbl wire head set instead of sony wireless head set and the jbl wired head set cost less than 700 rs only and charged 1399.00 now i want refund tried to contact online shope but they are hakking my account and cheating me

                                    giving the blender explanations and disconnecting the calls.

                                    It was close without and proper resolutions.
                                    Going forward with legal action, if this is not taken under priority to the resolution

                                      We have ordered a new phone (POCO C3) and it was received a phone on 29th Aug 2022, which was mentioned brand new with company seal. But after two month o[censored]sage, it started to have troubles. As it is under warranty period, we got the phone to the service center and saw the details, it was a day-light burglary.
                                      The phone was already used and activated back in 2021, which shows that the warranty period has expired.
                                      We dont trust Amazon anymore all we need is refund of entire amount which we spent on buying this phone.

                                        Received wrong book on 8th December. I was told to self-return the wrong book, self returned the book on 9th December.
