I’ve ordered an Item with Order No:[protected] on 17.10.2022 which consist of 3 Items and package is missing 1 Item which is of 1, 494 rs.

    I had ordered an laptop on Amazon on 2 oct and received it on 7 oct as i received it nd opened for setup the screen was not atall working properly so i applied for return within a hour . intilially i was said tht i would have to wait for technical department vist so as they said i just waited for it but tht guy just called me and said to send pics of it nd assured u would get a replacement but later whn i contacted customer care they said like no stock so they would provide refund on return, i accepted it . initially it was scheduled on 12 oct but it got a failed tht contacted CC they said next time pickup would be for sure so accepted it nd waited on 16 oct even on tht day it was failed . again called CC they said 19oct would be for sure but again got disappointed as it got failed now CC said 22 oct is last for sure if this time it gets cancelled we would provide advance refund but now on 22oct again got failed nd as i trusted Amazon Customer care called them again but now they r saying like no there is no such police this was a total shock again they have rescheduled for 26 oct, how can I believe even this would not fail this time, lost my trust on customer service now, wht shd i do if even on that day it gets cancelled or failed, i desperately wanted a laptop in this month had some online intership to complete nd submit but now wht to do no laptops there. doing it in mobile is highly impossible so plz help me out solving this problem .

      I have placed an order for mattress via amozon order no[protected] on 29 sep 2022 and get the dilvery window of 04 Oct to 11 Oct 22 and on amozon it showing your courier is picked up by logistics partner on 06 Oct 22. I tried to reach to wakefit and amozon both customer care but no one able to provide me the logistics partner details and asuured me to get on time dilvery. It is total fake and even on 21 Oct 22 I can't get my order.

        I ordered a puma shoe worth Rs 4, 339 on this month October 1 and it’s already starting to fade away the Colour . Since I use wore it Thrice I don’t understand why the quality is so bad . Did I received an old stock product ?

            I ordered HP laptop, received faulty product. Requested for replacement on 11 October 2022. But the replacement process stated on 13 October continued updated replacement order arriving by 9pm until 16 October 2022 Amazon updates if not arrived today evening next day it shall be refunded. on 17th October requested for refund process, till today i.e 21 October no agent has come to pick up the laptop. Basically, Amazon is trying their best to block me from purchasing new laptop when there is big sale on Diwali. Its been 10 days amazon no action from their side. more than 20 calls made to Amazon customer care executive, every time lied and disguised responses. am tired and frustrated.

              My order refund as detailed below from amazon to my PNB account has not been credited yet despite various followups with bank and amazon customer care. Please help
              My account is in PNB west patel nagar branch Delhi.

              My payment of Rs. 584 has been processed successfully on 9/9/2022 at 4:48pm as per amazon via UPI. The amount should have been reflecting in my account but not yet credited in my bank account. The order id is[protected].

              The Refund Reference Number for the transaction as provided by amazon is[protected]. I haven’t received my payment yet (21st October 2022).
              Please help me in locating my payment as my bank is asking for some UTR but amazon is unable to provide me with that. Please help and resolve this issue.

                Wrong Promises

                I've ordered a daikin 1 ton AC on 22nd Sep at Rs 43526(net. After deducting 4322 IBD and 150 promo) and amazon delivered me a wrong model, I complaint about it in Amazon but still no action has been taken. The Amazon executive told me to reorder the same product again but as the price was increased to 57, 111 Rs he promised me to give a price difference of 9112 Rs and IBD of 4332 Rs both (email attached) so as to match the initial order price...

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                Amazon service is getting degraded day by day and never ever I get my product deliver at the doorstep, for my order I need to go to the market and take my product. More than one week has been elapsed, to be accurate with the timing I would say the complaint I started registering is from 11th Oct 2022 and what I am getting as a response each and every time is an apology but not the product. Firstly, I thought there might be issue with my account, then I ordered things from my father's account, but issue persist the same.

                More than 30+ calls has been placed from my side regarding the issue with numerous complaint and escalation, no one is looking into it. When I tried to talk with one of the Amazon's leadership team and provided my concern, he replied to me back we don't have any solution or authority for taking action to seller or going into consumer court, so I asked if issue persists the same when I place my next order, he said again i would ask you to place the order, we don't have any solution.

                If this is what they would do, then whom I need to ask for help.

                      There is no contact no. Of shipper as well as amazon on invoice and all the contact detials of harasharatna inc, banglore, karnaktaka ( shille/seller) is wrong on on line platform

                        I ordered a phone from amazon of one plus model ( CE 2 lite 5g ) blue tide, 6gb ram, 128 gb storage which costed me ₹17499 on 10 oct 2022 with order id[protected] on 14 oct 2022 and received a honey jar in it and on the same day i complained this to them and they asked me to wait till 20th oct 2022 so that they can investigate . And on 20th oct they are saying that we can not help you and your phone is delivered to you

                            I have returned the reebok tights after a regular follow up for many days with their escalation department they raised an investigation for which they have asked to call me after 3 days after 3 days when i have called they said i haven’t returned the original product they’ve sent how would i know on what basis they’ve conducted this investigation and if they’re so particular there shouldn’t be any option like received wrong item while creating returns. I have returned the original item now they have kept the product also and not refunding my amount. I have been there regular and valued customer from so many years and they’re doing this to me. Pathetic please help me get my refund.

                            They’ve all the time said that my money is safe and I’ll not loose my hard earned money it’s all recorded then why they’re doing it I don’t know they’ve initiated the refund once and they’ve canceled it deliberately for no reason everything is recorded what they’ve said about refund and money policy they should refund my amount

                                I had booked train ticket on 27th August from amazon pay later and on 27th September I paid 3500 then on 29th September I canceled the ticket then I got an email from Amazon in which it was written that after cutting 1700 railways cancellation charge I will get back 1765 I haven't received it yet, I talked to customer care on October 10, then I was told that I will get the money on October 12, but today is October 19. I haven't received any money yet. I also talked to the customer service representative but no one helped me plz give me my money back, I Didn't Expect This From Amazon Very Disappointing and very bad customer service.

                                    We have ordered LG-Split-1.5ton-4 star AC-model-PS-Q19RNYE on amazon.in on 18.09.2022, Order no #[protected]. At the time of ordering the policy was replacement of the unit if there was any manufacturing fault.). Also order for installation Ordered no:#[protected], (AC installation by LG - Chargeable by brand INR1504+stand Rs749, Job no-RNP[protected]. This was need as family member was sick and season temperature was high at item ordered)

                                    Unit was received on 24.09.2022 and installed on 25..09.2022. At the time of installation the unit was found faulty. LG-technicians person has submitted a report on 01.10.2022. (that also after multiple follow up calls to LG. During this 10-15 days time Amazon does not know the status of the unit. Also no phone or email provided of seller DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 421101, nowhere seller come in loop)

                                    We have informed Amazon that due to all this problem, take the unit back and make a full refund (talk on 01.10.2022). Company informs that they have a replacement policy, if we agree then the process can start. Due to the high cost we thought for one day and called them for replacement.
                                    Then the company looked into detail and informed us that due to the item cost more than Rs20000 it will take some time to make a decision. We call them again, then the company informs us that only a return is possible due to the non availability of the item. Also stand cost will not be refunded(Rs870), only installation charges will be given(Rs1150).
                                    Then we inform (on 10.10.2022) that the same item cost is on this date increased around Rs2000 and non useful stand loss adds loss to us. At the end, the company agreed for full return of the amount but not replacement.

                                    Summary:
                                    1. Items were not received when needed (summer season and medical requirement).
                                    2. Phone call for closing the issue and getting a refund. (average 3 calls daily and hold/talk time 15min to 45 min). (ordered on 18.09.2022 and refund on 18.10.2022). Time loss.
                                    3. Loss of price due to escalation in price, fund block for one month and lots of calls.
                                    4. Committed replacement policy changed after purchasing the product and without informing customers.
                                    5. Company is not arranging immediately for replacement and return for large amounts of product. Also two way communication did not take place by email for record proof.
                                    6. It is strongly required that the seller's (channel partner like Amazon) active contact number and email should be mentioned on the invoice which must be answered by both.

                                    All authorities are requested to look into and do the needful at the earliest for customer problem resolution.

                                      I have ordered one mobile on 28th September first it took 20 days to make it out for delivery and it is not yet delivered, their team sent it to wrong address and delivery boy is very rude and saying it, he will deliver on right address when he will have time, i have escalated to customer support but not getting any help. Escalated it on social media but no help, i again called customer support and he said i have to wait nothing else and he disconnected the call in a rude way,
                                      I don’t know what to do and not sure if i will get my order or not, this is the worst service i have ever received.
