I ordered a bought laptop from the amazon India for Rs.53000/- and the delivery date was set for 14/12/2022 but the product wasn’t delivered on that date and when we contacted customer service they said it will reach within next 24hrs just like that even though we have been charged for fast delivery. But even after 24hrs nothing happened that is on 15/12/2022 then When I contacted the customer service on 15/12/2022 again they said same thing without any guilt of charging people extra for fast delivery but not delivering the product on time and holding the sum of 53k for more 2days and just giving lame excuses. again I contacted them back on 15/12/2022 again they didn’t give any information on the reason for the delay and kept repeating the same things it will be delivered within next 24 hrs that’s by 16/12/2022. But even on 16/12/2022 that is today even till this moment the product is not delivered they have hold of my money of rs.53k and not delivered the product even after charging for fast delivery separately and when I asked them reason for the delay there was no proper answer and when I asked about the compensation for delay in delivery they said there is no such thing then now they said that they can give 150/- back with Shame or guilt of holding 53k for nearly four days and not delivering the product and not even being responsible to give proper reason for the delay. If they can’t deliver the product within the given time why they are charging separately for fast delivery and also nagging the delivery and holding our money and make us wait unnecessarily, if they can’t do then they shouldn’t have that option they why would we opt for it. It’s seems like a trap they make us order then they make us wait and hold our money without saying any proper reason. They charge 120/- for fast delivery but hold our product and money and when we ask for compensation for delay they said they will give 150/- which is not worthy compensation for holding 53k for four days. This is pure cheating I must say.i want you to take strict action against them and I want refund for the delay. They are not ready to pay for their fault. I want you to be hard on them so that they understand the consequences if they don't do their job properly.

    I m the prime member and buyer of amazon since from 2014, blocked my account since from 14 days. I called 30 times to customer care they never bothered on my problems & they were committed with wrong and fake statements on re activating my account, every day I called their standard default commitment is 24 to 48 hrs, even after 500 hrs. they are not activated my account, due to account block i am unable to access my purchased product invoice for warranty claim.

    Their mails are also not realistic and most fake, they were foolishing the customers. Attached their mail confirmation for your reference.

    Amazon is totally Fake, Irresponsible, fake customer service and fraud.

    I am not all interested to proceed with this amazon, I need my prime member ship refund.

    Immediately i need my prime member ship money back.

      I joined this platform for getting part time job. At the first paid out but as you continue you have adding until eventually you have nothing left and aren't able to finish this task your account then get frozen there's nothing else you can do. I conducted the company through the phone number in the advert .I lost my money rs 86000
      Same happened with me brother

        Delivery of the mouse was made but on checking it was found to be defective. On operating its switch, the red neon light was flickering once and then extinguishing on repeated attempts. On line complaint was made the very next day and your office decided to replace it through courier who will deliver the new one and pick up the old one in its original packing. The replacement date was initially shown as 8th or 9th Dec. ( I don't exactly remember). However, I noticed that the exchange date was revised to 13th of Dec. Yesterday, I waited for whole day but none arrived.
        Today on checking your website, I find that the above data has been deleted without making any replacement.
        Please check up and get the defective mouse replaced at the earliest.

          Product pick up nahi hua hai, coustomer care balo ne bhi 3-4 bar pick up ke liye apply Kiya hai par 14 din chalagaya abhi tak pick up nahi hua hai, bahat bar call kar chuka hun

These frauds are very dangerous so many people from middle class family will affect by this fraud people... Please save them from this cheapest frauds...🙏🏻 Can I get my money back...

                  Mr.Jeff, I am being a Amazon Customer, I Used to Order few Products
                  I was Happy with your Service till my Last Order

                  I am Totally Pissed off & lost hope on Amazon Online Booking - Because of your Delivery Agent

                  I got a Call @ 11:02am as per Indian Time, My Son was using my Mobile so he disconnected twice, Suddenly i noticed & i spoked to the Delivery guy, Delivery agent was in my Delivery Address & i was not available as - It is confirmed that Delivery date was on 12th Dec 2022 - But it was out for Delivey on 11th Dec 2022
                  Thats not my probelm - I have planned based on the Delivery date

                  As it is SUNDAY 11th Dec 2022 - Its My Weekly Off
                  I was spending time with my Family

                  My issue is - How come
                  The Delivery Agent can Cancel my order - without my Knowledge

                  Note :
                  When i spoked to Delivery agent, He said he is in My Delivery Address & i said him to Deliver to my Colleague & Delivery Agent Confirmed me it will be Delivered, But after few Min later
                  i received Mail from Amazon
                  My Product is Cancelled & Being Returned to Seller

                  I immedalty Called the Delivery agent - he confirmed me that by mistakenly it is Marked as Cancelled & He assured that My Product will be Delivery on 12th Dec 2022
                  When i tried Calling you people it is being told as in your registered mobile number no Product been Ordered

                  i have attached the Screenshot of Communication i had with the Delivery Agent

                  & Importantly

                  i have Paid the Money through ONLINE

                  Because of your People Negligence & Issue
                  Why My Product been Cancelled

                  I need My Product to be Delivered with

                      Hello, my name is nikhil and I'm a regular customer of amazon India i love to buy online from Amazon but not anymore since iam not able to order anything from Amazon India because my orders are getting cancelled automatically from Amazon side and I've told amazon customer support and account specialist team about this but they didn't helped me so on i can't spend my Amazon pay balance amount of 3000₹ almost and my money is stuck but i wanted to buy items from amazon but they are getting cancelled automatically i can't buy please help

                        I was contact by a womam and I began ti invest in la plataform buyng products and then they Willy recharg tve money invested more Comisión.
                        Every time tve woman said " after this tasa, you Willy withdraw allí your money " appeared another task or some taxa yo pay. I invested 2.000usd and now to withdraw she is asking more money. They use the mame of amazon and I believe that amazon dont know this.

                          We have purchased this item from Amazon India delivered on[protected].
                          The color and shape of the beads are not as per the order. Moreover the color of the beads got transferred to the skin ( neck ) immediately after wearing . We wanted to return but not able to choose the option of getting refund to our bank account. We had to choose the option of getting the amount to Amazon pay balance . That too we need to courier it to seller on our own after taking print out of the seller's address and bar code. Customer service was not able to help further when we called
                          We want the item to be picked up by Amazon and refund the amount to our account

                            Hi,

                            This is an issue that I have been facing with Amazon Hyderabad.

                            Delivery executives not delivering ordered within the given timeframe and then marking the address as incorrect to cover their tracks.

                            Has happened with two of my orders in the last two weeks and Amazon hasn’t done anything. I have been experiencing this in Hyderabad for over 8 months with multiple orders.

                            This inaction by Amazon results in many of deliveries being canceled or lost in transit. No action by Amazon after multiple complaints.
                            Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I don’t know how Amazon India has marked this as resolved since I haven’t received anything from them. Furthermore, 4 more orders have gone through the same thing since I’ve posted this complaint.

                            Is there no protection for the Indian consumer? Guess we should get used to getting screwed by our government and foreign companies as well.

                              My name is Dhruv Mittal and i have order an earbuds ( sony WF-C500) worth
                              RS of 3150 only from amazon on 13-OCT and i returned this order due to missing item. And on 10-Nov Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but I still didn't get my money back . Amazon sent this reference number (#[protected] and when i told them they are saying me to fill charge dispute against the bank but bank does not have such policy . so please kindly respond to this complaint . it's been a long time now .

                                  I have purchased Laptop from Amazon on 29th Oct and after few days when i started using it i found it to be faulty and raised complaint with amazon for same.

                                  amazon has sent engineer to verify the fault and they confirmed its faulty and asked me to raise a return request.

                                  after that i have raise 7 request for return and every time its failed have called amazon several times but they are not providing any resolution so i have now decided to reach consumer forum for the resolution .

                                    I placed a multi item order on 22 November 2022. I am an overseas resident and here for a wedding. Before going away for the wedding, I placed the order. My elderly parents were home to receive the orders on my behalf. The wedding was on the 4th of December, 2022 and I returned home on 6 December 2022. Upon return, I opened the package delivered on 24 November 2022.
                                    There was one item (a pair of 7KG dumbbells) missing and all the other items were delivered. I call Amazon Customer Service and spoke with a Vivek and Raj from Super Senior Escalation Desk and explained the whole situation. This item cost me Rs. 2400.00. They were the least helpful and kept on repeating one lien - "It is outside the return window and hence they cant issue a refund or send a replacement item". To this I told them, I dont need a refund, just send me the item that I had ordered. They both kept on repeating that they cant resolve this and that there will be no replacement ordered and refund issued. It is very wrong and unfair and poor customer service and experience to be dealing with such people who cant even understand the customer's situation.
                                    I feel I have been robbed and that Amazon is running a cheating business here. It is so different from what I experience in Australia.
                                    Can I please request that this matter be looked into and the appropriate action be taken.

                                        I did not get my refund of Noise ColourFit Pulse watch order no.[protected] the amount of this article is 2, 099 plz help me i have called amazon customer support many times they are not helping me. Â Their agents are saying I have given an incorrect article to their delivery boy but their delivery boy has been checking the article before collecting it from me to see whether the article is correct or not.
