I have booked mi a2 phone on 13.09.2018 through amazon.in. I have received fena soap instead of mobile on 17.09.2018 around 13:50. I called immediately to delivery boy and customer support for this issue. Amazon took 10 days for investigation, today 27.09.2018 i called customer support and they denied to provide any replacement. I had returned two bajaj mixer grinder of which refund has been issued rs 3218 on august 27, 2018. But till now refund is not reflecting in my bank account.. The reference number amazon had given me is 816394. But upon contacting the bank, they are saying that they don't know any refund reference number. The product was ordered on 25/03 and was given a replacement by the 15/04. The oven was used only once and after that is stopped working, on contacting amazon to get the product replaced or serviced by the seller. The contact details provided by amazon for the seller is not valid and amazon is washing way their hands for any issue.
As the product has a warranty of 12 months, this should be resolved...

I had purchased panasonic th ex600d model tv from amazon in a discount price of 42, 000/-, even after one month they didn't delivered the item.
After few days without any notice they refunded me the amount. I lost my offer through their action. So don't relay on their discount offers. They may use your money for months without any further notice.

But mobile phone iss missing in delivery box, when i inform amazon customer support, they told me to share the delivery invoice which i shared,

I placed an order for External HDD which was urgently required, and Amazon did not deliver on promised date. When I tried calling the customer service they were of no use. I asked for escalation team and the person hung up on me stating there is nothing he can do.

Hello, I made a big mistake to buy books from Amazon.

I face some issues with books so I applied for refund on 9th September .

It is 24th September still no one comes to pickup products.

Each time I called Amazon customer care, they only told we have initiated the process and product will be picked within 24 to 48 hours.
