On 10/10/18 ordered products from amazon and made netbanking payment of rs.1948.00 which is deducted from my corporation bank s. B. A/c but at the same time got message from amazon that payment is declined. Contacted amazon for the same, they informed that they have not recd. The payment and advised me to register complaint form. I want back my money of rs.1948.00

    This is pathetic...

    Order tracking no[protected] is said to be deliver as per the app, but in actual it is not delivered.
    Delivery guy is not picking up the call, later the no. Was off..., nobody came to deliver this package...

    Nobody called
    No infomation - where my order is...
    It was supposed to be delivered on 26, oct (Today)...

    I was dependent on amazon for this order & it was super urent.
    I can still wait for it to get deliver within tonight.

      Please refer the trail mails sent by amazon. Amazon told to wait for 48 hours, now it is more than 96 hours over but I did not get my article. Status shown in app is “Yet to despatch”.
      Today I have to buy a TV which I am planning from amzon but little bit worry.

      Dear Sir,

      Please refer the trail mail and to advise me the status of my Order. It is more than 7 days when the order is placed. On 19.10.2018 and 201.10.2018, I talked to your associates and it was assured by Ms Neha that the article will be delivered but no solution is provided.

      On 19.10.2018 – It was told that item was got damaged while despatch and fresh item will be despatched soon.
      On 20.10.2018 – It was answered by Ms Neha that the item will be despatched within 48 hours.
      On 21.10.2018 – Ms Jashrwee replied that you have to cancle the order as it can not be despatched. If you can not cancle, amount will not be refeunded.

      Now I have not been left any option except to raise the issue to Consumer court.

        The product purchased from online shopping portal amazon during the sales just a week back was delivered defective when contacted their consumer care they said they will arrange for pick up in 2 working days we reminded them second time again they said they will do the needful in 2 working days which did not happen. On third reminder they said they can't arrange for the pick up nor they will give refund. We need to courrier the defective product to their vendor than track the parcel till it reaches the vendor than take bill copy and send the picture and all. Online shopping's basic motive is to give convenience to the buyer and not make his life miserable by selling defective product and making them follow their process which is inconvenient.

          The amazon firestick i have, stopped performing about 30 days after warranty of 1 year was over; after verbal promises regarding replacement it was denied. Amazon customer support said they have no provisions for service or repairs whatsoever. Essentially the much advertised and recommended amazon firestick seems to have a life cycle of merely 1 year which the company never discloses. I as a customer of the popular and reputed product feel so short charged. Its a simple waste of money purchasing amazon firestick thinking it will last for a couple of years at least.

            I made a payment of rs 1706.00 on 26.09.18 for an umbrella (Esprit)

            It did not reach me on the designated date.
            Since then trying to cancel the order but it is not being cancelled
            Spoke with helpline also on 22.10.18 and they assured that it will be cancelled and amount refund.
            Till date nothing happened
            It is not being cancelled on the website or on the mobile app.

              wrong product delivered and no refund

              I purchased mia2 from amazon and i received vivo power bank in that box... I open the box in front of courier boy and call the amazon team immediately and then they forward the call to the investigation team.. Then they said leave the courier boy and we accept your complain.. After 30min i call again them and then they said we deliver correct product and we are not responsible for this incidece... And we are not giving you any refund or replacement....

              Dear sir

              A refund of 1039 rupees was successfully processed on 13 oct 2018 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I ordered readmi 6a through amazon.in on 10th oct 18. I received my package on 11 oct 18 at 8:45 pm. When i unpacked the package, inside the box was a bar of rin soap instead of phone. I called delivery guy number of times but he did not pick my call. After i called amazon customer care to register my grievances. For my first call of complaint i did not receive any confirmation mail, so i called again. This time ramya, customer care executive asked me to upload my photo id to amazon account and assured me that i will receive refund and i should not worry about it. I did upload my id and waited till 25th oct to receive a call from amazon investigation team and get an update from amazon about my grievance. On 26th oct when i called amazon customer care, i was informed that amzon investigation team has come to conclusion that i was delivered phone. When i claimed that they have got things wrong and i would like to escalate my grievance, the representative said that i should ask my family about what i should do. After lot of argument on phone i was connected to karthik from amazon leadership team, he said he will take 3 days to look into the matter and investigate.
                I am surprised that why their investigation team didn't contact me when i had filed my complaint and they are not intending to believe me who has been amazon customer for long time.

                    I had ordered a product on amazon and did not receive it for 1 month, however the status of the product was delivered. It was a paid product. I had complained 4 times and no action was taken. Everytime for 1 month i was told i would receive it. The customer care executives were not helpful at all. No one had any idea of what the issue was. I was told different things everytime i called to complaint. After 1 month i am told that i would receive a refund.

                      I ordered a laptop from amazon, i made online payment for that and the payment date is 10 october, and it was 15 days gone but i didn't get my order yet, and that people are not giving me any good information about the order. And customer representative of amazon are not talking to me well. People who have ordered after me have found your order but haven't found me yet, i should have made online payment, so i need to get the first and the people who are ordering in cash on delivery are also getting the order before me

                        I had posted several truth of amazon fraud which includes the fraud of inr 2, 92, 250 (Two lakh ninety two thousand and two hundred fifty rupees) and the true product feedback which i had posted on amazon. After that amazon had not only asked twitter to suspend my account @tejendraraman but also they asked google to restrict my daily email sending limits as i sent several complaints of amazon to concerned government authorities. This is completely a violation of consumer law which twitter is supporting. Twitter should at once remove suspension of my account rather than supporting fraudster companies and scheduled caste atrocity and social boycott of scheduled caste indians.

                          I have ordere a asus a555la laptop replacement screen on 15th october 2018 and they have promised to deliver it by 22 october 2018. But now its 26 october and still i have nt received it. Every time i call them, they will say that item will be delivered within 24 hrs and even after 24 hrs situation would be same. I have already called them three times. I was very excited about my purchase but amazon ruined it all.

                              On 16th oct 2018 i have ordered a sony microvolt 16 gb pen drive from my amazon account by making card payment.
                              Scheduled delivery was on 20th october 2018. But not delivered till date. I have continuously in contact with the customer care from last 6 days. Nothing has happened. They are giving wrong assurance every day that today we will deliver, but every day i found that was a false promise. Up till i had about 15 calls and 10 chat with customer care, but they are not taking it at priority. I am experiencing lot of trouble and so much disappointment. Also amazon has wasted my 6 valuable working days and mental harrashment.

                                I have not received the product ordered in www.amazon.in.

                                18th october evening a delivery person called me and that time i was traveling and then called him to deliver on 22.10.2018. After that nobody turned up for the delivery of the product ordered. I am surprised to see the mail about the product delivered whereas i have not received. How come the product delivered updated without my acknowledgment.

                                This policy is wrong from amazon part and gives us insecurity to stop me for further order with amazon. Or else i may go only for cash on delivery. Since i have already paid nobody bothered.

                                    Returned a article on[protected] through blue dart bearing id no -[protected] for the sake of refunding rs-395/- to my account. So far no money has been refunded. Ican not understand what the real cause is. Money paid through citrus payment solutions id[protected] dated[protected] long time has been passed. How long i have to wait? Please inquire possitively the matter & take steps.
