I have ordered bluetooth earphones on amazon for which the payment was already done (This was replacement as the first ones were not working perfectly). The day of the delivery, delivery guy called but sorry i was unavailable at that time. Later i called him within an hour, he didn't pick up and what i got was a message that the product has already been delivered. Again i called after a day, he said that, he has my package, will soon deliver...

I have ordered a product from amazon on 6 september 2018 but it is not delivered till date but on tracking on amazon it shows delivered. My order id is order#[protected]. I contacted amazon customer care but till date i did not get refund nor the shipment. I want refund along with compensation. For mental harassment against deficiency in service by amazon india.
