I have purchased 5g ibja 24k gold bar on 27 aug.
But product is not delivered to me yet.
And amazon is showing delivered direct to the customer.
But product is not delivered to me
I have called many time in amazon customer service but they could not resolved my problem.
I just want my product to me or refund my money....

I am writing this so much of frustration due to unexpected irresponsibility from amazon. I have an order which is supposed to get delivered on 29 sep but i haven't recireceived till now, when i tried to track it i found that the pacakge is at same place for last two days and it havent moved yet. Amazon prime is a fraud and playing with there customers money. I have used free trail version of amazon prime and cancelled with in a week and called them to reconfirm about that and they have clearly said I am no where in to Amazon prime.
