I would like to bring to your notice regarding the order #[protected] which i made on 11th october 2018. It has reached the nearest facility on 13th october (As per the tracking). And we received a call from the delivery guy asking us to collect it from his facility which we refused since we regularly purchase from amazon and all items was delivered at our home without any issues. Even the other orders which i made along with this and reached the facility later than this has got delivered at my home.
I have contacted the customer service on 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and today as well, they promised that the item will be delivered 16th, and the same promise was done on 17th. And still the item is not only not delivered, and the item status was also put up wrongly stating that the recipient was not reachable, however i only got 1 call on 14th asking me to collect it. And for the other items, i got a delivery at my home on 17th as well and only for this delivery i was not reachable.
For all the orders i made in the past two weeks, i have kept the same phone number and address and i don't find any reason why my this specific item is not getting delivered other than the delivery guy is taking his personal revenge for not having the item collected from his office.
I have the chat transcript which i did with the customer service on 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and today. The customer service team has promised it will be delivered at the earliest but it is not happening even after contacting them for 6-7 times. If anyone in the addressed email can provide assistance or investigate this case or if you could provide the email contact of the the right person who can look into this case, would be highly appreciated.
