Hi,
This is gireesh kumar. I have purchased a fossil q founder analog-digital multi-colour dial men's touchscreen smartwatch-ftw2119 from amazon with order id[protected].
It was delivered to me on 15/09/2018 and the moment i started following the step by step procedure i realized that the watch is not working. I tried each and step which is there in user manual and did all the trouble shooting steps which i found on google.
All my efforts went into vain, but the watch was not turning on at all. I have charged the watch almost 05 hours thinking the battery needs to be charged. I think a defective was delivered to me with dead battery.
On the same day, i have contacted the amazon customer care and explained them the same and requested the replacement. The associate refused to take my request due to some internal policies and informed me that he will refund the amount as the product which was delivered is defective one and sent me the confirmation email as well.
Again, i had to contact the cc as there was no reply from you guys on the refund which was promised to me. The associate with whom i had discussed on the same asked me to contact the manufacturer. Then i came to know that false promise was given to me by the previous associate. Still i agreed to that and contacted the fossil customer care and explained them the [censored] from the beginning.

We request you to kindly get in touch with amazon. They will be able to help you with replacement.

We could help you when the watch becomes defective after use, but as you said watch was defective from the day you purchased, amazon should help you with this

I have forwarded the screenshots of all the conversation happened between me and the manufacturer to the customer support team.
After discussing with associate, superior and manager the solution provided to me is to submit a service denial letter from the fossil.
This is how you guys treat a customer who is using amazon since 2015 and never contacted customer support in any issue even though i was having minor issues.
It was my plan to gift this watch to my brother and you guys shattered my plans by sending a defective product. You customer support team are working there to give false promises.
It has been 21 days and no proper solution was provided to me. Why should i get a service denial letter when the email from fossil customer support team says that amazon must take the responsibility? That itself says they are not in position to help me out with issues in which amazon is diverting the issue to fossil.
Is it a joke? You guys are blaming each other. Did i ever complained on any product which i have purchased from amazon?
The associates, supervisors, and the bloody manager venkat were not able to understand my problem and simply taking like robots only the standard phrases as per the company policies.
A big thank you to all of you guys. Please take your watch back and i don’t want any kind of service from your end. What should i do with this defective?
I have paid 19000 for that and i am getting this kind of response and service from amazon. I am fed-up with you guys and your service.
For the past 21 days, i am not getting any kind of positive response from you guys.
I am tired now. I don’t have time for explaining the same again and again to all the xxxxx.
Please take back your defective watch and refund my amount.
Neverpreferamazon – that’s my moto from today.

    I had ordered 3 products at different date and they were never delivered on given date as promised n nobody from amazon has idea where the product is and the courier team updates false note on track shipment saying there is delay in delivery due to customer request which is false and they are least bothered about customer issues n this has happened almost 3 times... The courier team ccalks to confirm delivery but never delivered it n customer care executive keeps in repeating the record as order will be delivered by tomorrow which never comes...

      On 15/07/2017 i saw a phone named oneplus 6 (Mirror black, 8gb ram + 128gb memory) with prive rs 399/- and i ordered it with one-day delivery which i got free with prime subscription. I also got a confirmation mail by amazon at 9:36 pm. But in the morning my order was removed from "my order" list leaving no trace of my confirmation of my order. And then i got a mail saying that it was their mistake. Then when i called the customer care they started making excuses such as they cancelled it due to rain. Since then i have been trying to get my product at the price i had ordered from them.

        I have been a regular buyer of muscleblaze product since last couple of years. I have had good experience so far and had recommended the product on many portals. I never had to go for other brands so far. This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered muscleblaze lean mass gainer 5 kg. From amazon in their last sale order number[protected]. Instead of of receiving 5 kg product i got 3 kg weight gainer, seller was muscleblaze directly. I trust muscleblaze enough and never had problem thereby i kept the pack and unpacked it after 7 days of receiving it. Once i found that the product sent is incorrect, i tried to return it but the product was non-returnable on amazon site since it was on offer. I paid rs. 4439 for a product with mrp of 2799 which is also usually available on 25% to 30% discount normally. I have sent multiple communications to amazon but they denied sending correct product. Since no solution was given, i had to use the weight gainer which tastes bad and full of sugar.

        There has been only one response from amazon that you responded late and we can not help. I could not understand how such big mistake too place. I am not asking for refund but was expecting to get right product that i ordered.

          I have bought on whey protein 5 lbs worth of rs. 5711/- from amazon and got delivered on 25th sep but in my opinion it’s a fake product so i have requested for return on the same day and scheduled it for pickup next day i. E. 26th sep but no one showed up for the same. Till now i have called the amazon customer services more than 5 times and every time they assured me of pickup for the next day but again no one showed up. Now it’s 6th of october i am worried that after few days they will tell me that the seller won’t accept that product and they can’t do anything. Ps intervene as they are selling fake supplements to the consumers on regular basis. Ps do the needful.

          The amount of the product has been transferred to my account by the Amazon. The email id through which I have got the message regarding the same is- [email protected] However they have refunded the amount without picking up the product.

            I ordered the mi band 3 on amazon on 2 october 2018 with order id[protected]..

            It was delivered to me in 4 days. When i opened the parcel the box of the mi band 3 was there in the parcel but the band was nowhere.

            Then i contacted amazon and told them the whole story. They told me we will get back to you in 24 hours.

            After 30 minutes i received the email that your amazon account has been closed.

            I told them why you closed my account they didn't gave any specific answer and told me that this account will be closed forever..

            I don't know what to do now. Neither they gave me the product nor my money...

            So please look at this matter

              We had placed ordered for home and food products please find below details

              It was delivered today that's 30th sept 2018 but out of all products the prabhat ghee pack the mfg date shows 22/05/2016 how was the old food product was delivered to us.

              This is the way amazon works delivering old food products to customers. Need your attention on the same.

                And it's not tracking too now
                No refund is also there
                It's just updating false promises
                No one is helpful
                Called amazon customer service 20 times no initiatives taken
                Please help

                  One no hp pavilion lap top was purchased from amazon on 15th aug'2018, order number is[protected]. Order amount is rs. 69, 185.

                  It was tried to cancel the order after few days as the item is getting delayed for delivery, but it couldn't be possible as the item was shipped. Contacted customer care service and it was advised by them for not receiving the consignment on delivery, if the item is not required.

                  Accordingly the item was not received from the courier agent, on 27th august 18. After few days contacted amazon customer care for initiating refund of my money (Rs.69185). But to my surprise, customer care is keep on telling that it is showing in the system that the item was delivered. But i never received the consignment. I've amazon to show the details to whom it was delivered and share the name and contact details, but it was not revealed.
                  Further i have keep on calling amazon customer service starting from 3rd september and i am getting the reply that they will resolve the issue with courier partner and refund will be initiated soon. Till date refund was not initiated.
                  I have contacted customer care of gati courier and cargo to know the status of my consignment refering to the tracking id[protected]. They are also stated that it is showing in the system that item was delivered, but as per the information, it is showing that consignment was received by francis, who is no way related to me.
                  But when i contacted gati and enquired whether amazon has raised a complaint regarding this delivery based on my claim for refund, it was told that there was no complaint was raised by amazon. This is a very poor customer service from amazon. Even after 30days (3rd september to 3rd october) matter was not resolved. During this period i got credit card bill for paying this amount, which i have paid on 24.09.189 (Sbi credit card) and requested amazon on 20.09.18 to please arrange for refund early. They have confirmed that refund will be initiated within 48 hours as consignment reached seller, and amount will be credited by 28.09.18.
                  But in the back end amazon customer care did not done any work (At least to my knowledge, as no progress was seen).

                  This carelessness of amazon brought me utter disbelief and anger. I did not got the item. I was forced to pay the money to banker as dead line is crossing, but i did not got the refund. Amazon did not responded/ call back to me during the last one month for stating the progress.
                  I now demand not only my refund amount but also the damages done to me and the delay done in resolving the issue forum may suitable levy a penalty on amazon.

                    On 27 april 2018 i had bought a black colored casual celio shirt from amazon.in (Order no.[protected]. I just used it once and washed, it has started fading and also it has started attracting dust. I can't even wear it, it feels like it's a shirt bought from some local shop. I don't know whether it is a faulty piece from celio or amazon's fault. Even after mailing the query to celio.in, no response has been received from their side.

                      So this is regarding my two orders in Amazon India
                      One is ORDER #[protected] and the other is order no #[protected]
                      There was an issue with the ORDER #[protected] so I returned the order with amazon complete policies and got a receipt for the same which I am attaching below as a proof the order was returned on 26 September 2018 and till then I didn't get any refund status or any email notification from amazon about it I called amazon executives many time but they always told me that I have to wait for 2-4 business days as the refund is under process but still didn't get any call from them in next 5 days and every time I call amazon I got the same reply from them to wait but didn't receive any notification from them so this is first complaint for the refund of amount INR 999/- which I have also returned but never got any refund
                      The second complain is about the order no #[protected]. At the time of delivery of this order I got an email from amazon marketplace that the order has been cancelled and I have to place the order again but the same morning I got the order with a different order #[protected]. I paid it through COD and when I opened the seal the order was in degradable condition. I called amazon because there was no option for return or exchange. Amazon executive assured me that as the seller has delivered the product without their consent so they will be taking actions against the seller, they will block him and refund me back my money which will in amazon pay balance as I have paid through COD which will again take 2-4 business days and asked me to wait for their call
                      After it I didn't get any call from amazon, I called amazon on 3rd october 2018 to enquire about the same which was not fault they told me due to their fault the refund got stuck and i'll got the refund same day which will amount to Rs. 1998. I waited for it the whole day but didn''t get any.
                      I called amazon so many times just for my simple refund amount of two products but they are not taking it seriously and when I called on 4th oct i.e., today some agent Syed asked me to send the reciept again which I have already sent before and they don't have records of that. I asked Syed to connect me to his manager but he put me on hold for so long and then disconnected the call. I am so disappointed with amazon because I haven't recieved my refund yet which amounts to Rs. 1998/-. Like this is how amazon service works
                      I want amazon to refund me the full amount along with the total compensation fee for my time they have wasted
                      As their policies say you'll get refund in total 5 business days but I didn;t get any
                      Below I'll be attaching all the proofs and email service of amazon for which they have not responded well in against my query and I want you to take strict action because I am already very depressed about my money

                        I had ordered for the product "Magideal DNX-9960 2.5mm External Microphone for Car Pioneer Stereos Radio Receiver "" on 9-sept-2018 through amazon website. I made full payment (rs 742.15) for the product while ordering itself. The order id is Order #[protected].

                        But, I got a message/email on 18-Sep-2018 saying my product is delivered to my address. However I had not recieved that product on that day. Even till today, I have not recieved my product.

                        I have called amazon customer care 4 times in last 10 days. But, they are not responding properly. They are just saying please wait for some time.

                        Please either deliver the product or refund the money.

                              ORDER #[protected], placed for Asus battery on 17th Sep. When I received it, it was used/defective. I filed complaint at the same time but amount still not refunded. Tried contacting the seller as well but no use as he send me mail confirmation 3-4 times that he refund the money but still its not done. Today Amazon is telling that seller dropped wrong mail confirmation as no refund has been initiated yet. Both of them cheated me & wasted my time as well. I want my refund along with compensation.

                                  Hello, i have received a call from no. [protected] at 16.07 hrs on 03.10.2018 stating that i have won an gift of sony bravia 40"tv worth rs: 45999/- from amazon and to claim that gift i should purchase any one item for an amount of rs:5000/- but the payment should be done only through net banking or using bhim or tez app. I have selected symphony 12ltr cooler and paid an amount of rs:- 5399/- (Photo no 02) she send bill to my mail photo no. 03. Then the next day morning i have received another call saying that we are calling from amazon regarding your free gift and to receive that gift i should pay an amount rs:11999/- towards gst and insurance and this amount is completely refundable within minutes and only then the bill will be generated and i would get my products. I have paid the amount through online banking photo no 04 then the person said that the amount credited was on rs11989/-as online transaction fees has been deducted then again he insisted me to pay rs 12009/- to get refund of my amount then again i have paid rs:- 12009/- through online and this time also he said that my amount has not been credited and he insisted me to download tez app and from that app i should pay the amount of rs: 24008/- to get the total refund of rs: 48016/- and to get my money refunded i again paid the amount vide photo no 05 and the person told me to wright"gst refund from amazon "and i did the same but again the person said the person said that i have to type"gst refund from amazon.in" and insisted me to pay again but i refused to do so and requested to pay my money back. He said that he will contact to his higher officials and will contact me, but the person din't call me. The next day i. E on 04.10.2018 when i have called them they talked to me rudely and the customer care executive even scolded me. Then again i tried calling them then the same person received my call and said that i should pay the amount of rs:12009/- again to get all my amount refund from amazon.

                                    I had made on payment of electricity bill by using amazon.in app on 14/08/2018 through my registered id on [protected]. Bill amount is 3460 which is deducted from my account but not updated in my pspcl account no:- [protected]. Today, 04/10/2018, when a discuss this problem with our executive tushar and chander they are too rude and not even understand what i want to tell them. Its really bad that i m getting harassed from about 10days. I think amazon should have to pay reward for this harassment which is due to the mistake of amazon.                                       I purchased a refrigerator from www.amazon.in on 2nd october, 2018 in exchange. Order id[protected]. Total amount -24, 534.00. Schedule delivery date was -6th october 2018. On 3rd october the product dispatched and on 3rd october night www.amazon.in updated the website as "package will be returned to the seller, the recipient didn't accept it" which is a complete lie since all o[censored]s was available at home. We didn't get any call from amazon courier person. When i called the customer service they said the product is damaged in transit and they cannot help and ask me to order the same product again during sale on 10th october (Not remembering the exact date) without refunding any money. Customer service is unwilling to respond and even blo cked the call is option from. My amazon application.. When i am calling them they replying with they cannot help. Firstly they updated with misleading information in their website as "recipient not reachable" and now amazon is not refunding back my money which i have already paid for the refrigerator. Customer service also harassing me whenever i am calling them saying that they cannot do anything since they have not got the product returned yet. Moreover cloudtail retail is in bangalore and they can deliver in one day so when the scheduled time is 6th october, 2018 not sure on 3rd october why their product got damaged. Please note same incident happened with one of my friend couple of months back when he tried to buy phone in amazon exchange policy

                                        I have placed order for syska led t5 tube lights on 13th of sept 2018 but till date no supply is done and when i wanted to know the supply status i was told by toll free no that refund have been processed. I contacted on 28th 30th and 4th oct 2018 but same reply is given. My order detail is as follow.
