The delivery man tone of language was so harsh. On not providing change of money he shouted misbehaved with me and took the package back. It's really bad experience in amazon.

    I have ordered the below item on mentioned date.

    Order: thursday 11 october 2018 /[protected]
    Items:
    Redmi 6 pro (Black, 3gb ram, 32gb storage)

    I was about the receive the package by 13th oct 2018. But it was cancelled from amazon delivery person and they rescheduled for next working day without making any call to me (Attached screen shot).

    Then for monday 15th oct again i received a delivery message and got a call from delivery person by evening 4.40pm on the same day where i was unable to receive the package and i requested the delivery guy to re-schedule by tuesday 16th oct 2018.

    Later that delivery guy cancelled his plans and returned the product without informing me. I thought i will receive it by 16th oct.

    But when i am checking the tracking order section it shows order cancelled by customer (Attached screens shot) and i am shocked.

    So, i made a call to amazon center. The customer service person pretend to accept the mistake made by delivery guy. Instead he put mistake on me for not receiving it by 15th oct.

    Same issue i faced in previous order. Where they made nearly 15 days delay to deliver a product and finally they made me to cancel it.

    Now my problem is even if it was returned from my side and do re order i will loose the offers they made between 11th oct to 14th oct.

    I want the product as same i ordered i don't want to loose my order and offers.

      I had prepaid amount of rs 2699 for the order

      Which should be delivered on oct 11 to my location as i can see product is already in bangalore from order history/tracking details.

      From oct 11th every day i will get one message of out for delivery... And end of the day i will get another meaasage like

      Delivery agent not even called me atleast once... I checked my number is working..

      When im trying to call that amazon agent number is saying busy... Continuously not one time.. From morning 8 am to till evening 5pm (More that 15 times)...

      When i called customer care they will say like... Same thing like amazn agent tried to call u... But you are not reachable. So delivery boy will try to deliver on the next day... We are raising escalation on this... Like this they will say...

      And its next day comes... Same thing repeats

      Again i called customer care... This time they said address might be problem... So i agiven some additional addresss and my one more mobile number..

      Nochange again same thing happens..

      No delivery message or update for 2 days.. (When i called customer care they said please wait till monday means oct 15 th).

      Again on october 15th morning

      Delivery agents not even called me once... For this order... I only called them many times... Bu its saying busy... From past 5 days

      Again i called customer care... They said this time top priority escalations from past 5 days... But nothing is happening...

      Im not sure why they are doing this.. Some one please help me.

        I did not use amazon for any services for the past four (4) months, and wish to stop all future charges to my visa card. Please remove me from your systems from all charges. And credit my visa card account for august 9, sept 9, oct 9 for $ 13.77 each month for total of $ 41.31.

        And remove me from your system.

          I ordered a phone on 9th of october and mistakenly i put wrong address but suddenly i cancelled my after confirming from your customer care representative that he/she cant change the address from their end they prefer to cancel my order. Now i got rs.1000 less in total refund. If i did payment through my credit card then total refund need to credited in cc not in amazon pay balance as cashback. That not the right way to pressurize customer to use "amazon pay' forcefully.

            Hi,

            Please check the two screenshots i have attached, one is i placed order on 23rd may for one plus 6 and product got delivered.

            Please check my other order i have placed on 12th october for one plus 6 and the order got cancelled.

            You may came to to know that i have ordered from the same account and same seller 'greenmobiles', while talking to the customer service i came to to know that in my second order the product was in undeliverable location.. Can you spot any difference in two addresses. While tracking the order on sunday[protected] the product status was showing it will deliver on monday[protected].

            My question is if the product is not in the deliverable location why they accepted my order and why they accepted my payment.

            Another question, why they have cancelled the order without notice.

            I have spoke to 3 customer service executives, all of them has not satisfied my queries, awaiting a positive response from your end, i believe it's your responsibility to eliminate this kind of sellers, as this kind of seller should bring down our trust on amazon.in

              Amazon a-to-z guarantee claim for order[protected]

              My refund request is started from 27 the of september but still i have not get refund
              Many time i ask to customer care but they ask me will refund within 24 -48 hours
              Already 20 days passed for claim and ask me to wait again for 15 days

              I was ordered ride on car for my child as per details it is completable for 5 years child but actually it is for 2-3 years kids so i want to return, amazon ask to me to self return the same, i earlier refuse to self return because i know that if i returned seller not give my refund with any reason like damage or else
              But amazon say to return and take gaurrunty for refund

              Now when i return the product to seller he refused to refund my money with reason that product was damaged by me

              Requested to you that resolve my issue with amazon

                I had purchased joyalukkas 5gm assayer certified gold bar and amazon cancelled my order after accepting and taking payment.
                This was against the law of contract act, i also received confirmation that it will be dispatched.
                But they cancelled my order on the last moment and told they will refund money which will take many days to happen.
                As they increased price of product they told me to purchase at higher price.
                I do not want to pay more than agreed price and this is called harassment by the powerful.

                  My spouse is an Amazon prime member. But whatever she orders from Amazon doesn't get delivered whenever it is sent via bluedart. Why the hell Amazon not taking action against bluedart. Bluedart simply puts wrong tracking status and never calls. The tracking status says delivery attempted even though they didn't call us. Amazon doesn't have proper customer care to check the delivery issues.

                    I have to complaint to amazon.in and it's very pathetic delivery services . i have placed order two times for same product but not delivered to me not a single time.My order id is[protected] and the product is RealMe 1 mobile and delivery address is Kribhco BhawanSector 1, Noida.I have to complaint to courier services in this area i.e. sector 1 noida area and take some serious action to their courier services and not happened this once again to any customer.

                      My order in amazon order #[protected] is supposed to be deliverd by today evening - based on the advertisement only bought the mobile
                      -i got the delivery boy mobile from the amazon team phone: [protected]. Requested team to instruct to delivery the mobile today - and they confirmed that they have intimated to delivery person. I spoke to the delivery boy 10 time in 3 housrs - he promised to deliver today and finally switched off his mobile-

                      Amazon delivery persons are always doing like this, . they work according to their whims and fancies. I have faced similar problem with Amazon. Once even when i was at home i got message that parcel refused. I have stopped buying from amazon because of this . They are hiring third party delivery boys who have no accountability.

                        Defective bed has been sent which cannot be assembled because part is bent (see photo). I applied for return and refund 10 days ago but I am getting threatening emails from [protected]@amazon.in saying that my claim will be cancelled if I don't send them information about the return pickup. Seller is expecting me to arrange for return. Fedex has refused to service my return and Amazon has done nothing to ensure that Fedex services the return pickup. The seller is using Fedex's refusal to harass me. I have been receiving calls from people claiming to represent an alternate courier who want to know how much I will pay for the return pickup. still waiting for money to be refunded.

                          The order was given on 13/10/2018
                          Message was sent that "by 6pm it would be delivered"
                          But now the time is 6:45 and still not delivered
                          The amazon agent mob no [protected] has switched off since morning
                          If the order cannot be delivered by today at least inform or text us.
                          We have wasted our entire day sitting for the amazon agent.
                          It was a complete waste of time, it was a very bad experience for us
                          So it can be concluded that amazon cannot do its work fast

                          I assure the complain would be marked seriously

                            I ordered a sendai glossy metal bed from original bed co. On amazon. The bed was defective (See photo). It was impossible to assemble as two parts were not aligning and screw was not fixing. It is now more than 10 days since i have asked for return and refund and neither the bed has been picked up nor the money has been returned. Amazon is sending me threatening emails that the claim will be cancelled if i donot provide them information about the return of the product. They are putting the responsibility of returning a damaged product on me, the customer, who has paid for the product fully in advance. They have refused to publish negative reviews of the product and the product continues to show on amazon with 100% positive reviews raising suspicions of the involvement of an insider at amazon in promoting this product.

                            Amazon is aware of the POOR Quality of the product - Sendai Glossy Metal Bed from The Original Bedstead Company (www.originalbedsteadcompany.in, www.obc-uk.net) but still they are rejecting the negative reviews and supporting the seller, SHAME on www.amazon.in
                            The seller The Original Bedstead Co. (Original Bed co.) is a POOR QUALITY manufacturer and highly CROOKED and LIAR, they are intimidating and blackmailing buyers into removing negative reviews by withholding return and refund.                             Their product is showing with 100% positive reviews even though the product totally bogus.

                              Quiet recently i had an order delivery from amazon. unfortunately I had to be away from my home at that particular day leaving my house at the hands of my help accounting to an emergency at work . The delivery person called me infact I would like to correct it by saying that he rather demanded that I open the door.
                              He did not give me a prior check up call before showing up at my door (the message was also sent to meat the last moment prior too his demanding call) secondly when I asked why there was not a check up call he shouted at me saying "he had better things to do rather than just calling me and checking on my status before making the delivery". He also made sure that he be the last person to hang up by harshly making the decision on my part by saying that he is returning the product citing some reason he will choose and ends the phone hastly. He sis not even try to make an alternative plan to make the necessary delivery arrangements. I have placed orders with amazon for years and have never had a bad experience so far but the recent misbehavior on the hands of the uncultured and rude delivery agent was really shattering to me. His behavior caused me to a loo-sage of my order as well as mental scaring.

                                Order#[protected] is yet not delivered, which was expected on 14.10.18. Also status is updated "attempted to deliver" where as no one call me or reached at the mentioned address, then how they attempt to deliver my order.

                                Till today 15/10/18 i did not received my order and nobody from your side tried to contact for delay in delivery.

                                Is this kind of service amazon.in is providing to prime customer?

                                  I have ordered on amazon on 12th october, 2018 through debit card payment worth ruppees 459 for a black dress. As soon as that i got a message that Rs459 has been debited from my account but i have received no order confirmation message from Amazon till now rather when i called into customer care they said no such order has been placed, then where the exactly amount of Rs459 go then because it has got debited from my account on that very moment.

                                      Considering a sale, I bought a laptop and Phone with Amazon specifically checking the return and replacement policy. It was a Samsung on pro5 I ordered on Amazon. Both arrived and the phone was not working properly, it was hanging from the start, Wifi was not connecting and when someone would call the number, They could hear the ringing but the phone wouldn't ring.

                                      So I requested to replace or return the phone. Amazon wont event register my complaint so I had to call the customer service team. The lady who answered was like a broken record saying do a blanco test but we cant return the item. Saying this multiple times. so I asked for a manager who ended up being another broken record. again repeating the same nonsense. My question is, why was this not mentioned while buying the Items. Apparently, when you order something during sale, It can not be returned.

                                      The people who spoke to me were ridiculously nonchalant in the way they were speaking. Like do whatever you want we dont care enough to help you.

                                      This was a pathetic experience and I will never buy anything from Amazon ever ever ever again.

                                        This is regarding order #[protected]. I never received this order and it is incorrectly marked as delivered with amazon. I received a call from amazon delivery agent on 11th october asking to me take the package. Since i was unavailable, i asked him to reschedule the delivery next day, i. E. 12th october. But i got an email on 11th october after 9 pm stating that my order is delivered and package is handed directly to customer. Since i did not receive this package, i immediately connected with amazon team via chat and they told me that this is a false update and i should not worry about this.

                                        On 12th october, i was awaiting further update on my order and since i did not get any call from delivery boy or any amazon agent, i again connected with amazon csa - priyanka and she told that she'll cancel the order on my behalf and refund would be issued in 4 days. Since, then i have been following up with different team members from amazon and they have been feeding me incorrect information.

                                        Every time i talk to one of their agents, i am given different answer.

                                        Can you look into this issue, i want my full refund for this order.
