Hello!,

Order #[protected] dtd. 7th oct 18, sun pharma garlic pearls - 100 perals (Pack of 4), sold by: supervalue pharmacy pvt ltd
Received in completely damaged condition, all the glass bottles are broken. The seller has not packed properly, it should be bubble wrapped and packed in corrugated box before dispatching. I am always buying from your web site, this is the first time it happened like this, because of this seller. I think he dos not know how to pack glass bottles before dispatching. Ask the seller to send the replacement qty with apology letter.

    I have received a defective moto g5s plus on 10th oct 2018 but when i have asked for the replacement, amazon customer care executives bluffed me by saying that the device is not available. I have been trying for a replacement from the first day by calling them every day but there is no genuine response from them.

    Day 1: i have asked for the replacement and they have sent a technician for inspection and confirmed that the device is defective.

    Day 2: i was told that the device will be replaced once the item is in stock so contact us when the stock is available.

    Day 3: i have called to them on 16-oct-2018 @ 10:58 am and asked them that the device is available and hence requested to replace the device. Then told that the request has been initiated and they will confirm the same by calling me after 1 hr.

    After 1 hour (16-oct-2018 @ 12:01 pm), i got a call from one of the executive saying that the stock is not available with the same seller but i could able to order the same mobile from the same seller with different email id.

    I have called the customer care again on 16-oct-2018 @ 12:50 pm, they told that i have updated my location and hence they are unable to process the replacement. So, as requested by cc executive, i have added another address but at the end (After 40 minutes on call) they told that they are not going to replace the device.

    Finally, i got blamed by amazon services and customer care executives.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Lucknow: an incident of fraudulent diversion of refunds meant for amazon customers by hackers to their own accounts came to light in lucknow on wednesday. The legal cell of amazon filed a complaint, on the basis of which an fir was lodged against unknown hackers at vibhuti khand police station.
      A large number of amazon customers had been complaining that refunds were not being credited to their bank accounts. On getting multiple complaints of the same nature, the company got an internal audit done and it came to light that the refund money of around 1, 500 customers had been diverted by hackers into their own accounts.
      The cyber cell of lucknow police is now looking into the matter.
      Sources in amazon's legal cell said it was for the first time such an incident was reported in the company and it started getting complaints on a regular basis almost every week from the month of june. An audit revealed that the incident was happening with those customers who used to give 'cash on delivery.' the customers who wanted to replace products were requested to add their bank accounts so that refund amount could be credited directly into their account.
      The hackers used to get access to the phone number of the customers and call them impersonating company officials. They would asked them to reveal their one-time-password, as soon as it was generated and then replace the bank details of that customer with their own. Once the delivery boy would come to take back the parcel, the refund amount would be credited to the account of the hackers instead of customers.

      AMAZON is now becoming scamster as many newspaper tell in INDIA. Today the bank manager of SBI which is also a AMAZON partner lodged a FIR against AMAZON in Lucknow and again … it was just not me their are thousand of people and thousand of FIR against AMAZON scamsters

      ONE CAN GO TO AMAZON app and you chat with a ROBOT... no solution at all... IT has gone into HINDI but people do not know HINDI even they are open in …. TELGU or MALYALAM …. its open fraud only hindi people are being robbed and that too AMAZON hindi

        But i know it has probably happened to me a couple times, but not enough to affect my bottom-line. Just like shoplifting it will happen but as long as it is kept low a business can still make money. And i know 99.9% of buyers are awesome and have no intent of stealing. I fully understand amazon’s policy of favoring the buyer in most situations and i agree with the policy. This buyer centered policies allow me to sell more items at higher prices, because buyers trust amazon to protect them for shady sellers and they are willing to pay more for that assurance. But what assurances to i have as a seller against fraud buyers. About 1 in 300 or so packages show as delivered by post office, but customer will state it did not arrive. Since i know the post office does lose packages i always believe the customer and issue immediate full refunds or ship another free. My question/suggestion is does amazon keep an eye on buyer fraud. Example: as a buyer i could buy multiple items from many different sellers and if i don’t sign for packages i could just lie and say i never received any of them and get free stuff. I know amazon keeps a close eye on a-z claims, but most good sellers like me just give refunds so the a-z never happens. Does amazon track a buyer who gets a lot of refunds, or makes a lot of where’s my stuff request? Another example: as a buyer i could buy a product and claim it does not work, or is not as described. I know from personal experience amazon will take the customers side 9 times out of ten, again i know why. Does amazon keep an eye on customer returns for “not as described”, because again good sellers like me never argue with the customer, i just refund to prevent a-z and negative feedback. Again i have been doing really well, and i do not see this as a problem yet, but i would feel better if amazon is monitoring buyer’s refund, return, and where’s my stuff actions for possible fraud. I just don’t want amazon to become a scammers paradise.

        N theory perhaps they do, in practice perhaps not. As you stated they are customer oriented and they assert that signature confirmation is the valid method of proof of receipt. As with any on-line sales there is always the chance that the item was really not received by the buyer or there is a scam. With the track record of successful sales you mentioned it is not something for you to worry about. Allegedly buyer’s have a maximum of az claims which can be filed. However it seems that this number can be overturned by buyers calling customer service

        I told them from DAY 1 still more than 1month FIR lodged by BANK MANAGER for a small amount its shame on AMAZON
        I've ordered a havells 750w mixer and grinder of Rs 3270 on 11.10.2015 by prepaid payment but I'm still waiting for order to receive cause Amazon notified me that it'll take another 1 week or more to deliver! I'm not sure they are going to deliver it to me or not.
        The September Citibank/Costco Statement reflects a $13.08 from Amazon. I have no idea why the charge.

        The charge of $13.08 is in error. Please delete that charge by issuing a credit for the same amount.

          I ordered two items and delivery date was given as 15 october 2018. I got a message saying items will be delivered on 15th by the agent. After an hour i got another message saying since the delivery wasn’t accepted the items are returned to seller. Nobody contacted me regarding the delivery. I tried to contact the agent but he’s canceling my calls and not responding.

            My mobile emei no does not match from invoice. I compained about it 30 aug 2018 and call multiple of times but every time they said to wait for 5 to 6 days. Now there is 45 days and still no solution. I want to repair my phone but due to this wareanty expired. Poor verypoor work amazon. I will never purchase anything from amazon, and if it will not resolve with in two days i have to go consumer court and compalin about this and punished you. Thank you very much for such a great service

              Hi,

              I had opted battery for my smart watch and ordered on amazon. The company so called mgm enterprises, delivered led lamp. Because of their mistake, i have to courier back the product to the company on my own expenses. Sounds amazing. Amazon should take responsibility for such wrong delivery. Already paid for delivering the product whatever cost and now again being compelled to courier the product on my own expenses. Damn #.

              People are losing trust over amazon now and so do i.

                The delivery man tone of language was so harsh. On not providing change of money he shouted misbehaved with me and took the package back. It's really bad experience in amazon.

                  I have ordered the below item on mentioned date.

                  Order: thursday 11 october 2018 /[protected]
                  Items:
                  Redmi 6 pro (Black, 3gb ram, 32gb storage)

                  I was about the receive the package by 13th oct 2018. But it was cancelled from amazon delivery person and they rescheduled for next working day without making any call to me (Attached screen shot).

                  Then for monday 15th oct again i received a delivery message and got a call from delivery person by evening 4.40pm on the same day where i was unable to receive the package and i requested the delivery guy to re-schedule by tuesday 16th oct 2018.

                  Later that delivery guy cancelled his plans and returned the product without informing me. I thought i will receive it by 16th oct.

                  But when i am checking the tracking order section it shows order cancelled by customer (Attached screens shot) and i am shocked.

                  So, i made a call to amazon center. The customer service person pretend to accept the mistake made by delivery guy. Instead he put mistake on me for not receiving it by 15th oct.

                  Same issue i faced in previous order. Where they made nearly 15 days delay to deliver a product and finally they made me to cancel it.

                  Now my problem is even if it was returned from my side and do re order i will loose the offers they made between 11th oct to 14th oct.

                  I want the product as same i ordered i don't want to loose my order and offers.

                    Which should be delivered on oct 11 to my location as i can see product is already in bangalore from order history/tracking details.

                    From oct 11th every day i will get one message of out for delivery... And end of the day i will get another meaasage like

                    Delivery agent not even called me atleast once... I checked my number is working..

                    When im trying to call that amazon agent number is saying busy... Continuously not one time.. From morning 8 am to till evening 5pm (More that 15 times)...

                    When i called customer care they will say like... Same thing like amazn agent tried to call u... But you are not reachable. So delivery boy will try to deliver on the next day... We are raising escalation on this... Like this they will say...

                    And its next day comes... Same thing repeats

                    Nochange again same thing happens..

                      I did not use amazon for any services for the past four (4) months, and wish to stop all future charges to my visa card. Please remove me from your systems from all charges. And credit my visa card account for august 9, sept 9, oct 9 for $ 13.77 each month for total of $ 41.31.

                        I ordered a phone on 9th of october and mistakenly i put wrong address but suddenly i cancelled my after confirming from your customer care representative that he/she cant change the address from their end they prefer to cancel my order. Now i got rs.1000 less in total refund. If i did payment through my credit card then total refund need to credited in cc not in amazon pay balance as cashback. That not the right way to pressurize customer to use "amazon pay' forcefully.

                          Hi,

                          Please check the two screenshots i have attached, one is i placed order on 23rd may for one plus 6 and product got delivered.

                          Please check my other order i have placed on 12th october for one plus 6 and the order got cancelled.

                          You may came to to know that i have ordered from the same account and same seller 'greenmobiles', while talking to the customer service i came to to know that in my second order the product was in undeliverable location.. Can you spot any difference in two addresses. While tracking the order on sunday[protected] the product status was showing it will deliver on monday[protected].

                          My question is if the product is not in the deliverable location why they accepted my order and why they accepted my payment.

                          Another question, why they have cancelled the order without notice.

                          I have spoke to 3 customer service executives, all of them has not satisfied my queries, awaiting a positive response from your end, i believe it's your responsibility to eliminate this kind of sellers, as this kind of seller should bring down our trust on amazon.in

                            Amazon a-to-z guarantee claim for order[protected]

                            My refund request is started from 27 the of september but still i have not get refund
                            Many time i ask to customer care but they ask me will refund within 24 -48 hours
                            Already 20 days passed for claim and ask me to wait again for 15 days

                            I was ordered ride on car for my child as per details it is completable for 5 years child but actually it is for 2-3 years kids so i want to return, amazon ask to me to self return the same, i earlier refuse to self return because i know that if i returned seller not give my refund with any reason like damage or else
                            But amazon say to return and take gaurrunty for refund

                            Now when i return the product to seller he refused to refund my money with reason that product was damaged by me

                            Requested to you that resolve my issue with amazon

                              I had purchased joyalukkas 5gm assayer certified gold bar and amazon cancelled my order after accepting and taking payment.
                              This was against the law of contract act, i also received confirmation that it will be dispatched.
                              But they cancelled my order on the last moment and told they will refund money which will take many days to happen.
                              As they increased price of product they told me to purchase at higher price.
                              I do not want to pay more than agreed price and this is called harassment by the powerful.

                                My spouse is an Amazon prime member. But whatever she orders from Amazon doesn't get delivered whenever it is sent via bluedart. Why the hell Amazon not taking action against bluedart. Bluedart simply puts wrong tracking status and never calls. The tracking status says delivery attempted even though they didn't call us. Amazon doesn't have proper customer care to check the delivery issues.

                                  I have to complaint to amazon.in and it's very pathetic delivery services . i have placed order two times for same product but not delivered to me not a single time.My order id is[protected] and the product is RealMe 1 mobile and delivery address is Kribhco BhawanSector 1, Noida.I have to complaint to courier services in this area i.e. sector 1 noida area and take some serious action to their courier services and not happened this once again to any customer.

                                    My order in amazon order #[protected] is supposed to be deliverd by today evening - based on the advertisement only bought the mobile
                                    -i got the delivery boy mobile from the amazon team phone: [protected]. Requested team to instruct to delivery the mobile today - and they confirmed that they have intimated to delivery person. I spoke to the delivery boy 10 time in 3 housrs - he promised to deliver today and finally switched off his mobile-

                                    Amazon delivery persons are always doing like this, . they work according to their whims and fancies. I have faced similar problem with Amazon. Once even when i was at home i got message that parcel refused. I have stopped buying from amazon because of this . They are hiring third party delivery boys who have no accountability.

                                      Defective bed has been sent which cannot be assembled because part is bent (see photo). I applied for return and refund 10 days ago but I am getting threatening emails from [protected]@amazon.in saying that my claim will be cancelled if I don't send them information about the return pickup. Seller is expecting me to arrange for return. Fedex has refused to service my return and Amazon has done nothing to ensure that Fedex services the return pickup. The seller is using Fedex's refusal to harass me. I have been receiving calls from people claiming to represent an alternate courier who want to know how much I will pay for the return pickup. still waiting for money to be refunded.

                                        The order was given on 13/10/2018
                                        Message was sent that "by 6pm it would be delivered"
                                        But now the time is 6:45 and still not delivered
                                        The amazon agent mob no [protected] has switched off since morning
                                        If the order cannot be delivered by today at least inform or text us.
                                        We have wasted our entire day sitting for the amazon agent.
                                        It was a complete waste of time, it was a very bad experience for us
                                        So it can be concluded that amazon cannot do its work fast

                                        I assure the complain would be marked seriously
