I have ordered bluetooth earphones on amazon for which the payment was already done (This was replacement as the first ones were not working perfectly). The day of the delivery, delivery guy called but sorry i was unavailable at that time. Later i called him within an hour, he didn't pick up and what i got was a message that the product has already been delivered. Again i called after a day, he said that, he has my package, will soon deliver it, just to meet my daily quota he marked it as delivered. I said okay. After that no reply from him. I again called him after 3 days then he says that he does not know about my package and told me upfront to lodge a complaint against it.
So please look into this. I have spent a lot of time already into this. I do expect my parcel as soon as possible and a good customer satisfaction!

    I have ordered a product from amazon on 6 september 2018 but it is not delivered till date but on tracking on amazon it shows delivered. My order id is order#[protected]. I contacted amazon customer care but till date i did not get refund nor the shipment. I want refund along with compensation. For mental harassment against deficiency in service by amazon india.

      Refund of rs. 10998 has been made by amazon on 18th of september 201 8 regarding a product (Order number is #.[protected]
      "the reference number of the refund is ref[protected]
      But, the refund has not been received yet.
      Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
      I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

        I had ordered plastic polka containers 2 nos on 17.9.2018 and made payment twice since the first payment was declined. Till date i have not received the declined payment.in this regard i have made several calls to customer service but no results.
        I had made one more order on 19.9.2018 for ivan electric diya for which payment was made twice. But the amount declined is not refunded yet. The product received also is not functioning even after replacement.

        I had ordered polka plastic containers on 17.9.2018 and ivan electric diya 0n 19.92018.in both the cases payment was made twice since the first payment was declined. However, the declined payment has still not been refunded inspite of making calls to customer service.

        It is further pointed out ivan electric diya is not functioning even after it has been replaced.
        I am tired of everything . No one is picking up the product. I give up. Please please don't buy anything from Amazon.in
        Don't waste your hard earned money for fooling. It self and filling Amazon z pocket.

          I have applied in certain websites for amazon recruitment. I got an call that it is an telephonic interview and asked some questions and an online test. I answered. Then a text message came of send ur documents and resume to [protected]@amazoncarrers.in. I had send all the documents. And after 1day they send me an confirmation letter that you have been selected as an supervisor and to open salary account you have to pay rs.5000 and for uniform you have to pay 1650 they said then for mediclaim 5000 i have totally transferred 11650 to their account. But until now the courier package has not arrived. Please help me resolving this. I have all proofs and documents that payment i had made and their account number and so please kindly help me. Is it true or fake or please help me to get my money back. Please help me i am from poor family. This is a big amount for us. Due to eagerness of job i have paid it asking to someone nearby. So please help me to recover from this problem please 🙏

            I purchased oneplus 6 which cost ₹34999 on may 22, 2018 from amazon.in, i paid ₹1050 as oneplus 6 giftcard and rest 33949 inr through my sbi card, i received the product on may 25, 2018 and my order number is[protected].
            At the time of purchase there was a cashback offer of ₹2000 with sbi card. It should be credited to card holders account on or before august 28, 2018 but i haven't got any till the date. I have contacted the amazon customer service for several times and they told me i'd get my money shortly. Last time when i contacted them to notice about the problem they told me that i'm not eligible for cash back because i haven't done the full payment through sbi card. But i have done my complete payment through same card and in the "amazon.in faq for oneplus 6 sbi cashback" section have "minimum transaction amount to avail cashback is ₹28000.
            They are repeating the same things again and again, now i've fed up with amazon.in response.

            I'm sending the proof of my mini statement copy, some chat screenshots with amazon customer service, oneplus 6 sbi card faq and my order summary.
            Please check the attachments and kindly help me to get a proper response from amazon as soon as possible.

              I brought Redmi y2 from amazon India but product was defective and I returned back. Product picked up on 21 sep and delivered to Amazon warehouse on 25 sep. From 25 sep I am regularly asking for my refund but every amazon associate making me Fool with different excuses like product scanning in warehouse; refund proceed ; but still I have not received my refund.

                I had taken help from akosha team four years back wherein the case was solved within 4 days and looking forward the same this time also. I'm a regular & loyal customer of Amazon from many years. I have been lately selling books on Amazon and now from the last seven shipments i have not received my payments. After I have communicated to them from past two months every time I get different assistants asking me with the same questions but no assistance. I'm working in a Bank in a responsible position & have shared the same account details where i work still they tell me details may be wrong whereas they were making the payments to that account only earlier. They are not available on calls but only through mails communication needs to be done and with no use from their end i'm looking out for your help.I have attached below the details of my order ID's.

                      I bought a earphone.. And then i replace and then i return this at date of 1 sep 2018. And i have called many time to the costumer care and each costumer care tells the new problem again and again..in each next call they creat a new execuse all the time.. First 15 days they told that ur item is not recieved and then their execues was started each next call... First when i call after 15 days they tell that we r initiating ur refund and after 5 days u recieved ur refund.. But i m not recieved andthen i call they told last costumer care not initiated ur refund i m initiating ur refund and they told u update ur bank account in amazon account and then u recieved ur payment then i updated after updation not recieved my refund... Then again i called and thet create a new rubbish he tells that we r not recieved correct item and they told that when i had called approx 10 times and they had finished their execues so they are creating a new rubbish talk and they r blamming me taht u did not send right item... These all r their unlistenable talk.. Again and again i call and then they tells again again plz wait 24 hour and u recieved ur payment and this is happenig agin and again when i call them. They create a new innosence talk. All costumer care a fake and also i think wholw amazon makes fool the people again and again.. Plz take a correct action against costumer care of amazon india and also against amazon india because they are making fool our costumers.

                        Sir, my name is swamy adapa ordered a led bulb on 1 sep 2018. As i ordered a white led, they delivered me the red. So, we have placed the replacement to get the white, but they are neglecting the pickup and they even not responding to call.

                        There are saying that there is no pickup in my area and they are saying to return it using our own courier service. We did the same process as they said, but again they delivered the same wrong red color product. Now they are not even responding to any mail or call and even not refunding my amount

                          I palced an order on amazon 16/09/2018 order id[protected] amazon offered some cashback from amazon in amazon pay account.
                          Till now i didn’t get the product. It is showing as lost while shipping but when i am claiming refund amazon is saying they will not deduct the cashback from amazon pay balance instead they will deduct from the actual amount to be refund in my bank. Why should i keep my money in amazon without any interest when it is a when they are unable to deliver the product?

                            I order one item from Amazon.in. It supposed to deliver by 28th Sept 2018, But it is not delivered on that day. Next day the status was changed to "Rejected by customer ". They changed the status with out informing to customer. When i spoke same with amazon.in customer care, they are simply saying that the order got damaged. The same thing happened with my last order also. I am still thinking how amazon.in agent can decide that the order is damaged by looking outside of the parcel.

                            I had option to order the same product from Paytm with 30% cash back. But I choose amazon.in to get the order in time. Simply Amazon.in is playing with customers by giving a lots o[censored]nnecessary explanations like order got damaged in transit. Now a days amazon.in also not fulfilling customer satisfaction.

                            Interestingly amazon.in is suggesting me to reorder the same product again as there is no price change on that product. I will say. i don't care about the money. Will you give assure that the product will deliver next day??

                            I will suggest everyone to buy anything from offline is better that buying from online or else you may miss order which is import for you and there will no use of that order if you will get that order after delivery date.

                                I placed an order with order #[protected] in amazon.com for a weight machine "gvc camry ultra-slim personal digital weighing scale" costing rs.999. I had made the payment online.

                                With out any notice/information/phone calls/sms/my concent or approval, the order was returned to the seller.

                                I had contacted amazon's customer care through chat supoprt with this complaint and requested for delivery of the product.

                                The customer person informed me that the order will be reinitated.

                                Instead of reinitiating my order, they had created a new order on my behalf whose order is order #[protected]

                                I reveived a message from an amazon delivery boy this [protected]@10:07 am 28, fri, sep, 2018 from the number "[protected]" stating "i am from amazon delivery. I am waiting in hex-aware backgate opposite cts new building. Pls come and collect your package & return pickup between 10:00 to 11:00". He even called me up and asked me to come and collect the package.

                                When i went there to pick up my package, i was asked to return the package which i never received. Astonished, when i enquired about amazon's behavior, i was asked to simply leave.

                                When i called amazon's customer care to report this behaviour, i was asked not to worry.

                                This is totally sense less and irresponsible behaviour from amazon. How can any one ask me to come over to return some thing which was never delivered in the first place

                                I had requested for a change of address a week ago and amazon executives are refusing to change it even for a re-initiated order. I had to travel 25 kms todays for nothing for no fault of mine.

                                Every time i call their customer service, they give me false promises, but none of what they say happens.

                                Frustrated, i tried cancelling my order, and i get the feedback saying, that they will try cancelling but they cannot be sure about it.

                                This is ruthless. Please help. I need justice please.

                                Please find attaced supporting documents unlike the first order, they have even sent me a mail stating that they have shipped the product, same day morning.

                                  I have ordered above product, but on receival found a local product, returned the item again I received the same for 2nd time, the agent did not update the return, the lead and team are involved in this, they are not giving the phone no of collecting agent, he is a criminal, he had misbehave also, by trying to enter the house, on asking phone no of agent they are not giving, he has not called before coming, clearly a gang of thief / rowdy is part of Amzon. They have been doing this as one of my friends told me the same.

                                    I ordered redmi 4 gold 64 gb from amazon on 16 jan 18 and it was to be delivered in axis bank but it was not delivered and it is showing in amazon app that it is delivered.
                                    I raised the complaint to amazon they bluntly refused to show the receipt on delivery and said that u may file fir in police station.
                                    I did it and police told me that we will take it complaint but it is online fraud.
                                    I am chasing amazon for last 8 months for refund of my money but all in vein.
                                    I went to consuner court but they told me that it will take a year for case to turn up as there are pile of complaints.

                                    I want my money back with compensation of the loss and trauma which i faced.

                                    Most important point to be noted that time of delivery was office hours from 9:30 am to 7 pm and I was in constant touch with Amazon customer care .
                                    They gave me delivery boy's number but when I called him he told that he was on leave and @ 8 pm mobile was reflecting delivered

                                      Respected sir,

                                      I have been using this account for more than 3 years genuinely, on saturday september 22, 1:17am amazon have closed my account, because they are claiming that i am using credit card without the authorization of the card holder, which is totally false.in my past 3 years relationship with amazon.in, i have never failed to follow or to brake any of the terms & conditions, and the rules that are present in amazon.in. They asked for some details about the debit cards (As i have never used credit cards in this account) that i have used for my last transations, soon after i seen that e-mail. I have sent all the informations about my debit cards which includes name, billing address and phone number registered to the respected card, i have also included the last 4 digits of the card in each of them. I have nearly sent more than 8 fax to[protected], which is provided in the e-mail i recieved. Then after some time they asked me to contact the bank of the respected debit cards and send a fax about my information directly.in respect to they response, i had contacted the bank and asked them to send the fax about my information related to my card to[protected] directly on monday 24sep. Even after so many conversation with the amazon.in agents and even after many calls regarding my issue, every agent told me that they will escalate this issue to the respected team and i also gave them my full details which is registered to my card. I have tried so hard and gave all of my information through fax, e-mails and through amazon.in agents. I have done everything i can, if they dont believe it kindly check all your records about me in your server. I have done my part with full honestly. And even after all this, they mailed me that

                                      "we have closed your amazon.com account. We canceled all open orders and prime benefits. Any new accounts you open will be closed.

                                      We took these actions because our records show that this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon.

                                      Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you.

                                      "this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon".in respect to this statement, i would like to say that i had 2 or 3 account at the beginning. At first i used my phone number: [protected] to place orders. (Which is the same number that i am using for this current account). After opening my new e-mail, i opened an account using the e-mail address: [protected]@gmail.com. Since then i am using my email address account ([protected]@gmail.com) for placing orders. Till now i am only using my email address account ([protected]@gmail.com), but at the begining i might have used my cards on my phone number account:[protected], since it have been too long that i dont remember now. I hardly use my phone number account, so they might have thought that two accounts are sharing the same card for transaction. And also over the years i had some emergency time where i used my fathers bank card.in my current state i use my fathers iob card for transactions (Which i got full authorization from him) and i also send you his information's through the same fax number that they provided me.

                                      I hope you understant and analyze the situation thoroughtly, as i have never commited anything against the policies of amazon.in and i have not done anything wrong here. So i kindly kindly request amazon.in to show some respect to your honest customers and to stop accusing me for something i have not done. And unhold or unblock my account ([protected]@gmail.com).

                                      They restored my account but my all my attached debit cards are gone. its not a big deal .I sent all my informations through online free fax service and also sent them my details about my card through E-mail.Finally i got my account restored after numerious
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have been using this account for more than 3 years genuinely, on saturday september 22, 1:17am you guys have closed my account, because you guys are claiming that i am using credit card without the authorization of the card holder, which is totally false.in my past 3 years relationship with amazon.com, i have never failed to follow or toi brake any of the terms & conditions, and the rules that are present in amazon.com. You guys asked for some details about the debit cards (As i have never used credit cards in this account) that i have used for my last transations, soon after i seen your e-mail. I have sent all the informations about my debit cards which includes name, billing address and phone number registered to the respected card, i have also included the last 4 digits of the card in each of them. I have nearly sent more than 8 fax to[protected], which you guys have provided in the e-mail. Then you guys asked me to contact the bank of the respected debit cards and send a fax about my information directly.in respect to your information, i had contacted the bank and asked them to send the fax about my information related to my card to[protected] directly. Even after so many conversation with your amazon.com agents and even after many calls regarding my issue, every agent told me that they will escalate this issue to the respected team and i also gave them my full details which is registered to my card. I have tried so hard and gave all of my information through fax, e-mails and through amazon.com agents. I have done everything i can, if you dont believe me kindly check all your records about me in your server. I have done my part with full honestly. And even after all this, you guys mailed me that

                                        "we have closed your amazon.com account. We canceled all open orders and prime benefits. Any new accounts you open will be closed.

                                        We took these actions because our records show that this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon.

                                        Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you.
