I have been using this account for more than 3 years genuinely, on saturday september 22, 1:17am amazon have closed my account, because they are claiming that i am using credit card without the authorization of the card holder, which is totally false.in my past 3 years relationship with amazon.in, i have never failed to follow or to brake any of the terms & conditions, and the rules that are present in amazon.in. They asked for some details about the debit cards (As i have never used credit cards in this account) that i have used for my last transations, soon after i seen that e-mail. I have sent all the informations about my debit cards which includes name, billing address and phone number registered to the respected card, i have also included the last 4 digits of the card in each of them. I have nearly sent more than 8 fax to[protected], which is provided in the e-mail i recieved. Then after some time they asked me to contact the bank of the respected debit cards and send a fax about my information directly.in respect to they response, i had contacted the bank and asked them to send the fax about my information related to my card to[protected] directly on monday 24sep. Even after so many conversation with the amazon.in agents and even after many calls regarding my issue, every agent told me that they will escalate this issue to the respected team and i also gave them my full details which is registered to my card. I have tried so hard and gave all of my information through fax, e-mails and through amazon.in agents. I have done everything i can, if they dont believe it kindly check all your records about me in your server. I have done my part with full honestly. And even after all this, they mailed me that
"we have closed your amazon.com account. We canceled all open orders and prime benefits. Any new accounts you open will be closed.
We took these actions because our records show that this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon.
Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you.
"this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon".in respect to this statement, i would like to say that i had 2 or 3 account at the beginning. At first i used my phone number: [protected] to place orders. (Which is the same number that i am using for this current account). After opening my new e-mail, i opened an account using the e-mail address: [protected]@gmail.com. Since then i am using my email address account ([protected]@gmail.com) for placing orders. Till now i am only using my email address account ([protected]@gmail.com), but at the begining i might have used my cards on my phone number account:[protected], since it have been too long that i dont remember now. I hardly use my phone number account, so they might have thought that two accounts are sharing the same card for transaction. And also over the years i had some emergency time where i used my fathers bank card.in my current state i use my fathers iob card for transactions (Which i got full authorization from him) and i also send you his information's through the same fax number that they provided me.
I hope you understant and analyze the situation thoroughtly, as i have never commited anything against the policies of amazon.in and i have not done anything wrong here. So i kindly kindly request amazon.in to show some respect to your honest customers and to stop accusing me for something i have not done. And unhold or unblock my account ([protected]@gmail.com).

Complaint marked as Resolved They restored my account but my all my attached debit cards are gone. its not a big deal .I sent all my informations through online free fax service and also sent them my details about my card through E-mail.Finally i got my account restored after numerious
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have requested a refund from 12/9/18 And today it is 26/9/18 and till today my refund is not requested for product panasonic 101.plz kindly refund as soon as possible.
