I ordered redmi 4 gold 64 gb from amazon on 16 jan 18 and it was to be delivered in axis bank but it was not delivered and it is showing in amazon app that it is delivered.
I raised the complaint to amazon they bluntly refused to show the receipt on delivery and said that u may file fir in police station.
I did it and police told me that we will take it complaint but it is online fraud.
I am chasing amazon for last 8 months for refund of my money but all in vein.
I went to consuner court but they told me that it will take a year for case to turn up as there are pile of complaints.

I want my money back with compensation of the loss and trauma which i faced.

Most important point to be noted that time of delivery was office hours from 9:30 am to 7 pm and I was in constant touch with Amazon customer care .
They gave me delivery boy's number but when I called him he told that he was on leave and @ 8 pm mobile was reflecting delivered

This is sheer nonsense and Amazon is least bothered to even acknowledge the complaint.
Well if it goes like this then surely it will lead to legal action

    Respected sir,

    I have been using this account for more than 3 years genuinely, on saturday september 22, 1:17am amazon have closed my account, because they are claiming that i am using credit card without the authorization of the card holder, which is totally false.in my past 3 years relationship with amazon.in, i have never failed to follow or to brake any of the terms & conditions, and the rules that are present in amazon.in. They asked for some details about the debit cards (As i have never used credit cards in this account) that i have used for my last transations, soon after i seen that e-mail. I have sent all the informations about my debit cards which includes name, billing address and phone number registered to the respected card, i have also included the last 4 digits of the card in each of them. I have nearly sent more than 8 fax to[protected], which is provided in the e-mail i recieved. Then after some time they asked me to contact the bank of the respected debit cards and send a fax about my information directly.in respect to they response, i had contacted the bank and asked them to send the fax about my information related to my card to[protected] directly on monday 24sep. Even after so many conversation with the amazon.in agents and even after many calls regarding my issue, every agent told me that they will escalate this issue to the respected team and i also gave them my full details which is registered to my card. I have tried so hard and gave all of my information through fax, e-mails and through amazon.in agents. I have done everything i can, if they dont believe it kindly check all your records about me in your server. I have done my part with full honestly. And even after all this, they mailed me that

    "we have closed your amazon.com account. We canceled all open orders and prime benefits. Any new accounts you open will be closed.

    We took these actions because our records show that this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon.

    Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you.

    "this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon".in respect to this statement, i would like to say that i had 2 or 3 account at the beginning. At first i used my phone number: [protected] to place orders. (Which is the same number that i am using for this current account). After opening my new e-mail, i opened an account using the e-mail address: [protected]@gmail.com. Since then i am using my email address account ([protected]@gmail.com) for placing orders. Till now i am only using my email address account ([protected]@gmail.com), but at the begining i might have used my cards on my phone number account:[protected], since it have been too long that i dont remember now. I hardly use my phone number account, so they might have thought that two accounts are sharing the same card for transaction. And also over the years i had some emergency time where i used my fathers bank card.in my current state i use my fathers iob card for transactions (Which i got full authorization from him) and i also send you his information's through the same fax number that they provided me.

    I hope you understant and analyze the situation thoroughtly, as i have never commited anything against the policies of amazon.in and i have not done anything wrong here. So i kindly kindly request amazon.in to show some respect to your honest customers and to stop accusing me for something i have not done. And unhold or unblock my account ([protected]@gmail.com).

    They restored my account but my all my attached debit cards are gone. its not a big deal .I sent all my informations through online free fax service and also sent them my details about my card through E-mail.Finally i got my account restored after numerious

            I had returned two bajaj mixer grinder of which refund has been issued rs 3218 on august 27, 2018. But till now refund is not reflecting in my bank account.. The reference number amazon had given me is 816394. But upon contacting the bank, they are saying that they don't know any refund reference number. They are asking about whether amazon has neft the refund amount and ask them to give you neft utr number with that they will be able to check. Upon contacting amazon customer care they are saying that they don't have utr number and telling me to go to bank customer care.

            I am feeling very much harassed.

            Please look into the matter and credit my refund. Please find the order details here as under

              The product was ordered on 25/03 and was given a replacement by the 15/04. The oven was used only once and after that is stopped working, on contacting amazon to get the product replaced or serviced by the seller. The contact details provided by amazon for the seller is not valid and amazon is washing way their hands for any issue.
              As the product has a warranty of 12 months, this should be resolved by the seller and we don't have any contact details of the seller. Amazon needs to provide a issue a replacement / refund, due to non maintenance of correct information withheld with the company

              We haven't received any response from Amazon in regards to a resolution. Need a refund and compensation for the trauma caused by Amazon and Seller.

                  Amazon's refund issue. My 449 ruppes issue. Amazon's reference number is[protected]. When i called customer care of corporation bank they said visit your corporation bank in which your account created they don't help me about reference number. When i went to my corporation bank they said me i can't help you, it's amazon's mistake, and also said i can not check your reference number.                     I bought this Iron in April. It is highly sub standard product with problem of overheating . It has already burnt my 3 clothes despite using very carefully. Lodging complaint late because i could not understand how to go about complaining.

                        I had purchased panasonic th ex600d model tv from amazon in a discount price of 42, 000/-, even after one month they didn't delivered the item.
                        After few days without any notice they refunded me the amount. I lost my offer through their action. So don't relay on their discount offers. They may use your money for months without any further notice.

                          Hello sir,
                          I order redmi y2 (Dark, grey, 64gb) of ₹12999 from amazon.in, which was deliver on 08 september 2018
                          But mobile phone iss missing in delivery box, when i inform amazon customer support, they told me to share the delivery invoice which i shared,
                          But shortly after sharing, amazon special team has closed my account for the reason of violating terms and condition. And then after contact
                          They re-opened the account for 24 hours, because next day the account was closed again.
                          Then when i asked him
                          I want to know what type of violation has been done by me.
                          I requested to share proof related to violation.
                          Issue was rejected by them without sharing anything.
                          However i said that if any kind of violation has occurred to me, then i am ready to pay double amount of the order mrp
                          But no response was received from them and eventually my account was blocked.
                          So i request you please take seriously and investigate on your level and help me get my money back.

                                  I placed an order for External HDD which was urgently required, and Amazon did not deliver on promised date. When I tried calling the customer service they were of no use. I asked for escalation team and the person hung up on me stating there is nothing he can do.

                                  I badly needed the product as I had project to complete. Since Amazon did not deliver the product, I had to run around and beg people to help me to manage the situation.

                                  This is second incident in past 30 days

                                  Order 1:[protected] Ordered on Sep 14, 2018 (Wrong product was shipped)
                                  Order 2:[protected] Ordered on Sep 22nd, 2018 (Product not delivered on time)

                                  The best part is Amazon blames this on me. They updated the shipment tracker stating "Delay Deliver on customer request" wherein I never called them, nor they called me. I have attached the screenshots for your reference,

                                  I escalated to Amazon and asked for compensation and they are offered Rs. 500 for all the pain I have gone through physically and mentally.

Amazon claims to have refunded the money on 21-January-2017. However, the amount is not added in my account. RRN (Refund Reference Number) : 74332747022702117525696 has been provided to me for the refund initiated by Amazon India. Post tracking this RRN number with my bank (Kotak Mahindra India), they say there is no such RRN number to be tracked in their system. (Attached a copy of the email) I have logged n number of complaints over email and calls to Customer Care - Amazon India, no positive response for the same, they always came up with the RRN number which is not traceable. Out of the many complaints, I have also received an email once from Amazon India stating due to technical issue, the refund was not processed. Post that too no positive response. (Attached the copy of the email) I have also filed a dispute with Kotak Mahindra Bank which got rejected (Attached a copy of the rejection email) I have been in constant touch with Amazon India as well as Kotak Mahindra Bank, but no positive replies. It has been more than 1 year now, I need help on this. The conversations which I had with Amazon India and Kotak Mahindra Bank have been attached.

                                      Great chance to sue amazon india.
                                      Purchased a latop, on august 19th, 2018.
                                      That time there was an offer of 5% cashabck for prepaid orders.
                                      But never got that cashback.
                                      1) cust. Care guys saying - offer didn't get credit coz she cancelled and placed again. And offer applicable only once.
                                      2) but no where mentioned in terms and conditions like that. Also 1 person from leadership team too confirmed me that they were wrong. And offer is applicable, any number of purchases. But he want to ask promotions team, why order didn't get cashback. Later he said, promtotions team said - the product is itself not in eligible list of 5% cb eligible asn products list.
                                      3) then i got shocked. Then why amazon displayed that offer in that products' page, in both desktop and app.

                                      Even after saying - many reviewers too commented - that - they didn't get cahsback and they also written why amazon mentioned that offer for that product.

                                      - so clearly it is amazon's fault. Many such customers are now in depression state. But apart from asking them in chats/mail/phone/fb/twitter/jeff's mail, no where i can take to against this jaint company.
                                      Any one please help in getting cashback...

                                      Also i am telling the truth, that offer was displaying in product's page ...
                                      To prove it :
                                      1) For getting cashback of the same laptop, read a review titled "Reliable... Just awesome!" by Vamsi Puligundla on 3 September 2018. This person should have bought in other week.
                                      2) For not getting cashback of same laptop, read a review titled "product was doped" by "sumant kumar on 28 August 2018". This person should have bought on august 14- 21 week.

                                      My saying is that week, no orders got 5% cashback. Even my other social media friend didn't get cashback for his Lenova laptop, who purchased that week. :(

                                      They are not accepting their fault.
                                      1) They wronly displayed the offer - still we should be granted cashback, as terms says - "if product's page has offer mentioned then it is eligible for cashback".
                                      OR
                                      2) Their system's got fault in not recognising the cashback... - still they have toaccept their faultness. and should grant us the cashback.

                                      Either way we deserve cashback. we are not Lying...
                                      I stand strongly on my truthness and all points being take correctl with terms...

                                        I have buy a product from amazon and refunded it on 5 th sept today is 24 september, but yet now i did not get my refund,
                                        I have made complaint against this 4 times every time it was told to me you will get with in 24 hours,

                                        This is a kind of harassment,

                                        Even they deny to resolve my query.

                                        I don't have more patience to do argument with them
                                        Everytime i also get a complaint number the moment i do a follow up with the same nothing comes out as a result

                                        The last complaint number i get is :[protected]

                                        It will be helpful if somehow you will resolve my problem.

                                        Product quality is now getting worst, it's better to buy from outside rather than Amazon,
                                        Quality issue,
                                        Return issue,
                                        Refund issue no certain date may be you will get refund after 3 months

                                        Just ridiculous experience i have so far with Amazon
