I had ordered a headphones on 5th october.. Til now i've nt got it.. Everyday morning by 7 they send a msg couldn't deliver ur order.. But they hv not even contacted me or called me they haven't even tried and frm 5 days they send couldn't deliver wen they have not even called.. If i try to call they don't pick n it cms busy.. This is really disgusting behavior never expected of amazon.. Pls deliver my product asap..

      I purchased a product on amazon using my canarabank debit card and i cancelled my order and i asked for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4/10/2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I am attaching the conformation letter screen shot along with this letter. Please do the needful

        I got a dammi product from amazon, and ill given return and replacement request, 3 day back callect the return item but up to now replacement product shows only “ preparing for disptch, ill contact customer care more then 10 time but no use, but every one say ill highlight this complent like that, but up to now nothing is happan in amazon, never buy prduct from amezon every one.

            We have ordered redmi (Mi) mobile, model 'y2', 4gb ram, 64gb internal memory (Amount rs.10, 999/- on 14.10.2018 at dealer of amazon shop at arakkonam, vellore district, tamil nadu 631 001. On the same day evening i went to shop to change the mobile colour rose gold instead of black one. The dealer refuses to change the colour in the order or cancel. We have noticed that the product will be delivered between 16th to 21st october 2018. Why the dealer refused. We want only colour change, not amount refund.
            I request you to change the order and send the rose gold colour of redmi y2.

                Dear people,
                I have lend a loan from a company called zest money to buy a motorola one power in flipkart, by mistake i have been generated a amazon pay voucher. It was an accident and i totally agree with it. But after i received my mail from zest money i have two links with the vouchers value of 10, 000 and 5, 999 respectively.
                With more of a curiosity and eagerness to buy the mobile phone, i have clicked the link in the mail which i have received from zest money. The amazon app automatically opened and without my authorisation the voucher has been redeemed. I have got amused and to reconfirm it, i have clicked another link and it has been redeemed automatically. So i strongly now believe that the amazon app have redeemed the vouchers without my authorisation (In all my calls i have recorded it but none of the executives where answered it). I consider this as illegal and a crime, because it is a money transaction it should have asked for my authorisation.
                I totally see this as ethically wrong, and i have called the amazon customer care and have spent the whole day with the disappointments with the amazon customer care.in case of doubting my words kindly listen to all my call recordings and you should have aware that what have actually happened to me in detail. Also some of your customer care executives were very rude to me and some of them were very sarcastic and some were totally humiliated me.
                Then i believe in your ceo’s jeff and amit and i was marked them in my mails, but still no solution were received end of the day. This have made me very disappointed and also made me regret that i have been doing business with amazon all these days. I have literally felt ashamed at last for being with amazon. Also some people claimed to be the highest level of escalation have called me and listened to all my disappointments and took two more days and again replying through email with same disappointed response. Now i doubt where something is called customer satisfaction with amazon.
                So at last because i am being as an amazon customer i have wasted my valuable times and my loan money have stuck in amazon wallet. Now amazon started to command me to use their catalogue and i strongly resist doing so. I cannot buy the product which i don’t want. Because you are selling something doesn’t mean that i have to buy it. I cannot give up on my money and i don’t let amazon to command my interest. Now i need a final answer about what is next. Then only i can decide my move to claim my money back.
                Note: to amazon’s knowledge, the lender have accepted to cancel the loan if amazon has cancelled the voucher and returned the money back to zest money. Also they have sent and mail to confirm this.
                Looking forward for someone to get in touch immediately.

                      I ordered a laptop (Order no[protected] on 10.10.2018 and during checkout section, there was a option that delivery within 12.10.2018 is free as my account is amazon prime and there is a cashback option for no rush delivery. I choose the delivery on 12.10.2018 and the item was shipped on 12.10.2018. On the same day i got information that the item was out for delivery and delivery will be done within 9 pm. Also contact number of delivery agent & otp provided via sms. But the delivery agent did not receive my call as i dialled for 15-20 times within 5 pm on 12.10.2018. I contacted customer care at 9:30 pm and i was informed that the delivery will be completed by 10:30 pm and if not, then the prime membership will be increased by one month. On tracking page at 11 pm i noticed that they mentioned "item rejected by you and returning to the seller". I again contacted customer care and they informed that item was damaged during transit and so returning to the seller and replacement will be provided but no time frame provided. On 14.10.2018 at 4 pm i got sms that refund initiated for the product. I again contacted customer care and they informed that as the item is out of stock so refund initiated while the item with same seller & same information is displayed at their site. Every time i got different answer for the same order when i contacted with them via phone or chat.

                        I have ordered one (Certified refurbished) mi band hrx edition (Black), from amazon.in on 11.06.2018 and it was delivered on 19.06.2018. But after using 15 -20 days the battery i have noticed, the battery of the band is not so good. On amazon site it is written 20 days of battery back up and i was getting hardly 1-2 days only. After that battery is totally not working for an hour. I am very much disappointed by the amazon for their defective product. Also the customer remark option is not working in the website. They are making us fool by selling all these faulty products.

                          This is regarding the item name homesmiths beige color toy organizer (5 pcs kids table and chair set) (Attachment enclosed) we ordered from amazon site via order no.[protected]on 11.10.2018.

                          We are very much disappointed after the said purchase :

                          My wife called the amazon customer care that in pic the item is being displayed but 5 pcs kids table and chair set is not being displayed as the same was written in the item info because my sister abroad flight was on 12 oct over night. The customer executive told my wife that it will come if its written, she said ok she will go ahead with purchase (Please check from phone records that call was made from phone no. [protected])

                          So we purchased the item on 11 october, and we gave the same packed set to my sister on 12 october as her night flight was there, but we got information today from my sister that the 5 pcs kids table and chair set was not there in the packed item.

                          It is simply annoying that after confirmation from your end still items are not there. Now so i called the customer care today i. E. 14th october 2018 and complain the issue, the executive at your end told me that they are sorry but could not do anything, so i told them i would escalate this issue at higher authority so he told me that he will give rs 250 voucher as token of gratitude, which is simply absurd. (Please check from phone records that call was made from phone no. [protected])

                          I am not looking for peanut amount here, i want 5 pcs kids table and chair set thats its, otherwise i ave to write this issue to consumer forum if nothing will be done from your side

                            1. First of all worst customer care service: ivr responses and not able to connect customer care.

                            2. Order is not delivered on time?
                            3. Courier boy updated the status customer is not available without informing to customer. Even i am trying to contact but not getting any satisfactory resolution of the issue.
                            4. Still i am awaiting my ordered but it is not delivered yet
                            5. Ever no email to contact customer care.

                                Amazon cancelled my order (#[protected] on 13.10.2018.
                                I ordered vivo v9 pro black 6gb+64gb with exchange offer on redmi y1.
                                Amazon confirmed order on 12.10.2018 with pay in advance through net banking. Amazon cancelled order after dispatching the material on 13.10.2018 at 5pm in behalf of redmi y1 is failed in verification.
                                I dont know what type of verification required after confirmation of order.
                                First, i want my money back and compensation of rupee 50000.00 because i have suffered by so called amazon policy. Kindly take strong action regarding this.
                                Hope it is solved quickly.

                                  I ordered one wrist watch worth 3681 and bike cover both are defective, i applied for refund and items return continuously rescheduling also pickup not done, they are promising if we failed thrice we will return your money, i made complaints more than 5 times but every time they are reply that you had made only twice we will try last more time again they are rescheduling pick up and next time again saying u have made complaints only twice i have recording also now they are forcing me to courier my self for what i don't have time. Please raise issue and help to solve problem

                                    So, on 12th october 2018 i ordered a memory card from samsung and made the payment using google pay's upi. It was about 949 inr. After same time i got a mail from address verification stating that my order has been cancelled and my account is on hold. The problem is that cash was taken from my account but i got no refund after this cancel. So i contacted the customer care and they said they couldn't do anything and i tried calling them again and then one of them said about sending details to [protected]@amazon.in, i did that and the next day i got a mail from address verification, saying that the verification failed and i need to fax my details about transaction and debit info to[protected], but i used upi so i've no reason to send debit info but i did and when i try sending the fax, it's not being sent. What the hell should i do?. The thing i i used genuine bank account and now they are holding my money for something.

                                    Now i got an e mail saying that the refund was made on 12th october itself with a refund #. But when i searched it, the refund number is actually my payment transaction number. And i've got no refund .

                                      I had ordered a pizza from mojo pizza on 11/09/2018 of an amount rs.427/-. Due to some change in plans i cancelled the order in lieu of which i had to receive a refund amount of rs.352/-. Amazon gave me a reference number 75260828255022833127423 to be tracked with the bank. After confirming with the bank they said me that bank cannot track it with the reference number. It has been more than a month but there is no proceedings in the same.

                                        I had ordered a motorola phone on amazon india vide above ref. The material has been sent but no information has been sent to me. The courier boy is asking me for a 6 digit otp supposed to be sent by amazon but i have not received it. Without this they will not deliver.
