Issue: problem with an order - - defective item/item does not work. Return picked up after which it was cancelled after 8 days.
Amount = rs. 61, 299
Date of delivery = 13th sept 2018; 12:10 hrs
Issue raised with amazon: 13th sept 2018; 18:05 hrs
Apple ipad delivered is damaged and have scratches. From the top left corner it is broken and screen damaged. It is was not even switching on. (Images attached). Amazon accepted the return request on 15th sept 2018 and sent their return pickup guy on 16th sept 2018 for return pickup. Return was picked up and i also received the return pickup acknowledgment slip and return pickup sticker. (However, return pickup guy was insisting on not giving any acknowledgement slip and said that i will receive a message on mobile phone, but i said i will only give the product if he gives me the return pickup slip. Later on he gave a slip after the quarrel).
For more than a week till 23rd sept 2018, i kept checking with amazon customer care executive (Via call and email) for refund status and they kept on saying that it will take 7 days for the product to reach warehouse and then refund will be processed. All the amazon executives gave wrong information and said that the return is in transit and refund will be issued. As per the emails, i was supposed to wait till 25th sept 2018 and by then my refund will be processed.
However, on 24th sept, i received and email from amazon stating that my return pickup has been cancelled and it could not been picked up from your location after multiple attempts. I was shocked and identified the fraudulent act of amazon.in this.
They asked me to wait till 25th sept 2018 for the refund to be processed, however, my pickup has been cancelled on 24th sept 2018 (Just a day before the same.)
I am really annoyed with amazon and now they have asked me to wait for 5 days for taking confirmation from the return pickup team. However, after speaking with aman (Cc exec) and ritu (Cc leader) from amazon team, they confirmed that i was getting wrong information from customer executive of amazon previously and it has already been confirmed before from the pickup team that the product has been pickedup.
Amazon is just wasting time and shows no intention to refund the money to customer.
Requesting you to help me in the concern raised.

I am Hemendra Mandal. I had purchased Music A9 Mini LED Hands Free product but this Bluetooth device not proper work. So I request you please change this device as soon as possible.
