Dear sir

I purchased a product on amazon and using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 5th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days.in 12 amount reflect in my account still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75503728278023406154325, 75503728278023406797032, 75503728278023407016259 i had contacted your customer service number but no not rechable and hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    I had ordered the following from amazon.in during great india sale:
    1) apple iphone x (Space grey, 3gb ram, 64gb storage) with exchange

    Order date: 10/10/2018
    Delivery date:12/10/2018

    As assured the courier boy came to me on 12th but due to his mistake and irresponsible behaviour he missed one digit form the otp that was sent to be on my old phone after which a message popped out as the product could not be delievered still courier boy told me he will get it done by the evening. After that i called the amazon customer support and they misguide me like "product will surely reach today" but now its monday and when i called them today they are saying your product is sent to the seller back.

    And they are processing the refund. Since 10th october to 23rd october you are about to keep my 65230/- rs without delivering the product. All this happened due to delievery boys mistake. How could u send an inexperienced/ untrained person to delivery the product worth rs 65000/- i could not understand.

    I need compensation for the money that is with you or the product in same discount that was given.

      I had recently purchased sanyo tv 43 inch on 1st oct and delivered on 4th oct from amazon but unfortunately product was received in damaged condition as found when box was opened by installation engineer and same day self courier was done i. E on 6th oct 2018 but after 10 days still there is refund yet being done.
      After still digging into this problem it was found that dtdc was not able to deliver since amazon fulfillment centre at kolkata was restricting them into their premises.
      Kindly refer the attached pics for courier receipt and damaged product.
      I am definitely not happy about it and would like you to handle this complaint swiftly.

      On 12th of october, i received the mobile booked on Amazon promptly. Samsung A8+, on the box mafuctured month September 2018, MRP Rs.34, 000/-. On Amazon they claim MRP Rs.41, 990/-. Contacted Amazon customer care, send a mail regarding this discrepancy. No action. We tend to blindly trust such companies claims .

        I brought a backpack quechua forclaz 30 air new backpack (Black) through online from amazon, india @ rs 3, 597/- on 8th april 2015 and made the payment online but for some reasons i cancelled the ordered, but the official from the company asked me to not accept the parcel when it arrives. For the next few days i was out of station so when the delivery guy came he forcefully gave my mother the parcel. So i again contacted the customer service who asked me to return the parcel which i did on 18/8/2015. I have uploaded the copies of the courier as well as the document which signifies that the parcel have been received from the other end. Since then i have been communicating with amazon regarding my refund but today its 2018. I have not got my refund yet!

        If i would have kept this amount in bank then it would have accumulated to rs.30, 000 /-.

        I have the copy if the order but as it is in pdf file it can't be updated.

            I ordered redmi 6 pro (Gold, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) order #[protected] on 10th october 2018 worth rs. 10, 338.30. On 12th oct delivery boy called me around 5:00 pm and i requested him to deliver after 7 pm or next day. He agreed on same but now to my surprise he rejected the item from my end. I called customer care immediately around 6:30 pm to know the status. Cc executive convinced me that the item was broken that’s why it is going back to seller. She told me that she has raised a request for replacement and i can expect delivery of my phone by 16th oct. Again i called cc on 14th oct to know the status and i came to know that i will not get any replacement as the item is under exchange and amazon do not provide replacement on exchange. This is nowhere written in exchange policy or order policy and it was not communicated to me in any call. Even the executive accepted that it is nowhere written in exchange policy. They have initiated refund also which is not yet credited to my account. I am not sure of refund again as i am loosing my trust here. Also the previous cc executive has not mentioned in call details that she had committed for replacement although she did.

            I was not expecting this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from amazon. This is very much disappointing and frustrating with my first order. I ordered in discount period and now the price may increase. Who will take the responsible for this?

              I bought a aquafresh water from amazon but i received a damaged product.. The return system was self return.. So when i returned the product through india post, the product came back to our address... And 2nd time i tried to return, and again the product came back to my address.. After two times, the product got completely damaged inside... I ordered the product on 18th august, its now almost 2 months ago..

                I ordered redmi mobile 6a on amazon the amount was paid through net banking and product was to dekivered on 14.10.2018 as no information was sent to me, i tracked the consignment and was taken a back to read (Undeliverable) product reached bhilai and was sent back to seller.
                I took up the matter with customer care spoke to various persons including some seniors like mr shivam etc they have no solution except to apologize, money has not been credited to my account also. They asked me to buy again but the product is not available.
                I have seen these kind of issues are now rampant with amazon kindly probe the matter further and ensure the model i ordered is delivered to me urgently. Amazon has conveniently viped out the orders from my account which again is unethical.

                  I had ordered a headphones on 5th october.. Til now i've nt got it.. Everyday morning by 7 they send a msg couldn't deliver ur order.. But they hv not even contacted me or called me they haven't even tried and frm 5 days they send couldn't deliver wen they have not even called.. If i try to call they don't pick n it cms busy.. This is really disgusting behavior never expected of amazon.. Pls deliver my product asap..

                            We have ordered redmi (Mi) mobile, model 'y2', 4gb ram, 64gb internal memory (Amount rs.10, 999/- on 14.10.2018 at dealer of amazon shop at arakkonam, vellore district, tamil nadu 631 001. On the same day evening i went to shop to change the mobile colour rose gold instead of black one. The dealer refuses to change the colour in the order or cancel. We have noticed that the product will be delivered between 16th to 21st october 2018. Why the dealer refused. We want only colour change, not amount refund.
                            I request you to change the order and send the rose gold colour of redmi y2.

                                Dear people,
                                I have lend a loan from a company called zest money to buy a motorola one power in flipkart, by mistake i have been generated a amazon pay voucher. It was an accident and i totally agree with it. But after i received my mail from zest money i have two links with the vouchers value of 10, 000 and 5, 999 respectively.
                                With more of a curiosity and eagerness to buy the mobile phone, i have clicked the link in the mail which i have received from zest money. The amazon app automatically opened and without my authorisation the voucher has been redeemed. I have got amused and to reconfirm it, i have clicked another link and it has been redeemed automatically. So i strongly now believe that the amazon app have redeemed the vouchers without my authorisation (In all my calls i have recorded it but none of the executives where answered it). I consider this as illegal and a crime, because it is a money transaction it should have asked for my authorisation.
                                I totally see this as ethically wrong, and i have called the amazon customer care and have spent the whole day with the disappointments with the amazon customer care.in case of doubting my words kindly listen to all my call recordings and you should have aware that what have actually happened to me in detail. Also some of your customer care executives were very rude to me and some of them were very sarcastic and some were totally humiliated me.
                                Then i believe in your ceo’s jeff and amit and i was marked them in my mails, but still no solution were received end of the day. This have made me very disappointed and also made me regret that i have been doing business with amazon all these days. I have literally felt ashamed at last for being with amazon. Also some people claimed to be the highest level of escalation have called me and listened to all my disappointments and took two more days and again replying through email with same disappointed response. Now i doubt where something is called customer satisfaction with amazon.
                                So at last because i am being as an amazon customer i have wasted my valuable times and my loan money have stuck in amazon wallet. Now amazon started to command me to use their catalogue and i strongly resist doing so. I cannot buy the product which i don’t want. Because you are selling something doesn’t mean that i have to buy it. I cannot give up on my money and i don’t let amazon to command my interest. Now i need a final answer about what is next. Then only i can decide my move to claim my money back.
                                Note: to amazon’s knowledge, the lender have accepted to cancel the loan if amazon has cancelled the voucher and returned the money back to zest money. Also they have sent and mail to confirm this.
                                Looking forward for someone to get in touch immediately.

                                  And they are not ready take it return or they are not ready to change the details on the invoice that product also

                                    First recharge offer: terms and conditions
                                    1. This mobile recharges cashback offer ("offer") is made available by amazon pay (India) private limited ("amazon") on the website www.amazon.in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (Collectively, "amazon.in") in respect of prepaid mobile recharges on amazon.in.
                                    2. These offer terms and conditions ("offer terms") are in addition to the amazon.in conditions o[censored]se & sale to which you agree by using the amazon.in. To the extent the amazon.in conditions o[censored]se & sale are inconsistent with these offer terms; these offer terms will prevail in respect to this offer.
                                    3. All residents of india having an amazon.in account, who undertake the steps listed in these offer terms are eligible to avail this offer in respect of recharge of prepaid mobile connections issued in india.

Any customer who undertakes / purchases a prepaid mobile recharge on amazon.in during the offer period ("mobile recharge") making payment thereo[censored]sing any available payment methods, will be entitled to receive cashback equivalent to one of the below three options:
                                    (A) inr 50, for a minimum recharge value of inr 148, in case such mobile recharge is the first ever mobile recharge by the customer on amazon.in ("first recharge offer")
                                    (B) inr 100, for a minimum recharge value of inr 398, in case such mobile recharge is the first ever mobile recharge by the customer on amazon.in (“first recharge offer”)
                                    5. First recharge offer is valid from october 1, 2018 to october 31, 2018 (Both days inclusive) (“offer period”). The offer may be revoked or extended by amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.

                                    7. The cashback will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of amazon gift card, issued by qwikcilver solutions private limited ("gift card"), redeemable as amazon pay balance in the amazon.in account of the eligible customer.

                                    10. The benefits under this offer cannot be clubbed with any other similar offer for mobile recharges made available on amazon.in.
                                    11. The customers will be eligible to receive the relevant cashback amount (Computed in accordance with these offer terms) on their successful first mobile recharge on amazon.in during the offer period.
                                    12. This offer will not be applicable for any mobile recharge transaction that is cancelled (For any reason whatsoever), by the customer, by amazon seller services private limited (Entity operating amazon.in), or by the seller of the mobile recharge.
                                    13. The cashback (Under this offer) will be provided to the eligible customer (As gift card, redeemable as amazon pay balance) within 3 days of purchasing the mobile recharge.
                                    14. Any queries or issues in relation to the availability of this offer should be addressed to amazon and will be entertained only during the offer period.
                                    15.in the event a customer fails to comply with any term under these offer terms, such customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this offer.

Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions of the offer, or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not.
                                    17. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits under the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the offer.

By participating in this offer, every customer expressly agrees that amazon or any of its affiliates will not (Under any circumstances) be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this offer or by undertaking the mobile recharge or by using the telecom services.

Neither amazon not any of its affiliates makes any warranty of any kind, express or implied (Including, without limitation, status, fulfillment or credit of the mobile recharge). You hereby release amazon and its affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
                                    21. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
                                    22. These offer terms are governed by the laws of india and the courts at new delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to this offer.

                                      I ordered a laptop (Order no[protected] on 10.10.2018 and during checkout section, there was a option that delivery within 12.10.2018 is free as my account is amazon prime and there is a cashback option for no rush delivery. I choose the delivery on 12.10.2018 and the item was shipped on 12.10.2018. On the same day i got information that the item was out for delivery and delivery will be done within 9 pm. Also contact number of delivery agent & otp provided via sms. But the delivery agent did not receive my call as i dialled for 15-20 times within 5 pm on 12.10.2018. I contacted customer care at 9:30 pm and i was informed that the delivery will be completed by 10:30 pm and if not, then the prime membership will be increased by one month. On tracking page at 11 pm i noticed that they mentioned "item rejected by you and returning to the seller". I again contacted customer care and they informed that item was damaged during transit and so returning to the seller and replacement will be provided but no time frame provided. On 14.10.2018 at 4 pm i got sms that refund initiated for the product. I again contacted customer care and they informed that as the item is out of stock so refund initiated while the item with same seller & same information is displayed at their site. Every time i got different answer for the same order when i contacted with them via phone or chat.

                                        I have ordered one (Certified refurbished) mi band hrx edition (Black), from amazon.in on 11.06.2018 and it was delivered on 19.06.2018. But after using 15 -20 days the battery i have noticed, the battery of the band is not so good. On amazon site it is written 20 days of battery back up and i was getting hardly 1-2 days only. After that battery is totally not working for an hour. I am very much disappointed by the amazon for their defective product. Also the customer remark option is not working in the website. They are making us fool by selling all these faulty products.
