I saw on my credit card statement form my bank account for something that i didn't order and have no idea what it is about and getting charge $129.41. I want to know why am i getting charge for it and the transaction date was on 09/15/2018, and was posted on the date of 09/17/2018. And i've been trying to call a customer service associate and there is no number to contact. If i could get that charge refunded, i will appreciated.
My name is Timothy Young and you all have charge d my Visa Card twice for 13.12 for no reason I would like my money back on my card or I will take further action on this matter I would like to know what is the charge for
Was charged $14.00 on my account that i know nothing about. Please help me for a refund. Thanks
Unauthorized charge for$36.50 on credit card on 12/01/18. We have not ordered any thing on Amazon. We do not have any idea what this charge is for and have not received any unordered merchandise. We want this taken off of our CC. We are contacting our credit card company about this unauthorized charge. Please advise through email. Thank you.

    The amazon recruitment team asking uniform charge -1700
    Salary account deposit -5200
    Unifrom and id sending in courier the courier charges also advanced pay _ 3500
    And last and final police verification and amount is -10000
    Total i will pay -20400 in one week before
    But still i can't receive any confirmation plss help me hr phn no -

    Hi I want to buy MI Y2 from Amozon.in with Exchange offer. When I am entering my Moto G4 Plus IMEI, it says "Entered IMEI does not belong to selected brand & model".

      I have been amazon customer since 2016, i ordered a product ( order#[protected], seller-bolt) ordered on 7 september 2018 and the delivery date was september 3rd-to 9th 2018. Till 17th september i did not receieve the product. (The delay was of 9 days and no apology call from amazon nor any update till 17th september) i did not raise any issue and on 17th september cancelled the product and asked for refund which was done.

      Since i had to gift this product for somebody’s birthday, thought the previous order was not delivered because of some seller issue and on the same day 17th september ordered any product of different seller (United store) and the delivery date was september 22nd to 27th 2018 and this time it really furstrated me as till 5th october no product delivery (Again delay of 9 days). I have been raising complaints with various deptarments of amazon.in and the resolution is pathetic and not helpful
      Failure of amazon teams to provide resolution
      1. From 5th october i am raising the complaint, various agents are coming with different solutions, i asked for the product to be delivered by 0ctober 6th 2018-they did not give this solution and filed a refund which i did not ask for
      2. I had asked for inr.5000 amazon gift card for which first they started with inr 100, 200 and now 500, is this a vegetable market and do u think the customer is one scapegoat so that you can bargain as much as possible and give the least compensation
      What resolu tion i need from amazon.in is
      1. You have failed to deliver the product even after my complain, i want a refund of my product (The refund is provided today)
      2. As part of all the time wasted, mental harassment, embarssment as i wanted to gift this as birthday gift, i want amazon to give me inr 5000 amazon gift card or 10 times the value of the product (Inr 300x10=3000)
      When amazon failed to deliver the product initially order#[protected], seller-bolt, i did not raise any issue thinking it may be one-off case, but second time failure really triggered me.

      I am hoping that amazon will give me the compensation i have asked for.

      It seems the unit is taken from the junk yard and despatched before any pre-delivery inspection. paint peeling off and bulb holder clip broken. very old unit. needs replacement. Otherwise you lost a customer for good.

        Amazon india has cancelled my order without notification and not refunding my money which i paid through debit card. Every customer service representative saying that i have no information to tell you. What is the meaning of this.. If they have nothing to resolve my problem then why they cancelled my order? I called up many times but always they are saying wait for 24 hours i don't know when will their 24 hours completed? It is very disappointing to me.

          I had the worst online shopping experience with amazon india.

          Order #[protected]]

          Delivery boy called me and asked me to come to 3 kms away from the exact delivery address. I said he needs to deliver the courier to the address mentioned. He said he will not come and and will cancel my courier.

          The person is so ill mannered, and cancel my courier without even coming to the delivery address.

          I am really disappointed by the services of amazon delivery agent.

            I had the worst online shopping experience with amazon india.

            Delivery guy called me and asked if i can come 1 km away from my home, that is the address i put when i ordered. I said why he can not come to my place he said he can not come. If i want he can cancel my shipment. He was one of the rudest and ill-behaved people i have ever spoken.
            I said you can cancel my shipment but just fyi you know we get a feedback call after delivery, he said he doesn't care at all, we are just a courier service that's it.
            I was a regular customer of amazon but i don't think i am going to buy anything at all from amazon today onwards.

              Hi,
              Had ordered samsung 6.5kg fully automatic washing machine, along with exchange for my lg 7.5kg fully automatic washing machine. But amazon's seller delivered whirlpool 6kg semi-automatic machine.
              Samung washing costed me around 14, 152/- with exchange offer, and they have sent me whirlpool machine whoch cost around 9000/-

              So tehinacally i was duped in selling my old machine to amazon at much lower cost then the market rate.

              Now the amazon is offering me only the option of refund without returning my old machine, which i have exchanged for samsung washing machine, and not ready to give me delivery of the original product which i had ordered.
              Why should i bear inconvienient due to mistake of their wrong delivery.

              Please help me resolve my issue, as now i am left washing machine less, and have to wash my clothes outside till the matter is resolved

                I fell severely sick last week after having consumed chemical injected water melons here in bangalore, india. So here’s what happened - we ordered some watermelons from amazon. They have a grocery delivery service operating under the arm “amazon now” (From the now store owned by amazon).in the attached video link, you will see chemicals oozing out of the watermelon. I have been falling sick with severe gastroenteritis only to finally realize it was the adulterated watermelons that caused it.

                Amazon is close to a trillion dollar in market capitalization. I am appalled at the kind of moral and ethical responsibility they are driving here in india. I wish to take this to the consumer court and seek legal action.
                This kind of behavior & malpractice from a brand like amazon is unacceptable.

                  I have ordered a nayak's men kurta and an aurelia straight kurta for which i have paid the amount online. Next day i realized i have ordered wrong size so i went through the app n went to customer service to get the product cancelled as it was already shipped. After the cancellation of the product i got a confirmation msg that your product has been cancelled n refund will be initiated shortly on 4th of oct 18, its been today 8th of october n i didn't find any refund from amazon.. I called the customer services more than thrice but no action has been taken. I am quite disappointed with the amazon site. Plz refund my money as soon its possible.

                    Hi team,
                    I ordered smashtronics hybrid sim slot adapter on 7th september 2018 but i didn't get this product till 28th september so finally i didn't to take my money back, i got call from smashtronics company on 2 nd oct they told me that you will get refund in 2 to 3 days but still i didn't get refund.

                        Had received a faulty iron which was returned on 14th august 2018 and acknowledged by amazon. Refund was initiated on 21st of august 2018 and 3 bank accounts where updated, but refund no received yet. My amazon.in order #[protected]. Has followed up with the customer care at amazon but in vain. The bank account was updated on 3 occasions as required by the amazon customer care representative. I have even changed my account name to my wife's name and furnished her account number but even after doing all these i haven't still received the refund and all i can here from the customer care representative is that my account details are wrong.
                        Please i request you to solve this issue for me

                          I ordered for spe ifb fluff 01 free liquid detergent for front load washing machine - pack of 10, with the above said order number. The number of liquid bottles should be 10 +1 i. E.11, and it was clearly mentioned by seller. At the time of ordering the price shown more than 3000 and after a significant discount of around 90% final price payable is 310. But today received only 1 bottle of 1k. G. Which clearly a matter of cheating by seller.

                          Now i want my rest 10 bottles (Each of 1 k. G.) otherwise i will go to cosumer forum and other public platform, as it is a clear cheating case, which i never expect with amazon.
                          I ordered once again for the same product after just a few hours, which is yet to be delivered and i am sure, i'll receive again only one bottle.
                          I am not going to refund or cancel the deal, as it is best deal for me. I need all 22 bottles of 1k. G., failing which i will not sit silently.

                            Each and everytime amazon keeps changing return procedures. The very next a battery issue and auto on/off was been detected. I was then appointed with a engineer to diagnose my device... Device successfully diagnosed! Hardware issues found but nothing further acknowledgement from amazon. Now amazon says we cant take it back as the return window has expired! Invested a huge amount for this # statement.

                                Hi,
                                This is gireesh kumar. I have purchased a fossil q founder analog-digital multi-colour dial men's touchscreen smartwatch-ftw2119 from amazon with order id[protected].
                                It was delivered to me on 15/09/2018 and the moment i started following the step by step procedure i realized that the watch is not working. I tried each and step which is there in user manual and did all the trouble shooting steps which i found on google.
                                All my efforts went into vain, but the watch was not turning on at all. I have charged the watch almost 05 hours thinking the battery needs to be charged. I think a defective was delivered to me with dead battery.
                                On the same day, i have contacted the amazon customer care and explained them the same and requested the replacement. The associate refused to take my request due to some internal policies and informed me that he will refund the amount as the product which was delivered is defective one and sent me the confirmation email as well.
                                Again, i had to contact the cc as there was no reply from you guys on the refund which was promised to me. The associate with whom i had discussed on the same asked me to contact the manufacturer. Then i came to know that false promise was given to me by the previous associate. Still i agreed to that and contacted the fossil customer care and explained them the [censored] from the beginning.

                                We request you to kindly get in touch with amazon. They will be able to help you with replacement.

                                We could help you when the watch becomes defective after use, but as you said watch was defective from the day you purchased, amazon should help you with this

                                I have forwarded the screenshots of all the conversation happened between me and the manufacturer to the customer support team.
                                After discussing with associate, superior and manager the solution provided to me is to submit a service denial letter from the fossil.
                                This is how you guys treat a customer who is using amazon since 2015 and never contacted customer support in any issue even though i was having minor issues.
                                It was my plan to gift this watch to my brother and you guys shattered my plans by sending a defective product. You customer support team are working there to give false promises.
                                It has been 21 days and no proper solution was provided to me. Why should i get a service denial letter when the email from fossil customer support team says that amazon must take the responsibility? That itself says they are not in position to help me out with issues in which amazon is diverting the issue to fossil.
                                Is it a joke? You guys are blaming each other. Did i ever complained on any product which i have purchased from amazon?
                                The associates, supervisors, and the bloody manager venkat were not able to understand my problem and simply taking like robots only the standard phrases as per the company policies.
                                A big thank you to all of you guys. Please take your watch back and i don’t want any kind of service from your end. What should i do with this defective?
                                I have paid 19000 for that and i am getting this kind of response and service from amazon. I am fed-up with you guys and your service.
                                For the past 21 days, i am not getting any kind of positive response from you guys.
                                I am tired now. I don’t have time for explaining the same again and again to all the xxxxx.
                                Please take back your defective watch and refund my amount.

                                  I had ordered 3 products at different date and they were never delivered on given date as promised n nobody from amazon has idea where the product is and the courier team updates false note on track shipment saying there is delay in delivery due to customer request which is false and they are least bothered about customer issues n this has happened almost 3 times... The courier team ccalks to confirm delivery but never delivered it n customer care executive keeps in repeating the record as order will be delivered by tomorrow which never comes...

                                    On 15/07/2017 i saw a phone named oneplus 6 (Mirror black, 8gb ram + 128gb memory) with prive rs 399/- and i ordered it with one-day delivery which i got free with prime subscription. I also got a confirmation mail by amazon at 9:36 pm. But in the morning my order was removed from "my order" list leaving no trace of my confirmation of my order. And then i got a mail saying that it was their mistake. Then when i called the customer care they started making excuses such as they cancelled it due to rain. Since then i have been trying to get my product at the price i had ordered from them.

                                      I have been a regular buyer of muscleblaze product since last couple of years. I have had good experience so far and had recommended the product on many portals. I never had to go for other brands so far. This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered muscleblaze lean mass gainer 5 kg. From amazon in their last sale order number[protected]. Instead of of receiving 5 kg product i got 3 kg weight gainer, seller was muscleblaze directly. I trust muscleblaze enough and never had problem thereby i kept the pack and unpacked it after 7 days of receiving it. Once i found that the product sent is incorrect, i tried to return it but the product was non-returnable on amazon site since it was on offer. I paid rs. 4439 for a product with mrp of 2799 which is also usually available on 25% to 30% discount normally. I have sent multiple communications to amazon but they denied sending correct product. Since no solution was given, i had to use the weight gainer which tastes bad and full of sugar.

                                      There has been only one response from amazon that you responded late and we can not help. I could not understand how such big mistake too place. I am not asking for refund but was expecting to get right product that i ordered.

                                        I have bought on whey protein 5 lbs worth of rs. 5711/- from amazon and got delivered on 25th sep but in my opinion it’s a fake product so i have requested for return on the same day and scheduled it for pickup next day i. E. 26th sep but no one showed up for the same. Till now i have called the amazon customer services more than 5 times and every time they assured me of pickup for the next day but again no one showed up. Now it’s 6th of october i am worried that after few days they will tell me that the seller won’t accept that product and they can’t do anything. Ps intervene as they are selling fake supplements to the consumers on regular basis. Ps do the needful.

                                        The amount of the product has been transferred to my account by the Amazon. The email id through which I have got the message regarding the same is- [email protected] However they have refunded the amount without picking up the product.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
