I have got a message saying that the product has already got delivered but i havent received the product yet.
In delivered message there's no contact phone number of delivery guy. How is that possible.
Its been already 3 days now till now i didnt get any message or mails from amazon. Please take quick actions.
Disappointed withe the service. Kindly refer the details

Hi, today morning I received a message that my order of VelKro Silver 5x Magnification Tabletop Shaving & Makeup Vanity Mirror - H "19cm X W "15.5CM (1 Piece) was refused during delivery.

But i am not refusing the order.

Please place the order as soon as possible

    I placed an order for External HDD which was urgently required, and Amazon did not deliver on promised date. When I tried calling the customer service they were of no use. I asked for escalation team and the person hung up on me stating there is nothing he can do.

    I badly needed the product as I had project to complete. Since Amazon did not deliver the product, I had to run around and beg people to help me to manage the situation.

    This is second incident in past 30 days

    Order 1:[protected] Ordered on Sep 14, 2018 (Wrong product was shipped)
    Order 2:[protected] Ordered on Sep 22nd, 2018 (Product not delivered on time)

    The best part is Amazon blames this on me. They updated the shipment tracker stating "Delay Deliver on customer request" wherein I never called them, nor they called me. I have attached the screenshots for your reference,

    I escalated to Amazon and asked for compensation and they are offered Rs. 500 for all the pain I have gone through physically and mentally.

      Order Number:[protected] Product: Apple iPhone 5s (Space Grey, 16GB) Date of Payment: 20-January-2017 Order was cancelled from Amazon on the same day. Amazon claims to have refunded the money on 21-January-2017. However, the amount is not added in my account. RRN (Refund Reference Number) : 74332747022702117525696 has been provided to me for the refund initiated by Amazon India. Post tracking this RRN number with my bank (Kotak Mahindra India), they say there is no such RRN number to be tracked in their system. (Attached a copy of the email) I have logged n number of complaints over email and calls to Customer Care - Amazon India, no positive response for the same, they always came up with the RRN number which is not traceable. Out of the many complaints, I have also received an email once from Amazon India stating due to technical issue, the refund was not processed. Post that too no positive response. (Attached the copy of the email) I have also filed a dispute with Kotak Mahindra Bank which got rejected (Attached a copy of the rejection email) I have been in constant touch with Amazon India as well as Kotak Mahindra Bank, but no positive replies. It has been more than 1 year now, I need help on this. The conversations which I had with Amazon India and Kotak Mahindra Bank have been attached.

        Great chance to sue amazon india.
        Purchased a latop, on august 19th, 2018.
        That time there was an offer of 5% cashabck for prepaid orders.
        But never got that cashback.
        1) cust. Care guys saying - offer didn't get credit coz she cancelled and placed again. And offer applicable only once.
        2) but no where mentioned in terms and conditions like that. Also 1 person from leadership team too confirmed me that they were wrong. And offer is applicable, any number of purchases. But he want to ask promotions team, why order didn't get cashback. Later he said, promtotions team said - the product is itself not in eligible list of 5% cb eligible asn products list.
        3) then i got shocked. Then why amazon displayed that offer in that products' page, in both desktop and app.

        Even after saying - many reviewers too commented - that - they didn't get cahsback and they also written why amazon mentioned that offer for that product.

        - so clearly it is amazon's fault. Many such customers are now in depression state. But apart from asking them in chats/mail/phone/fb/twitter/jeff's mail, no where i can take to against this jaint company.
        Any one please help in getting cashback...

        Also i am telling the truth, that offer was displaying in product's page ...
        To prove it :
        1) For getting cashback of the same laptop, read a review titled "Reliable... Just awesome!" by Vamsi Puligundla on 3 September 2018. This person should have bought in other week.
        2) For not getting cashback of same laptop, read a review titled "product was doped" by "sumant kumar on 28 August 2018". This person should have bought on august 14- 21 week.

        My saying is that week, no orders got 5% cashback. Even my other social media friend didn't get cashback for his Lenova laptop, who purchased that week. :(

        They are not accepting their fault.
        1) They wronly displayed the offer - still we should be granted cashback, as terms says - "if product's page has offer mentioned then it is eligible for cashback".
        OR
        2) Their system's got fault in not recognising the cashback... - still they have toaccept their faultness. and should grant us the cashback.

        Either way we deserve cashback. we are not Lying...
        I stand strongly on my truthness and all points being take correctl with terms...

          I have buy a product from amazon and refunded it on 5 th sept today is 24 september, but yet now i did not get my refund,
          I have made complaint against this 4 times every time it was told to me you will get with in 24 hours,

          This is a kind of harassment,

          Even they deny to resolve my query.

          I don't have more patience to do argument with them
          Everytime i also get a complaint number the moment i do a follow up with the same nothing comes out as a result

          The last complaint number i get is :[protected]

          It will be helpful if somehow you will resolve my problem.

          Product quality is now getting worst, it's better to buy from outside rather than Amazon,
          Quality issue,
          Return issue,
          Refund issue no certain date may be you will get refund after 3 months

          Just ridiculous experience i have so far with Amazon

              Hello, I made a big mistake to buy books from Amazon.

              I face some issues with books so I applied for refund on 9th September .

              It is 24th September still no one comes to pickup products.

              Each time I called Amazon customer care, they only told we have initiated the process and product will be picked within 24 to 48 hours.
              They are only making fake Promises.

              I will ever never buy anything from Amazon now.

              Please pickup products .

              I am preparing for examination and I need refund so that I can buy other quality books.

                I am a regular online customer of amazon and have done many online shopping and below is a shocking incident which happened to me.
                I have ordered laptop and samsung mobile on 14th august 2018, i was delivered the attached items duped by the seller who sent the parcel on 23 aug 2018 through india post without any document or invoice and unknown sender details which has no connection or any clue of amazon sender, neither any update against my order in amazon website, i got only the updates like will be delivered by 27 aug 2018, then sorry your package is lost and we came to know about this only on sept 1st when the seller called and connected the delivery tracking id of attached junk books which was shocking news for me. It really very sad and disappointing that such things happen and it’s a first case for me as i am ordering regularly from amazon. Have filed claim on sep 1st, assured that my money is safe in every chat and i am awaiting for the refund at the earliest. It is almost 22 days now. It’s a big amount and i need the same very urgently, investigation process also looks like there is something wrong between amazon and seller that's why blindly they are trying to deny the claim and connecting some tracking number to my order, this way the sellers can dupe so many innocent people and connect any juck delivery against orders, and if this is the way amazon is doing online business, very soon customers will stop doing online with amazon because innocent, truthful customers are getting duped and even after providing proof the case is denied blindly.                   Order: monday 10 september 2018 /[protected]
                  Items: apple ipad pro mqey2hn/a tablet (10.5 inch, 64gb, wi-fi + 4g lte), space grey
                  Issue: problem with an order - - defective item/item does not work. Return picked up after which it was cancelled after 8 days.
                  Amount = rs. 61, 299
                  Date of delivery = 13th sept 2018; 12:10 hrs
                  Issue raised with amazon: 13th sept 2018; 18:05 hrs

                  Apple ipad delivered is damaged and have scratches. From the top left corner it is broken and screen damaged. It is was not even switching on. (Images attached). Amazon accepted the return request on 15th sept 2018 and sent their return pickup guy on 16th sept 2018 for return pickup. Return was picked up and i also received the return pickup acknowledgment slip and return pickup sticker. (However, return pickup guy was insisting on not giving any acknowledgement slip and said that i will receive a message on mobile phone, but i said i will only give the product if he gives me the return pickup slip. Later on he gave a slip after the quarrel).

                  For more than a week till 23rd sept 2018, i kept checking with amazon customer care executive (Via call and email) for refund status and they kept on saying that it will take 7 days for the product to reach warehouse and then refund will be processed. All the amazon executives gave wrong information and said that the return is in transit and refund will be issued. As per the emails, i was supposed to wait till 25th sept 2018 and by then my refund will be processed.

                  However, on 24th sept, i received and email from amazon stating that my return pickup has been cancelled and it could not been picked up from your location after multiple attempts. I was shocked and identified the fraudulent act of amazon.in this.

                  They asked me to wait till 25th sept 2018 for the refund to be processed, however, my pickup has been cancelled on 24th sept 2018 (Just a day before the same.)

                  I am really annoyed with amazon and now they have asked me to wait for 5 days for taking confirmation from the return pickup team. However, after speaking with aman (Cc exec) and ritu (Cc leader) from amazon team, they confirmed that i was getting wrong information from customer executive of amazon previously and it has already been confirmed before from the pickup team that the product has been pickedup.

                  Amazon is just wasting time and shows no intention to refund the money to customer.
                  Requesting you to help me in the concern raised.

                    I ordered 3 wonderchef turbo dual speed food processor black from amazon on 19th august 2018 it costs rs.2200 for 3 and they clearly mentioned that it has 6 months warranty after 15 days my product got damaged i called customer care and asked for replacement but they told we are not able to do that you only call to the seller and ask later i called to the seller they told if you purchased through amazon so we are not responsible for that if you purchased in our showroom then we are able to replace that again i call back to amazon customer care they told to ask for service denied latter from seller but seller will not accept that i'm really disappointed worst experience and worst service giving by amazon they clearly mentioned that the product has 6 months warranty later they are telling that we are not responsible for that they will least care about customers they took money and giving bad service

                              119.00 was charged to debit card that i didn't make, i needed gas and my card declined, looked at bank account and saw the amount taken from card,
                              I haven't got anything in the last 6 months.. I want to know what was the charge for and where it came from. This was not me and not happy...
                              This needs to be resolved and fixed, i'm on a limited very limited budget.

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                                  They promised a delivery by 20 th sep and did not deliver the order till date. It was a bday gift for my son and it is all screwed up. It is because they have sent the package at wrong place and the customer service is pathetic. When you call them they don't know what to say, they try to get rid of the call and later are not even ready to take responsibility and disconnected the call by saying we cannot do anything.

                                  I think this is most unprofessional and irresponsible.

                                  They actually don't care about pre paid orders as they have already received money and deliver the cash on delivery orders first as that is cash collection incentives for them.

                                    I have bought whiskas adult cat food pocket tuna, 7 kg pack from https://www.amazon.in with my id [protected]@gmail.com, order no.[protected] on 9th september 2018. The product is with insects and i have sent a complaint at [protected]@amazon.in with snap shots, but they are not interested in investigating this issue and ask to contact manufacturer. Amazon india is sole retailer and they have to contact manufacturer for defective products and not the consumer and they are not ready to ask seller the cloud tail india. I want refund of the amount

                                      Hi,

                                      One of my frnd apply for a amazon supervisor job on this month few days ago. After applying she get a call from Amazon and they give her a offer letter attached. In offer letter it is clearly mentioned that plaese deposit 1815 for dress id card pass code and job letter.She pays the money for it rs 1815.After paying again from Amazon had demanded 10000 as security money but she refused to do so and ask him to give her money back. But they refused it and cut the calls again and again.

                                        WE hab ordered the heartly designed premium luxury pu leather Front Flip Cover for Apple 4s and recd IT on 18.09.18, but Same Day the leather Cover coating started Coming out, kindly replace Or compensate IT.while displaying the photo in Amazon IT was very attractive but the Same Day the leather coating got weared out, thus first Shopping with Amazon was diappointing, i Paid 287 for IT, u should Not cheat the Public this way
