Ordered an item which was damaged in shipment (A pet extension "carlson pet product extension, extra wide gate 24") amazon sent it back mid-shipping and stated it would give me a credit (Sept 4th), it's been 14 days haven't heard from amazon. The website states i made no such purchase! Tell that to my bank account! Would like a refund! "amzn mktp us dda pin pos amzn.com/bill"!!!

    Products ordered online are not delivered to the address given and showing that the products are delivered to your address and even signed by the customer who has ordered. cheating the customer and without signing the copy the amazon people are showing that the receipt was signed by the customer. for the items for which already paid are stolen and showing that
    items are delivered. Amount paid through BHIM UPI and no response from customer care in this issue. No refund is initiated and no reply from customer service. Really cheating the innocent people.

      I, s v ram mohan, mobile no [protected], email id sv. [protected]@rediffmail.com would like to lodge a complaint against amazon india. Few months back i have ordered room's gravity wood wheel barrow (76.2 cm x 35.56 cm x 33.02 cm, brown), when i received the item it was broken and damaged. Moreover the size of the item is very small. The amazon india did not mentioned the size digramaticlly in a clear cut manner, on the other hand they mentioned the size in an ambiguous way.
      Anyway after receiving the item i requested for return as per there terms and conditions.in reply to this amazon india informed me that they have forwarded my complaint to the seller. The so called seller not the amazon india did not agree with complaint o[censored]ndersize and damaged item and refused to honor the return claim. Number of times i have complained with amazon india, every time they are asking me to do one or other thing, like sending the photographs of the item received etc etc. Lastly i requested amazon india to honor the return claim free of cost, i do not need any money refund in any manner, still they did not honored my request.       I checked my credit card statements and found 3 charges September 12-13 and 14 that I did nor made.
      I refuse the charges and ask for reverse the charges and the operations. I'm not interested in the Books.

        I got a call from fake amazon on 04/09/2018 saying i have been selected for a gift. For that i need to choose product of 5000 from amazon.in and tell them on call what i have chosen and they will book it for me. I chose a product and paid them 5000 via google pay. Next day (05/09/2018) they called and told you need to apy 11, 999 gst which will be refunded within 2 minutes on the call itself. I told them to cancel my order and refund my 5000. They told you need to pay 5000 again by google pay and when you will apy we will get a surveilence message on our screen. We will click on refund from our side and thus your money wont be deducted and the previous 5000 will be sent back to your account. I again did 5000 on google pay but it got deducted. They said you wrote wrong description in google pay description box so it went wrong. They asked me to do again for 10000. I did again, and again it got deducted. This time they said your spelling is rong in description thats why it went wrong. Again i did for 20000. Now they said our bank has some issue.in this way i did till 80000. Then they took my ifsc and bank account no. And told we will neft in your account. Today (06/09/2018) they called and told its not possible to refund 80000, you need to pay 20000 more so that we will refund 1 lakh. The person on the call gave me his pan card and aadhar card copy on whatsapp.​

          This is related to[protected]Timber cheese bean bag, 2kg refill (White) for which i placed the order on 6th september. The excepted date between 9th-14th september.
          It has reached bhubaneswar on 14th but still now i waiting the product to get delivered to my address. Now its showing status as it will get delivered by 19th.

          I have an awful experience from last 3 days following with the customer care. The answer i got as this has been escalated and you will get an update soon.
          So today i told the customer care to transfer the call to higher authority. The guy name ashis also behave the same way as customer care people.

          He also told me you will get a refund if not delivered.

          Hoping for some strict action on this matter.

            I have ordered oneplus6 mobile phone price 34, 999rs in 6emis. But i received defective oneplus3t mobile for the ordered.
            I have made unboxing video also but they are not interested to see the proofs.

            With patience, i have checked with the concerned team several times. They told me that they are investigating but finally replied that they will not replace or return the product.
            They are ignoring customer voice even the proofs also.
            I have ordered such a phone in emis which will affect me badly as i don't have phone either.

                  Got a mail and message that order was delivered to me while it was not. No one from amazon has a clue where it is.Poor inter team co ordination. Customer care asking me to wait till 4 days.Charged me Rs 100 for speed delivery. No one is ready to track the order. Neither i can track it as the status shows delivered

                      Hi,

                      Product name - angel's fashion women cotton one piece dress with net chunni.
                      I ordered a gown from amazon with order id - #[protected] the dress was completely damaged and had some drainage water strains on it, if we open that parcel all mud was doping down. I want my entire refund back and also want the compensation for sending such a bad product, i want that for some function and entire mood spoiled.
                      Product was delivered yesterday.
                      The soooo called chunni is like a tissue which is used. Me being your regular customer is very hurt this time.

                        I ordered saregma carvan and the estimated delivery was within 4 days, but i didn’t received the product till then as well as the tracker was not updated. Then i requested customer service executive to reschedule the delivery, even then i received a call from courier agent asking for delivery of product, as i was out of station.in the package, remote control was missing, so i ordered for replacement and to my surprise the entire system was not working... Then i cancelled the replacement but the status is still not updated... Pathetic service ever provided from such a reputed online service provider which shows that they don’t even check the product before delivering.. As well as i’m not getting proper help and guidance for the same

                            I bought a micromax mobile from amazon for my father in december 2017. It was advertised on front page of toi. But the phone was very bad. It was constantly opening ads and would hang often so finally my father took it to the service centre. They checked the imei and said the phone is a counterfeit. When i contacted amazon they said they need service denial letter.
                            After more than a month micromax finally sent an email stating amazon had sold me a fake and so they could not service it. Sent the email to amazon on 6th july 2018 but till date they have not resolved this. I contacted them on phone, email, twitter, facebook and linkedin but to no avail.

                              Very upsetting to see this kind of cheating happening under the banner of such a wonderful company. Amazon has been my favourite place to shop, never had any issues until today. I was very surprised that i was charged more than the mrp for the product i purchased online on amazon.
                              I have attached the pictures of the bill, product and the envelope in which i received it.
                              I was charged ₹849/-, for a product i purchased on amazon. It's mrp was written as ₹ 779/- on the product i received. I am really unhappy about this.

                                Hello, my name is sachin m. D, my area pin code is 413501 i had ordered a product from amazon on 11th sep 2018, order #[protected]., at the price of rs.3870, and the package was in transit as usual, then today on 16th sep, i saw the update that the order is being returned back to the seller without me knowing it, and i didn't even cancel it. And now the price of the same has been increased to rs.4000, which looks clearly like a trick to me, to make me pay more and cancel the existing order.

                                I contacted the amazon customer service, three different times, they just told me that as this order is (Cod) cash on delivery, we cannot do anything about this, and you will have to buy it again in new price..! Which was totally injustice to me, and fraudulent, this is not my fault at all and they have a fraudulent policy which is not doing justice at all.. I'm clearly being cheated and the seller tricked me to pay more now. The seller is gym food nutrition, on amazon.

                                  I bought a phone from amazon. Which was defected and i want to get it replaced but your people denied doing that as the seller doesnt have the product and now they want me to stay without phone for a week.

                                  You people just dont understand that how important any product can be,
                                  I paid my money to amazon not to that seller amazon should arrange it and provide me my replacement.

I have requested to return the product and refund the amount to origin payment method. But till now didn't solve this issue and everyday courier person cancelled return pickup from my home address. Kindly take strict action against amazon under ipc 420 for making fool customer. Please solve this issue at the earliest.

I have requested to return the product and refund the amount to origin payment method. But till now didn't solve this issue and everyday courier person cancelled return pickup from my home address.                                         Respected sir,
                                        I have ordered an pirelli diablo tyre from amazon on 23rd of august and it have arrived at cochin main hub at 27th and had to wait till yesterday for item to reach hub near my home. I have contacted customer care many times to know the current location of my product september 10th when i checked the status it is saying that the product was returned without any reason. Tyre is one of the important part of my vehicle and i am waiting for the product to be delivered for about past three weeks. Is this the right manner of treating an customer. I have bought the tyre on offer and now the offer is over. I am feeling so disappointment and sad to see the way amazon treating the customers. Same situqtiom happened to me on a product ordered on 19th august and on 15th september it is saying that it is returning to seller without giving any explanation to consumer. Amazon wasted my time as well valuable money due to this. Requesting necessary action regarding the issue.
