I ordered first time in amazon for honor 3 band activity tracker, paid for it. Then after estimated delivery date crossed, in between i asked many times about item to amazon associate, they assured 100% delivery on time. But atlast my order was cancelled even any information and my money (After long time refunded) stuck into amazon pay balance bcz i added money to buy this.
I had no option to use this money.

I bought 2 tb seagate external harddrive from amazon through this seller on 26th june 2017 and harddrive have stopped working suddenly. Sometime this is detected and sometime this is not. Have tried with multiple pc's and laptops and also with different usb cables.

The number mentioned on the website are not reachable or not in service. I raised a replacement request on seagate website but they stated that...

They didn't deliver the item, they promise will deliver on 24 july but till now no update from amazon-
