I, s v ram mohan, mobile no [protected], email id sv. [protected]@rediffmail.com would like to lodge a complaint against amazon india. Few months back i have ordered room's gravity wood wheel barrow (76.2 cm x 35.56 cm x 33.02 cm, brown), when i received the item it was broken and damaged. Moreover the size of the item is very small. The amazon india did not mentioned the size digramaticlly in a clear cut manner, on the other hand they mentioned the size in an ambiguous way.
Anyway after receiving the item i requested for return as per there terms and conditions.in reply to this amazon india informed me that they have forwarded my complaint to the seller. The so called seller not the amazon india did not agree with complaint o[censored]ndersize and damaged item and refused to honor the return claim. Number of times i have complained with amazon india, every time they are asking me to do one or other thing, like sending the photographs of the item received etc etc. Lastly i requested amazon india to honor the return claim free of cost, i do not need any money refund in any manner, still they did not honored my request.       I had ordered 3 items in the amazon in the amazon rules i[censored] order above 499 Rs it will be free delivery. So i had order 3 item 0n 8th sep 208 (2 ncert maths plus two book and dell keyboard) the total amount is 916 Rs . They said free delivery. one book has came on 12th sep that i had received the book and i had paid 257 Rs. On 13th sep they had deliver the another book and keyboard. On that time i was not at the home some issue i had went out of city. They delivered the order to the neighbour the deliver boy said you have to pay 1060. The neighbour has given 1060 Rs. Next day i come to home ask the how much you had given they said 1060 Rs. I said it is 660 Rs only why you gave that much amount . I had called to the delivery boy and why you charged 1060 Rs the product value is 660 Rs only the delivery for me it show 1060 Rs only. I had submitted the amount in the office. you call to the company and ask. I had informed to the amazon customer care wait for 4 business day we are enquiringly and we will refund your amount. still now they didn't refund the amount.The book value is 130 Rs.         Sir I am book item on 01.09.18 and order no[protected]
        As per delivery last date 07.09.18 but item not reached so I have cancelled item by mail, by call and by chat and also mail to seller many times because I am go out out of station for long time. But every time your customer care representative tell me wait 48 hours and contact seller. This is about 5 time telling wait 48 hours. Why I am contact seller . I don't know any seller . I know only amazon. Every time After 48 hours I contact amazon cc then reply wait 48 hours. Till date I not got my refunded amount. Amazon cc representative make me fool every time . Why after 20 days my refund process created. pls tell me in one line my money refund or not . I have no more time for contact amazon cc. After calling amazon cc then phon disconnected automatically telling please try after some time. My mobil no [protected] and mail id ravi.[protected]@gmail.com. Your customer care make me fool every time .

          I got a job offer from amazon . They mailed me to send documents . After sending the documents I got a confirmation mail that I am selected and I have been offered the post of supervisor . They also told me to deposit 1650 for uniform IN THIS A/C UNION BANK OF INDIA, A/C [protected] (six three nine four zero two zero one zero zero two zero seven zero six)HOLDER NAME: VIMAL, IFSC CODE UBIN0563943 . MOB NO.[protected](nine nine nine nine five three seven seven five three) . I deposited the amount . After that they asked me to mail the payment proof . After that I got call from courier department for uniform size and address . After that they again mailed me for depositing 4990 for salary account opening and also they gave some pics showing that my parcel is ready and then they called me to say the same . Mail id is - [protected]@amazoncareers.in . They told that they will refund the amount of 4990 after 30 min . But they didnot refund even on the next day . When I tried to call them, they blocked me . I tried from another no. After knowing that it was me they again blocked that no.too . They were calling from [protected](eight eight two six five two zero nine four five) . While they were asking for 4990 rupees I wrote a complaint . Then they called me and asked why did I complain . They also call me from amazon toolfree no. i.e.[protected]one eight zero zero three zero zero zero nine zero zero nine) . I dont know how they called me from that no. I also mailed them but no reply . Amzon India should take a look at these frauds .

            False promise by made by amazon that it will deliver by 18 sep and it did not deliver my product on time. They directly pussed my delivery date to 21st sep when i called them the keep on saying you have to wait till 21at sep nothing can be done for this and representative are very rude they shouting on me instead. They dont feel important to update customer on ther product they just saying your delievry will donr on 21st no efforts to solve customers. Still i am waiting their is no update when will i get the delivery. They even shared wrong tracking number. Very bad experience after paying 24000 i am not getting my product on time and they dont value me atol.

              On 1st september i had purchased a sandwich maker in amazon using cash on delivery option. I returned that order and the refund of rs.820 is successfully processed by amazon. But still i didnot get my refund amount. I spoke to amazon india about the issue and they send me a reply as follows
              Your refund of rs.820 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].
              The authorisation code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is hsbcn[protected].
              In this case what i will do.

              Please do the need ful as earlier as possible

                On 6th september i ordered mascara and veslin tracking id [protected]. On 14th september i got a message that package was handed directly to customer n was signed by customer where as i have not got any call from delivery boy so to signed on that is out of question, anyhow after two days i check at amazon courier point of itanagar and after much searching somehow got my consignment.
                Again on the same day ie on 06.09.28 i ordered almonds 1pkd tracking id [protected]. Update message is showing that order reached to itanagar amazon courier center but on customer request delivery is delaying. Whereas i am waiting for calls from delivery boy and i hadn't received a one yet.
                Iam à regular customer of amazon and before this i never came across this kind of stuff but now iam frustrated with your service.
                Pls take the needful action.

                      Hello,

                      I had placed order on amazon.in on 16-sep-2018, order #[protected] but the product was not delivered, there was a box full of papers.

                      I complained about this to amazon customer care on same day and they raise a new order :[protected] which was for replacement.

                      The customer care agent would have raised a request for new order instead replacement.

                      On 19th one of the delivery agent ([protected], [protected]) had called me to provide the old product so that he would deliver the new product.
                      When i said the delivery agent to wait til i speak to customer care he refused and left saying that he cannot wait, i tried calling him on his numbers for more that 20 times call was not answered.

                      I explained all the details to delivery agent about the issue and he denied to provide the new product. Instead he said me to contact amazon customer care for this issue.

                      When i contacted amazon customer care, they said that it is an valuable product and will send for an investigation. I do agree that it should be investigated but as a prime customer for amazon it is not he good response or the resolution i received.

                      I spoke to wasim and jafar from amazom customer care regarding this issue but no help from their end. I had an only option for investigation.

                      Here the pain is i need to pay money for the product but the product was not received. And now i need to face the investigation process.

                      I request team to escalate this issue as much as possible.

                          Hello,

                          I had placed order on Amazon.in on 16-Sep-2018, Order #[protected] but the product was not delivered, there was a box full of papers.

                          I complained about this to Amazon Customer care on same day and they raise a New order :[protected] which was for replacement.

                          The Customer care agent would have raised a request for New Order instead replacement.

                          On 19 one of the Delivery agent ([protected], [protected]) had called me to provide the old product so that he would deliver the new product.

                          I explained all the details to Delivery agent about the issue and he denied to provide the New product. Instead he said me to contact Amazon Customer care for this issue.

                          When I contacted Amazon Customer care, they said that it is an valuable product and will send for an investigation. I do agree that it should be investigated but as a Prime customer for Amazon it is not he good response or the resolution I received.

                          I spoke to Wasim and Jafar from Amazom Customer care regarding this issue but no help from their end. I had an only option for investigation.

                          Here the pain is I need to pay money for the product but the product was not received. And now I need to face the investigation process.

                          I request team to escalate this issue as much as possible.

                              First case: July 2018, It was a prime day sale. I ordered a product worth Rs.1600 on 50% discount. I was in the meeting in the daytime, I didn't pick up the call of the delivery boy at once, I called him after 15mins, he screamed at me that "Phone kyu nhi uthaya? mene to cancel krdia ab krlena dubara order! " means, why the hell you didnt pick the call, now i have canceled your product, go order it again! and when i said i will complain about you then he said, karlo jo karna(do whatever you want). I immediately called the Amazon's service center & they assured me that product will be delivered again by 24hrs but after 24hrs they said sorry mam we cannot do anything. I lost my discount on my product.

                              Second Case: August 2018, I ordered a product on 29th July. it was a cake decorating item. I have a prime membership so the product's expected delivery was between 3 days. I need that product on 9th April evening. I received a message from Amazon that I will receive my product today. After 3 hrs, I again received a message that my product was refused at delivery when I didn't get any call & I haven't refused anything. Amazon customer service again failed to help me.

                              Third Case: September 2018, After one month I again ordered a product wishing this time they will not make a mistake, But guess what? This time my product WAS DELIVERED TIMELY! But NOT TO ME! TO SOMEONE ELSE! They don't know anything about it. and The number they provided me for the delivery boy, he says that I am sorry I don't deliver products in your location. again, Amazon's customer service was a failure. I lost my product as well as my money.

                              Moral: Don't buy a product from Amazon!

                                I have purchased a phone and also returned it after 2nd time of replacement due to soma discrepancy. After so many times of following up i got to know that the refund policy would take hardly 5-6 wrking days. On 3rd september i have returned it. It's now 19th september i have not received the refund from amazon. Everytime i used to give good feedback about this company. Now it's really frustrating for me to handle the situation. As i have selected the emi option while purchasing. My billing cycle date will generate from tomorrow onwards. Now i need to pay the minimum amount to the bank. Everytime i got to know that the refund policy will take 5-6 working days and the same thing keeps going on. First of all i was not instructed to mailing system. While following up on 8th or 9th times i got to know that i need to mail up. I have mailed on 13th september accordingly. Hardly it should take 2working days to get resolved. I have been also following up through mail. However, they have not initiate the refund. Now they told me that it will take another 5-6 business working days. It's really ridiculous. They have given false statements to me again and again.

                                    I placed my 1st order - order #[protected] with amazon for an hp laptop on the 7th of september, 2018. I was given a delivery time of 2 days with an expected delivery by 10th september, 2018, which i think was a fair time. Even my reorder on 13th september, 2018 - order #[protected] with a guaranteed delivery got cancelled without intimation.

                                    Both time, the product reached my town and was returned without contacting me. Amazon updated the tracking status; customer requested to delay the delivery for my 1st order and returned to seller. For my second order, they updated “customer refused delivery” and returned the product. After a marathon follow-up, i got the refund on the 9th day – 16th of september, 2018.

                                    I have purchased a product which had the tag “amazon fulfilled”, and i clearly don’t understand what kind of assurance they are giving to the customers with this tag. I wasted almost 9 days of mine from 7th till 16th chatting and calling for status. By 16th they refunded the money.

                                    Firstly, they didn't deliver the product even when it was a prepaid order. Secondly, none of the agents who assisted me over phone and chat had an ounce of process knowledge. What i understood is; the agents have no control or access over the logistics team. They didn't even know what exactly is happening in the background.

                                    The customer service is just a waste of time. They were reluctant to intimate the customer the proper reason of return. Amazon seems to be a nightmare for new customers. The experience from amazon gave me an impression that the company itself is fraud.

                                    I have used the word fraud specifically for the following reasons.

                                    1. My 1st order placed on 7th was cancelled for no reason. Order #[protected].
                                    2. I reordered it on 13th september, 2018 - order #[protected] which was given a guaranteed delivery on 15th september, 2018, they again cancelled it without my authorization.
                                    3. Both times, the tracking system was updated with false notes to put the blame on the customer.
                                    3. Call and chat support were giving fake promises that the product is on the way and will be delivered on time as committed.
                                    4. Contacted customer care multiple times over chat and phone but the issue remains unresolved.
                                    5. Without intimation, the agents decide to cancel a pre-ordered product.
                                    6. Both times, the product reached the customer location and was returned without contacting.

                                    What i understood is, amazon have no consideration towards customer grievance. They simple run the customer support for the name sake. Amazon has such a disastrous service and is a waste of time.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I bought nikon d3400 from camera. It gives poor microphone voice recording, and as an entry-level photographer, i can't say how good it will be just by seeing the numbers such as 24.2mp or focus points etc.
                                      The issue is, i wanted to return it and buy another dslr from amazon.in. But amazon is not accepting returns, saying that cameras can only be replaced not returned. I never had hands-on experience on nikon brand camera and focus is not that good, microphone poor voice recording. So many problems this model has. (Please note the entire nikon d3400 is same) and amazon cust service saying that they can only replace even though i'm saying that i will my next dslr buy from amazon. I feel so frustrated with this # return policy of amazon. Now i have to live my entire life with this poor quality camera. Feels like cheated.

                                      I'm just expecting return of this nikon and want to order something else.
