1. The phone was ordered on 10th oct & delivered on 12th oct.
2. The phone that we received was a used phone. It already had the scratch guard. It was a factory reset phone. The imei software version showed that it was reset for 5 times.
3. When asked about this to amazon customer service:
The reply after 1st call - you will have to wait for 7-10 days to get a resolution.
The reply after 2nd call - you will "have" to initiate a refund. I requested them to give me a replacement with a new phone. Cost (11990 after the applicable discounts). They replied that they cannot replace it, i will have to initiate a refund only.

Question: i wanted a replacement of the phone. Why was i asked to initiate a refund? I will surely drop in a complaint on the consumer forum regarding this issue.

This is really very disappointing from amazon's end.

I will now have to order a new phone again. I will not get the instant discount applicable on the sbi card. Also, the phone's cost has now increased from 12990/- to 13990/- it is my loss of money + time + a fraudulent activity by amazon.

The major point here is : how can amazon send a used phone & "not replace it instantly". They are rather asking the customer to get a refund & again buy a new one. Highly disappointing.

    I haven't received any cash back for two recharges i have done through amazon pay i have recharged my Airtel number with 248 rs using Amazon pay offer was of 50 rs and second time i have done first time recharge to my jio number of 399 using Amazon pay, i was offered 100 but cash back has not credited to my account please do needful

          I have a placed an order on amazon website and there is some free products that has been mentioned in website and that is not provided to me and when i reported it to the amazon service even they can see that there is an offer and they said there may be some glitch happened and they apologize for it and they arranged a call back to me by escalating this to further and i got a call back today stating that they cannot do anything and the reason they stated me is there were some team who will be working here to remove the offers page are not available so they couldn't do that and this some internal issues but they are stating even though if its a internal issue we are unable to take your request and the request is closed. So this cannot escalate this further.

          Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these offer terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not.

          This is terms and conditions they gave it to me and they stated that they have a rights to cancel the offers at anytime and they can inform that to the customer

          And here the word they are using is not matching with the terms and conditions and they have stated clearly in t&c that it can be replaced by different offer and even they are not ready to provide

          I don't know whom should i contact in this and they are telling me that this cannot be escalated further.

            The delivery person came to deliver the parcel, my parents were at home and they were not having opt required for collecting the parcel. He hardly was there for 2 minutes. Now as i reached home at 5.45 i called him and requested him to deliver the package. He said he had to wait for 20 minutes which he did not. I asked for his current location and he was just 5 minutes away from my house. He said he wont come for delivery even after a request and cut the ongoing call. After calling him several times he did not attend the call.

              Myself dr. Dinesh saini want to inform you that there is zero value for amazon prime member even after paying extra 1000 rupees there is zero null value thing is that
              Amazon delivery boy misbehaved on call that he will not ship product today even if it was showing out for delivery in phone sms and amazon website. After calling amazon the agent said he will take action but in real he supported the delivery agent and rescheduled my order which should be delivered on 12 oct was now rescheduled for 13th oct
              In the order list it is showing customer itself have rescheduled when i have not... The customer care agent team and the delivery agent both disrespected because a customer has no value in amazon policy even after he is prime member or a regular user who have used amazon like anything...

              I am very angry and upset because of this is have to reschedule my professional and personal work shame on amazon and this year i am defenitly shifting to flipkart as at least they stay on the words what i have heard for my friends..

              Because of this is i have lost my time and money both
              I want to ask amazon for this we became a prime member of amazon by spending 1000 rupees

              Amazon took side of his delivery boy who misbehaved to customer on phone
              Customer is the suffer

              From last 1 year as i was prime member i have ordered above 200 product and still this happened with me

              Very upset very disappointing shame amazon shame shame

Though it was fine for a few months, accidentally mobile dropped down and front screen got damaged.in between six months from the date of purchase it is eligible for one time free screen replacement for lg q6 mobile.                   Dear team,

                  I placed an order for sony ht-rt40 5.1 channel sound bar home theater system (Black) with an order #[protected] on 09th oct 2018 and was expecting a delivery by 12th oct 2018 and till today morning it was shown not yet dispatched on if i click on the order it shown arriving today as expected but no tracking details were available, however i spoke to a customer service associate today morning around 25 min of call the supervisor told it will be dispatched today and suddenly in the afternoon when i see the status of my order it shows we need a little more time to provide you with a good estimate, we'll notify you via email as soon as we have an estimate delivery date. I'm surprised with the kind of service i have with amazon on this great indian festival season sale and when again i contacted with csa still not proper information and i am very upset with the service and response from amazon.. I also faced such issue last month when i placed an order for some car accessories which was delayed and not sent correct product as expected and for that too i have did a follow up can someone fix these kind of issues at the earliest,

                  For this delay of product delivery i have to postpone my vacation which was well planned a two months ago with family for a week from 14th oct to 22nd oct and damage for postpone my vacation is appox. 10-12 k, hope you understand the customer concern and no-one from amazon informed me through either email or message unless i contact customer service

                  Awaiting for a positive response and compensation

                    This has reference to the order id[protected] which was scheduled to be delivered on 11th oct, 18

                    The delivery guy says he will not deliver to the home address and asks us to pick up from him. This is being very harsh on his / amazon part. When i was able to get the previous orders and my neighbours are able to get their orders, why on earth is the delivery guy giving such an answer. When we try to track in the amazon page, it says "the courier was unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery". But we recieved the delivered guys contact details through message. Iam deeply disappointed with the service that amazon provides.
                    I need immediate intervention and an action upon delivery guy. When we called him yesterday, we were informed that he went for a movie during his delivery time and now when we call him again, he says the service is not available at our location, where we and our neighbours previously received.

                    False illegations will directly hut the credibility of amazon and thus their intervention is required to sort this out.

                    two weeks have passed it did not get processed.
                    They are saying auto reload was on, where as it was never on.

                      We have place an order to amazon.in on dt.16.07.2018 bearing our amazon.in order #[protected] and the payment made through sbi debit card and the payment has been successfully debit and credited to concerned amazon account. But the same item yet to be received till date today i. E. Dt.12.10.2018 and the items could not be cancelled.

                      Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as early date.

                        For television department, in product description it has mentioned that there is debit card emi at no cost for hdfc bank. But when we proceed for payment there is no option for it. This is just an scam done from amazon. Here amazon are displaying one offer on dashboard but in payment there is nothing.
                        If called to customer support they are not even understanding the issue.

                        The great indian sale is completely of fake offers.

                          I frequently use amazon india online for my needs. Some time a cash back is offered which is given after a few days. On some odd day they send some code which is valid for few hours to one day. Which is rarely used. Some time email is not seen before it expires. The cash back should be with at par as with cash without any time limit. Otherwise it is just an eyewash to lakire customers.

                              I am being billed monthly on my bank account for $13.98 which is amazon
                              Prime that i never subscribed too. I have
                              Notified my bank where a dispute of
                              Charges is going to be filed. Also on
                              My visa card i was charged $14.95 for a
                              Purchase of a book that i never ordered.
                              Capital one is taking care of that!!!
                              What is going on with amazon? In the
                              Past years i have ordered many products
                              And never had problems with amazon.
                              Fix this please. I have always enjoyed

                                I had ordered the same shoe in amazon on 10.10.2018 at rs. 2699 but on 11.10.2018 at 7:00 pm the order is canceled automatically and the customer care executive said that product was damaged for that reason they canceled my order and they refund the amount again i need to re-order the same product at rs. 2999. It is not correct that you canceled the product by yourself and you want to again i am re-order the same product to pay more 300. This is totally fraud with the customer i think. Your delivery guys and customer care executive are not supportive also.

                                * recommend: do not trust amazon if you are a prime customer they will not support you.*

                                I don't want any refund from amazon i just want the same product with the same price within sunday.

                                  We have placed an order for the bed on 11th october 2018 at 7:00pm in the evening at now at 10:45pm we want to cancel the order and your customer support service is not cancelling the order yet it is not showing that it is shipped. So please look after it. And if you will send the product to us we wont accept the order

                                    I was being charged incorrectly for my daughters subscribed account. I spoke with a rep and i was promised a refund from april of this year to sept. However, i only received the refund for sept. So, i made the next call to a rep and i received the missing refunds, i spoke with a man name max, who was given permission to sign into my computer and get someone from billing to look into the charges. Which was refunded. But in the interim my bank shows a $75 charge and i purchased nothing. I called several times and no answer or i was told i will call you back (David) and no as of yet no response-my bank is now involved for fraud charges now.

                                      I ordered two books gc leong=certificate and physical geography (Worth₹248) and gk by manohar pandey (Worth ₹22) but i was amazed to see when they were delivered the amazon bill showed the worth of gc leong's book as₹257 and along with gk book it showed a total cost of ₹279 and the delivery boy took ₹290 from me while the actual money should be of₹270
