Subject: complaint regarding my new mobile phone (Free screen replacement)

I am santhosh kumar j and i had bought a lg q6 from amazon on may 27.2018. Though it was fine for a few months, accidentally mobile dropped down and front screen got damaged.in between six months from the date of purchase it is eligible for one time free screen replacement for lg q6 mobile. I need a confirmation whether it is possible to give me the free screen replacement service or not.
We have heard a lot about your company and bought a phone from their trusting your services. Please provide us with a free screen replacement for the same.
Note: if you are deny to give me the free screen replacement service. Then you give me the proper denial letter from your lg letter head and with your lg authorized signatory.

Subject: Complaint Regarding My New Mobile Phone (Free Screen Replacement)

I am Santhosh Kumar J and I had bought a LG Q6 from Amazon on May 27.2018. Though it was fine for a few months, accidentally mobile dropped down and front screen got damaged. In between six months from the date of purchase it is eligible for one time free screen replacement for LG Q6 Mobile. I need a confirmation whether it is possible to give me the free screen replacement service or not.
We have heard a lot about your company and bought a phone from their trusting your services. Please provide us with a free screen replacement for the same.
Note: If you are deny to give me the free screen replacement service. Then you give me the proper denial letter from your LG Letter Head and with your LG Authorized Signatory.

    I placed an order for sony ht-rt40 5.1 channel sound bar home theater system (Black) with an order #[protected] on 09th oct 2018 and was expecting a delivery by 12th oct 2018 and till today morning it was shown not yet dispatched on if i click on the order it shown arriving today as expected but no tracking details were available, however i spoke to a customer service associate today morning around 25 min of call the supervisor told it will be dispatched today and suddenly in the afternoon when i see the status of my order it shows we need a little more time to provide you with a good estimate, we'll notify you via email as soon as we have an estimate delivery date. I'm surprised with the kind of service i have with amazon on this great indian festival season sale and when again i contacted with csa still not proper information and i am very upset with the service and response from amazon.. I also faced such issue last month when i placed an order for some car accessories which was delayed and not sent correct product as expected and for that too i have did a follow up can someone fix these kind of issues at the earliest,

    For this delay of product delivery i have to postpone my vacation which was well planned a two months ago with family for a week from 14th oct to 22nd oct and damage for postpone my vacation is appox. 10-12 k, hope you understand the customer concern and no-one from amazon informed me through either email or message unless i contact customer service

      This has reference to the order id[protected] which was scheduled to be delivered on 11th oct, 18

      The delivery guy says he will not deliver to the home address and asks us to pick up from him. This is being very harsh on his / amazon part. When i was able to get the previous orders and my neighbours are able to get their orders, why on earth is the delivery guy giving such an answer. When we try to track in the amazon page, it says "the courier was unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery". But we recieved the delivered guys contact details through message. Iam deeply disappointed with the service that amazon provides.
      I need immediate intervention and an action upon delivery guy. When we called him yesterday, we were informed that he went for a movie during his delivery time and now when we call him again, he says the service is not available at our location, where we and our neighbours previously received.

      False illegations will directly hut the credibility of amazon and thus their intervention is required to sort this out.

      I had raised a request to transfer the amount from amazon pay to account
      two weeks have passed it did not get processed.
      They are saying auto reload was on, where as it was never on.

        We have place an order to amazon.in on dt.16.07.2018 bearing our amazon.in order #[protected] and the payment made through sbi debit card and the payment has been successfully debit and credited to concerned amazon account. But the same item yet to be received till date today i. E. Dt.12.10.2018 and the items could not be cancelled.

        Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as early date.

          For television department, in product description it has mentioned that there is debit card emi at no cost for hdfc bank. But when we proceed for payment there is no option for it. This is just an scam done from amazon. Here amazon are displaying one offer on dashboard but in payment there is nothing.
          If called to customer support they are not even understanding the issue.

          The great indian sale is completely of fake offers.

            I frequently use amazon india online for my needs. Some time a cash back is offered which is given after a few days. On some odd day they send some code which is valid for few hours to one day. Which is rarely used. Some time email is not seen before it expires. The cash back should be with at par as with cash without any time limit. Otherwise it is just an eyewash to lakire customers.

                Capital one is taking care of that!!!
                What is going on with amazon? In the

                  I had ordered the same shoe in amazon on 10.10.2018 at rs. 2699 but on 11.10.2018 at 7:00 pm the order is canceled automatically and the customer care executive said that product was damaged for that reason they canceled my order and they refund the amount again i need to re-order the same product at rs. 2999. It is not correct that you canceled the product by yourself and you want to again i am re-order the same product to pay more 300. This is totally fraud with the customer i think. Your delivery guys and customer care executive are not supportive also.

                  * recommend: do not trust amazon if you are a prime customer they will not support you.*

                  I don't want any refund from amazon i just want the same product with the same price within sunday.

                    We have placed an order for the bed on 11th october 2018 at 7:00pm in the evening at now at 10:45pm we want to cancel the order and your customer support service is not cancelling the order yet it is not showing that it is shipped. So please look after it. And if you will send the product to us we wont accept the order

                      I was being charged incorrectly for my daughters subscribed account. I spoke with a rep and i was promised a refund from april of this year to sept. However, i only received the refund for sept. So, i made the next call to a rep and i received the missing refunds, i spoke with a man name max, who was given permission to sign into my computer and get someone from billing to look into the charges. Which was refunded. But in the interim my bank shows a $75 charge and i purchased nothing. I called several times and no answer or i was told i will call you back (David) and no as of yet no response-my bank is now involved for fraud charges now.

                        I ordered two books gc leong=certificate and physical geography (Worth₹248) and gk by manohar pandey (Worth ₹22) but i was amazed to see when they were delivered the amazon bill showed the worth of gc leong's book as₹257 and along with gk book it showed a total cost of ₹279 and the delivery boy took ₹290 from me while the actual money should be of₹270

                          I had placed order one month back and same i have return this order in two day after received due to quality issue. Still i am waiting for my refund, i had many called to amazon customer care but i am not getting proper response form amazon officer, every time they are giving different date of my refund.

                            I bought cherokee men's tapered fit jeans[protected]_[protected]_blue-ds_34) from amazon but the size and color of jeans was not as expected.

                            Its smaller than the size and black in color. I had ordered 34 waist size and blue in color but 32 size and black colored jeans was delivered.

                            So i had placed the replacement (To get 34 waist size and blue color) request but amazon customer service agent said that its the similar product only which is coming for replacement i. E. 32 size so i told him to place return request.

                            As per return request product was collected from me but after reaching that product to the seller, they are saying product is incorrect and not going to refund.

                            I had raised complaint against this and taking follow up with amazon customer service agent from last 2 weeks but there is no action taken by them.

                            I am requesting amazon either refund me or return the product which i returned to you

                                  My product was returned in august 31st but i have not got my refund yet and i have called almost 100times and all they reply is that it will come in 24hrs and today when i spoke they told me by tmrw i’ll get but then another associate said the refund is not initiated yet. This is really stressful and tiring for me and my family as the amount is big

                                    Bought a mobile an amazon, now the mobile brand is saying they'll service it and won't make a replacement for the faulty device. Its not my fault that a faulty device was given to me in the 1st place.

                                    Now when i reached the redmi support care they've said that the motherboard has to be replaced

                                    Why should it be my fault? That i've to suffer for getting a defective handset

                                      I placed an order for formula 1 615874 headlight restorer 237 ml on 30/09/2018 having order ID[protected] it's estimated delivery date is 13/10/2018 it's delivery details shared with courier on 30/9/18 with Gati having tracking Id [protected] it pending at Mumbai till 6/9/18. When I contacted to amazon executive about the delayed delivery of product because it is pending at 1 location they tell me that it will be delivered till 13/10/18 but now amazon cancelled my order & saying that they are unable to deliver products by saying courier is unable to deliver products at my location... I can't understand 1 thing that is if the courier is pending at 1 place then how could it will be delivered or unable to deliver... I am raising this complaint because of amazon executive behavior also the cheating with me... Now they are saying unable to deliver the product if amazon is unable to deliver products then why it is showing the delivery location of my place.. Now from 30/9/18 to 8/10/2018 amazon use my money & also give me ten's because of its system all the executive chats are stored by me for future reference... Now I want my product till 13/10/18 or penalty from amazon for the cheating with me & mental ten's to me... So I am posting this complaint with very hopefully that the consumer forum will do something for me...

                                        Had ordered Mortorola Moto G4 plus worth Rs. 2000 and they delivered M2 my device of RS 600 and are not ready to pay the difference or refund nor even to exchange the product I have ordered.
                                        I trusted Amazon blindly as a brand and didn't opened any delivered product as I wanted my husband to open the gift on his birthday i.e.on 8th Oct. & got to know that they have delivered wrong product.

                                        I ordered 22 products on smae day from the same portal. And with a blind Faith on brand Amazon I got a damaged copper bottle and a wrong fit band.

                                        Amazon is neither ready to pay the difference amount of my fit band not ready to replace my order which was wrongly delivered and also not even ready to refund the AMT.

                                        They are not bothered about customer retention and their brand image too.
