    Amazon prime is a fraud and playing with there customers money. I have used free trail version of amazon prime and cancelled with in a week and called them to reconfirm about that and they have clearly said I am no where in to Amazon prime. Now they have deducted money from my 2 accounts, with out my concern. When we called customer care they are saying that Amazon.in is different and amazon.com is different. When I am using an App in india it will connect to me to amazon.in only not Amazon.com. How can I subscribe to amazon.com. They are literally need money by doing fraud. First thing when I have called them to check am I still using that prime they said no then they have to clearly mention that check with amazon.com. This is the reason why amazon is loosing customers, they are not trust worthy. It is a big fraud company. They are in loss that doesn't mean they earn money in this manner. Now they have deducted from my 2 accounts one is Rs 999 and another account Rs 947. Now I need my money back. When I am not using amazon Prime why should I pay money.

      Hello/kind attention:-

      This is to bring to all your notice that it is very unfortunate and very
      sad, that amazon India suspended our seller accounts for non sense reasons
      and they withheld for payment for more than 90 days, we are not staying in
      US that government provides us stipend on weekly basis, this is not
      acceptable, amazon’s arrogant behavior doing monopoly in market, we all
      sellers know why you people are doing this, the reason is simply you want
      us take amazon fulfillment service, despite calling several times and
      several requests there was no call back from seller performance team, so
      that we could discuss what has went wrong now we are also going to file
      case in consumer cost as well as in Punjab and Haryana High Court
      Chandigarh like other sellers who have already filled a case in consumer
      court as well as Delhi High Court and we have also been forwarding
      compliant to the Competition authority of India, Its again very
      disgusting of amazon India's part that they are deleting these posts,
      don't worry we are keeping screen shots of it and we are forwarding same
      to the media also, You people are killing sellers by holding payments, you
      don't have understanding that some sellers have taken huge loans to rum
      their business and with-holding payments is not acceptable under any
      Indian law. This is our legal right to want the reason on the basis the
      account was suspended but your representative at India never bothered nor
      reply to any complaint
      Even our firm also found that due to this reason many sellers was
      discontinued their services from you.
      This is my last representations to you for sort of our problem and
      provide us necessary information on your side within 24 hour and
      release the payment with interest since its due date till date of
      realization and losses of our capital which occured on your part to
      us otherwise we will proceed according to law and you will loose your
      reputations as well as business.

        I have booked a product from amazon india. I have sent one of my product with order number[protected] with price of ₹ 4, 460.00. From roman seller of amazon. The product is no use for me so requested to return.
        Amazon told meto sent my product to a seller named phenovo (Mr. Rohit) l and address is a-50, khasra no. 614-615, situated in the revenue estate of rangpuri, a-block, rangpuri extn, new delhi - 110037. By india post with tracking number em[protected]in on 18/09/2018.

        I think company is fake. The product not yet been delivered because it is a fraud address.

            I have bought whiskas adult cat food pocket tuna, 7 kg pack from https://www.amazon.in with my id [protected]@gmail.com, order no.[protected] on 9th september 2018. The product is with insects and i have sent a complaint at [protected]@amazon.in with snap shots twice, few mails, online chat and phone calls. Amazon customer service assistant, 1st asked to contact manufacturer and i contacted and informed the results. Next, they asked to contact seller, i don't, as the different persons give different opinion and suggestions and there is no standard in it. They think we customers rise complaints unnecessarily. They are dragging the issue for nearly 2 weeks of time and now there is no conclusion of the issue for a pet food product with insects. Initially i am ready to return the product and get replaced, but i am fed up with the way the customer care details, i am disappointed and i want refund of the amount and product.

              We are following up with Amazon for return of our shipping charges worth 5600Rs since 1.5 months but have not heard anything yet. We bought goods worth 8600 and paid shipping chargea of 5600rs to return the damaged product.Amazin had promised that they would return the shipping charges and now they are just playibg stupid games.

                I have returned the bag which i ordered some time back on 5th september 2018. The agent who came to pick up the delivery took no details from me and said my work is done here and asked me to leave. Then within 15 to 20 minutes of me leaving i received a message that the pickup is cancelled. I called the agent who picked up the order from me but he did not answer my calls at all. I have called the amazon service desk a 100 times in the last 1 month and there have been no response from there end. I have decided to move this matter to the consumer forum now. The issue is i do not have the package right now and do have not received the refund as well. Please help me out if possible.

                  The last mail i received was the product wonderchef nutri blend worth 2200 rs has been dispatched on 22nd august 2018. Amazon claims that they delivered the product on 20th august while i received no mail and no notification.
                  Moreover they claim that the product has been received by anindya ghosh while he was out on his duty of merchant navy.
                  I would like you to show me a scanned copy of the signature else i will file a case against forgery.
                  I must be sent a copy of the product delivery mail as i have not been sent one.
                  Whatever money stealing amazon is doing will be taken over in the hands of law as i will make sure as my father is an advocate.

                    Refund of rs. 389 has been made by amazon on 22 of september 201 8 regarding a product (Order number is #.[protected] [protected]

                    But, the refund has not been received yet.
                    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or

                          I have placed an order on amazon india and after successful payment they schedule a particular date for the delivery of the product. But when the actual date arrived for delivery of product, they start fooling me. After disturbing for about 4-5 days finally they didn't deliver my product as a result i have to cancel the product and now they are not refunding the amount. (Why should i wait for their rules and regulations?) and because of their delay i have a huge loss. They have disturbed me mentally (Mental harashment).
                          This has not happen for the first time with me, earlier i had placed another product and again they fooled me for 15 days and finally that product was also not delivered.
                          Because of their such rascel activites i have been mentally disturbed a lot. My time has also killed which is more important.
                          And after having all these nonsense activities when i filed a complain, you will be surprise that they are enjoying, carelessly.
                          Kindly take some hard actions. These outsider are destroying the environment of nation. They have made this nation a puppet.
                          If any action is not taken from your side then will move to police station. I am not going to leave them.

He too 500rs for the product of 335rs. ...he was not having change and told to return money through paytm. ...but instead of telling several time he's not returning my money ...it has been one week .I was that guy to be out of this delivery job and I want my money back.ok

                              I had ordered online Dr. Scholl's liquid Corn & Callus remover Liquid Kit- 1/3 Fl Oz. Order ID was[protected]. I have received delivery for this order but after opening the package found different product and packing. Much to my dismay, it was looking like very old pack and back side instruction page found torn half due to which expiry and instruction cannot be readable . It was paid delivery and i had paid 1310/- through my debit card. Please note i had clicked /ordered on one red color product packing and what i received in delivery was blue color pack of same drug company with different description on the package. I have communicated my disappointment to Amazon.in site and seller Ny Craze and asked them take back product delivered notifying me pick up day and refund my money INR 1310/.
                              I have registered complaint on Amazon site and seller NY. Craze on date 20.09.2018 verbally and via mail and in response promptly sent snaps of product received via mail and on whats app number. I have provided snaps mentioned hereafter 1) product snap. 2) product with its packing, 3) outer box with Invoice no.4) back side of pack with torn instruction and expiry page. to both amazon and NY.Craze . Both they have confirmed receipt of snap via mail and verbally and assured me refund within 48 hours.

                              Despite of submission of above mentioned material facts about mismatch of product delivered and ordered via email and their whats app account and after speaking with customer support of Amazon.in and seller NY craze not less but 5-6 times by now and wrote mails after speaking with them I am still craving for refund thus realized both they gave false promise resolve and refund within the 48 hrs . This is 10th days now and when Y's day I had spoken with amazon customer support they notified me a new development that the claim has gone with A to Z guarantee team and thus it would take another 7 to 15 days for resolution. whilst mail received from seller that when amazon chosen go for A to Z claim, it gone to their another team handling such matters . Thus it was Shocking to me when all the material facts available, then why they need additional time for refund after penalizing me 10 days in past.
                              My request to you to kindly intervene and ask Amazon and their seller NY.Craze for instant refund of my 1310/- hard earned money .

                              mail dated 04.10.2018 received from Amazon .in that seller NY. Craze agreed for refund but the condition is i have to send product to the place mentioned in that mail . this is really painstaking thus i had replied to their mail I await their reply.

                              This is regarding my order no[protected] for product Dr. Scholl"s liquid corn and callus remover placed on 16th September, 2018 and delivered on 20th September, 2018. In response to your mail dated 04.09.2018 informing me that seller NY craze have agreed for refund (although after 14 days )and to that seller NY craze have requested me return the product at the address provided therein.

                              Which means I have to spend another man hours in doing these activities for none of my fault. Had it been known about such a penalizing conditional return and refund policies before purchase, then I would have not opted for purchase it online this product is available offline as well. Thus Seller had clearly cheated with me by sending different product which appears old and instruction page half torn from back side.

                              My legal source advised me not to surrender to such pressure for refund of money for the reason communicated "conditional and painstaking procedures and policies" which dosen't seems protecting consumers interest and merely made for penalizing consumer for none of his fault.

                              Thus I am advised send notice to seller and approach consumer court for above said product refund Rs.1310/- and Rs 2000/- for all the trauma I had gone through all these days For chasing refund and provide material facts, snaps etc. Also I have spent minimum 15 man hours. on mail and phone for chasing which financially costs around 4000/- which I can prove in court. Thus I will have to demand total refund and compensation not less then INR 7310 + notice charges and court fees. I will submit the product in court and seller can take return of product from court directly. I hereby request seller to refund product refund in 4 days in my account failing which I will consider file a case in consumer court.

                                I have ordered bluetooth earphones on amazon for which the payment was already done (This was replacement as the first ones were not working perfectly). The day of the delivery, delivery guy called but sorry i was unavailable at that time. Later i called him within an hour, he didn't pick up and what i got was a message that the product has already been delivered. Again i called after a day, he said that, he has my package, will soon deliver it, just to meet my daily quota he marked it as delivered. I said okay. After that no reply from him. I again called him after 3 days then he says that he does not know about my package and told me upfront to lodge a complaint against it.
                                So please look into this. I have spent a lot of time already into this. I do expect my parcel as soon as possible and a good customer satisfaction!

                                      I had ordered plastic polka containers 2 nos on 17.9.2018 and made payment twice since the first payment was declined. Till date i have not received the declined payment.in this regard i have made several calls to customer service but no results.
                                      I had made one more order on 19.9.2018 for ivan electric diya for which payment was made twice. But the amount declined is not refunded yet. The product received also is not functioning even after replacement.

                                      I had ordered polka plastic containers on 17.9.2018 and ivan electric diya 0n 19.92018.in both the cases payment was made twice since the first payment was declined. However, the declined payment has still not been refunded inspite of making calls to customer service.

                                      It is further pointed out ivan electric diya is not functioning even after it has been replaced.
                                      I am tired of everything . No one is picking up the product. I give up. Please please don't buy anything from Amazon.in
                                      Don't waste your hard earned money for fooling. It self and filling Amazon z pocket.

                                        I have applied in certain websites for amazon recruitment. I got an call that it is an telephonic interview and asked some questions and an online test. I answered. Then a text message came of send ur documents and resume to [protected]@amazoncarrers.in. I had send all the documents. And after 1day they send me an confirmation letter that you have been selected as an supervisor and to open salary account you have to pay rs.5000 and for uniform you have to pay 1650 they said then for mediclaim 5000 i have totally transferred 11650 to their account. But until now the courier package has not arrived. Please help me resolving this. I have all proofs and documents that payment i had made and their account number and so please kindly help me. Is it true or fake or please help me to get my money back. Please help me i am from poor family. This is a big amount for us. Due to eagerness of job i have paid it asking to someone nearby. So please help me to recover from this problem please 🙏
