I have recently placed an order for Oneplus 6 and paid the amount from HDFC card but with an excahnge because it was on offer that by paying from HDFC card you"ll be getting instant 2, 000RS discount but no such discount is been availed till now. I want the discount as stated in the offer. If you people state something please stick to it...otherwise dont come with an offer....

Ordered oneplus 6 from amazon and got a defective product, got it replaced and got a defective product again. Amazon sent the technician to verify and finally amazon agreed for refund. I ordered 2 products worth ~1100 and I got cashback of 250 Amazon pay. My orders got cancelled with incorrect message that customer refused delivery. There was no delivery attempted and not even a single phone call made to me. Anyways, as the order got cancelled I was expecting full refund, which did not happened.
