Dear Concern,

Disappointingly i am stating that I have ordered for lipton green tea 250g 13 days ago but still I haven't received the product.

This is really very shameful to Amazon India as the maximum given deadline was already exceeded and still there is no information related to product. Also there is no such option for return the product.
I am not happy at all. Please answer why this is been done late.

    On 13/08/2018, I Booked 1gm - Joyalukkas 22k Gold coin through Amazon.
    My order number is :[protected].
    It was supposed to reach me in between 19th Aug - 23 Aug 2018.
    I waited up to 28th Aug 2018 and then I put a mail to Amazon customer care.
    But they have not taken proper action. Whenever i check my order status
    it is showing as : the item is out for delivery and will delivered.
    Almost 15 days are over. I have not understood when it is going to come..
    I want to my order to be delivered by today or tomorrow otherwise ask them to cancel my order and refund my money immediately with proper explanation.

      I have purchased a backpack bag from Amazon which is blue colour i have booked on 21 august 2018 but i received orange colour in 23 august 2018. Then i talked to customer care executive she is agree for replacement for the same and i have received another same bag then i asked to customer care why you send me same bag again then executive replied sorry sir if you have received same product it means no colour available in seller so i refund your full money 527 rupees is your account but now today[protected] i have received only 487 rupees. So it is clearly indicate 40 rupees is not back. Now what to do?

      I signed up for a one-month trial of Amazon Prime, and tried to cancel at the end of that time, but I'm still being billed for it. Don't want it! How do I escape? I'm OK (but not happy) about the months I've already been charged for, but my main concern is not being charged again and again.

        This is apsh agarwal here, i had a issue with amezon delivery agent, I ordered a induction from amazon n at the time of delivery delivery boy was using slant language and horrible language with me which I cannot metion here, I refused to pay price for induction, after that I complained to amazon regarding this but no action is taken. I again ordered a hair straightener from amazon and the delivery agent ask me to pay first for induction then he give me that product but I didn’t pay n the delivery boy refused product delivery. I again complained to amazon but no action is taken till now. There is no value for customer no safty for women no one is taking initiative regarding above incident. It was very horrible for me pls I request you to take corrective action regarding amazon and that delivery boy

          I purchased a adiso mens synthetic leather stylish sneaker shoe rs 489 from amazon on 15 aug 2018 and done full payment by debit card but i can return the item to amazon on 21 aug 18 and now amazon saying that refund has been send to bank on 22 aug 18. So contact customer service and the file charged dispute. They had given me a refund reference number[protected]. But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Don't know what to do

            (more disappointed with amazon refund process than the seller)

            we got the defective product, we arranged ourself to send it back to the seller .when we asked to initiate refund their customer care representative kept on saying that we will get the refund money when the product reach the seller warehouse. we stop mailing amazon customer care and waited until the product reach the seller .we mailed them again after the product reached back to the seller. Now amazon customer care ignoring our email. we just wonder why?Amazon is a big online company and we never expect such a horrific service experience especially when it comes to refund of money even in amazon wallet.its been more than a month and we don't see refund amount in amazon pay balance.
            we hope amazon will take care of customer feedback and give priorities to their own terms and conditions.In case amazon is not willing to abide by their own refund policy .we request them to delete such provision where they say that customer will get refund money in their wallet within 3hrs to 4hrs of initiating return.

We informed to amazon customer service on 3rd august. They said that item will be replace within 24 to 48 ours. Nobady taken the item until this time. We informed several times through telephone and email, there was no response from amazon till 30.08.2018. Yesterday i saw in the website the item will not be replaced i have a warranty of 1 year and now it's just 5 months and my touch screen is not working. You should look into this matter or u should replace me with a new phone. It was not working since before 1 month and i've tried calling since...

                Everyday i tried calling bt i don't get any response. I bought a phone sony xperia xa1 dual 32 gb gold on 5th april 2018. I have a warranty of 1 year and now it's just 5 months and my touch screen is not working. You should look into this matter or u should replace me with a new phone. It was not working since before 1 month and i've tried calling since from that day but i got no response. Is this how u behave to your customer? You should learn to behave with your customer. I have many issues with my phone... My touch is not working. The right side corner of the screen n above the corner of the screen. You should replace me with the new same phone as soon as possible.

                  Sir am not getting my refund from 30 days, first of all i want to say abbot the service of amazon,

                  First i order a mobile on 30 july 2018, and after waiting so many days, she got a mobile, i ordered to my girl friend, she paid money which is cash on delivery, but i ordered from my account
                  But that mobile is damaged mobile, it is ok, sometime it happens, i requested for refund, then i texted with customer care because am not in india,
                  Then they said they will replace my order with in 4 days
                  Then i waited for 6-8 days, then i got a update in my amazon account that mobile was undelivered, due to damage while travelling for delivery,

                  Then again i texted amazon chat care, then i asked for refund, i requested to don’t send a cheque in the name of shipping address, because it was spelled wrong by me while entering a shipping address, so i requested to transfer my refund directly to my linked account, but amazon send a cheque in the name of aleema tabassum, it was spelled wrong,

                  Again i texted amazon chat, they said send a cancelled cheque to [protected]@amazon.in, then i sent the same, they said after that they will transfer a refund directly to linked bank
                  But after waiting so many days again amazon sent a cheque in my name, but my family came to inida, no one is there in india to withdraw that cheque, this i already told several times to amazon before sending a cheque in my name, but i got a email that cheque has been released in my name,
                  Then again i texted amazon chat, i blocked that cheque, and requested to transfer my refund directly to my bank, they said ok they will send, but am waiting from many days and am texting with amazon chat daily, but daily am getting a different response, that u wil get your refund with in 2 days, with in 24 hours, before 30, before 4, like this

                  Am so unhappy, because she is asking money from me, she got a bad opinion on me,

                      I placed a prepaid order on 10th august and within an hour requested for cancellation as price for fluctuated! Called support to check if they can revise the product’s price and deliver it to me! Amazon support suggested to cancel and place new order! Despite of cancellation request amazon people dispatched the order which created more delay! Now it’s been almost 20 days i have not got my refund! And amazon customer support has very pathetically failed to provide feasible solution! Now amazon support says they have processed the refund, and there’s some issues with bank so check with banks customer support and provide them some reference number! Bank’s support says they don’t have any liability hence visit your home branch and check with them! You # amazon! I have paid 25000k to you and it’s your duty to refund that money into customer account! No matter how you do it! It’s your look out!

                        Ordered a chimney in amazon and got a faulted one and requested for replacement, daily getting sms that it will be delivered today by 9 pm and product is out of delivery for past 3 days but its not done. Getting sms that order cancelled as cod not paid.. When contacted customer service anup, he mentioned that amazon doesnt send those messages and its done by courier company and he was rough to escalate this matter.

                          We have booked the gift items for presenting to a couple who have blessed with a baby, well before the date of the function. The function was held on[protected]. The function over and today is[protected]. But till today the gift has not been delivered. It is not fair on such a reputed organization. It is waste even if it is delivered today. What to do with that gift. I have received message that it will be delivered on the night of[protected], and immediately got another message that it is not possible. I have tried to contact the given phone number with pin. Accordingly i have called the said number and entered the pin number. It says invalid pin. Similarly another message received with another pin number, but failed again. It is most important to deliver the goods on time but your organization has failed to do so. It shows the inefficiency. If you could not able to deliver the goods in time, do not accept the booking. We shall go for another source. Sorry to mention this,.

                            I had ordered for a set of side plates from amazon (Order#[protected], servewell tribal paisley dora side plate set, 19cm, 6-pieces). I got an update on sat 25th aug that item has been "delivered directly to the customer". But i have not received any item. I called the customer care twice. First time they told, it would be delivered the next day. Next time they said they have some issues, due to which the item can be either replaced or refunded. I opted for refund. But till now i have not got any updated or intimation on that. My money is lost. Also it is a clear fraudulence, that the order tracking shows "delivered directly to the customer", whereas i dont have any clue of where the item is.

                              This in regard with my complaint against hiking led light and since 14th of august i am making regular complaints but no one is sorting out. Fake statement that i've refused to take the delivery has been mentioned by courier person but for the last so many years i've never refused any delivery. As a prime customer of amazon i have a full right to speak, i was going through a lot of agony and pain for the last 21 days and for that a mere refund is not at all acceptable. I want 20 times a cost of my product as refund for the torture, agony and pain i had suffered and still going on. The false and forged statement by courier team that i've refused the delivery is also a crime as this hurts my sentiments and my integrity. Need a proper response on priority else i will take this matter to the consumer court.

                                I was charged 64.09 by amazon prime, i dont believe i was subscribed to prime and i didnt make any transactions. I would like to request a refund. I am not sure entirly what i was charged for but i need help undoing it for 64.09 is a lot of money to be charged when i havnt bought anything. If someone could help that would be amazing for the money that was taken was for school books and supplies which i now cant purchase because i was randomly charged so much money.

                                  I ordered one plus 6 mobile on 21 august 2018. It was a amazon prime delivery which was promised to be delivered on 22 august 2018.
                                  The product has not reached to me till now, today is 28 august 2018, moreover i am unable to contact their courier person as he always keeps his mobile on switch off mode.
                                  There is no way to track my product, i cannot contact with their transportation department.
                                  The price of the product is very high and even customer care is not helping me out.

                                      I purchased a us polo t shirt. That was not ok to me. I returned the product and the product was checked by your executive. And now after checking you are saying that product was old and without tags and was dispossed by your warehouse. Its total non sense. It is not my responsibility now after giving the product to your executive. Dont worry i will now raise my concern to consumer forum of india. Totally non sense. You picked up the product, you have to prove now that the product is old and without tags. It's you and your team and executives stolen my product and now saying all non sense to me.

                                      I raised a complaint over mail, facebook, and phone and i received a reply that we have dispossed off your product and it was old and without tags. Tell me guys how come your executive take that product without tags? Waaaoooww... What a super reply i received from every platform i will now raise my voice against u all chor/ thief team. Big #.

                                      I will file a complaint against you all. Amazon and their pickup team and warehouse are a big thief.

                                        I have ordered generic white, 5w: e27 220v 5w 7w 9w 12w led night light sensor led bulb through amazon.in. On 6/june/2018. But the seller failed to deliver complete order. Instead of sending 4 bulbs, they have sent only one broken bulb. I have already raised many complaints to amazon (A-to-z) as well as to seller. But no use. I have paid inr 1436/-. For this order. So i am requesting you to get my money back.
