I have ordered from swiggy on 22nd august from the restaurant the delhi zaika, jogeshwari east mumbai and have paid the respective amount of rs 416 through amazon pay balance. As mentioned in swiggy's app, there is a 40% cashback amount if the payment has been made through amazon pay balance, which i did. But the worst thing is that i haven't received the cashback till now. Its been more than five days and i have also contacted amazon guys many times and every time they said its a matter of swiggy and we can't do anything in it. But when i have contacted swiggy they totally refuse to handle this problem and tell me to contact amazon because the payment has been made from there only and it's their fault that i haven't received the cashback. I am seriously fed up of amazon and its pathetic customer service. Order no #[protected].

    Frist time I have place the order by Amazon but when I got the product delivery then I checked the under box so it's empty menas pendrive is not available (missing) under box then I., contacted to customers care they told me I, m not helping u with this issue why that all reason I have drop the mail so look my issue and resolve my problem take hard action after all clarification

Asked to get a call from senior officer, they refunded by stating item not satisfied. Without my approval they refunded which was total waste of my time and money.

        I have ordered the product at bhuj, kutch but when it reached due to rakshabandhan i told them to keep there, and i will collect from them, but mistakenly my pin code wrote wrong 370001 and due to that even without informing me or contacting me they have qouted it as undeliverable and i have contacted them 6-7times but each time they are saying that that is not in there hand even they are not giving any delivery place contact so atleast i can tell them that keep the product i will take it,
        How worst their service is, as this was my prepaid order my money has been also stucked so if i cancel i have to wait and the product has reach at my nearest hub still they are returning.

          I bought a Pigeon electric Kettle from Amazon Order Number :[protected] Invoice Date[protected].
          The product stopped working in 20 days, but the return window was closed and Amazon asked me to contact the manufacturer who said the only Pigeon service center in Bangalore is in Jayanagar which is 30 km from my house (screenshot attached as a proof).
          When i raised this concern with Amazon on 22nd (Call log attached as proof) the customer representative volunteered to give me 500 rs to commute to the service center.
          when i called today asking for updates, other representative said there is no proof that they offered 500 rs and rudely disconnect the call and also blocked me from making further calls( i have attached the screen shot for proof), this is not how a loyal customer should be treated.
          They treated me like a thief who was trying to rob the company. Instead they should have maintained proper call logs after the conversation with the customer or they should have listened to the recorded conversation instead of asking me for proof.
          I'm highly disappointed . Please address the issue as Amazon is ignoring the issue

            Sir,
            I have been the amazon customer for a long time and have ordered many items but on two occasions your courier service have failed to delivery the ordered goods to me. The latest being today, when your designated courier called me and asked me to come to their location to get the ordered item, which is Cubix Lapdesk for laptops with Order #[protected]. This is simply outrageous as we order for door to door delivery.
            Please do the needful.
            I hope my complain will be duly and efficiently addressed.

              I had ordered space wood cot on 16 th august and paid for the same upfront by credit card. It was due for delivery on 21 st august. On 22 nd august i see a message that the product was delivered, which was false and i contacted amazon to find out the status. They had no clue and said they need a week to investigate and did not talk of the delivery. I was shocked at the callousness of their response. I clearly informed them as they had failed to deliver in reasonable time, i did not want the product at all, but there was no clear response. Even today the 27th august, the product is shown as delivered as i wait for the investigation report. My funds continue to be blocked in the process. I smell a scam here.

              Explain the reason for delay in delivery.It was suppose to be delivered by today EOD (i.e. 27th Aug-2018). Worst service by Amazon i ever had. I have not requested for delay in delivery, but still it showing in Amazon.in.

                Dear sir,

                I brought a kent ro (Water purifier) in amazon on 11th aug 2018 order no[protected]. They deliver on 16th aug. The installation team was coming on 18th aug, when they open the sealed they are stunned to saw. We receive 3-4 clay brick, clay broken utensil & paper plate. Sorry to say amazon is a trust able company how they do such type of fraud. On same time i called their cs team and they assured me please give me 4-5 working days for investigation.in between the time a person call me mr ashis sharma (Mob no-[protected]), i briefly discus with him about the matter and he assured me to return or replace in 4-5 working days, and also i regularly touch with cs team, they also assured me. Today i call customer care team and they deny to refund my money or replace the item. They clearly told they sent the original product. Please suggest me what i'll do and help me to refund my money or the product which i ordered. Please help

                  Hi,

                  I have sold redmi 4 (Black, 16 gb) on amazon and the product was shipped to the buyer mr. Raghavendra m kulkarni on 22/07/2018, tracking id[protected]. The order was delivered to the buyer on 23/07/2018. However buyer returned the product on 23/07/2018 and the expected delivery to seller was on 25/07/2018 which i did not receive the product, return tracking id[protected].

                  I contacted amazon in the 1st week of august and received an email to file a safe t claim. I have filed a claim on 08/08/2018 and amazon relied that i will receive a response with in 7 working days from the date of claim filed. Until today i have not received any updates with regards to the same. I have contacted amazon several times and asked them to call me, but nobody responded to my query. Claim ref #[protected].

                  I request you to further investigate and contact amazon seller team to ask them to solve the issue as it has been a month now.

                  I have attached the screen shots of the email that i received from amazon with the case id.

                  I again got an email from amazon claims team stating “the issue will be resolved in several days” on 28/08/2018. But I need my money as it was not delivered to the seller (myself).

                    They show some dates during the time of order, after that they some message of some other dates of expected delivery, and further more they are delivering it some dates later.
                    Customer care service is worst, all they can say all the time is "we will take a request" repeatedly every time we call.
                    People who are working in hubs and delivery persons are worst in the world,,,,, they would simply skip the delivery... Depending upon their convenience. They dont call you, but you'll keep receiving message 'we tried to contact you but cant reach you, so it will be delivered tomorrow'... And simply keep on postponing dates...
                    They try to push customers to buy amazon prime for promised delivery dates

                        On 21st aug, 2018 i placed an order for huawei nova 3i mobile phone from amazon and paid the entire amount from my credit card (Order no[protected]. I was assured by amazon that it will be delivered by 23rd aug. I stayed the whole day in my home (Taking leave from office) waiting for the product to be delivered. I got confirmation text also saying someone will come to deliver that but got no phone no of thr delivery guy. Check the screenshot for more details about it. I called amazon multiple times and everytime i was told to wait. I spoke to chandrika who claimed to be a manager, promised me she will escalate this and follow up with me in 24 hrs. She also said the phone will be delivered the next day (24th aug) for sure. I waited one more day but got no follow up at all, from anyone.in the meantime i called amazon many times and as usual i was told to wait. I spoke to rafiq who said he is from escalation team, said on my face if i can't wait, i can cancel the order. I told him i might as well do that but i want full refund right away. Rafiq said not possible. Then they forcefully cancel thr order to get rid of the call i made to customer care. Now didn't get my product, 21000 rs got deducted from my account and i got mo responses from amazon. I missed my office for 1 and a half day for this whole fiasco. And all i was told to wait and rude behaviour from customer care. Please check screenshot where it is clearly shows i didn't get any phone no of the delivery guy and they never tried to deliver that also. Which is completely unacceptable. But on the amazon app, it shows i have never accepted the product. I think i spend my money to get the product. Everyone from the amazon customer care team gave me false promises. Rafiq offered me 50 rs credit for while whole inconvenience. This is very insulting. Company like amazon need to change the whole system and i have never expected this from amazon. Now i don't know what to do. When i will get my money back

                        Now after multiple email, i was promised one of the manager will contact me. It's been 72 hrs. No one called me. They just don't do their job

                          I was a prime member of amazon, but i cancelled my prime membership only because of sohana your agent.
                          I called to inquired about my order status, she mislead me and told me our delivery boy could not deliver your order because he met with an accident???
                          Misleading information, false information??? Why???

                          After that she disconnect my call and never call me back

                          Later, i called back again and i spoke with vidya in an escalation team, she said there is no such update we receive from courier team that their agent met with an accident.

                          I am writing this on twitter to make a formal complaint against suhana

                          I called on 23rd august or 22nd august.

                          I lost my membership i lost my product only because of sohana.

                            Amazon have put my prime account on hold by their own wish. I am repeatedly mailing to investigation team to activate my account but they have no time to reply to their customers. Further i have called their many times but they are not ready to provide any information about the hold condition of my prime account.

                              I have purchased redmi 5 mobile on july 16th. With in 90 days the mobile battery sucks, charge is getting discharge immediately i can't talk for 5 mins. I contact the customer care for the help, they are asking me to contact manufacture, but they are not giving the manufacture address where i need to go? They are talking in a rude way. We trusted amazon because of the service now i came to know there service is very bad. I have paid rs 9000 for my phone and that phone is not working for 90 days then why amazon should sell the bad products? They are not bothering customer amount, they are looking only for company profit.

                                My order number[protected], which i ordered vivo v9 by paying 20k on 20th august nd my standard delivery time was monday (27 august 2018)... But i use to check my transit status for every 6 hours... So today (25th august 2018) i come to know that product arrived at nearby hub which is nearly 5kms away from my room nd i was getting ready to home as because tomorrow is raksha bandhan nd i ordered to present the mobile to my sister. So i directly went to hub for collecting my product... I gave my order number nd they found it nd delivered to me, at the same moment i started opening the courier i found different mobile which micromax keypad mobile which cost is 700 approximately, i paid 20k for vivo v9 nd i got micromax keypad mobile nd i started escalating to logistics where that ask me contact customer care for the my product which i received, they tried helping me out nd ask me to wait for 3 to 5 days... But i found in my package there is small hole on transparent cover where there will be address will be help to deliver, who the transit person has changed the address for both product which i received... I felt very bad today nd tomorrow is raksha bandhan where i don't have any money to present anything to my sister... I have added the pic which i got delivered... The vivo v9

                                  I have order mobile honour 7c by amazon.com by exchange offer. My exchange mobile was samsung grand prime. Today deliverd mobile phone and take my exchange samsung grand prime phone. But i opened mobile box then show the different mobile phone and some old battries in amazon box. I have send photos of mobile phone when open box.
                                  Please help and action immediately.

                                    The issue that i have experienced was: i have good respect on your staff. But sad to inform you that today one of your person came to our flat to deliver the product.

                                    His name is muniratna. And he came to our apartment to deliver pack to some flat at 10:00 am on 25 august 2018 to om residency. The way he is asking is very rude. He dont know how to speak to customers. I hope you can understand

                                    Please take quick and immediate disciplinary action asap. I really appreciate your help. If needed please tell me i will escalate this to further known authorities

                                      During the last few months had gone through with some bitter experience with amazon. First, had ordered few food items which got cancelled by them after the money was deducted... The refund was promised after few days then these few days turned into months. When contacted, they ask anew for the order number, record of which had got lost due to formatting of the hard disk.

                                      Ordered gasman lpg regulator adapter for cylinder (Order#[protected] on august 10 but till today it was not delivered and when you track there we find fabricated excuses that customer rescheduled the delivery date, etc... Which isn't true as we have never been contacted.

                                      Once you order, you have to start praying for the order to reach, and reach on time. If something goes wrong, then forget about the money paid. When you chat, you get all the assurance of full support and of problem solving, but they turn just idle talks...

                                      Nevertheless, there were good deliveries as well, i had received things on time.
