My 9/4/18 chase credit card bill has two charges for $ 13.90 on 08/17. We have no idea what these charges are? The notation reads
Amazon prime amzn.com/bill wa. There is no company name or city address on the bill. We were traveling on that date and made no transactions.

What are these transactions, how do they get on my card and how do i get that credited back to my credit card.
I have not authorized any payment to Amazon Prime. transaction date: 10/11. Posting date: 10/12. Ref # 6437. Acc # 8705.

I was billed for amazon prime membership without authorization. I would like to be reimbursed and my name taken off any membership list that they have. I do not wish to be a member of amazonprime, nor do i wish to use any of their services at this time.

    Hello sir,

    I ordered a superdry t-shirt on amazon, the seller is cloudtail and i am a prime member.

    The order reference number is "order #[protected]"
    The product sent was a celio tshirt with superdry label on it.

    I recently moved to new zealand and i ordered the product with one of my friends who was visiting me.

    I tried to connect with the amazon help desk but they had no valid explanation to this & also rejected my review that i had posted on their website

    This is a clear act of selling counterfeit products, curbing shoppers rights and right to freedom of expression.

      Dear Sir,

      i have amazon prime account and the intention behind me buying the service is i want my orders to be delivered quickly, i have ordered more than 90 products and out of which 90 % of the products were delivered late than committed date and this is not value to the service i have purchased i have wasted my time looking for deliveries and amazon customer service has no idea what there dealing with its such a inconvenience for a paid service

      Now they i have ordered Mi Body Composition Scale (White) worth RS 1999 and i was promised it will be delivered on 10 of Sept 2018 the delivery agent has mentioned that is is delivered in the app in actual it has not when i reach out to amazon they have no clue they have to check with deliver station for which they need 1 day this purely cheating and customer negligence which is completely unethical

      i have amazon prime service which is absolute no value to money, amazon has made me wait at home for my deliveries by updating the app with product status and the delivery agent wont pick the call and they dont even visit my place and update that customer is not available this has happened to me not once or twice i belive this has happened more than 80 times in 90 plus orders i placed with amazon, more than anything they have wasted my time
      My Order no.D[protected] Dt.05 August 2018 is not delivery as on till date.
      Phone speakers are not working properly sound is not properly audible

        Placed an order for honor play 64 GB, got already teared box with missing phone, rest all is there in the box. I complaint the same to customer care, and they told me to wait for 15 days, on the day of resolution they said that you are lair, we doesn't provide you any resolution, and they refuse my request for refund/replace. I paid 20000/INR for this phone, and i totally lost my money. Please help me.

        Got response after 10 days by saying "GO TO HELL" msg from amazon, they saying we are not responsible for it. Not they blocked me to take call. its really pathetic service from amazon.

                recently i purchaged a wallclock through Amazon.in

                The price of the clock is 1599 and they gave 41% off and showing 990 is the final price..so that i purchased the product online for 990..but when i received the product delivered..i saw the fake price tag is attached on the original price tag is 1599/- ..when i removed the fake price tag the original price on the product is 600/- .OMG i got shocked and raised a complaint against that to amazon..they returned the 390/- to me..but again they kept the price is 1599 and selling it for 990 to customers..i noticed and asked for refund..if others not noticed? so i got to know that amazon cheating people with fake price tags ...please take a action to this..and find the pics

                  I made a pre paid order of 'nancy drew stroy book series' through amazon app on 23rd august. It had to be delivered by 3 september but wasn't delivered by then and the delivery date was changed to 7 september but it hasn't been delivered till now.. On the app, order status is saying 'dispatched and your package might be lost'.. I tried contacting customer care by phone and through amazon app customer service chat but of no use. I'm very furious about it.. It was meant to be a gift for my little sister for raksha bandhan but on the contrary it hasn't even reached there.. Quick action must be taken to either deliver my order or make a refund before i move to customer court..

                    It was a fake product where they sell 2015 manufactured laptops which is nothing but cheating. Amazon deletes the reviews and they never called to address the cheating issue. Shame on amazon. I have uploaded the order copy and tried to contact amazon but they declined to post reviews so that they can cheat other customers. Amazon products have to be approved by govt since they should not cheat others by supplying outdated hardware.

                      Order placed on 9/8/2018 and still not dispatched. Its a complete failure of amazon india operations and 5 times the changed the estimate date of delivery but failed all times.

                      Customer agent also don't have complete details and just giving false assurance but there approach is like this type small incident is common in india and we have no control on the delay.

                      In a entire month they are not able to dispatch and if there was stock issue then can't they arrange from any nearby warehouse / facility center in a month.

                      Amazon india is just fooling by selling somebody else product and earning margin and in case of failure not ready to take the responsibility and just blaming the seller.

                      Very bad experience!!!

                        I was called by madhavi from amazon (Mob:[protected]) on 5th september regarding my order (No:[protected] and she promised me that she is my point of contact if i need any assistance or support related to the order i placed post delivery, including the help of a carpenter.

                        Sofar i have ordered multiple products seceral times from amazon and all the time i had excellent experience except this time, the delivery of the book shelf was made on 8th sep. And i wanted a carpenter to assemble it, hence i tried reaching madhavi at [protected] several times from my both mobile numbers, she did not receive my call. After few hours i sent her an sms stating about this, she neither responded nor reverted. The irresponsible and incompetent people like madhavi are actually damaging the reputation of amazon and denting its image on customer's mind. Now on i need to think twice before opting amazon.

                          I made a upi payment of rs. 1120.00 from my mobile banking app of kotak mahindra bank to amazon india (Order #[protected] on 6th aug, 2018.in between then my internet connection, where i was using amazon app got disconnected, and amount had been deducted from my account. Now amazon is saying they did not got any amount from your bank and kotak is saying they have credited it to beneficiary account. I called both of them at least for 10 times (Kotak has no toll free no and their customer executive also mark ur mail as resolve, without answering it), but they kept repeating same reply.

                          Kotak is clearing saying as it was upi transaction, its directly goes to beneficiary account.

                          I am adding upi transaction id in attachment.

                          Both kotak and amazon are blaming each other. If there is a upi transaction id, then why not they are tracking it. Directly they are saying that we didn't get your payment.

                          First, you guys get clear about how upi payment works.

                            I ordered fossil q marshal men's smart watch from amazon.in. I got to know within few hours that the watch is faulty. It didn't charge after keeping for 3 hours charging and shut down if i take it off. I tried contacting amazon but they gave me different responses each time i contact them. Also one email said i can choose between refund or replacement. I chose refund. But then they asked me to contact fossil india to get dead on arrival (Doa) letter. Once i get that letter then only amazon will give me the refund. I marked email to fossil india but there is no reply yet. So all this experience is very frustrating.                                 The issue that i have experienced was: i have redtape shoe on 04.09.2018 and i have paid amount of rs.1877 through credit card and they promised me that it will be delivered on 06.09.2018 and on delivery day i called you guys and asked them to deliver asap and i gave my alternative number to connect with delivery boy but after few minutes i got sms saying that parcel has been delivered to security guard name called bunnies but i checked with our building security and they are saying nun them are not having that name and before delivery nobody has called and after that sms i called you team and inform them about it and they assure me that i will get my parcel within 24 hrs now i started chatting with your team guy mr mohit and he is chatting without basic knowledge of saturday n sunday and there is no proper way communication n he is saying that it will be delivered tommorrow but i said that is an off for us but next moment i got chat from him saying that parcel will be delivered on day after tommorrow and again i told him that day after tommorrow is sunday and that mohit went off from the chat now tell me i have given my bank address and still didn't my parcel. Getting * stories from your team and service pathetic. Is this amazon company or start up company which is having such employees gpd has to save amazon

                                Refund amount should be refunded to my credit card and dont want any amount credited to amazon account

                                If you dont want serve customer please delete your site from online or else serve properly

                                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                  Incident - one led bulb failed/ fused.
                                  Desirable resolution: either refund or replacement with warranty.

                                  I have contacted luminous customer care no[protected] and spoken with ms manisha. She has given me company distributor number [protected], ayan marketing. The distributor has replied that they don't deal with amazon supply. Again contacted luminous customer care number and spoken with mr. Vivesh. I have requested him to lodge my complaint and give me complain number but he denied to give complaint number.

                                  Then i have contacted amazon customer care through chat. Mr. Aravinth has informed me that service deny letter is required from the manufacturer. I have explained about the discussion had with the manufacturer customer care service then he said he can help us.

                                  Seller & manufacturer both have denied to take corrective action hence only hope from consumer complaint.

                                    Amazon is a unethical irresponsible unreliable and hopeless company a trouble maker for the customer i am having series of horrible experiences as they don't bother to deliver items despite having paid for it they refuse to send item even after they are ordered saying prices are wrong they and their seller are not trustworthy and reliable my current order is still not delivered screenshot is attached

                                      On these dates 8/14/18 and 8/15/18. Amzn mktp us amzn.com/bill wa took payment for 2 separate transactions of which i have not received. I see many complaints all ready lodged against this company, so i felt the need to report it also. If i cannot get a full refund, i hope you can at least stop this company from soliciting out right lies under the name of amazon. I see the disclaimer written in small letters, but i am sure it is still against the law. Also after receiving another solicitation, i declined right away and had my email removed. The emailed me everyday for over 2 weeks to get me to accept the discount and make the purchase. The tone of the emails were again criminal and was asking for the credit card # again and again, promising the best deals ever. Finally on 9/05/2018 an attempt was made to withdraw monies $70 from the same account originally given. I had set up security at my bank for just that occasion. It was flagged for fraud and the account is now closed. The transaction was declined, thank goodness. These folks are crooked.
