I have ordered the glen 4 burner gas stove. This product got delivered on 13 september 2018. When i opened the product its glasstop is totally broken in pieces and the steel near the burners was also bended. So i decided to return that product. I filed the return request for the next day. On the next the pickup boy says that this pickup request will be cancelled as status doennot match. So i called customer care and they filed a new complaint for the 15 september for morning pickup. On 15 september when the pickup boy come to my home he says that pickup request will be cancelled again due to status doesnot match. Now i called customer care again and they filed and new pickup request for the 16 september. I hot frustated they are doing the same thing. They are not picking up the item and not giving my money back. Please do something yo resolve the issue i am facing.

    I had palced order & got confirmation that i will get delivery by 14th of sep by 6 pm. Then i contacted on amazon customer care, they told me that it will get delivered by 9 pm. But it was not. & on second day i got msg that my number was not contactable hence the parcel could not get delivered. I was waiting in office post office closure. I had mentioned the office address so the delivery should get completed by 6 as per amazon policy. & on second day the day is saturday. Office is closed due to 5 day week.& on same day i got the message the delivery will get done on saturday.

    Amazaon is having pathetic courer service as well as call center service as they were misleading me through out on delivery day & on order cancellation day they were not able help in any issue. So request you to take stringent action so that this would not happen again to any customer. Also i had asked for immediate refund, they were telling me that the order needs to be gets delivered to their warehouse & then the order will get cancelled & then refund will get initiated. I told them i am not concerned about it as the order is still with amazon delivery person so i should get refund immediately.

      I ordered 2 candes water heater with amazon india on 1st sept 2018 for my tenant pranav verma in noida sec 45. Order #[protected]. Each water heater was worth 2700. Pranav received delivery boy's call on 4th sept, who mentioned that he has 1 package for him. He double confirm that he has only 1 package. Since he was in office, he asked delivery boy to leave the package with security guard. When he reached home in the evening, he collected he package from security guard and when he opened it, he saw only 1 water heater. I immediately registered a complain about this with amazon and they said it will take 4-5 working days. On 12th sept when i called them to find the status, they simply said without producing any proof that as per our backend team investigation, both water heaters are delivered to you. I asked them to show me the signature of the person, who have received the package but they are saying that they can not show that as per policy. It's my right to see the signature of the person, who have received the package and they need to prove that both heaters are delivered. They have establised a monopoly in indian online market and cheating to the customer. Please help me to get justice.

            I ordered 4 products in Amazon on 10/08/2018. The products are Dove conditioner, Biotique face Wash, Vaseline body lotion and L'oreal Paris night cream. The order number is[protected] and total amount was 868.50. On 16/08/2018 one courier person came for the delivery of my package. My payment mode was pay on cash. So I paid the amount 868.50 using my HDFC debit card. The courier person swiped my card and amount was debited from my account and credited to Amazon Seller, Bangalore. But the courier person told me that the payment was not yet reflecting in the Amazon Payment and so he cannot deliver me the package though the amount was deducted from my account. He told me to call the customer care. I called them instantly when the courier person was there. The customer care representative also told me the same and additionally he told me that to wait for few hours when it will reflect they will again deliver me the package but that time they cannot deliver me the package. I agreed. But they didn't deliver me the package and on 22/08/2018 I got a mail that the package is returned to the Amazon fulfilment centre and I will get my refund. Since then today is 14/09/2018 they didn't refund me my money too.
            I have send them several mails, called them several times every time they are telling to wait either 3-5 business days or 24-48 hours. But the problem is not solved yet. They are not refunding my money.

            They never contacted me as per your notification. But I send them emails and they replied that it will be credited with 3-5 business days but still I didn't get any refund nor any update from them. I think they are not interested to refund me the money. They are only saying that refund has been issued on 23/08/2018 and will be credited within 3-5 business days. But it is more than a month now. They are also not giving any reasons why it is taking so long.
            Please let me know if any other there is any other way to get the refund.

              I purchased realme1 phone on july 6th(With an exchange offer), due some reasons i had to cancel the order, refund for the order still has not been initiated. I contacted Amazon even since week one after my cancelation, they still haven't refunded me. They always tell me it will take 3-5 days for refund after conversing with Amazon agents. But nothing happens after 3-5 days, this has been going on for over 2 months now, this is how bad they treat their loyal customer.

                On 13th sept, 2007 i got two product delivered from amazon having cod option
                Order #[protected] product name - johnson's baby bathing combo with aggregated amount of two products rs-964 where i have ordered only one product but amazon executive simply denied to return the product quoting it as non returnable. Please help to return the item as amazon executive simply saying to use it instead of returning but i want my precious money back instead of investing it on amazon.

                  My name is githin v..on 22 aug 2018 t2t hybrid sim slot adapter wortg 98 ₹ had been cancelled by amazon.They hadn't refunded the money . I had contacted their customer care several times, they gave a refund reference number and told to contact bank.I had contacted the bank and they told they can't do anything with that number, they cant connect with that number and told that amazon is trying to divert customers by doing so, and still no refund from amazon. Do amazon cheat their customers, bad experience ever.Please refund my money..

                    I received a defective laptop.
                    And after talking with their customer service i followed the procedure for replacement. They told that the sell has changed and they will refund my money. And they arranged a pickup on 7th september... They didn't visit my home and told that my room was locked.. Almost 1 week spend but still they didn't arrange a pickup and they still saying don't worry we understand your situation we are really sorry we will try our best to solve your problem as soon as possible...
                    After that i'm following their useless customer service everyday for pickup but nobody is coming.. They always say lie and give false information. Amazon is cheating with customers... Amazon is selling faulty product to customers..

                      Hi,
                      I am a regular customer of Amazon and ever since I gained trust I've been paying for my orders via card.
                      Today I had done the same unknowing that I had no sufficient balance left in my bank account to proceed for the payment and so I had to cancel my orders and buy only those which were eligible to pay on delivery.
                      But, even after doing so, it still asks me to pay via other modes of payment which all includes payment through bank!
                      When I contacted the customer service, they said that a product that I had ordered wasn't an Amazon fulfilled seller and so I had to change that in order to pay on delivery. I did the same and it still shows the same notice 'pod not eligible'!
                      I contact customer service again and it was horrible.
                      The man did not know English well and took forever to reply.

                      Very disappointed by this with Amazon. I never thought this would happen.
                      Kindly consider this complaint and do the needful soo.

                        I placed an order on Amazon on 2nd June, 2018 for meal delivery bag and it's 11th Sept, 2018 now and the status is still showing that the order is in transit. Over the course of 3 months I've tried cancelling the order but I keep getting email saying that unfortunately you weren't able to cancel your order. I even contacted the customer support over the phone and they assured me that, upon my request, they have cancelled the order and the amount will be reflected in my account in a week or so. But that didn't happen and the status of the order is still showing "in transit" and I keep getting email every week with the subject "Delivery Update Estimate". It is extremely frustrating because not only am I not getting my refund but these weekly emails keep reminding me "Hey remember how Amazon screwed you over?"

                          I purchased a syska led bulb from amazon. The product was sold by cloudtail india which is an amazon owned subsidiary. The warranty on bulb was of two years. I purchased the bulb in november 2016. Now when i am claiming the warranty they are asking me to run to syska service centres. Nowhere during the purchase they mentioned that the warranty has to be claimed from the bulb manufacturer.in fact the bill says fulfilled and sold by cloudtail india.

                          I have mailed them several times to replace the bulb. Now they have stopped replying.

                            My 9/4/18 chase credit card bill has two charges for $ 13.90 on 08/17. We have no idea what these charges are? The notation reads
                            Amazon prime amzn.com/bill wa. There is no company name or city address on the bill. We were traveling on that date and made no transactions.

                            What are these transactions, how do they get on my card and how do i get that credited back to my credit card.
                            I have not authorized any payment to Amazon Prime. transaction date: 10/11. Posting date: 10/12. Ref # 6437. Acc # 8705.

                            I was billed for amazon prime membership without authorization. I would like to be reimbursed and my name taken off any membership list that they have. I do not wish to be a member of amazonprime, nor do i wish to use any of their services at this time.

                              I ordered a superdry t-shirt on amazon, the seller is cloudtail and i am a prime member.

                              The order reference number is "order #[protected]"
                              The product sent was a celio tshirt with superdry label on it.

                              I recently moved to new zealand and i ordered the product with one of my friends who was visiting me.

                              I tried to connect with the amazon help desk but they had no valid explanation to this & also rejected my review that i had posted on their website

                              This is a clear act of selling counterfeit products, curbing shoppers rights and right to freedom of expression.

                                i have amazon prime account and the intention behind me buying the service is i want my orders to be delivered quickly, i have ordered more than 90 products and out of which 90 % of the products were delivered late than committed date and this is not value to the service i have purchased i have wasted my time looking for deliveries and amazon customer service has no idea what there dealing with its such a inconvenience for a paid service

                                Now they i have ordered Mi Body Composition Scale (White) worth RS 1999 and i was promised it will be delivered on 10 of Sept 2018 the delivery agent has mentioned that is is delivered in the app in actual it has not when i reach out to amazon they have no clue they have to check with deliver station for which they need 1 day this purely cheating and customer negligence which is completely unethical

                                i have amazon prime service which is absolute no value to money, amazon has made me wait at home for my deliveries by updating the app with product status and the delivery agent wont pick the call and they dont even visit my place and update that customer is not available this has happened to me not once or twice i belive this has happened more than 80 times in 90 plus orders i placed with amazon, more than anything they have wasted my time
                                My Order no.D[protected] Dt.05 August 2018 is not delivery as on till date.
                                Phone speakers are not working properly sound is not properly audible

                                  Placed an order for honor play 64 GB, got already teared box with missing phone, rest all is there in the box. I complaint the same to customer care, and they told me to wait for 15 days, on the day of resolution they said that you are lair, we doesn't provide you any resolution, and they refuse my request for refund/replace.                                         This is to bring notice that the delivery boy named Md Farhan, phone no: [protected] from amazon abused my wife and said " aaja neeche apna order lele" used abusing words like behen ki ****, madhar***, ran**. i have already complained with the local police . I expect a brand like amazon to stop hiring such illiterates who behaves like ### and fire the delivery boy . A person who cant respect a woman should be punished to the core .
