I bought a micromax mobile from amazon for my father in december 2017. It was advertised on front page of toi. But the phone was very bad. It was constantly opening ads and would hang often so finally my father took it to the service centre. They checked the imei and said the phone is a counterfeit. When i contacted amazon they said they need service denial letter.
After more than a month micromax finally sent an email stating amazon had sold me a fake and so they could not service it. Sent the email to amazon on 6th july 2018 but till date they have not resolved this. I contacted them on phone, email, twitter, facebook and linkedin but to no avail.

    Very upsetting to see this kind of cheating happening under the banner of such a wonderful company. Amazon has been my favourite place to shop, never had any issues until today. I was very surprised that i was charged more than the mrp for the product i purchased online on amazon.
    I have attached the pictures of the bill, product and the envelope in which i received it.
    I was charged ₹849/-, for a product i purchased on amazon. It's mrp was written as ₹ 779/- on the product i received. I am really unhappy about this.

      Hello, my name is sachin m. D, my area pin code is 413501 i had ordered a product from amazon on 11th sep 2018, order #[protected]., at the price of rs.3870, and the package was in transit as usual, then today on 16th sep, i saw the update that the order is being returned back to the seller without me knowing it, and i didn't even cancel it. And now the price of the same has been increased to rs.4000, which looks clearly like a trick to me, to make me pay more and cancel the existing order.

      I contacted the amazon customer service, three different times, they just told me that as this order is (Cod) cash on delivery, we cannot do anything about this, and you will have to buy it again in new price..! Which was totally injustice to me, and fraudulent, this is not my fault at all and they have a fraudulent policy which is not doing justice at all.. I'm clearly being cheated and the seller tricked me to pay more now. The seller is gym food nutrition, on amazon.

        I bought a phone from amazon. Which was defected and i want to get it replaced but your people denied doing that as the seller doesnt have the product and now they want me to stay without phone for a week.

        You people just dont understand that how important any product can be,
        I paid my money to amazon not to that seller amazon should arrange it and provide me my replacement.

          Recently i have order richard murphy microwave convention oven of rs. 11, 449 on 23/08/2018 order number:[protected] from amazon and received damaged product. I have requested to return the product and refund the amount to origin payment method. But till now didn't solve this issue and everyday courier person cancelled return pickup from my home address. Kindly take strict action against amazon under ipc 420 for making fool customer. Please solve this issue at the earliest.

              Respected sir,
              I have ordered an pirelli diablo tyre from amazon on 23rd of august and it have arrived at cochin main hub at 27th and had to wait till yesterday for item to reach hub near my home. I have contacted customer care many times to know the current location of my product september 10th when i checked the status it is saying that the product was returned without any reason. Tyre is one of the important part of my vehicle and i am waiting for the product to be delivered for about past three weeks. Is this the right manner of treating an customer. I have bought the tyre on offer and now the offer is over. I am feeling so disappointment and sad to see the way amazon treating the customers. Same situqtiom happened to me on a product ordered on 19th august and on 15th september it is saying that it is returning to seller without giving any explanation to consumer. Amazon wasted my time as well valuable money due to this. Requesting necessary action regarding the issue.

                  I ordered this phone on the first sale i. E. On 11- sep-2018, today i received this box, nicely packed, but when my father opened the box we saw ghadi detergent cake, it's highly pathetic and shameful act by seller or whomsoever. Till now i have heard about these cases but today it was me who faces it.
                  Although i talked to amazon team they told me that problem will resolve in 3-5 working days let's see. But beware of this seller.

                    The laptop is hang and battery back up is very low, so please solve problem.
                    The laptop is acer company. It is work is not properly, so please replace of laptop or repair of laptop so work completely, and my uses of laptop only 15 days, battery back is only one hrs, window is not properly work hang of laptop

                        I have a complaint against this product "ograganic chemistry by clayden"from amazon.in. I am currently residing at ravangla sikkim. They have send me the product by india post. But the product was never delieverd and they did not give me any tracking updates too. When i ask for refund after due date they are delaying in paying it. The order details are-

                          I have ordered the glen 4 burner gas stove. This product got delivered on 13 september 2018. When i opened the product its glasstop is totally broken in pieces and the steel near the burners was also bended. So i decided to return that product. I filed the return request for the next day. On the next the pickup boy says that this pickup request will be cancelled as status doennot match. So i called customer care and they filed a new complaint for the 15 september for morning pickup. On 15 september when the pickup boy come to my home he says that pickup request will be cancelled again due to status doesnot match. Now i called customer care again and they filed and new pickup request for the 16 september. I hot frustated they are doing the same thing. They are not picking up the item and not giving my money back. Please do something yo resolve the issue i am facing.

                            I had palced order & got confirmation that i will get delivery by 14th of sep by 6 pm. Then i contacted on amazon customer care, they told me that it will get delivered by 9 pm. But it was not. & on second day i got msg that my number was not contactable hence the parcel could not get delivered. I was waiting in office post office closure. I had mentioned the office address so the delivery should get completed by 6 as per amazon policy. & on second day the day is saturday. Office is closed due to 5 day week.& on same day i got the message the delivery will get done on saturday.

                            Amazaon is having pathetic courer service as well as call center service as they were misleading me through out on delivery day & on order cancellation day they were not able help in any issue. So request you to take stringent action so that this would not happen again to any customer. Also i had asked for immediate refund, they were telling me that the order needs to be gets delivered to their warehouse & then the order will get cancelled & then refund will get initiated. I told them i am not concerned about it as the order is still with amazon delivery person so i should get refund immediately.

                              I ordered 2 candes water heater with amazon india on 1st sept 2018 for my tenant pranav verma in noida sec 45. Order #[protected]. Each water heater was worth 2700. Pranav received delivery boy's call on 4th sept, who mentioned that he has 1 package for him. He double confirm that he has only 1 package. Since he was in office, he asked delivery boy to leave the package with security guard. When he reached home in the evening, he collected he package from security guard and when he opened it, he saw only 1 water heater. I immediately registered a complain about this with amazon and they said it will take 4-5 working days. On 12th sept when i called them to find the status, they simply said without producing any proof that as per our backend team investigation, both water heaters are delivered to you. I asked them to show me the signature of the person, who have received the package but they are saying that they can not show that as per policy. It's my right to see the signature of the person, who have received the package and they need to prove that both heaters are delivered. They have establised a monopoly in indian online market and cheating to the customer. Please help me to get justice.

                                    I ordered 4 products in Amazon on 10/08/2018. The products are Dove conditioner, Biotique face Wash, Vaseline body lotion and L'oreal Paris night cream. The order number is[protected] and total amount was 868.50. On 16/08/2018 one courier person came for the delivery of my package. My payment mode was pay on cash. So I paid the amount 868.50 using my HDFC debit card. The courier person swiped my card and amount was debited from my account and credited to Amazon Seller, Bangalore. But the courier person told me that the payment was not yet reflecting in the Amazon Payment and so he cannot deliver me the package though the amount was deducted from my account. He told me to call the customer care. I called them instantly when the courier person was there. The customer care representative also told me the same and additionally he told me that to wait for few hours when it will reflect they will again deliver me the package but that time they cannot deliver me the package. I agreed. But they didn't deliver me the package and on 22/08/2018 I got a mail that the package is returned to the Amazon fulfilment centre and I will get my refund. Since then today is 14/09/2018 they didn't refund me my money too.
                                    I have send them several mails, called them several times every time they are telling to wait either 3-5 business days or 24-48 hours. But the problem is not solved yet. They are not refunding my money.

                                    They never contacted me as per your notification. But I send them emails and they replied that it will be credited with 3-5 business days but still I didn't get any refund nor any update from them. I think they are not interested to refund me the money. They are only saying that refund has been issued on 23/08/2018 and will be credited within 3-5 business days. But it is more than a month now. They are also not giving any reasons why it is taking so long.
                                    Please let me know if any other there is any other way to get the refund.

                                      I purchased realme1 phone on july 6th(With an exchange offer), due some reasons i had to cancel the order, refund for the order still has not been initiated. I contacted Amazon even since week one after my cancelation, they still haven't refunded me. They always tell me it will take 3-5 days for refund after conversing with Amazon agents. But nothing happens after 3-5 days, this has been going on for over 2 months now, this is how bad they treat their loyal customer.

                                        On 13th sept, 2007 i got two product delivered from amazon having cod option
                                        Order #[protected] product name - johnson's baby bathing combo with aggregated amount of two products rs-964 where i have ordered only one product but amazon executive simply denied to return the product quoting it as non returnable. Please help to return the item as amazon executive simply saying to use it instead of returning but i want my precious money back instead of investing it on amazon.
