Dear sir / madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online & mail order

The issue that i have experienced was: i have redtape shoe on 04.09.2018 and i have paid amount of rs.1877 through credit card and they promised me that it will be delivered on 06.09.2018 and on delivery day i called you guys and asked them to deliver asap and i gave my alternative number to connect with delivery boy but after few minutes i got sms saying that parcel has been delivered to security guard name called bunnies but i checked with our building security and they are saying nun them are not having that name and before delivery nobody has called and after that sms i called you team and inform them about it and they assure me that i will get my parcel within 24 hrs now i started chatting with your team guy mr mohit and he is chatting without basic knowledge of saturday n sunday and there is no proper way communication n he is saying that it will be delivered tommorrow but i said that is an off for us but next moment i got chat from him saying that parcel will be delivered on day after tommorrow and again i told him that day after tommorrow is sunday and that mohit went off from the chat now tell me i have given my bank address and still didn't my parcel. Getting * stories from your team and service pathetic. Is this amazon company or start up company which is having such employees gpd has to save amazon

It occurred on: 6/09/2018

Refund amount should be refunded to my credit card and dont want any amount credited to amazon account

If you dont want serve customer please delete your site from online or else serve properly

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

    Client name: amazon india
    Product manufacturer - luminous power technologies private limited
    Incident - one led bulb failed/ fused.
    Desirable resolution: either refund or replacement with warranty.

    I have contacted luminous customer care no[protected] and spoken with ms manisha. She has given me company distributor number [protected], ayan marketing. The distributor has replied that they don't deal with amazon supply. Again contacted luminous customer care number and spoken with mr. Vivesh. I have requested him to lodge my complaint and give me complain number but he denied to give complaint number.

    Then i have contacted amazon customer care through chat. Mr. Aravinth has informed me that service deny letter is required from the manufacturer. I have explained about the discussion had with the manufacturer customer care service then he said he can help us.

    Seller & manufacturer both have denied to take corrective action hence only hope from consumer complaint.

    Mr. Aravinth has informed me that Service Deny Letter is required from the manufacturer. I have explained about the discussion had with the manufacturer customer care service then he said he cannot help me.

      Amazon is a unethical irresponsible unreliable and hopeless company a trouble maker for the customer i am having series of horrible experiences as they don't bother to deliver items despite having paid for it they refuse to send item even after they are ordered saying prices are wrong they and their seller are not trustworthy and reliable my current order is still not delivered screenshot is attached

        On these dates 8/14/18 and 8/15/18. Amzn mktp us amzn.com/bill wa took payment for 2 separate transactions of which i have not received. I see many complaints all ready lodged against this company, so i felt the need to report it also. If i cannot get a full refund, i hope you can at least stop this company from soliciting out right lies under the name of amazon. I see the disclaimer written in small letters, but i am sure it is still against the law. Also after receiving another solicitation, i declined right away and had my email removed. The emailed me everyday for over 2 weeks to get me to accept the discount and make the purchase. The tone of the emails were again criminal and was asking for the credit card # again and again, promising the best deals ever. Finally on 9/05/2018 an attempt was made to withdraw monies $70 from the same account originally given. I had set up security at my bank for just that occasion. It was flagged for fraud and the account is now closed. The transaction was declined, thank goodness. These folks are crooked.

            Sir 34999₹ is nlt just a small amount for me and they are not takking any ans about my complaint so plz help me reagarding this..

              I had placed an order for a phone on 15th aug which was wrongly delivered on 21st aug '18 (Not the one i had requested for) hence requested to get the product picked up which was done immediately the following day on 23rd. Aug
              I later requested for refund the amount but they said since its in amazon wallet we cannot transfer it to the bank to which i expalined it erroneously got into wallet and requested to credit it in the bank.
              After a long discussion and telling them the importance of the funds for me as an ordinary service man they agreed to credit in the bank but the process would take 7 to 10 business days (Max)
              I told them the processing days are too long and the amount was huge (For me) but they said it usually takes this much time (Is it really?? For a comapny like amazon to pay an individual his own money that long?? Fair?

              Today is 7th aug its more than 15 days and their 10 business days!!! I haven't received the funds and after several calls and speaking to their executives the reply which am getting is frightening

              They are saying they will initiate the coupon now and i would get the money in next 3 or 4 business days and please today being friday tom saturday and the day after sunday wont be counted
              How crazy is this.

              I am really disheartened by amazon service for the first time and am sure this will be the last time since i wont be using amazon service anymore.

                  I placed an order on 9th aug 2018 for a qzunique women's packable waterproof rain jacket, x-small (Gbd-xzm-r-9028-mise, beige), order#[protected]. I paid it at the time of placing an order thru net banking. The delivery date was 3rd sep. On 3rd sep, delivery man came with the requested item and asked for money against delivery. We said we have already paid at the time of placing order.in spite of requesting many time, no delivery was made and man returned with rain jacket. I complained with the customer care team and i was assured that the rain jacket will be delivered within 24 hours. After 5 days, i received a message stating that amazon has raised to return money. Amazon has played with my emotion and given a lot of mental tension. Customer service of amazon is beyond acceptable. Ridicule service is provided by amazon india. Amazon is a useless company for online shopping. I do not recommend at all.

                      The purchased primer foot wear is defective not even 1 month the plastic loop is broken and thus i am unable to tie the result is the foot wear i have purchased is useless lying down in a corner

                      The plastic that is essential for the loop of strip to be complete and stick on to the feet is broken

                      Kindly replace and make it use full and purpose it serves

                          I ordered a wooden lemon squeezer (order no. #[protected] on 25th July 2018. Please note that the return policy was not clear on the product page. I received this order on 27th July 2018. As the lemon squeezer I received was a very poor product with hinges rusted, rough, badly finished wood and was in an unusable condition, I applied for return on 28th July 2018. I got an e-mail that I would have to dispatch the product on my own. I didn't understand why I have to take the pain to dispatch the product myself so I wrote to the Amazon customer care on 29th July 2018. Some Mahalakshmi replied and requested me to courier it on my own and "assured" me that they will refund my return courier charges and I quote "Once we received your snap shot the return courier charges we will refund your return courier charges". As asked by this Mahalakshmi I dispatched the product on my own and mailed her the slip of the return courier charges of Rs 100/- on 01st August 2018. Since then a different person replies to my e mails and "assures" me that I would get my refund of return courier charges. But I regret to inform that till date I have not received the return courier charges of Rs 100/-.

                              I order one phone blackberry curve 9320 with the price is 3366₹ & my order id is;[protected] and after few days i return that product so they issued my refund on 21st august & told me that i’ll get my refund till 28th august and when i check then i call them so they says that i’ll get my refund till 5th september and today when i call them then they says that refund was failed and it’s was stuck, so now u will get on 12st september and now i’m totally tired with them and i hope i’ll get my refund as soon as possible

                                Here to share my story with the world w. R. T my experience with amazon.in and its seller"gym kart".
                                I have still fighting for justice on this matter from amazon, probably i will not be getting it as amazon india is too seller focused.
                                I have placed an order in amazon through one of its 3rd party seller"gym kart". I usually don't trust 3rd party sellers, however this particular seller has 100% review in amazon website. (At the time i placed order).
                                As i said the order was placed on 5th aug from my prime account to a seller "gym kart" the material was gym equipment amount 3283.3/- (Prepaid). The expected delivery date was scheduled as 17th aug, however it failed hence i contacted the seller through amazon portal queering regarding the product, to which i got a response stating the product will now be delivered by 23rd aug.
                                As its a 3rd party transaction amazon will not provide any tracking, however the seller must update the tracking details.in my case the tracking was given as "sf express". Strangely i searched the entire 10 pages in google to find the courier service but in vein, i do got one but its a chinese company and the tracking number is never matching.
                                I called several times to amazon cs team, each and every time i received a varying answer, at times illogical answers.
                                The seller was responding hence i had hope of the delivery. However the next delivery date 23rd aug was also missed and i did not received my product.
                                Imagine the timeline order placed on 5th aug - till 23rd aug no delivery and its prepaid. The actual delivery stated in amazon site was 7-10 business days.
                                To cut the story short, on 23rd post my rigorous inquiry to amazon cs team, i received a mail from seller asking me to share my number or call him personally. (This msg was very polite). I responded to the seller that i misplaced his number and i shared my number.
                                Meanwhile i was searching my mails to find the seller number and i happen to got it.
                                24th aug.18 - the saddest morning of my 2018. I called up the seller in between 9 am-9:30am. Mr. Sumeshwar shingh (As in true caller) [protected].
                                I started my conversation stating that - (I will write the conv.in hindi here)
                                Me: hi, i placed an order with you on amazon.
                                Seller: naam batao, kya naam hai (Tone high, questioning)
                                Me: koushik banerjee from hyderabad, mera ek order pending hai, kab delivery hoga.
                                Seller : mujhe bahut order aate hai, 10-15 din toh lagega hi delivery.
                                Me: maine 5th aug ko place kiya hai bhai.
                                Seller : hain toh
                                Me: bhai ek kaam karo aap courier se bhejo ho na product, mujhe woh courier ka receipt bhej sakte ho as a proof ki aapne order ship kiya hai.
                                Seller : kyou jo manga na hai amazon se mangoo, sale 2 kaudi ka admi kya proof du tujhe. Nahi bhejunga kya ukhad lega, jahan hai wahi aake marunga. Adress kya hai dekhu.
                                Me: kaise baat kar raha, tammez se baat kar, kya tone hai yeh.
                                Seller : kya tone be mad*rch*d, bh*sriw*l*, bah*ch*d aapni aaukad me rahe.
                                Me : s*la (I disconnected the call)
                                Seller called me again : sala kisko bola mad*rch*d. Do kaudi ka aadmi kya udhaklega mera tu nahi bhejunga tera order. Refund chahiye jake amazon se mang, yahan phone kiya toh dekh lena.
                                I disconnected the call.
                                I immediately rushed to a police station to lodge an fir as the seller was threatening me, beside he really have my address. I know he can't do anything still don't wanna take chance.
                                The police advised me to call amazon and ask for the seller register address to lodge an fir, they even tracked don the fb page of the seller.
                                I called amazon in the hope of help, to my surprise no one from amazon helped me instead they were ready to accept an legal notice on amazon but not on seller.
                                Police could not do anything as the treat was from seller.
                                From 24th aug i kept calling amazon for the refund and action against seller, however same story again. Each time i have been assigned a new cs rep and have to narrate this whole story.
                                Despite me telling the entire story there was not a single update from amazon on the issue, i have to literally drag it to get my refund.
                                The refund it was processed as if amazon had done a charity on refunding my own money.
                                The seller still list item under prime category. Latter as stated by the seller during the refund process. "item will not be delivered due to price mistake". The seller should have understood this the moment the order was placed and should have cancelled the order, however he kept on giving me false delivery dates.
                                My question to amazon
                                1. Who has given the right to amazon or its seller to hold up customer money for a month?
                                2. If amazon has taken any action on the seller, whats the harm in telling it publically for such seller or at-least to the customer who had the issue?
                                3. Why is there no update from amazon side on this issue. Why a customer has to call several times for his own money refund, when the product is not delivered.?
                                4. Why is that none of you cs rep are in sync, the information passed on by the rep on every call was different from another.?
                                Till today, there is no action taken by amazon on the seller, instead when i requested amazon to deactivate my account it was done in swift. The only thing i got was my own money that too after a month.
                                I don't need charity, what about the abusive language? Why is amazon promoting such sellers, are sellers too important than customer for amazon.

                                  Did not receive the usual notification on mobile regd despatch .

                                  Had ordered 7 other products along with this . Received notification of despatch as well as the product in time .

                                  Status says delivered, Though the product was not received

                                  Very Rigid customer service
                                  Amazon unwilling refund money or give product

                                  A regular Amazon customer for last 7 y has to bear the brunt of lost shipment #[protected] Puma shoes size 11 peacoat

                                  Attached is proof of dispatch from PUMA to Amazon .


                                  Requested amazon to forward me a proof of dispatch and tracking details of Amazon of this particular order said above

                                  They refused saying Iam a couple of weeks past the return date

                                  Amazon has gulped my money. Wonder how many cases of lost shipment like this are happening, where amazon swallows the entire amount.

                                  The shoes to my knowledge were never dispatched from Amazon.

                                    Amazon was unwilling to take the responsibility of lost shipment.

                                    I did not receive product puma shoes, which was ordered along with 7 other items as four bills.

                                    The last bill was regarding order of puma shoes 11 peacoat.

                                    I received 7 out of the 8 items along with notifications of despatch and delivery.

                                    But regards this order

                                    I did not receive any notification on mobile regd despatch.

                                    Status says delivered,

                                    Amazon unwilling refund money or give product

                                    Amazon customer has to bear the brunt of lost shipment

                                      Hi,

                                      I have ordered a pair of shoes by the order ID[protected] for which the return was initiated and you are also showing the return picked up but till date I haven't got the refund till date, its been more than 45 days.

                                      Another order was given in august for which the return was initiated but on the day of pickup return was cancelled after picking up the product from my office. I have the receipt for the same and now they are just keep on telling me that we are investigating.

                                        I have ordered one rakhi on 16th august, it was supposed to deliver on 21st august, but it didn't. after that it was showing excepted delivery at 24th august.rakhi was on 26th august. then also it has not delivered till now
