Two times i hv ordered a product and both the time i didnt get the product inspite of this they r saying me to wait for some time and and then after that i got refund. I just want to know that refund is the only solution for this problem. I hv patient in my home who is using that product and just bcoz o[censored] he is waiting from last 25 days. Worst service ever

    I made a purchase from slimfast on apr 07. They used amazon to make delivery. (Free shipping). The delivery was never made, and no refund sent. I have since received charges of $14. On my debit card on 5/8, 6/7, 7/9 and most recent, 8/7. This was the only thing i have ever purchased with amazon shipping and do not require, nor do i remember joining, membership in amazon prime! I am a senior on very limited income and would appreciate some action on receiving a return of my funds. I do not like the fact that there is no way that i can find to make personal contact. The only contact information that was provided to my bank was,

      I am a regular customer of amazon. It was a time when i use to avoid online shopping, but after going up with amazon my thought process completely changed. Nowadays whenever i need to buy something i first check it with amazon. I have a good faith over the quality and service of yours. But my last shopping with you was terrific. I had ordered a microbiology book for my cousin for her higher education from amazon. I had made the payment for the same the delivery date was quite long but i waited for the same. Today was the date for delivery and the app was showing the same would be delivered by 9 pm. But the product was not delivered by the sales team and when i check the status it was showing rejected from my end. I was shocked to see this as i never got any call from the courier neither they reached out to me elsewhere.

      When i reached out to the customer service center they are simply feeling sorry for the same and asking me to re-order the same.
      I never thought that a big name like yours would provide such a poor service resulting in delay has inpacted higher on my cousin's regular study. It was unexpected. It is forbidding me from future relation with you.

      I wish to escalate the issue to higher authority and expecting feedback on this.

        I have a concern with amazon. I order the phone honor 7x from amazon on freedom sale. The phone supposed to arrive on 14th august as your text told me. I don't know whether the agent come to my place or not. He didn't call me at all on my registered number. And the parcel returned back to the fulfillment center. I place the order with price 10999rs and your customer service center executive is now saying that i have to place another order. Now it is going to cost me near about 16000. They think i am a kind of stupid who will amazon 5000 more. Tell me, is this the amazon commitment to the customer. I can buy this phone from the market at this price so why should i suggest anyone go to amazon. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to your amazon agent and customer support team. If the things continue to happen like this i can say you with confidence that amazon is going to lose its market shortly.

              I have ordered smart watch from amazon thrice and all the 3 times i received a chinese and used product. When complained to amazon they informed that they are not responsible for this as the product is shipped directly from seller's warehouse so they can't verify. I booked the product from amazon so is it not responsibility of amazon to do quality check.

                Amazon India is insisting on giving refund through their Amazon Pay or Bank Transfer only. Why should i disclose my account details to Amazon??? Once they promised to give me Cheque but now after waiting for 15 days, again they are saying that it is not possible to pay thr' cheque!!! This is real mental harassment from Amazon. After giving confirmation of refund now they are saying it was a mis communication !!! This is how Amazon is treating their customer.1 month have passed now i'm struggling to get the refund.

                  I ordered a Rakhi Hamper order ID[protected] which as per the description should contain Rakhi, mUG, Roli and Chawal. and the item that is delivered is only Mug without any Rakhi or roli chawal.

                  This is disgusting service provided by amazon. On such an auspicious occasion of Rakhi I could nt send Rakhi to my brother because I made a mistake of ordering from amazon. This is horrible had i ordered it from somewhere else, i would have the genuine product delivered as in the description.

                    Never again i’ll shop from amazon!!

                    I returned the product well in time and the courier service has not delivered the product at their station and i am denied my refund of 1009rs for a fault that’s not mine! Amazon customer service is so bad they asked me to wait for 4-5 working days every time i call there customer service! Finally the supervisor mr. Muhammad said he can’t do anything to track the order from the courier service!
                    Such a bunch o[censored]seless people sitting at the customer desk! Amazon doesn’t safeguard their customers other online services are better! It’s been a it’s been 1 and half month i am behind this matter and they have no solution but a sorry that we can’t refund your money!!
                    Never buy anything from amazon because if anything happens they won’t value your mo

                      When i opened that product i got to know that it's a copy of the earphones i ordered and when i used it, i got suprised by the cheapest sound quality.
                      That does not even match with the ₹500/- earphones.
                      When i made a request for return they didn't accepted.

                        This is with regards to the price difference that i came across in a matter of 60 seconds.

                        I wanted to purchase an ipad 6th gen wifi 32gb. Price quoted before adding the product to my cart was ₹23900 after the discount 15%.
                        After adding it in the cart the very next second and proceeding to the payment page the price changed to ₹26900 @ 3% off.
                        I spoke the customer service and also a supervisor and i am being told the following things.
                        1) it was a promotional offer and depends upon the seller
                        2) a’s it’s a sale the price will be different the time of checkout but i will be charged the quoted price.
                        (No such point available on the website)

                        I sent an email with the screenshot af the price. The rep i spoke to wanted more proof and stated that nothing can be done as i only have the snapshot of the product and i don’t have a snapshot of the phone while checking out.

                        The cost of the product changed instantaneously. Had it been a gap of hours i would have understood but this is misrepresentation. And unethical.

                        Kindly look into this matter and assist.

                          I am a prime users and as notified the prime delivery was assured on 13th aug'18 till 8 pm. I contacted delivery agent many times out of which i was able to talk 2 times. On the same he assured that delivery will be done today by max 8 pm. But the agent isn't answering the call after 8 pm.

                          Also, the amount is deducted from my prime fees which i have paid for being a prime user. The amount is 999.00.

                            Hi team,
                            I am prime member of amazon india, i had ordered one mobile, with independence day offer (10% instant discount). I paid the money in advance.
                            They shipped the order and cancelled the order after shipping without prior notice. Also they haven't gave me instant refund yet. I called up them and they were asking me to re order same product again. (But they are refusing me my money back instantly and to give same offer for next purchase). And i didn't had that much of money to order the same product again.
                            My concern is if they have any issue with the product, they could have send another product with the same order.
                            They misused my money, prime membership and fooled my by showing wrong offers

                              I have ordered product fresh meltz.. A breath strips/freshner on 7.8.2018. Through amazon. Ihave received a product which was manufactured on 09/17.. One year old stock.. An eatable product..12 months old... Taste was different... And bad... This product is not covered under return policy of amazon.. I dont know why.. Seller is inventz lifesciences

                              Pl arrange the return/replacement.. And ensure that any food product can not be more than 3 months old even if the shelf life is 18 months.. Why we choose amazon is.. The guarantee and fresh stocks.. And not packing old product under no return policy and make their business.. Pl help

                                I wish to introduce myself that my name is Gopi Shanmugam, resident of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India – 600 104. I am an Advocate by profession and practicing in the High Court of Madras.

                                This is to inform you that I always used to purchase most of the products such as Mobile Phones, Television and other Electronic goods of any makers through Amazon Online purchase, since I am having such tremendous faith and confidence over you people as you would never compromise on the quality of service and customer support.

                                Thus, on 17th July, 2018 I have purchased a Mobile Phone by make namely “HUAWEI P20 Lite midnight black with IMEI No. [protected] – [protected] through Amazon India online shopping through my friend by name Sathya Sundaram with email “[protected]@gmail.com” and the same was delivered to me on the very next day at No. 357, New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai – 600 104. Subsequently, I have started using the said Mobile Phone immediately on receipt of the same. While this be so, I have noticed intemperance warming on the device when it is used continuously for 10 minutes and I have not bothered and I thought it would be reduced on regular usage. But, it exists as on today. While this be so, during one night time usage of the first week of purchase a red line had appeared on the entire screen 3 mm from the right side edge of the device’s display when it was unlocked by using finger print and I thought the same might be the reflection of themes etc., . But, it is very unfortunate that the said red line is appearing permanently on the display for the past 4 days which made me so embarrassed to use a defective device.

                                Immediately, I have approached your customer care service and sought for replacement of the device by explaining the defects persist over the same and your customer care service people have refused to accede my demand of replacement as they have no return policy after 10 days from the date of purchase and I have been instructed to approach your authorized service centre of the maker. Instantaneously, I have approached the authorized service Centre at No.201/C 34, N.R Dave Complex, 1st Floor, Second Avenue, Anna Nagar Chennai – 600 040 with all particulars of purchase and the technicians of the service centre have accepted that there is a defect after through scrutiny and informed me that the same could be rectified by replacing the display only when I made a request to replace the device itself as it is very much covered under your replacement police as stipulated in the warranty card, since it has been used for less than 20 days from the date of purchase. They have also not even considered my request and I have been informed to approach the Amazon online India for replacement. As a result, I have been thrown from pillar to post from the day one of my request for replacement of my gadget for almost a week by customer care services, personal visit to the outlets of the maker. Moreover, I am not happy about either of your service because the said issues have not been rectified from any of your end and your acts are clear violations of the trade policies and also purely against natural Justice.

                                Moreover, you are being a reputed Company adopting such illegal methods to get extraordinary and illegal gain from genuine customer like me, is highly regrettable. Further, your service is not satisfactory and there is clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on your part. I have been put to undue hardship and mental agony from the day one of its purchase due to your conduct and deficiency of service and unfair trade practice and I am in distress by the conduct of your people. Now, I have no other alternate except to approach your good selves to recourse my remedy.

                                Hence, I hereby request your good selves to direct any of your service people to replace my device by extending your replacement policy to me as a special case considering the facts and circumstances of the case and kindly do the needful and oblige.

                                  I have make an account with amazon just two months back. I purchased books and two watches from amazon. I returned the defective watch and asked my returned ampuntvat amazon pay balance so that i can use the amount for next purchase. But amazon is a big fraud company. Have taken my amount at amazon pay balance and put my account at hold for no reason.
                                  It's a big cheater company we cannot trust that we can't keep money at amazon paybalance.
                                  They will cheat people and keep their money. No online shopping company do this to customers. Must say it's a big fraud company and never buuh anything from. Them.

                                  They have kept my account on hold. I can not use it now I can't use my Amazonpay balance also. This way they chera their customers. At least they can send me check if they want to hold my account why they keep customers amount they are becoming millioniare IN this way keeping their money at amazon pay balance. If they really very good for customers why they donot send the amazon pay balance by bank draft.

                                  We have not received the order no.[protected] till now. Please look into the matter

                                      I have purchased one binoculars as per above order on 24/7/18 and received on 30/7/18. Now first of day, it left side diaper scale not moving which i did not understand. Then i showed one expert, he told it is manufactured defective. Today i told your supervisor, mr praveenby phone and by chat, mr prasanth, but it is not returnable and your both supervisor told that i have to contact manufacturer which i do not know from where you procured. I have purchased and paid to amazon, not seller. So why i communicate with seller. Even seller have no email/phone no, only address.
                                      I did not claim refund, but replacement of my order.
                                      You have made one policy in your website that after 10 days, it is not returnable. My question is that i have not claimed after 10 month/ 10 year, it is only 10days. Every item in india have warranty cum guarantee minimum 6 month.

                                        Today morning i got sms that my product is out for delivery mentioning the delivery agents number. I called him at 2 pm today to check and confirm him on the address. There after at 6 again i called him, and he said he is coming for the delivery. Then at 7pm i got a sms and email from amazon that deliver is done. To my surprise i immediately checked on my app and site where i found it's clearly written product is delivered and acknowledgment slip is signed by me. Imediately i called the delivery agent but he didn't answer my call. Then i tried from other number after sometime then he said, my fuel was finished so i couldn't deliver today. On asking why you mentioned that's it's delivered on which he replied i was having the target to deliver it today. I said i am going to log a complain on which he said "jo karna hai kar lo" and disconnected the call.

                                        I then called amazon customer care at 9:03 pm and told the executive everything. He showed his empathy and said your complain is logged and we will take immediate action. You will sms and email with the details about your complain.

                                        I waited for 1 hour then i again called amazon customer service and i asked the executive to give me the details of the complain i logged. He failed to provide me any information as there was no complain logged by the previous agent and also he refused to provide the previous agent's name and id.

                                        This is serious crime and a case of fraud against me. How come amazon can do my signature?

                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Amazon complaints must always be done by internet through their site after logging into your order. Its simple and their response has always been prompt and effective. Complaining on the phone is useless as it does not go on record.
                                        Now a days all delivery agents are following this bad practice. However please rest assured as they deliver it the next day for sure. And if they dont, then you have to contact Amazon and they send you another item free of cost. So please don't worry as this happens usually with me and Amazon has taken care of it.
