Hi,
I have ordered two items (How to prepare for verbal ability and reading comprehension for the cat and how to prepare for quantitative aptitude for the cat). Order placed on 3rd august and delivery was expected on 5th august. But delivery got cancelled saying package is lost. I got refund for only one item. Please refund me for another item also earlier.

    I am swarnadip giri... On 31st august 2018 i ordered a one plus 6 (6gb ram + 64 gb rom) and payment done by credit card... On my order book the status was showing that the shipment will be delivered by 3-5 september 2019... But they attempted the delivery on 2nd aug... And i was not able to take the delivery of the shipment.. Because i was out of city... The next day (03/09/2018) they attempted the delivery in my office premises... They asked me about the otp... So i provided them the otp... They didn't delivered the shipment by giving the excuse of they were not able to scan the qr code... So i called to customer care of amazon... They told me that the delivery will take place on 4th aug... But today when i called them they told me that the shipment is rejected by me... That is why the product is returned to seller... I dont want that refund... I only want this delivery today as they assured me yesterday. My order no : ordered on 31 august 2018 order#[protected]

    they told me that the product can't delivered ...because they attempted twice the delivery ... 1st time i was not present ... but 2nd time they came to my office ..i had given them the OTP for delivery ... but they started excusing that QR code is not accessible for scan on the shipment ...so they did not give me the product ... so i called to customer care of amazon +442030140221 ( Prateek ) ...he told me that they will attempt delivery for the 3rd time as i paid for this product ... he assure me that on 4th i will get that product on my hand ... but when i see the status on amazon... it is showing that the product is returned to seller...when i called them to customer care... they started telling that you will get the refund... but i dont need of refund i want the product ...

      On aug 27, 2018, $129.26 was taken out of my cheking account for amazon.
      I have checked my order history, and can find nothing. Could you tell me what it was for. I have been a loyal amazon customer and did not authorize any automatic deductions. Your promt response would be much appreciated. The only information i was able to get from my banking records was "amazon amzn.com/bill wa.

          (1) No bill or its amount was found inside or outside the pkt against Invoice No. BOM[protected] dt. 31.08.18 and (2) only half portion of bill was found inside a packet having Order No.[protected] dt. 27.08.2018, (3) The delivery man claim and took Rs. 820/- when after calculating order details it comes to Rs. 813/- (since no bill copy was found inside or outside the packet).

            I placed an order for iphone x plus 256gb highest configuration and i am a regular amazon.in prime user. Against my order, i received parcel on thursday evening dated 30th august 2018.
            When i opened it on sunday 1st sept, i couldn't charge the phone.
            While submitting complaint online, it redirected me to apple service centre.
            Today i visited apple phone service centre authorised, and the phone was declared as duplicate hence can't provide service.

                  I purchase an product from amazon on 16 th aug and they provide me a dete for delivery for 17 up to 22 nd aug but on 22 i called them they said that it is dispatched today so it will reached to you till 28 aug so i wait for two days and track mg package but when i called to to courier that was shipping my product he informed that there is no delivery in my city from them and i complaint for that in amazon and raise a request to returned and refund but it did not done but them and i file a claim but they auto canceled it and tell me that you have cancelled it. I m very trusted sir please help.

                    I was place an "order #[protected]" on 17/04/2018
                    For same order i was paid cash rs.565.00/-

                    But when i received my order, in this package of one box is empty.
                    After that i was logged my complaint.
                    Now the surprise begins, that amazon not only ignore my complaint,
                    More over after raise my complaint to higher level amazon closed my account permanently.

                    After that refuse to restore my account and refund of my money.

                      There's a charge on my credit card each month from this company that i don not know what it is for, 73700aq3d2300ygja is the number showing up on my bank statement, please help. This has happened on several different months, so i would like to be reimbursed for all the month charges that has been made on my card. Please let me know if this company is legal and why they would be making charges on my card. I thought amazon was suppose to be a good company and very reliable.

                        I ordered few groceries ide order[protected]. The courier company damaged the package and package was not delivered. I was informed that refund issued on 14aug. After contacting them, i was told to wait. On 21st, i was told to wait for 1 week. On 28th, i was told to wait 72 hours. I did and now no response, they are simply saying that it is stuck with the bank. No proper answer and even after 18 days, there is no communication from amazon. With this i demand amazon to immediately credit refund and extend my prime membership for the time that amazon delayed my refund.

                          I ordered a product on amazon worth rupees 2500 and the product that got deliver to me was an entirely different product and when i complaint the amazon agent said that jo ukharna hai ukhar lo paise wapas nai honge. He was threatening me on the phone. I have made a video as well. I received a call from [protected] and the man on the phone was rude. Now the company officials are not helping me. I ordered a juicer for 2500 which was an electric juicer and i received a manual juicer.

                          I work in a call centre and my got this juice for my mother who is old and very week by health. I wasted my money.

                          No one in amazon customer care is helping me and they are giving me threat.

                          I want my money back i beg u please help me

                          no update so far .. they are making calls & threatening me to take the complaint back
                          I was delivered a wrong product, I received a call back from Santosh from the Social Media team last night dated 01st Sep 2018, I was promised that the wrong product that was delivered to me will be picked up & complete refund will be given to me.. Today morning 02nd Sep 2018 the pick agent refused to pick up my stuff stating this is a mis matched product & said apko refund nai mil sakta... kyuki aap jooth bol rahe ho.. I have a video recording that clearly states that wrong product was delivered to me.

                          I was promised that this will be picked up.. amazon ate my money.. amazon is a chor company

                          I want my money back, I called the call center & the call center agents refused to assist me

                          I will file an FIR with the local police

                          Amazon cheats their customers

                          they will eat your money

                              I have ordered the laptop on 14 aug 2018, and we are continuous track of the parcel and shows different delivery update all the time. First it showed will delivered by 26th august 2018, after that 27-31 august, today it shows 31 aug 2018, we have being tracking this on daily basis. But now we understand the sellar has delivered wrong parcel of books on 23rd sept. And also update in amazon shows expected delivery on 31.08.18

                                    A refund has been made by amazon on 6th of june regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. Performance and quality is not good of the mobile. So i requested for return. But due to fraud of amazon india they told it was non returnable item so return can not proceed.                                         I bought Sennheiser CX 275 S In -Ear Universal Mobile Headphone With Mic (Black) from amazon web site.
                                        I am facing some issue so i sent it to Sennheiser Mumbai service center. so they have given me product inspection report about fake product.
                                        They told me take this report and ask amazon to refund. I contacted amazon chat support( I have chat scripts as well)
                                        Amazon executive told me get product inspection report. I sent it but they are not processing refund. almost 20 days went off but still no action.
