I had brought some items from amazon.in on 9th july 2017 and the product was of not good quality, hence i returned the order. The refund was initiated but no further procedings was seen. The amount of rupees 699+ 3278+1200 was to be refunded in my account. The amount has not been refunded till this date.

I purchased a ucb mens printed shirt on 1st april 2018, making online payment of rs 1039. However, the size didn't fit me for which i returned the shirt to amazon collection agent on 7th april 2018.

I had bought an item from amazon.in last month. I did not like the product and therefore placed a return request from the application. I kept on receiving text messages from the company saying keep the item ready for pickup and that the pickup would be done today. For many days i was receiving such messages but the item never got picked up. When the contacted the customer service to know what has happened, they said that the return has expired....
