I had ordered oneplus 6 mobile on 25th july 2018 from prime account. Till date i haven't received the product & when i have contacted customer care on 3rd aug 2018 they told me the product have been damage at their end and they are dispatching another product which amazon suppose to done it earlier. When i requested to deliver it at least on 4th or 5th aug 2018 they refused to guarantee the delivery. And worse thing they have mentioned in order replacement of the product which i haven't received yet. I want amazon to pay compensation for mental agony.

    I talk to amazon executive officer about my refund status... And he said your refund has been initiated by us on 26 july. Amazon has been initiated my refund but still i don't get my money back. I don't get any refund information from bob. Before of this transaction i placed another order and i got refund of that within 4 days.
    Why it's being so late now

      Hello sir,

      My name is malay bhalala and i have an account in amazon.

      Since several months my amazon pay account
      Was locked and they also do not give any proper reason for that.

      My registered

      I had raised several requests and they say everytime that it will be resolved in 24 hours..

      But nothing happens after all..

      Now i cannot add the balance and also cannot get the refund of my returned product in my amazon pay balance..

      So i request amazon to take further steps and resolve my problem as early as possible..

      When i go to amazon pay account and click on add money or anything it says with the error message that contact customer care...

      And after all if i click on upload kyc documents then also same error message appears..

      I will have to take further steps if amazon doesent take any further steps..

      As seen in this screenshot i had complained about this several days ago and they had said it will resolve in 24 hours..

      Someone hacked or theft my account and now i m unable to log in again and amazon.in is not giving any result. I'm continously contacting amazon but they are not not doing any conclusion.

        The delivery boy is cheated me. I ordered nike cap in price of 965 rs. I first swipe my credit card then delivery boy told me that the transaction is declined due to network issue. Then he told me to pay by cash as the amount was not so much so i paid him by cash an amount of 965 rs. So i paid twice for my product.

        I raised complaint 3 times but no one was able to resolve my issue.
        Amazon customer service is handled by the pathetic and poor handed peoples.

        Do not go for amazon.

          Hi,

          I have ordered the product "joy honey and almonds nourishing skin cream 800m" on 16th july and received the order on 20th july, but we verified the order in front of delivery person itself and found item got damaged, immediately we returned back to delivery person after that i did not received any replacement till date.

          I raised the complaint against the seller through the amazon customer support, but i did not get any updates from customer support too. Today (05th aug). Just i verified the status of the product and the status moved item delivered on saturday 28 july 2018.

          Again, i chat with amazon support team today (5th aug) about this issue, but i did not get proper response from them. They said it's third party seller, even they cannot initiate refund or modify the status of delivery.

            Amazon u guys are all fraud. U are just playing with customers emotion, time and money. I am going to file a fir against u guys and also will launch a complain in consumer forum and in social media about the harassment that u guys are making me face. I have never received my product and u guys are holding my money and saying that u will process the refund once ur receive the product in ur hand. How dare u guys hold my money???                 I have ordered 8 litre plastic sprayer, when i opened the item i found the sprayer pipe is defective and not able to spray the water out.
                And i immediately click on retrun and refund button showing in order details and i got call from customer care. The person is denying for the return and refund as well. Its a prime account and i have been purchased so much items from amazon, just check my orders and team is providing these type of responses to their customers.
                I also put feedback regarding my concern on order review and feedback but there is no revert from their side. Its like they want us to provide feedback but they don't value the same. Its just a formality. I am seeking for my refund here.

                Ceres earphones, i have received again a cheap low quality product for which i am requesting for return within stipulated time and you are not providing me the details of pickup. You are supposed to pickup from the same address as you delivered.
                But you are asking of pickup from metro cities only. Then how should i return and get refund. Service is being so embarrassing this time.

                      Your delivery boy Chandu is a criminal, a Phedophile. He tried assault on my kid but my maid saved. By the time I reached he already ran away till main gate where he was stopped by security guards. Pic attached. Should I forward the pic to police? Or should I stop buying through Amazon?

                      I expect you to terminate his contract immediately to avoid spoiling your brand name due to a criminal.

                        I had ordered a philips beared trimmer on 8th july 2018
                        And delivery date is from 14 to 19 july but i didn't get the
                        product.after that the delivery time has changed and coming
                        the date is 19 to 25 july.but again the item is not delivered.
                        so i have contacted to customer care of amazon executive and
                        the checked and told that the product will be delivered within
                        2 days the told me on 19 july. and i have also done so many E-mail
                        to seller but there are no response.

                          Maine sir 8 july ko hard drive order kiya tha.. lekin abhi tak deliver nahi hua.. ab wo bol rahe he ki aap ko refund hi milega kyunki wo product lost ho gaya hai.. maine kaha muje wohi product chahiye... Amazon pe wo product available hai fir bhi wo log dene ke liye mana kar rahe he.. aur forcly refund kar diyaa... Maine kaha ki complain karunga Amazon ke khilaf to wo bol rahe he ki product nahi milega, refund hi milega... Sir muje wo product hi chahiye...
                          Aur wo muje 20 din se keh rahe the ki 3 din me product mil jayega aur aaj kaha ki product lost ho gaya hi isiliye muje puchhe bina refund kar diyaa.. Maine har bar product ki hi demand ki thi... Lekin ab wo keh rahe ki kuchh nahi hoga...

                            I have ordered bulfyss chrome steel pull up adjustable gym bar with cushioned grips (64-100 cm) asin: b01eo93rei which was returned on 18.6.18 by return order no.[protected]. The company was refunded the money on wrong ifc code and now stating that that are not been able to process further as their billing section is not able to do it, and i have not been paid the refund amount of rs. 519 of the above said item. Nor solved my problem. Very poor refund process of amazon india. I just wanted to know if the money is not refunded to the concer party, it is not the duty of amazon to find it out where it is hanging.

                              1) i had placed an order for the above product on 23.07.2018 and the amount of rs. 1249 was debited from my account in sbi. The material was canceled by yourselves, but till date, i have not received the refund
                              Refer your sms dated 24.07.2018 time 1747hours.

                              2) i had placed the order again for the above product on 23.07.2018 and the amount of rs.1249 was again debited from my account in icici bank.
                              I had canceled delivery of item as found that same product is available in local market at half the cost you have quoted.
                              On receipt of the product, i refunded the same (Refer your sms dated 30.07.2018 time 0945hrs)
                              I have not received the refund till date.

                                I ordered oppo f7 from amazon on 27th jul 2018 which was suppose to be delivered on 28th july. Delivery contacted us and we told them to reschedule it next day.
                                First thing they updated wrong status mentioning "unable to contact..
                                Post this on mobile application amazon displays that"you have to contact us.
                                I contacted amazon customer care 5-6 im few days. First 2 days, lady named kaneez told me that she can't do anything from their end and i have to wait for re-attempt delivery and told me to wait. Then again today there was no status update. I called them again and another lady told it wont be delivered today. You have to wait. I escalated to supervisor and again lady told that i have to wait till eod.

                                Till now no status update from amazon end for the same. As a prime customer this is so terrible behavious form amazon.

                                  This is regarding order #[protected]. Delivery by an amazon agent, phone: [protected], pin 4803.
                                  I got a call from this no. [protected], the delivery agent said that i had to come near him because he doesn't understand the address, i dont know what exactly had happened but later i found out he was nearby so i said to him forget delivering at home and i can walk to a recognizable spot near my home but he said he cant come there and he can only go there if it is printed on the address on my package. So i asked if you can meet me at least a nearby spot which could save me some hassle but he said arrogantly that ' you can pick this up right now where i am or at the amazon office, its only 10 minutes of work if you have a bike" and ended the call abruptly. Then i called on his number and asked if it was official policy of amazon to only go where the address had been printed on package (Since i had previous experiences with deliveries where they had been understanding and met me at convenient location) then he said he was an employee of amazon and not the customer and the company had told him to only go at the printed address. After this he threatened me by saying he was cancelling my package, it would go back to where it came from and then i would get it, i pleaded him not to cancel and asked which courier service was this? He replied you can do whatever you want but i am not coming to you and again ended the call abruptly.
                                  This was the first time my amazon delivery has not been smooth. I can understand the agent asking me to come to him but this type of language, arrogance and lack of manners is unacceptable from any person to another, forget customers. And threatening to cancel my package and sending it back was plain wrong and unnecessary. I hope someone looks at this issue and rectifies it.

                                    I had purchased a jionee phone on 23/07/2017 amounting to rs. 20, 000/-, since then it is having trouble for charging and its not working correctly.in this regard i have complaint 3 times to service center. First time (Karol bagh service station) give me satisfactory service but after few days the problem begin continue then after i visited g-66/4, nehru place road, block-e, kalkaji two times, first time they told me that your charger is not working you seem to purchase a new charger then i purchased the same without warranty in may 2018 after in july-2018 the problem still continue the phone is going slow and not charging always give me trouble. And 2nd time. Now kalkaji service center gave paid service they told me that you visited some other service station and service center staff is not supportive i waste my money in this phone. Now the phone is still switch and unable to on. Even customer care team not support me. Kindly change my phone the mobile is under warranty. My concern is that during warranty period problem persists and they did not repaired the phone properly pls resolve the issue as it seems...

                                    I did't receive any single call, message or email through Amazon. Is your forum is working on my complaint or not
                                    Ordered mitashi led TV. On 24th. Delivery date 30th. But still now not out for delivery. My registered mobile number [protected]. Amazon not provide any date of delivery. What is the issue. Incase today not deliver the product complaint to consumer care.

                                    Product not received till now. How it possible the complaint is resolvex
                                    I got an Amazon gift card worth inr 1000/- but the code is not working it is showing invalid. Please recheck and issue an new code.

                                      I had ordered an earphone which happened to be defective (duplicate Samsung) later applied for refund by returning the product on 24.7.2018. Its six days nobody came for pickup. Pathetic service by amazon and lack of coordination and uncommitted staff. mobile no. [protected].

                                        Total amount paid: rs.338

                                        I ordered these items on july 25th, zada 2018. This order arrived on 30th july and the lotus herbals lipstick was missing from the box. The box looked fine hence i paid the full amount of rs.338 by icici card. Kindly send my order of the lipstick back. I made the payment by card. This is not the way. How irresponsible of amazon.in. Either return my money or deliver the complete order as soon as possible.
