I have ordered one plus 6 a week ago. The amount was deducted instantly and after a while on the same day the amazon said that the order is cancelled.
Sum of amount 34, 999 inr. Has been debited from my account, transaction id:
S75231404. Bank of baroda.

It's been a week still my amount is not returned. What the [censored] is going on.

I have attached the copy of statement of bank you can see that and please return my amount by today itself otherwise it will not be good for you believe me.

    The headset is not working as expected.

    The bluetooth is getting struck from time to time. Not at all satisfied by this.

    It belongs to the boat company. Got it as a gift. This has been happening for the past three weeks.

    I would like it to get repaired by amazon or the actual company. Please let me know what other information you guys need to resolve this.

      I dont know what the hell is happening

        I tried to purchase a oneplus mobile with exchange policy from amazon on 27th of july 2018 (Order number[protected] through net banking. An amount of rs. 31, 136/- was deducted from my account despite a failed order placement. Then i cancelled the order thinking the money will be reverted back to my sib account. I contacted amazon which assured my refund in maximum of 4 days. Today it is the 14th day and i still didn't get the refund. The money as i could figure out from my bank account is credited to this account given below.

          I am Rima Ranjan. My Amazon I'd is [protected]. I have ordered vivo handsfree headset earphone on 29 July 2018, order no :[protected]. I have got that product on 6th August 2018. When I opened the parcel, one side of earphone was damaged and that earphone also not supporting in my vivo y55s. So I have registered return and refund request on 6th August 2018 the pickup I'd is [protected]. But no body has came to recieve the parcel. Again I talk to customer service, they again registered my complain and said within 24 hour the parcel boy recieve the parcel, but the next day I received the message that the parcel is not ready at the time of pickup, but this is not true, no body has came, immediately I called to the customer service, they again rescheduled the return and refund order. But again no body came then I have got the message your return is cancelled.

            I hv order a birthday t-shirt on 24/07/18 but it is still not delivered till today.
            The first delivery date is given to me is 1st or 2nd august but it is not delivered to me and then I m call-in to customer service daily each day they are just telling me that ur product will be delivered tomorrow but it is still not delivered yet. Now they are telling me to take refund but I don't want that.

              Name of then company - amazon. Type of the produce - air conditioner. Order no[protected] date of order - 17th june 2018. Register mobile no - [protected]. Register email id - [protected]@gmail.com. I booked a air conditioner of carrier company's from amazon on 17th june 2018 and paid the amount of rs.37, 490/- to the company through my sbi debit card. But the problem is that, still i am not getting the product from the company. But while track, product by online, there showing that, my product was delivered on 21st june 2018 and that also installed from the company. So i called to company's customer care and sent email to the company, but they did not solve his problem also. Expectation:- so i wants to get my refund from the company

              Customer care executive alowes said " We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier and have received a confirmation that the package has been delivered successfully ."
              But I alowes dimanded, kindly send me the delivery proof. They alowes ignore about this matter. Again fail to provide delivery proof.
              Kindly help about this matter . Amount is so high 37490/-.

                I have order a water heater from amazon and received a faulty product from amazon.

                So i requested for its replacement as amazon give 30 days replacement.

                But when is request for pickup no one is coming for it of order and every time i request for pickup it gets cancelled automatically on the day when it is scheduled from amazon.

                Very poor and disappointing service from amazon.

                  Amazon account is locked due to incorrect password login attempts. When the same is communicated with amazon customer care, they replied stating "account was locked during quality audit", and at times they say server down. Procedure or guidance for password reset didn't work and awaiting for same for 3 months. Request customer support team to refund the money to account.

                    Hello team,

                    I have bought a phone 10 or e from amazon india website. This phone is under warranty from amazon

                    As per amazon customer care, they advised to raise the complain with servify who is support the repair for this product.

                    I have raised the complaint with servify approx 15 days back under ref no : ogkk2ay7ss.

                    Servify sent thier agent to pick my phone. Agent had picked my phone on 24th july and he advised that it return back within 7-8 days.

                    After pick my phone i have coordinated with servify multiple time but customer care has not provided any fruitful update.
                    They dont have any status of my phone. I m afraid that i will get it back my phone or not.

                    I have sent multiple mail to servify customer care but no fruitful update received yet.

                    Please help me out to get back my phone from servify.

                      I got a Canon camera on Amazon.
                      The box was tampered.
                      It was 2016 make with 2018 sticker.
                      and finally the serial number on the camera cover and warranty was not of the Camera and it belong to some other make.

                      on contacting amazon, they asked me to contact canon. The camera is working fine but it has not warranty now because of wrong serial number sticker on the camera cover. This is a fraud done by Amazon.

                      On contacting canon, canon says the warranty is the responsibility of the seller and so nothing could be done from canon end.

                      Looks like amazon has pasted stickers and selling camera with no warranty of older or used camera.

                        I ordered, "Seagate 1TB Backup Plus Slim USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 Inch External Hard Drive for PC" from amazon on 8 July 2018. Till now product is not been delivered or cancelled and i don't see any option to cancel the order from my end. I wrote mail to amazon and i didnt get any response from them. I want my order and i don't want to cancel the order. Please help me in resolving the issue.

                          Dear sir
                          A refund of 1047.01rupees was successfully processed on 18 July 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my BOI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
                          I have called the bank of india at my branch and also emailed the bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund as ref no [protected] dt 18/07/2018
                          kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                            I ordered an LG speaker from Amazon.in and I received already return the product and it was damaged too and I asked for replacing it but they are not doing it though they are refunded the amount I am not satisfied with their service .and i asked for compensation for that but they are telling whatever u do it .I dont know amazon is doing the business in india different than UK as they will take every action as soon as in Uk BUT NOT IN INDIA.

                              Amazon courier facility why are you cheat your customer i have ordered jute lunch box bag on 04.08.18 and intimate me by msg my order is out for delivery at 02:30p.                                   It has been 1 month since my product has been picked up from my place. Called up customer care approximately 5-6 times in last one month. Every time I got the same response saying, 'Sorry, there was some technical issue. We are re-initiating the refund and will be credited within 4-5 business days."

                                  I have paid for this using my credit card and the interest is adding up. Why shall I pay the interest if its Amazon's fault. Even Customer care Supervisor can not explain why the refund is taking so long. I have couple of reply mails from Amazon as well that it will be done in 3-5 days but nothing happened.

                                  This was a Prime order and the same wasn't delivered by guaranteed day. It was a gift for my wife, which I couldn't give her on that day because of delay. And then even after the delay the product I got was not the same model I ordered. (bought a camera worth 10K and got a model worth 7k). I requested a replacement and again the same wrong model came in the box. I had no other option but to return the item. The product was picked up on 5th July and since then the refund is not received to my card.

                                  If I don't receive the refund soon, I will have to take this issue to social media or sue Amazon India for harassment.

                                    I had recently ordered a wooden table. I came with 1 leg broken. I still didn't want to waste time and deal with the hassle of returning and so i fixed it myself.
                                    After a few days, termites started coming out of that table. This was unacceptable and i reached out to amazon's customer service. They didn't do anything about it and just apologized.

                                    It is unfortunate that a company like amazon doesn't do any vendor due diligence or quality assurance to guarantee basic quality of products sold in market place.

                                    It doesn't want to own the risk of minimum quality of products such a termites in a product that have bigger impact. My house could have been affected because of the termites coming out of that table if we didn't pay enough attention. All because of this product. Yet amazon just doesn't want to help the customer by atleast refunding the amount. Disappointing gesture

                                      I have given my office address to deliver the product and sunday our office used to be close. 5/8/2018 (Sunday) office was closed and not even security guard was available on that day.

                                      But on 5/8/2018 at 2:30 pm, i got an sms that my product is delivered. I was in my home and not even a single time i have got a call from the delivery boy. And amazon has update the status that order is delivered, please refer the attachment.

                                      Its a fraud, without delivering the product, they are saying its delivered.
                                      Almost 8 days are gone but there is no sign that i will be getting my product.

                                      I suggest everyone please don't buy anything from amazon.

                                        I have ordered a product worth ₹40000 from amazon india.
                                        Order date - 1 august 2018

                                        Shipped with aramex courier with tracking number: [protected]
                                        At first i called amazon customer service thrice after placing order that i want to cancel my order but they told me that they shipped my packet with third party courier so they can't do anything except sending email to the courier partner to stop the delivery.
                                        But on 5 august 2018 a courier boy from aramex called me on phone and i reject that packet and said i can't accept this order please return it.
                                        And around 3 pm on the same day he (Courier boy) arrived at my home and again i rejected that packet but after few minutes i got a message that the product has been delivered
                                        After many complaints that i made to amazon india & aramex courier nothing happened till now.

                                        Seems like i trapped in a scam and i lost my ₹40000.
