This is rameshver. I have been an amazon customer for around 3 years. My cousin accessed my account and entered some test crebit card account info he saw on the internet to approve a transaction.

I explicitly asked him to use amazon pay but he didn't understand or something. I don't know what he did but he said he entered the credit card number from a website and placed an order, now i am not able to use my account.br...

I have ordered a maternity pillow from Amazon.in on 5th june, since it was required urgently i paid extra 100 rs. for gauranteed delivery and amazon promised to deliver it by 7th june.
I tracked the order on my app and the order was shipped to New Delhi Amazon facility on 7th at 2:10 pm and after that it was departed from there on 7th at about 3:49 pm, but it was not delivered and there was no update on app after that

I ordered a wash basin from Amazon and was shown that it will get delivered within a week. But the company itself cancelled the order after few days. When i reached out to the Customer care executive, they said that the wash basin broke on the way, though we didn't get any dispatch message. They asked me to order it again and i did. I was assured that the product will be delivered to us this time, within a week but again the same happened....

Hi, i got call from [protected] delivery agent, kondapur, hyderabad. He asked me if i can come to pick up my delivery. I went there in around 10 minutes and was searching for him, called him but he did not lift, he left the place and i put him a message asking where about. From amazon india and pay with icici debit card. On icici credit and debit card has 500 rs instant discount offer so i decide to pay with card and get 500 instant discount offer. But amazon cancel my order and mentioned exceed buy limit. But i ordered only one phone and they lying you have order more then 1 phone.
