    I am return the product 4th august 18, & today 16th august, till date amezon payment not refunded. I asking for the customer care but he told me product not reach in our side, so when the product reach & will manage refund. I asking tracking history, he told me 4-5 days update not shown in the system thats why 2-3 daiys wait. I asking him, Product history not update your system thats not my mistake. then care officer not responding me & disconected chat.

      In freedom sale I ordered a mobile phone order expected to deliver within a week but after two days while I am track my order shipment also not yet done then I chat with Amazon customer care and Ur order will deliver within 16, I think since order done in freedom sale delay happens but after 4 days the product out for delivery show in app but I didn't receive a call from delivery boy since I have special event I supposed go to my native so I call the delivery boy pls deliver quickly I supposed going for function it's gettin late like that then he suggests com near city I wt give u then I went that place for away from my place to collect order then called to deliver boy he tell iam coming I will call u but more than one hour I didn't get any call and I also trying to call it's coming busy not reachable after 2 hours waiting iam get frustrated and goes out for my function .
      Is this the way to behaviour with customer .no value for customer time i also called the Amazon call centre but they are also not respond correctly. Pls behave correctly with customers in proper way they r not Ur slaves

        Hi amazon india

        This is with regards prepaid order #[protected] which was placed on 9th august and i even paid rs. 100 for next day "guaranteed delivery" because i needed the product on priority. On 10th i got an sms stating that shipment is being returned to seller as it was rejected by customer.

        I immediately called your cs team to raise a complaint post which a replacement order was placed and once again i was assured that delivery would be done by sunday evening - 12th august. I even got an sms with delivery executive's contact number once shipment was out for delivery. I called the given number and he said that "i am on leave since 2 days, i do not have any amazon shipment so please wait tlll monday"

        Again i raised a complaint with your cs team and they requested me to wait till monday as per instructions from delivery executive. Today at 4am i got another sms stating that shipment is out for delivery and then suddenly at 11:46am i got another sms stating that shipment has been successfully delivered.

        Now i would like to point out that i am sitting in office, the delivery address is obviously for my residence and being a weekday only my 80 year old grandmother is at home. I called her to confirm delivery status and she still has not received any shipment from amazon neither did i give her the pin or otp number (Which i believe is required for accepting any prepaid shipments)

        I am honestly not looking for any refund because the phone is more important to me, i need it for a purpose which is why i have been continuously following up with your team but unfortunately there is no one who can give any proper response or resolution.

        Can you people please help in getting my prepaid order delivered asap?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

        8/04/2018, several different dates these services were put on my credit card & were not authorized by me, the card holder. I would like these charges removed & no further charges to be placed against this card. Thank you

          I have ordered two books on prepaid. I have cancelled the orders even before the orders were shipped. A message was sent to me saying amount will be initiated shortly with link and number to track the refund amount. I have given the number a missed call and the same message is sent to me. When i click the link given, the orders in my app only show as cancelled with no order or tracking id. How am i supposed to know the status of the refund amount of if i've been conned as there's no order id with me? Please resolve this. I want my money back. Thank you.

            My name is mohd rehan i have ordered wow apple cider vineger 750 ml worth rs 259 on amazon in lightning deals. Delivery date was 12 august but they could not deliver the product on time whenever i called amazon they said" sir kal apka product pakka deliver ho jaega. Bt they do not deliver until 16 aug 3:30pm. They give same promise every day.. Its fifth day. When i called them, they said you have to place a new order for rs 499 at current price. They dont listen anything when i said to send me a mail with reason why you are going to cancel my order its not my fault its your fault. The executive cut my call without listen to me.
            They waisted my valuable 5 days. How can they cancel my product after making me fake promises for 5 days. I spend searching cost, time cost etc its their mistake not mine.
            I am an ssc student i have to stay at home waiting for delivery because they promise me to deliver next day on 12th 13th 14th 15th and 16th (Every day)

              I bought this printer on 10th August 2018. At the time of buying this printer they showed me offers in which one offer was I supposed to get Bata vouchers of ₹1000/- but after I received the product they told me it was by mistake that offer was displayed. So amazon is misleading customers by falsely showing offers. I am attaching the screenshot also.

                  I made a purchase from slimfast on apr 07. They used amazon to make delivery. (Free shipping). The delivery was never made, and no refund sent. I have since received charges of $14. On my debit card on 5/8, 6/7, 7/9 and most recent, 8/7. This was the only thing i have ever purchased with amazon shipping and do not require, nor do i remember joining, membership in amazon prime! I am a senior on very limited income and would appreciate some action on receiving a return of my funds. I do not like the fact that there is no way that i can find to make personal contact. The only contact information that was provided to my bank was,

                    I am a regular customer of amazon. It was a time when i use to avoid online shopping, but after going up with amazon my thought process completely changed. Nowadays whenever i need to buy something i first check it with amazon. I have a good faith over the quality and service of yours. But my last shopping with you was terrific. I had ordered a microbiology book for my cousin for her higher education from amazon. I had made the payment for the same the delivery date was quite long but i waited for the same. Today was the date for delivery and the app was showing the same would be delivered by 9 pm. But the product was not delivered by the sales team and when i check the status it was showing rejected from my end. I was shocked to see this as i never got any call from the courier neither they reached out to me elsewhere.

                    When i reached out to the customer service center they are simply feeling sorry for the same and asking me to re-order the same.
                    I never thought that a big name like yours would provide such a poor service resulting in delay has inpacted higher on my cousin's regular study. It was unexpected. It is forbidding me from future relation with you.

                    I wish to escalate the issue to higher authority and expecting feedback on this.

                      I have a concern with amazon. I order the phone honor 7x from amazon on freedom sale. The phone supposed to arrive on 14th august as your text told me. I don't know whether the agent come to my place or not. He didn't call me at all on my registered number. And the parcel returned back to the fulfillment center. I place the order with price 10999rs and your customer service center executive is now saying that i have to place another order. Now it is going to cost me near about 16000. They think i am a kind of stupid who will amazon 5000 more. Tell me, is this the amazon commitment to the customer. I can buy this phone from the market at this price so why should i suggest anyone go to amazon. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to your amazon agent and customer support team. If the things continue to happen like this i can say you with confidence that amazon is going to lose its market shortly.

                            I have ordered smart watch from amazon thrice and all the 3 times i received a chinese and used product. When complained to amazon they informed that they are not responsible for this as the product is shipped directly from seller's warehouse so they can't verify. I booked the product from amazon so is it not responsibility of amazon to do quality check.

                              Amazon India is insisting on giving refund through their Amazon Pay or Bank Transfer only. Why should i disclose my account details to Amazon??? Once they promised to give me Cheque but now after waiting for 15 days, again they are saying that it is not possible to pay thr' cheque!!! This is real mental harassment from Amazon. After giving confirmation of refund now they are saying it was a mis communication !!! This is how Amazon is treating their customer.1 month have passed now i'm struggling to get the refund.

                                I ordered a Rakhi Hamper order ID[protected] which as per the description should contain Rakhi, mUG, Roli and Chawal. and the item that is delivered is only Mug without any Rakhi or roli chawal.

                                This is disgusting service provided by amazon. On such an auspicious occasion of Rakhi I could nt send Rakhi to my brother because I made a mistake of ordering from amazon. This is horrible had i ordered it from somewhere else, i would have the genuine product delivered as in the description.

                                  Never again i’ll shop from amazon!!

                                  I returned the product well in time and the courier service has not delivered the product at their station and i am denied my refund of 1009rs for a fault that’s not mine! Amazon customer service is so bad they asked me to wait for 4-5 working days every time i call there customer service! Finally the supervisor mr. Muhammad said he can’t do anything to track the order from the courier service!
                                  Such a bunch o[censored]seless people sitting at the customer desk! Amazon doesn’t safeguard their customers other online services are better! It’s been a it’s been 1 and half month i am behind this matter and they have no solution but a sorry that we can’t refund your money!!
                                  Never buy anything from amazon because if anything happens they won’t value your mo

                                    When i opened that product i got to know that it's a copy of the earphones i ordered and when i used it, i got suprised by the cheapest sound quality.
                                    That does not even match with the ₹500/- earphones.

                                      This is with regards to the price difference that i came across in a matter of 60 seconds.

                                      I wanted to purchase an ipad 6th gen wifi 32gb. Price quoted before adding the product to my cart was ₹23900 after the discount 15%.
                                      After adding it in the cart the very next second and proceeding to the payment page the price changed to ₹26900 @ 3% off.
                                      I spoke the customer service and also a supervisor and i am being told the following things.
                                      1) it was a promotional offer and depends upon the seller
                                      2) a’s it’s a sale the price will be different the time of checkout but i will be charged the quoted price.
                                      (No such point available on the website)

                                      I sent an email with the screenshot af the price. The rep i spoke to wanted more proof and stated that nothing can be done as i only have the snapshot of the product and i don’t have a snapshot of the phone while checking out.

                                      The cost of the product changed instantaneously. Had it been a gap of hours i would have understood but this is misrepresentation. And unethical.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and assist.

                                        I am a prime users and as notified the prime delivery was assured on 13th aug'18 till 8 pm. I contacted delivery agent many times out of which i was able to talk 2 times. On the same he assured that delivery will be done today by max 8 pm. But the agent isn't answering the call after 8 pm.

                                        Also, the amount is deducted from my prime fees which i have paid for being a prime user. The amount is 999.00.
