Amazon’s new name – “cheater’s den”.

I have ordered a brand new one plus 6 phone from amazon.in on 12th of july 2018. The order id for your information is #[protected]. I received the phone on 13th of july 2018. To my astonishment i found that the mobile phone is defective. It has problem in detecting mobile network. I immediately raised a concern to the respective department and i was asked to download a tool on the same mobile to run some technical tests. After running the tests, amazon’s technical team confirmed that the phone was indeed defective and intended that i owe a replacement of the handset.
After that amazon initiated a replacement order, order id bearing #[protected], on 15th of july 2018. I have been promised that the delivery of the handset would be done by 17th of july 2018. I got a call from the amazon courier delivery boy on 17th july 2018 at 9.30 pm and the guy was apologizing for his inability to deliver my handset that day. Even after a tiresome wait, i understood his concern and asked him politely to deliver it the next day. But to my surprise i didn’t receive any call from him the following day. I had to call your customer service; i was answered by an executive named ahmed. He solely understood my concern and promised me that an escalation is already in place and i would receive my delivery the following day at the earliest. Here comes your first cheating incident. I haven’t received a call the next day too. The following day i called your customer service, to check on my delivery status, only to get embarrassed by a harsh executive named manish. His voice was threating and doesn’t sound empathizing at all. He spoke with a careless tone and was continuously threating to disconnect the call. I was not only deceived by you guys but threatened and confronted for asking about my rightfull piece.
The same guy, manish promised me that he would be raising another ticket with respect to the same and he assured to call me back to inform the response from delivery team. No luck again. I never received a call.
To my surprise, i received a message from amazon today i. E on 21st july 2018 saying that the item is undeliverable is prone to return to the warehouse because of 2 failure delivery attempts.
I would like to ask you, how would the delivery attempt be in failed state when it is not done in the first place? How can you speak two self-contradicting words at the same time? Your executive confirms that the delivery is not attempted but your application says something different. Today when called again i was told by another executive, salman, that a refund would be initiated on my order.
How could i accept a refund in this case in which it’s an entire failure of your company? I had placed this offer on exchange for my one plus x, which is in perfect working condition. All i get in return is not my old phone but a mere 3000 bucks for it as exchange amount. Is this action of yours justifiable? A large giant like amazon, can’t even take this issue seriously? Is customer satisfaction not a prime motto for a company like yours? Aren’t you forcefully snatching my fully operative phone for 3000 rupee, that too forcefully? In my understanding this is notoriously called a theft.
Every time i call your customer care i receive a consistent response saying that “we aren t aware of the logistics team’s progress” – my question is, if you guys work together as a company, don’t you need to collaborate and serve the customer? Is this the lame answer you give to a prime customer?
All i can understand is, you guys are on a cheating spree, in which you take nicely operating phones for the exchange by throwing peanuts to customers and then you send a brand new defective piece. Once the poor customer realizes this, you cheat him further about replacement but you never do that.
Don’t you call it a theft? I give you a new name - “cheater’s den”.
Now i understand on how jeff bezos got rich in a short span. I would request you to enlighten the public about your scandalous practices.

    Hi,
    This has been going for a while and amazon is the worst delivery system i have came across in yeqrs. If you could check my order from past 9 days i have been waiting to get it delivered and after going through all these i was assured a guarantee delivery for today 22/7/2018.
    What is the point of telling a guarantee delivery when you cant deliver it on time? The first time i got an empty box, and when resending this is what the result is.
    Amazon is making a fool of customers, after soo much complaints and emails if this is the result we get then i dont know what is the point of having such a customer service system. The service is rediculous and bunch of # or useless people sitting there who takes care of complaints or delivery if this is how you work.
    I want to bring this to notice of any higher authorities on this because if you cannot do anything for complaint that we raise then there is no point in raising any. Such a useless shopping portal and it was a mistake i ordered through amazon.
    I have been contacting customer service mulitiple and got an assurance that it will be delivered today and you are making a fool out of we customers who believed in you! The last i spoke to swaroopa and got an assurance that it will be delivered by tomorrow 23/7/2018. If its not just see for yourself how you amazon work and how ridiculous the service is.
    This is in regards to the order #[protected] and phone number [protected].
    I assure you that this is my last time using amazon and would never recommend this to anybody to use, such a useless service amazon provides. Disappointing when such a big company comes up with this kind of service!

    I applyed for amazon job for the post of supervisor(nagaon). they told me to pay 1450/- rs for uniform security. i pay 700/-rs only. my complaint is to those parties to refund my money immediate.

      I ordered gold necklace and earrings from amazon on 27th may 2018. Then i received a empty package on 11th jun 2018, i immediately raised a complaint and they asked me to wait for two weeks for refund, then after that they raised atoz claim and gia claim, it's been 45 days am not getting response from amazon they keep on postponing the claim and the buyer guarantee team from amazon not even replies for emails. I have a unpacked video of the product by my uncle and also the amazon cover which it delivered has two bar codes there only we got to know something happened with this product. And usually when amazon delivers products which is costly they will verify otp from customer that's also not happened with our delivery.

        The product is delayed by the amazon transport service and the order was said that it was okay to be delivered delay from the customer end.. I never said that.. Everytime when i call amazon support i was given false promises. I still have tons for call recordings.. This order was placed for a special occasion, that was missed. I was loss of happiness, time and money. Now the product is scheduled for 5 day delivery.. This is pathetic from amazon. Which is allowing me not to trust amazon again..

          The above order was force fully refunded to me deliberate by amazon agent and delivery agent sins.

          I ordered this phone on 17 july 2018 using my hdfc card where i got 10% discount on realme pro, also i brought prime membership for fast delivery.
          But the ordered never reached me at the promise time of 24 hours, it delayed every day, the delivery agent keep giving fake promises and finally they deliberately returned my order stating that the product was damaged in transit.

          If the product was still damage why they cannot exchange the product when same product was still available on amazon website,

          But these delivery guy was responsible for my. Loss, i cannot get the same discount on my hdfc card, nor i can order 2nd phone,

          Cust care people were hanging my calls and even after 25 minutes keeping me on hold for the exchange they did not do anything.

          This was the worst experiencing with amazon, i will rather suggest evert one to shop on on flipkart their support delivery and agents are faar polite then these illiterate delivicery staffs.

          Still amazon pay for damage.

NMS[protected]W and Have choose to pay from amazon as the order said that I will get 20% of ( Max upto Rs.125/- ). But after ordering till now i.e.[protected], I have not received any cash back in my amazon account.

              I had ordered a BPL AC on by me on 17 july 2018 and today ( 21/07/2018) was out for delivery and after few our one more msg received by amazon to me is that package was rejected by me and was return to seller without any contact to me
              And than i called to amazon toll free number after long discussion they said if seller will return package that they don't do anything about it and i have to order it again.
              I was order it in sale days and now that product price id 21439 so now after purchase product on 23890 and they don't send...

                I have ordered FasTrack watch on 9 July and 11 july of RS 4890 each. I have returned one order on 11 July and cancelled another order on 13 July. I haven't received any refund but refunds are initiated from Amazon on 13 July and 15 july but the amount is not reflected in my account. The reference number of refunds are #141409 and #720211.I want my money back as soon as possible.The pnb customer care is also not taking my charge dispute claim.please help me.

                  Product was received on 17 July 18 and same was found non functional and also different product got deliverd.

                  Repeated online request and contacting customer on 17, 18 and 19 July 18 respectively was done.

                  However, no successful pickup is carried out by the company yet.

                      Expendable Leatherite Cheque Book Holder/Document Holder" listed below from

                      The issue is double payment through online and on COD.

                      now you accept that I pay online for cheque book holder.

                      Then why I need to pay on COD.

                      Issue was same. And still no positive feedback.

                      It's really sad to see such things and finally I escalate to higher level

                        I have purchased an item and it was defective as I requested for refund amazon has accepted it.
                        As per the amazon representative the refund has been initiated on 26 June to which I had called 6 times.
                        1stly they asked me to delete the bank account details and re-enter it. I did it while they where on line.
                        Now when ever I call they ask me to do the same every time.

                          I had placed an order with amazon which was supposed to be delivered on 20th july. But the order wasn’t delivered and instead i got a message saying that my order was undeliverable. I called the delivery agent number provided to me and they told me that they couldn’t find the address hence will deliver tomorrow. I contacted the amazon customer care and they tell me that my order was damaged and thats why the deliver couldn’t be made.
                          The two people are telling two different stories.
                          How did they come to know my order was damaged without opening it. Only once i open the Order i can inspect and tell.
                          How can they lie about stuff instead of accepting the mistake. This is not done

                            These Days the services provided by the Amazon is not good.
                            They misplaced my order to a wrong courier center with in bangalore and it was two days back that they got to know that it was at incorrect courier facility. from last 2 days the status of the order was not changed. It was 3rd day and yet i had not received the product.I don't know when i will get that.
                            I think the courier service is very bad after amazon started it's own courier services, i did not faced any problems like this before. I was getting frustrated every time when i talk to the customer care about the issue as they are always saying that it will be delivered with in the same day but it was not.
                            This is weekend and i did not received yet and if required i have to come to office even on saturday to receive the parcel travelling in this hell of traffic in bangalore. I ordered one day delivery and now it became 3 days upto now and i don't know how many days i have to wait further...

                              I had ordered a Lenovo & I want refund of the product when I’m within time for it. So why am I denied refund? The product is sealed & ur photo is not matching with the product. So it’s a clear case of cheating.

                              Also plz go through recordings o[censored]r customers care Person SHASHI Kant Of 20/07/2018 at around 4:55 pm .The way he spoke is not acceptable

                                I ordered Kindle on Prime day sale with good discount and converted the EMI.The product was scheduled to deliver on 18th july. I was tracking the same whole day. Got a message that it will be delivered by 9pm I was okay then the app started showing will be dilevered bw 18-20july. I dint bother. At 18 July 11Pm saw the product as delivered to the tower gaurd of my office complex. When I called Customer care they said wait till morning and check with the gaurd. Without listening to me that what was the urgency to give it to random gaurd at 11pm but not me.
                                They dint pay heed I called them on 19th July after checking at my building reception they said they haven't recieved anything. I called them again they said you will get EOD today I asked them not later then 6pm. I called in the evening to track guy told me wait till 20th July morning.
                                20July Morning they are asking for the Adhaar Id and other stuff and will get back on 28th July.

                                When I called again to ask them why do you need my ID they said we cant give you the product or help you as you are not our old prime member we can refund your money.

                                I asked to speak to the senior he says as its delivered in our device how can you dispute. Our person has delivered. Wait till 28th July we will tell you what we will do.

                                CCTV footage shows a man entering the premises empty handed at the same time which they allege the person has captured the location longitude
                                staying there fagging and leaving from there.

                                If they have so much trust in their courier boy why dont they ask him to get the name of the person, why he has not called me.

                                The app says delivered at 10 pm Message says delivered at 7 am on 19th july.

                                And customer care is torturing like hell. They dont know how to speak every one has a different tale of their own. some ask adhaar some say you are not an old person, some say wait till 28July.

                                What they dont want to give is the product.
                                MAY BE THAT WAS A FARCE TO PULL THE TRAFFIC AND RAISE THEIR SALES NOW CANCELLING IT AS CUSTOMER IS DISPUTING.

                                IS AMAZON NOT CONCERNED OF ITS IMAGE?
                                OR IT TOO HAS BECOME INDIAN?

                                  Product delivered is faulty.
                                  Ordered-2TB Seagate External Hard Disk from Amazon.in and got a hard disk chip. Paid Cash on Delivery 1890.

                                  Called amazon for cancellation and refund- customer service confirmed 4 times that this is cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly.

                                  It's been 12 days(8th July) and no action taken.

                                    I have ordered a autodesk infra work 360 training dvd on 6th june 2018. Without delivery amazon is showing item delivered. I complained on 14 june 2018 about the same they told to refund the same but i asked for the item without refund but they have not given the money back and nor the item.
                                    The customer number is a useless one telling to see the amazon web site . The web site dont have a solution to my problem and making me help less. The customer number is used for make the customer pay for calling and make mad. It is a cheating and fraud by amazon india employee and distributor for which i have lot of financial and well as mental harassment.

                                      I don't know why I was billed $108.00---don't understand...just want it put back into my account---did not authorize this billing..I misunderstood...thought this was a yearly payment to use amazon prime...I am not too savy on purchasing stuff on internet or Amazon for that matter...please reimburse my money. Thank you for your time and consideration

                                      recurring payment authorized on 06.05.2015...never authorized for recurring payment...can't even afford this...messing up my billing status for other bills I have...I do not Authorize this payment to continue...want my money back please.

                                        Dear Amazon,

                                        Day 1 : 18 july

                                        ORDER #[protected] need to be delivered on 18 July, but i am getting update as i have requested scheduled delivery. But this is done by back end without acknowledging me.

                                        Day2:19 July

                                        Amazon delivery boy entered wrong IMEI of my old phone and now in system its reflecting as i cancelled the order. And this also done in Backend without acknowledging me.

                                        Without delivery of product, HDFC bank stated that Amazon seller converted amount to EMI.

                                        This is very frustrating.

                                        I bit tired of this type o[censored]pdate in back end. I need immediate action and my parcel.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
