refund from amazon not received

I ordered a oneplus 6 on 29 may 2018 and cancelled the order on same date and paid via my pnb card and amazon pay balance

customer care center treating customer like beggars..

I'm sorry to say this but being a 4-5year customer that to with prime membership my all orders are not delivered on time, sometimes the delivery boy sends a message saying that product can't be delivered today and it is rescheduled for tomorrow without even calling the customer, after calling the delivery boy they says that it was sent by mistake .I really don't know what customer support are y'all giving from Amazon after so many complaints...

Dear Sir,

I have bought a cpu on 16th April 2018 delivered on 22nd APril when HDFC debit card was offering 10% discount on the purchase price of CPU at the rate of Rs 5699, which is not credited yet to my account. I am not able to get in touch with customer care. Kindly assist to resolve the issue. Amazon has a good name in the market cannot be spoiled for such small issues.

sold a fake product

I have 2 major complaints.

1. I ordered a lap top on 22nd January, 2018 ASUS VivoBook E12 E203NAH-FD009T with 4 GB RAM. But they sent only 2 GB instead of 4 GB. They are not returning the balance amount.

2. 10 % cash back they offered while HDFC card payment. They did not pay the cash back yet....

money is not being refunded since last 22 days

I had ordered a pair of earphones from amazon india on 15th may. I was supposed to get the earphones at max by 21st in hyderabad. I was leaving hyderabad on 23rd. I had not received it by then. I had filed an a2z claim for refund. My refund has not yet been provided to me. The seller has been blacklisted for selling pirated and fake products on amazon. Amazon had assured me on email on 28th may that i will get my money in 3-5 business days....
