Hi team,
I am prime member of amazon india, i had ordered one mobile, with independence day offer (10% instant discount). I paid the money in advance.
They shipped the order and cancelled the order after shipping without prior notice. Also they haven't gave me instant refund yet. I called up them and they were asking me to re order same product again. (But they are refusing me my money back instantly and to give same offer for next purchase). And i didn't had that much of money to order the same product again.
My concern is if they have any issue with the product, they could have send another product with the same order.
They misused my money, prime membership and fooled my by showing wrong offers

    I have ordered product fresh meltz.. A breath strips/freshner on 7.8.2018. Through amazon. Ihave received a product which was manufactured on 09/17.. One year old stock.. An eatable product..12 months old... Taste was different... And bad... This product is not covered under return policy of amazon.. I dont know why.. Seller is inventz lifesciences

    Pl arrange the return/replacement.. And ensure that any food product can not be more than 3 months old even if the shelf life is 18 months.. Why we choose amazon is.. The guarantee and fresh stocks.. And not packing old product under no return policy and make their business.. Pl help

      Respected Sir,

      I wish to introduce myself that my name is Gopi Shanmugam, resident of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India – 600 104. I am an Advocate by profession and practicing in the High Court of Madras.

      This is to inform you that I always used to purchase most of the products such as Mobile Phones, Television and other Electronic goods of any makers through Amazon Online purchase, since I am having such tremendous faith and confidence over you people as you would never compromise on the quality of service and customer support.

      Thus, on 17th July, 2018 I have purchased a Mobile Phone by make namely “HUAWEI P20 Lite midnight black with IMEI No. [protected] – [protected] through Amazon India online shopping through my friend by name Sathya Sundaram with email “[protected]@gmail.com” and the same was delivered to me on the very next day at No. 357, New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai – 600 104. Subsequently, I have started using the said Mobile Phone immediately on receipt of the same. While this be so, I have noticed intemperance warming on the device when it is used continuously for 10 minutes and I have not bothered and I thought it would be reduced on regular usage. But, it exists as on today. While this be so, during one night time usage of the first week of purchase a red line had appeared on the entire screen 3 mm from the right side edge of the device’s display when it was unlocked by using finger print and I thought the same might be the reflection of themes etc., . But, it is very unfortunate that the said red line is appearing permanently on the display for the past 4 days which made me so embarrassed to use a defective device.

      Immediately, I have approached your customer care service and sought for replacement of the device by explaining the defects persist over the same and your customer care service people have refused to accede my demand of replacement as they have no return policy after 10 days from the date of purchase and I have been instructed to approach your authorized service centre of the maker. Instantaneously, I have approached the authorized service Centre at No.201/C 34, N.R Dave Complex, 1st Floor, Second Avenue, Anna Nagar Chennai – 600 040 with all particulars of purchase and the technicians of the service centre have accepted that there is a defect after through scrutiny and informed me that the same could be rectified by replacing the display only when I made a request to replace the device itself as it is very much covered under your replacement police as stipulated in the warranty card, since it has been used for less than 20 days from the date of purchase. They have also not even considered my request and I have been informed to approach the Amazon online India for replacement. As a result, I have been thrown from pillar to post from the day one of my request for replacement of my gadget for almost a week by customer care services, personal visit to the outlets of the maker. Moreover, I am not happy about either of your service because the said issues have not been rectified from any of your end and your acts are clear violations of the trade policies and also purely against natural Justice.

      Moreover, you are being a reputed Company adopting such illegal methods to get extraordinary and illegal gain from genuine customer like me, is highly regrettable. Further, your service is not satisfactory and there is clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on your part. I have been put to undue hardship and mental agony from the day one of its purchase due to your conduct and deficiency of service and unfair trade practice and I am in distress by the conduct of your people. Now, I have no other alternate except to approach your good selves to recourse my remedy.

      Hence, I hereby request your good selves to direct any of your service people to replace my device by extending your replacement policy to me as a special case considering the facts and circumstances of the case and kindly do the needful and oblige.

        I have make an account with amazon just two months back. I purchased books and two watches from amazon. I returned the defective watch and asked my returned ampuntvat amazon pay balance so that i can use the amount for next purchase. But amazon is a big fraud company. Have taken my amount at amazon pay balance and put my account at hold for no reason.
        It's a big cheater company we cannot trust that we can't keep money at amazon paybalance.
        They will cheat people and keep their money. No online shopping company do this to customers. Must say it's a big fraud company and never buuh anything from. Them.

        They have kept my account on hold. I can not use it now I can't use my Amazonpay balance also. This way they chera their customers. At least they can send me check if they want to hold my account why they keep customers amount they are becoming millioniare IN this way keeping their money at amazon pay balance. If they really very good for customers why they donot send the amazon pay balance by bank draft.

        We have not received the order no.[protected] till now. Please look into the matter

          On 21 july 2018 amazon customer executive clearly mentioned the you are eligible for offer.

          Following are the terms and conditions of the offer:

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased one binoculars as per above order on 24/7/18 and received on 30/7/18. Now first of day, it left side diaper scale not moving which i did not understand. Then i showed one expert, he told it is manufactured defective. Today i told your supervisor, mr praveenby phone and by chat, mr prasanth, but it is not returnable and your both supervisor told that i have to contact manufacturer which i do not know from where you procured. I have purchased and paid to amazon, not seller. So why i communicate with seller. Even seller have no email/phone no, only address.
            I did not claim refund, but replacement of my order.
            You have made one policy in your website that after 10 days, it is not returnable. My question is that i have not claimed after 10 month/ 10 year, it is only 10days. Every item in india have warranty cum guarantee minimum 6 month.
            You are requested to do the needful at your earliest. Please call be back of my mobile no.

              Today morning i got sms that my product is out for delivery mentioning the delivery agents number. I called him at 2 pm today to check and confirm him on the address. There after at 6 again i called him, and he said he is coming for the delivery. Then at 7pm i got a sms and email from amazon that deliver is done. To my surprise i immediately checked on my app and site where i found it's clearly written product is delivered and acknowledgment slip is signed by me. Imediately i called the delivery agent but he didn't answer my call. Then i tried from other number after sometime then he said, my fuel was finished so i couldn't deliver today. On asking why you mentioned that's it's delivered on which he replied i was having the target to deliver it today. I said i am going to log a complain on which he said "jo karna hai kar lo" and disconnected the call.

              I then called amazon customer care at 9:03 pm and told the executive everything. He showed his empathy and said your complain is logged and we will take immediate action. You will sms and email with the details about your complain.

              I waited for 1 hour then i again called amazon customer service and i asked the executive to give me the details of the complain i logged. He failed to provide me any information as there was no complain logged by the previous agent and also he refused to provide the previous agent's name and id.

              This is serious crime and a case of fraud against me. How come amazon can do my signature?

              And tomorrow first thing in the morning i am going to log an fir and then will move to consumer forum with all details.

              Amazon complaints must always be done by internet through their site after logging into your order. Its simple and their response has always been prompt and effective. Complaining on the phone is useless as it does not go on record.
              Now a days all delivery agents are following this bad practice. However please rest assured as they deliver it the next day for sure. And if they dont, then you have to contact Amazon and they send you another item free of cost. So please don't worry as this happens usually with me and Amazon has taken care of it.

                I have purchased micromax canvas 6 pro from amazon india on 09 aug 2018 vide order no[protected]. I have received on 11 aug 2018, inserted my jio sim and found not working, spoken to customer care amazon india. They said that it is non volte phone. I have purchased by checking features and details given on amazon app. Please check the screen shots. It is written 4g and android os. Now i am loser, because amazon says that 4g lte/android version is mentioned in description. They are unable to refund. I said that i will return this and buy anther mobile from your app. Still they are saying "no".
                I will agree that its my mistake to go through all the details from top to bottom.
                Can you help me out akosha..

                1. BATTERY IS UNABLE TO CHARGE UPTO 100%. IT IS STOPING AT 88% ONLY. BECAUSE IT IS MFD IN MAY 2016.
                2. EAR PHONE/LOUD SPEAKER MAKES CRACKLING SOUNDS WHILE TALKING TO OTHERS.

                  I had placed an order for seagate expansion 1.5tb usb 3.0 portable 2.5 inch external hard drive for pc, xbox one and playstation 4 on 19th july and made a payment of rs 3599 inr through my credit card. The order no is order#[protected].
                  When i checked in "track package", it shows the item is despatched and expected delivery date as 07 aug. It says that the item has been couriered by india post (Tracking #: rg[protected]in). When i checked up with post office, they say that they have not received item from the seller.

                  I have not received the item till date. I had sent an e-mail also to [protected]@amazon.in but no reply has been received so far.

                  Please inform me the status of my order otherwise i will be forced to raise the level to consumer court

                    I ordered a shaker and a whey supplement together on 25/07/18. I received whey package on 29th, but no news about the shaker, so after 11 days, on 4th aug, i spoke with their customer care executive and i was told that that the package was lost in transit, she replaced my order saying i’ll receive the package in 3 days. Still haven’t. So finally today on 11/08/18, i’ve cancelled my oredred. Not expected from amazon.

                      I ordered regular fit shirt but instead i got slimfit shirt. And when i told them to pickup the product they are telling me to self return it while all other e-commerce sites like flipkart, paytmmall, myntra, snapdeal have return pickup option.

                          They have changed their policy for transferring mturk earnings. Workers other than from u. S. Can't transfer earrings to their account. Workers can transfer it amazon.com account as a gift card, which is indeed no not so useful for workers like me from how i suppose to shop from amazon.com site the most of the products are costly and worthless and have to pay $4 to $5 for shipping.
                          What's the use of spending time / working on mturk.

                            Three items listed on my credit card that are not on my order list from amazon.
                            August 6, 2018 for $6.95 reference # 24692168215100712512357. August 6, 2018 for $16.08 reference # 246921682141100144976279. July 31, 2018 for $21.92. None of these items were purchased or received by me or any family members. Please remove them from my credit card. It seems that these items were books. I do order a lot of books from amazon, however, i did not order or received these books. Please help me to recover the money on these items or tell what will be my next step to recover my money.                               I ordered the product muscleblaze whey active protein and my friend received the product as i was out of station. But when i returned back and saw the scoop inside it was missing and when i contacted to customer care they simply denied to help.
                              Neither they are returning my product as they say the return window is expired i agreed and said ok then please deliver a scoop but they are not agreed with it even.
                              I have spended the amount of ₹1500 appx and still i am getting the proper service.

                                I ordered seagate expansion 1.5tb usb 3.0 portable 2.5 inch external hard drive with order #[protected] worth rs 3510. Actually the seller doesn't delivered me the correct product, instead of that he delivered me a otg card reader of rs 50. I keep contacted with the seller through amazon. He apologize and request me to wait for next 5-7days. And he sure me that it will definitely get on give time. He also said me text message to my mobile number [protected] that if the the item doesn't delivered to me, they will provide me double refund of rs 7010. I waited for the time. But it doesn't delivered to me. I contacted the seller for this issue and he only give the product refund instead of double refund. I called customer care and inform this about seller providence. Amazon told me ask the seller for this.in this case amazon is not a part. I tried to connect the seller but he doesn't replied. So decide to call amazon india customer care again. They satisfies me that there they contacted seller. That time he replied me to wait till between july 26th - july 31st. I've waited so long again. But he doesn't give me the money. I contacted amazon daily for this. They every time told me, there will be a-z fulfillment will be there. If the seller not given the refund amazon itself give me. Then i decided to mail jeff bezos and a executive reply me that, they cant give me the provided refund, the seller is wrongily assist you and instead of rs 3510 only give me a gift card of rs.1500. I was so much frustrated and i've been wasted my one month for this issue. Amazon let me in disappointment. I called them and begged for to give the money.. But amazon changed the promise that kept on me. I've attached the screen shots of message of the seller to this

                                      How can amazon delivered parcel to someone else.

                                        I have ordered one plus 6 a week ago. The amount was deducted instantly and after a while on the same day the amazon said that the order is cancelled.
                                        Sum of amount 34, 999 inr. Has been debited from my account, transaction id:
                                        S75231404. Bank of baroda.

                                        It's been a week still my amount is not returned. What the [censored] is going on.

                                        I have attached the copy of statement of bank you can see that and please return my amount by today itself otherwise it will not be good for you believe me.
