They have changed their policy for transferring mturk earnings. Workers other than from u. S. Can't transfer earrings to their account. Workers can transfer it amazon.com account as a gift card, which is indeed no not so useful for workers like me from how i suppose to shop from amazon.com site the most of the products are costly and worthless and have to pay $4 to $5 for shipping.
What's the use of spending time / working on mturk.

    Three items listed on my credit card that are not on my order list from amazon.
    August 6, 2018 for $6.95 reference # 24692168215100712512357. August 6, 2018 for $16.08 reference # 246921682141100144976279. July 31, 2018 for $21.92. None of these items were purchased or received by me or any family members. Please remove them from my credit card. It seems that these items were books. I do order a lot of books from amazon, however, i did not order or received these books. Please help me to recover the money on these items or tell what will be my next step to recover my money. Thank you for your help!

      I ordered the product muscleblaze whey active protein and my friend received the product as i was out of station. But when i returned back and saw the scoop inside it was missing and when i contacted to customer care they simply denied to help.
      Neither they are returning my product as they say the return window is expired i agreed and said ok then please deliver a scoop but they are not agreed with it even.
      I have spended the amount of ₹1500 appx and still i am getting the proper service.

        I ordered seagate expansion 1.5tb usb 3.0 portable 2.5 inch external hard drive with order #[protected] worth rs 3510. Actually the seller doesn't delivered me the correct product, instead of that he delivered me a otg card reader of rs 50. I keep contacted with the seller through amazon. He apologize and request me to wait for next 5-7days. And he sure me that it will definitely get on give time. He also said me text message to my mobile number [protected] that if the the item doesn't delivered to me, they will provide me double refund of rs 7010. I waited for the time. But it doesn't delivered to me. I contacted the seller for this issue and he only give the product refund instead of double refund. I called customer care and inform this about seller providence. Amazon told me ask the seller for this.in this case amazon is not a part. I tried to connect the seller but he doesn't replied. So decide to call amazon india customer care again. They satisfies me that there they contacted seller. That time he replied me to wait till between july 26th - july 31st. I've waited so long again. But he doesn't give me the money. I contacted amazon daily for this. They every time told me, there will be a-z fulfillment will be there. If the seller not given the refund amazon itself give me. Then i decided to mail jeff bezos and a executive reply me that, they cant give me the provided refund, the seller is wrongily assist you and instead of rs 3510 only give me a gift card of rs.1500. I was so much frustrated and i've been wasted my one month for this issue. Amazon let me in disappointment. I called them and begged for to give the money.. But amazon changed the promise that kept on me. I've attached the screen shots of message of the seller to this

          I place order on 19 july 2018 on amazon.in
          I purchased seagate external hard drive 1tb in sell, witch already paid 2940 by my debit card, expected delivery date is 2 august to 7 august after that they change 3 august to 7 august, but product not delivered yet, i complaint on 8 august 2018 costumer care executive ask me we send email to seller wait 2 days after that we will a to z claim and today is 11 august, again i contact amazon costumer care executive and they ask me please wait for 2 more days,

            I order a 1 tb wd internal desktop hard drive but this not work and returns this product self but amazon are tell me i am not receive proper product i returns this product to many days are company customer care are tells me many days
            Your product are reached the vare house and i scan the product and after compilte scanning i have issue your refund and replace ment
            But not be done any more at least he tell me i have not issues your refund and replace
            Because he cheat the customers many times in india

                I have ordered one plus 6 a week ago. The amount was deducted instantly and after a while on the same day the amazon said that the order is cancelled.
                Sum of amount 34, 999 inr. Has been debited from my account, transaction id:
                S75231404. Bank of baroda.

                It's been a week still my amount is not returned. What the [censored] is going on.

                I have attached the copy of statement of bank you can see that and please return my amount by today itself otherwise it will not be good for you believe me.

                  The headset is not working as expected.

                  The bluetooth is getting struck from time to time. Not at all satisfied by this.

                  It belongs to the boat company. Got it as a gift. This has been happening for the past three weeks.

                  I would like it to get repaired by amazon or the actual company. Please let me know what other information you guys need to resolve this.

                      I tried to purchase a oneplus mobile with exchange policy from amazon on 27th of july 2018 (Order number[protected] through net banking. An amount of rs. 31, 136/- was deducted from my account despite a failed order placement. Then i cancelled the order thinking the money will be reverted back to my sib account. I contacted amazon which assured my refund in maximum of 4 days. Today it is the 14th day and i still didn't get the refund.                         I am Rima Ranjan. My Amazon I'd is [protected]. I have ordered vivo handsfree headset earphone on 29 July 2018, order no :[protected]. I have got that product on 6th August 2018. When I opened the parcel, one side of earphone was damaged and that earphone also not supporting in my vivo y55s. So I have registered return and refund request on 6th August 2018 the pickup I'd is [protected]. But no body has came to recieve the parcel. Again I talk to customer service, they again registered my complain and said within 24 hour the parcel boy recieve the parcel, but the next day I received the message that the parcel is not ready at the time of pickup, but this is not true, no body has came, immediately I called to the customer service, they again rescheduled the return and refund order. But again no body came then I have got the message your return is cancelled.

                          I hv order a birthday t-shirt on 24/07/18 but it is still not delivered till today.
                          The first delivery date is given to me is 1st or 2nd august but it is not delivered to me and then I m call-in to customer service daily each day they are just telling me that ur product will be delivered tomorrow but it is still not delivered yet. Now they are telling me to take refund but I don't want that.

                            Name of then company - amazon. Type of the produce - air conditioner. Order no[protected] date of order - 17th june 2018. Register mobile no - [protected]. Register email id - [protected]@gmail.com. I booked a air conditioner of carrier company's from amazon on 17th june 2018 and paid the amount of rs.37, 490/- to the company through my sbi debit card. But the problem is that, still i am not getting the product from the company. But while track, product by online, there showing that, my product was delivered on 21st june 2018 and that also installed from the company. So i called to company's customer care and sent email to the company, but they did not solve his problem also. Expectation:- so i wants to get my refund from the company

                            Customer care executive alowes said " We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier and have received a confirmation that the package has been delivered successfully ."
                            But I alowes dimanded, kindly send me the delivery proof. They alowes ignore about this matter. Again fail to provide delivery proof.
                            Kindly help about this matter . Amount is so high 37490/-.

                              I have order a water heater from amazon and received a faulty product from amazon.

                              So i requested for its replacement as amazon give 30 days replacement.

                              But when is request for pickup no one is coming for it of order and every time i request for pickup it gets cancelled automatically on the day when it is scheduled from amazon.

                              Very poor and disappointing service from amazon.

                                Amazon account is locked due to incorrect password login attempts. When the same is communicated with amazon customer care, they replied stating "account was locked during quality audit", and at times they say server down. Procedure or guidance for password reset didn't work and awaiting for same for 3 months. Request customer support team to refund the money to account.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have bought a phone 10 or e from amazon india website. This phone is under warranty from amazon

                                  As per amazon customer care, they advised to raise the complain with servify who is support the repair for this product.

                                  I have raised the complaint with servify approx 15 days back under ref no : ogkk2ay7ss.

                                  Servify sent thier agent to pick my phone. Agent had picked my phone on 24th july and he advised that it return back within 7-8 days.

                                  After pick my phone i have coordinated with servify multiple time but customer care has not provided any fruitful update.
                                  They dont have any status of my phone. I m afraid that i will get it back my phone or not.

                                  I have sent multiple mail to servify customer care but no fruitful update received yet.

                                  Please help me out to get back my phone from servify.

                                    I got a Canon camera on Amazon.
                                    The box was tampered.
                                    It was 2016 make with 2018 sticker.
                                    and finally the serial number on the camera cover and warranty was not of the Camera and it belong to some other make.

                                    on contacting amazon, they asked me to contact canon. The camera is working fine but it has not warranty now because of wrong serial number sticker on the camera cover. This is a fraud done by Amazon.

                                    On contacting canon, canon says the warranty is the responsibility of the seller and so nothing could be done from canon end.

                                    Looks like amazon has pasted stickers and selling camera with no warranty of older or used camera.

                                      I ordered, "Seagate 1TB Backup Plus Slim USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 Inch External Hard Drive for PC" from amazon on 8 July 2018. Till now product is not been delivered or cancelled and i don't see any option to cancel the order from my end. I wrote mail to amazon and i didnt get any response from them.                                         Dear sir
                                        A refund of 1047.01rupees was successfully processed on 18 July 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my BOI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
                                        I have called the bank of india at my branch and also emailed the bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
                                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund as ref no [protected] dt 18/07/2018
                                        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
