Hello,
I am sachin yadav, amazon registered e-mail id is [protected]@ymail.com.
I had ordered a product on amazon app on 17-07-18 with order id[protected]. Delivery date was 23 july, but they said that it is late and date is further extended to 26 july. When i didn't receive it till date, then i contacted customer support executive on 27 july and they said that "product is returned to us, and we can't give the replacement as the price of the product increases".

I was eagerly waiting for it, but after waiting for 12 days they said they can't provide the product, get refund. But i had order it in less amount and the current market price of the product is increased. So if i take refund and place the new order of the same product i will have to pay more. I will be in loss. But why should i take the loss, why can't you replace me the product. Its not my fault that you don't deliver, why should i pay more for the same product, for which i had already paid less and waiting for half a month. It seems that it was the strategy of amazon to get payments from customers use it for a while and if prices of product increases then don't deliver to them, and sell them on higher prices.

I heard that amazon is very customer centric company, but actually its not.

Simply think that why should i pay more now for the product which i waiting from about half a month even after blocking my money into it for number of days.

I want replacement not refund. If you have only option to refund, then refund the value of current market price of the product (Realme 1).

Why should i bear the loss of price difference, i didn't do anything wrong i wanted the handset and eagerly waited.

Please do something, i want my product.
