Hi,

I have ordered an electric 12v kids rider car from amazon.in. It is a door delivery order and i have paid the full amount through online. The product suppose to be delivered on 18th july 2018. But i haven't received the product so i mailed the seller. But the seller told he cannot do door delivery and he asked me to go collect the item from the courier office in different area.

Currently i am in different country so i ordered this to friend address and no one is there to go and collect it from courier office. So i canceled the order through amazon and filed the claim with them on 25 july. Amazon promised within 48 hours you will receive the refund.

But almost 10 days over. Everyday they are telling the same. But no refund yet.

This is the worst service i have never seen in my lifetime and the seller is a cheater and amazon is supporting them.

Seller name is: KIDS SMILE TRADER .
This seller is completely cheater. Please do not order any item from this seller.
My shoes size was big so i requested for its return and the process was inetiated on 23rd July, 2018. But till date i.e 28th july, 2018, the shoe hasn't been picked neither did i get my refund.
Guys my name is manoj patwa . I had ordered something from Amazon on 3rd of July. It's been 25 days and still I am waiting for my product. I also contacted to the customer care of amazon but no any positive reply . Please refund my money if you cant deliver my product . My contact number is [protected].

    I oredered usha water dispenser from amazon on 1st of august
    Product arrived at bhuj city
    My office is 5 km away so when i told courier boy to deliver at the place he behaved rudely and told to collect product from the office
    How can i go and collect such a heavy item
    Today i got message that
    Your package with usha instafresh cooling cabinet water dispenser was refused at the time of delivery. I have not refused it.

    What a worse service

      I ordered real me 1 on 18th july. But i cant get my product on estimated date given by amazon. The next date of delivery was of 31st july. The product was out for delivery on 31st july but when i called him he cant receive my call. Without coming to my house he updated the delivery was attempted. The policy of amazon was of next day delivery after delivery attempted. Bt i cant get product on 1st august. On 2nd august i get box but when i opened box the product was missing instead of mobile there was 3 rin soap.

        Job Name:Amazon admin, technical

        I have receved job offer message to my mobile number from HP-AMAZON on 24 JULY 2018 and accepted my job request.
        I send my CV to [protected]@amazon india .in. Then next day they send application form to me. Then i filled that APPLICATION to send same mail.
        After they send CONFIRMATION LATTER to me. They informed to pay Rs. 1650 to our senior account number ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME KAMAL (Senior Account Officer)
        ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] (IFSC: KKBK0000185)
        BANK KOTAK MAHINDRA BANKACCOUNT HOLDER NAME KAMAL (Senior Account Officer) for uniform charges, gate pass and ID card by courier. After paid that slip i send that mail by scan.

        Then next process salary account opening process, they informed to pay Rs.4990 to senior account, after that deposite slip and proofs send by scan
        that amount refundable within 30 min from activation. I paid that amount by BOI amount transfer. But not refund to me.

        I completed that process, after they again send next mail to inform mediclaim process to pay Rs.4990 fo insurance.

        They told three time paymends also refundable.
        But now they not response me. but totally fake.

          On dated 24/06/2018 I received my bag pack which is I order and I returned it cause its reached late . bag pack received by amazon and only given me a transaction id[protected] by mail but its not only reflected to my account nor in my wallet of amazon .
          but the customer care again and again repeating the only thing that we transferred money to your bank account and give me same transaction id . its not working anymore .
          and also the customer care person did not even heard my complain( and say I can't hear you.) now after trying 1 month I complained to you .

            Sunday office was closed and no one was available there, not even the security guard.

            Sunday i was in my home and at 2:29 pm i got an SMS that your product is delivered and I have not got any phone call from delivery executive.

            I was not expecting this kind of fraud from amazon.

                I had ordered oneplus 6 mobile on 25th july 2018 from prime account. Till date i haven't received the product & when i have contacted customer care on 3rd aug 2018 they told me the product have been damage at their end and they are dispatching another product which amazon suppose to done it earlier. When i requested to deliver it at least on 4th or 5th aug 2018 they refused to guarantee the delivery. And worse thing they have mentioned in order replacement of the product which i haven't received yet. I want amazon to pay compensation for mental agony.

                  I talk to amazon executive officer about my refund status... And he said your refund has been initiated by us on 26 july. Amazon has been initiated my refund but still i don't get my money back. I don't get any refund information from bob. Before of this transaction i placed another order and i got refund of that within 4 days.
                  Why it's being so late now

                    Hello sir,

                    My name is malay bhalala and i have an account in amazon.

                    Since several months my amazon pay account
                    Was locked and they also do not give any proper reason for that.

                    I had raised several requests and they say everytime that it will be resolved in 24 hours..

                    But nothing happens after all..

                    Now i cannot add the balance and also cannot get the refund of my returned product in my amazon pay balance..

                    So i request amazon to take further steps and resolve my problem as early as possible..

                    When i go to amazon pay account and click on add money or anything it says with the error message that contact customer care...

                    And after all if i click on upload kyc documents then also same error message appears..

                    I will have to take further steps if amazon doesent take any further steps..

                    As seen in this screenshot i had complained about this several days ago and they had said it will resolve in 24 hours..

                    Someone hacked or theft my account and now i m unable to log in again and amazon.in is not giving any result. I'm continously contacting amazon but they are not not doing any conclusion.

                      The delivery boy is cheated me. I ordered nike cap in price of 965 rs. I first swipe my credit card then delivery boy told me that the transaction is declined due to network issue. Then he told me to pay by cash as the amount was not so much so i paid him by cash an amount of 965 rs. So i paid twice for my product.

                      I raised complaint 3 times but no one was able to resolve my issue.
                      Amazon customer service is handled by the pathetic and poor handed peoples.

                      Do not go for amazon.

                        I have ordered the product "joy honey and almonds nourishing skin cream 800m" on 16th july and received the order on 20th july, but we verified the order in front of delivery person itself and found item got damaged, immediately we returned back to delivery person after that i did not received any replacement till date.

                        I raised the complaint against the seller through the amazon customer support, but i did not get any updates from customer support too. Today (05th aug). Just i verified the status of the product and the status moved item delivered on saturday 28 july 2018.

                        Again, i chat with amazon support team today (5th aug) about this issue, but i did not get proper response from them. They said it's third party seller, even they cannot initiate refund or modify the status of delivery.

I am going to file a fir against u guys and also will launch a complain in consumer forum and in social media about the harassment that u guys are making me face.                               I have ordered 8 litre plastic sprayer, when i opened the item i found the sprayer pipe is defective and not able to spray the water out.
                              And i immediately click on retrun and refund button showing in order details and i got call from customer care. The person is denying for the return and refund as well. Its a prime account and i have been purchased so much items from amazon, just check my orders and team is providing these type of responses to their customers.
                              I also put feedback regarding my concern on order review and feedback but there is no revert from their side. Its like they want us to provide feedback but they don't value the same. Its just a formality. I am seeking for my refund here.

                              Ceres earphones, i have received again a cheap low quality product for which i am requesting for return within stipulated time and you are not providing me the details of pickup. You are supposed to pickup from the same address as you delivered.

                                  I have ordered two separate product and one of the product i asked them dont need as it is expensive and its still slying with me after complaint too.in another product it has got damaged withn few weeks, damage means sole has torn and i asked for same refund, they say cotact with manufacturer. I am a regular customer and still then also an issue in addrssing?

                                    Your delivery boy Chandu is a criminal, a Phedophile. He tried assault on my kid but my maid saved. By the time I reached he already ran away till main gate where he was stopped by security guards. Pic attached. Should I forward the pic to police? Or should I stop buying through Amazon?

                                    I expect you to terminate his contract immediately to avoid spoiling your brand name due to a criminal.

                                      I had ordered a philips beared trimmer on 8th july 2018
                                      And delivery date is from 14 to 19 july but i didn't get the
                                      product.after that the delivery time has changed and coming
                                      the date is 19 to 25 july.but again the item is not delivered.
                                      so i have contacted to customer care of amazon executive and
                                      the checked and told that the product will be delivered within
                                      2 days the told me on 19 july. and i have also done so many E-mail
                                      to seller but there are no response.

                                      So i wants the product as soon as possible and i don't want to refund

                                        Maine sir 8 july ko hard drive order kiya tha.. lekin abhi tak deliver nahi hua.. ab wo bol rahe he ki aap ko refund hi milega kyunki wo product lost ho gaya hai.. maine kaha muje wohi product chahiye... Amazon pe wo product available hai fir bhi wo log dene ke liye mana kar rahe he.. aur forcly refund kar diyaa... Maine kaha ki complain karunga Amazon ke khilaf to wo bol rahe he ki product nahi milega, refund hi milega... Sir muje wo product hi chahiye...
                                        Aur wo muje 20 din se keh rahe the ki 3 din me product mil jayega aur aaj kaha ki product lost ho gaya hi isiliye muje puchhe bina refund kar diyaa.. Maine har bar product ki hi demand ki thi... Lekin ab wo keh rahe ki kuchh nahi hoga...
