I have ordered bulfyss chrome steel pull up adjustable gym bar with cushioned grips (64-100 cm) asin: b01eo93rei which was returned on 18.6.18 by return order no.[protected]. The company was refunded the money on wrong ifc code and now stating that that are not been able to process further as their billing section is not able to do it, and i have not been paid the refund amount of rs. 519 of the above said item. Nor solved my problem. Very poor refund process of amazon india. I just wanted to know if the money is not refunded to the concer party, it is not the duty of amazon to find it out where it is hanging.

    1) i had placed an order for the above product on 23.07.2018 and the amount of rs. 1249 was debited from my account in sbi. The material was canceled by yourselves, but till date, i have not received the refund
    Refer your sms dated 24.07.2018 time 1747hours.

    2) i had placed the order again for the above product on 23.07.2018 and the amount of rs.1249 was again debited from my account in icici bank.
    I had canceled delivery of item as found that same product is available in local market at half the cost you have quoted.
    On receipt of the product, i refunded the same (Refer your sms dated 30.07.2018 time 0945hrs)
    I have not received the refund till date.

      I ordered oppo f7 from amazon on 27th jul 2018 which was suppose to be delivered on 28th july. Delivery contacted us and we told them to reschedule it next day.
      First thing they updated wrong status mentioning "unable to contact..
      Post this on mobile application amazon displays that"you have to contact us.
      I contacted amazon customer care 5-6 im few days. First 2 days, lady named kaneez told me that she can't do anything from their end and i have to wait for re-attempt delivery and told me to wait. Then again today there was no status update. I called them again and another lady told it wont be delivered today. You have to wait. I escalated to supervisor and again lady told that i have to wait till eod.

      Till now no status update from amazon end for the same. As a prime customer this is so terrible behavious form amazon.

        This is regarding order #[protected]. Delivery by an amazon agent, phone: [protected], pin 4803.
        I got a call from this no. [protected], the delivery agent said that i had to come near him because he doesn't understand the address, i dont know what exactly had happened but later i found out he was nearby so i said to him forget delivering at home and i can walk to a recognizable spot near my home but he said he cant come there and he can only go there if it is printed on the address on my package. So i asked if you can meet me at least a nearby spot which could save me some hassle but he said arrogantly that ' you can pick this up right now where i am or at the amazon office, its only 10 minutes of work if you have a bike" and ended the call abruptly. Then i called on his number and asked if it was official policy of amazon to only go where the address had been printed on package (Since i had previous experiences with deliveries where they had been understanding and met me at convenient location) then he said he was an employee of amazon and not the customer and the company had told him to only go at the printed address. After this he threatened me by saying he was cancelling my package, it would go back to where it came from and then i would get it, i pleaded him not to cancel and asked which courier service was this? He replied you can do whatever you want but i am not coming to you and again ended the call abruptly.
        This was the first time my amazon delivery has not been smooth. I can understand the agent asking me to come to him but this type of language, arrogance and lack of manners is unacceptable from any person to another, forget customers. And threatening to cancel my package and sending it back was plain wrong and unnecessary. I hope someone looks at this issue and rectifies it.

          I had purchased a jionee phone on 23/07/2017 amounting to rs. 20, 000/-, since then it is having trouble for charging and its not working correctly.in this regard i have complaint 3 times to service center. First time (Karol bagh service station) give me satisfactory service but after few days the problem begin continue then after i visited g-66/4, nehru place road, block-e, kalkaji two times, first time they told me that your charger is not working you seem to purchase a new charger then i purchased the same without warranty in may 2018 after in july-2018 the problem still continue the phone is going slow and not charging always give me trouble. And 2nd time. Now kalkaji service center gave paid service they told me that you visited some other service station and service center staff is not supportive i waste my money in this phone. Now the phone is still switch and unable to on. Even customer care team not support me. Kindly change my phone the mobile is under warranty. My concern is that during warranty period problem persists and they did not repaired the phone properly pls resolve the issue as it seems...

          Ordered mitashi led TV. On 24th. Delivery date 30th. But still now not out for delivery. My registered mobile number [protected]. Amazon not provide any date of delivery. What is the issue. Incase today not deliver the product complaint to consumer care.

          I got an Amazon gift card worth inr 1000/- but the code is not working it is showing invalid. Please recheck and issue an new code.

            I had ordered an earphone which happened to be defective (duplicate Samsung) later applied for refund by returning the product on 24.7.2018. Its six days nobody came for pickup. Pathetic service by amazon and lack of coordination and uncommitted staff. mobile no. [protected].

              Total amount paid: rs.338

              I ordered these items on july 25th, zada 2018. This order arrived on 30th july and the lotus herbals lipstick was missing from the box. The box looked fine hence i paid the full amount of rs.338 by icici card. Kindly send my order of the lipstick back. I made the payment by card. This is not the way. How irresponsible of amazon.in. Either return my money or deliver the complete order as soon as possible.

                I have placed redmi 5 pro mobile, it was wrongly placed as black instead of gold, so i place one more order next day as gold - 64gb redmi 5 pro. And then i cancelled only black one. But both got cancelled, today morning i saw mail that both the product got cancelled and both are returning back to seller.
                I called customer service that i wanted my order back but as your executive told me because of the same seller both the order get cancelled, which is unexpected as a huge brand amazon. There is issue still exist in to the production and customer has been suffered for that.
                Please correct it as soon as possible. The code not been tested correctly and customer is suffering for this. I would not be available in this address from tomorrow so it will be great help if you please deliver only gold[protected].

                  I ordered first time in amazon for honor 3 band activity tracker, paid for it. Then after estimated delivery date crossed, in between i asked many times about item to amazon associate, they assured 100% delivery on time. But atlast my order was cancelled even any information and my money (After long time refunded) stuck into amazon pay balance bcz i added money to buy this.
                  I had no option to use this money.

                  Then again i ordered 2nd time from different seller same item, this time also my order cancelled without any information.

                  Then again 3rd time ordered, now each day i asked to amazon associate about product and assured me 200% delivery on time.

                  In order details, i got details courier company and tracking id, i asked courier company about delivery since i was not able to track it. They said, tracking number is invalid.

                  Now my money stuck into amazon pay balance and they troubled me more than month.
                  Each associate cheat by giving assurity.

                  Not only this, i ordered shoe after applying coupon, which appears in amazon android app after successful transaction, naming as coupon unlocked link, but no discount given as stated will be redeemed while paying.
                  I complaint about it to amazon, saying team is looking into... Within 2 day will resolve.
                  Number of, 2 days crossed many times...

                  These platform just for loot and making fool indians. Please don't allow them like china... These are money makers and cheaters...
                  They have to fear of any complaint (Indian govt) also...in discussion i realized. Please take strong action against them.

                    Hi,
                    I bought 2 tb seagate external harddrive from amazon through this seller on 26th june 2017 and harddrive have stopped working suddenly. Sometime this is detected and sometime this is not. Have tried with multiple pc's and laptops and also with different usb cables.

                    The number mentioned on the website are not reachable or not in service. I raised a replacement request on seagate website but they stated that they will replace the product but the replacement unit will not be the new one. It would either be repaired or refurbished with warranty limited to 90 days or above.

                    I called up on amazon but i was told to contact the seller. No wonder this is the reason that they have mentioned "limited warranty" under this product on amazon.

                        I am sachin yadav, amazon registered e-mail id is [protected]@ymail.com.
                        I had ordered a product on amazon app on 17-07-18 with order id[protected]. Delivery date was 23 july, but they said that it is late and date is further extended to 26 july. When i didn't receive it till date, then i contacted customer support executive on 27 july and they said that "product is returned to us, and we can't give the replacement as the price of the product increases".
                        .
                        I was eagerly waiting for it, but after waiting for 12 days they said they can't provide the product, get refund. But i had order it in less amount and the current market price of the product is increased. So if i take refund and place the new order of the same product i will have to pay more. I will be in loss. But why should i take the loss, why can't you replace me the product. Its not my fault that you don't deliver, why should i pay more for the same product, for which i had already paid less and waiting for half a month. It seems that it was the strategy of amazon to get payments from customers use it for a while and if prices of product increases then don't deliver to them, and sell them on higher prices.

                        I heard that amazon is very customer centric company, but actually its not.
                        .
                        Simply think that why should i pay more now for the product which i waiting from about half a month even after blocking my money into it for number of days.
                        .
                        I want replacement not refund. If you have only option to refund, then refund the value of current market price of the product (Realme 1).
                        .
                        Why should i bear the loss of price difference, i didn't do anything wrong i wanted the handset and eagerly waited.
                        .
                        Please do something, i want my product.

                            I had raised the return request for two products and it was collected by delivery person on 16/jul/18, same day when i checked the status, i came to know that he collected the one amazon product & one jabong product instead of second amazon product so same day i called that delivery agent and he told me that he will talk later, again i called him and he did not respond the call and disconnected it. After that again 3-4 times i called but he did not answer the call, hence same day i called to amazon customer care and told him the issue, he told that he will raise the mail to supervisor and it will be registered the complaint.
                            Next day on 17/july/18, again i called to
                            Amazon customer care to confirm complaint status and they told there is no complaint regarding it and again i told the issue, she told me that she will register the complaint and in 3-4 days you will get the refund for that jabong product as per the value in that product after checking it and i told that approximate cost will be 1400 to 1500 /-rs. And you can check the billing in the product pack also.
                            Now it is going to be 10-11 days, but there is no response from amazon and whenever i am calling them every time they are telling that we need to raise the ticked, again in next call they tell the same we have to raise the ticket, we have to forward the issue again, we don't have the any update.
                            And this is not ending here what statement they are giving its very poor & worst means they can
                            Say any thing, how it can be that much worst response from amazon it looks really one of the fraud they are doing and dragging the issue for not resolving and complete controversy in their statement. And there is so much to write here whatever conversations i am having with amazon people but its not possible to write my more than 10 days worst experience it is really the third class & worst service by amazon how it can be that much non-sensitive about any issue.

                            I am ready to pay the delivery charge for returning my jabong product but still they don't want to return my jabong product.

                              We place my order date : 14/7/2018. Product samsung galaxy j7 prime, compatible wireless bluetooth, qty 2 piece, my order expected delivery time 20 to 21 july 2018. But we are not receiving delivery to complaint time, we are contact customer care they always give me transport strike issue, they after 8 days inform me to our product reach in pune but we are cant connect in couriar service, thats we they cant delivered my product on my address, other wise we place new order in pay extra charge for this product, that is not fair to me, same product we purchase extra charge, for give after 15 days waste of time.
                              Please share me details of couriar service, we want my order within 24 hours, otherwise we have no option to take a legal action against your company.

                                Order is:[protected]. The product was ordered during prime day sale at 3k discount together with credit card offer. Initially they give reason of amazon transport strike and now saying that it got damaged in rain. Its not a paper that got damaged in rain. They say product was returned to seller after i followed 3 times on where was order was and now asking me to reorder at original price. It’s completely unfair and seeding at complaints i feel they took order and money but don’t want to give product on discounted price.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have ordered one mobile phone one 12th June and paid full amount of Rs 9998. Phone was supposed to be delivered on next day but it got delayed hence I cancelled my order.
                                  After waiting for few days I spoke with Amazon customer care executive and she told me that it will take one week, so after one week when I didn't received refund I again called Amazon customer care executive then she told me that you will get refund in 48 hours. After two day I didn't get refund then again I called customer care executive then he told me that we require 7 to 10 days more. After that every time when I emailed them they are saying we are working on issue. But I haven't received any refund till now.

                                  Please help me to get refund.

                                    As I have seen in Amazon that Honor band 3 has been kept for ₹500, I have ordered 2 numbers on 8/7/2018 of this month and i also paid the money.They said that it will be delivered by 19/7/2018 later on 19 that said that it will be delivered on 25/7/2018 again on 25 when I made a call to Amazon customer care executive they have said that the 3rd party person was not responding . Now they were saying that they will refund me the amount. But I don't need money I need my product. This is not fair on Amazon

                                      I ordered books for my daughter. Later received sms that the item was not delivered and returned to the seller. Contacted the customer service agent he informed that it was not delivered due to damage in rain. What kind of packing they are doing? They are charging amount for packing and it was damaged due to poor packaging.
                                      The customer service agent informed that that once again he will initiate the delivery... But after two days they have cancelled the orders. Very poor and irresponsible service

                                        I ordered samsung mobile on 25th july 2018 and i was informed it will be delivered on next day i. E. 26th july. I paid rs 100 extra for next day delivery. But it wasn't delivered yet. I called customer care twice they told it will be delivered on 27th july morning 8.0 am. But status updated that my mobile is not reachable. If it's not reachable then why they have not shared delivery person contact details with me. Since they couldn't deliver on time some excuses they will put as reason. This is really frustrating and disgusting. But unfortunately still i haven't received any delivery no response from amazon.
