Amazon and its delivery is giving fake and bogus offer and service.
The delivery agent sucks and don't care. I ordered two mobile phones on 16th july.
1. Order#[protected] moto g5s plus (Blush gold, 64gb)
2. Order#[protected] redmi 5 (Rose gold, 32gb)
It was supposed to deliver on 20th july.
Till now no delivery. No hope from care.

    I purchased the the gym equipment on 04.07.2018 at rs 3399.00/- and received the item on 11.07.2018. I found the seat of the equipment to be defective and requested return on 14.07.2018. Till date amazon has not picked up the return request or refunded my money which is against amazon policy. The customer service is not also sorting out the matter. I have no option but to register consumer complain against amazon.

        Purchased a a10 sigma wall set top/dvd holder (Walnut) on 9/7/18 and due to broken condition i returned on 11/7/18 but till today i have not received refund inspite of providing my bank account, on the other hand after several phone call to customer care nobody is response regarding my refund...         Nb: i was informed by your delivery section that the returned unit has been handed hover to amazon on 16/7/18. This is for your kind information.

          मेने अपने अकाउंट में से अपने अमेज़न पे बैलेंस अकाउंट में ऑनलाइन पेमेंट transaction किया . मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में से पेमेंट दो बार 500/- कट गया पर अमेज़न पे बैलेंस में केवल एक बार ही 500/- गया . और बाकि के अभी अटके 500/- रूपया नहीं बैंक अकाउंट में आये और नहीं अमेज़न पे अकाउंट में गया.

            I had placed an order (Dell laptop) on amazon india on 30th june 2018. After received the item on 9th july 2018 it was found defective. On the same day i request for replacement but they told me that due to stock nil for replacement they will iniate for refund as well as the courier cost and i agreed. They instruct me the process of returned and i followed the instruction and returned the consignment via indian post courier number ee[protected]in on 10th july 2018. I track the consigment daily and it was found that the consignment was delivered to amazon seller services pvt ltd on 16th july 2018. But from 16th july 2018 to till date the amazon seller mailed me that they did not received the consignment yet and when they received the item they will refund my money with courier cost. The laptop cost rs.58704 and courier charged me rs.519. The amazon seller services pvt ltd is not accept that they received the item and delayed the refund. Kindly suggest the way how i can get back my money.

                Have placed an order on amazon prime now (Amazon now) on 22 july 2018 and as per the commitment of amazon for prime members the order to be get delivered to me on 23 july 2018 between 19:00 to 22:00 hours and i have paid complete amount for my order on the same day i placed an order. And i am a prime member. And around 21:40 i have made a call to the customer service of amazon and mr. John from amazon got connected to my call and he has given a word that due to technical reasons the order will be delayed and this issue will not get repeated. But this issue is getting repeated from past few orders placed in amazon and none of the customer service executives are supportive and really being a worst service provider.

                It is just a common sense that items ordered in amazon now will be mainly for food items and we have waited for the product to get delivered at least by last minute. But due to inefficiency of the service by amazon, i have not received the ordered item and i have been on road for 40 mins and traveled 4 kms from my home for getting the ordered item from other sources and i have wasted by time in the mid night only because of the service deficiency by amazon and who will compensate for the extra expenses and time i have been on road for non delivery of the ordered product.

                What is the use of becoming a prime member by paying 999 rs towards the membership when the commitment towards the delivery of product was not getting followed. I wonder how many non prime members are facing this type of inefficiency of services.

                  I ordered a product on amazon india during prime sale on 17th july 2018 and they have provided expected delivery date as 18th july 2018. On 18th i didn't receive any call/update from agent, but i found that order status as delivery attempt failed. Later day on 19th, i received a call from executive at evening around 5 pm at office requested to collect courier while i was not around. I informed him to delivery at pg which is near 2 km from office and he refused and said that it will delivered on next day i. E., 20th. I waited all the day on 20th but didn't get any update from the amazon, i've called to track the status and they mentioned it would be delivered on the same day. Day passed and next day i've called to escalation team and informed all the details. They said i will receive the item within 24 hours i. E, on 20th july but no luck. I am trying since last 3 days with escalation point to get my product delivered but it's not happening. I've contacted them multiple times and i got the same response of 24 hour delivery timeline. I've requested to provide the station address or the contact details of the person who would be delivering the product, but they have refused to share the information. I requested to give the same offers and discount so that i'll cancel the order and place a new one but they are refusing to do so. We are very frustrated with the service which they have provided and requested to forward call to their management which they refused. They are not performing any activity which makes customer satisfy and they are not able to assure the exact delivery date. I paid 10, 687 rs during prime day sale when the mobile price was 13999 in a exchange with redmi note mobile at rs3312 and now the price of the mobile is showing as 14999 where i am trying to exchange my mobile, i am receiving a exchange value of 1400 in where i should pay 3500 extra.

                  After continuous followup with amazon, still i didn't receive the order yet and they are saying i'll get the delivery within 24 hours. As per their assurance, i challenged them to give the product for free if not delivered within 24 hours but they haven't which proves they are not confident on delivery date. I cancelled all my vacation plan just to take a mobile to gift for my friend on 19th but it didn't workout. They are not ready to transfer the call to higher authorities stating that no one was available. How come a 24/7 support will run without any higher authority/ operations manager. Even the mistake is from their end, they are not ready to give the same discount and offers.

                  I am completely dis-satisfied with the service which they have provided and suffered a lot mentally. Considering all the reasons, i want to file a case against amazon india where my order details as follows :

                  Received below response from Amazon stating product will be delivered today but didn’t and they are talking sarcastically during call Hello Sai Vamsi Prabhakar, I understood your concern and also checked the order #[protected] I can definitely understand on a personal level that some items are time-sensitive and they hold less value if delivered later. However, I want to tell you that we take every necessary action to make sure the product gets delivered to you as it is stated in your account. Though, as more than one team working in correspondence it is possible that some time it is not possible to meet the goal. Rest assured, we do accept and take full responsibility of it as it was a "Guaranteed delivery" and I will definitely assist you the best I can. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you've had with your Honor 7X (Blue, 4GB RAM + 64GB Memory) We have contacted the shipping department kindly wait till the end of the day. I know that any compensation is not enough to make up for the time you have lost but I can certainly hope you give us chance and take this as an isolated incidence.                     Hi i have purchased honor mobile from amazon india from hyderabad. I have placed an order on july 22nd 2018 and in the amazon site it's clearly mentioned that with in one day the product will delivered, so on the same i have placed an order and it was still it is not delivered. Actually it should reach 23rd july 2018. I have reached amazon call center by my self for yesterday 3 times and they clearly mentioned that it will delivered 23rd july 2018, but still today (24th july 2018) it's not delivered and today when i called to customer care they are saying that dispatch team already attempted but they are unable to contact you. So it was totally wrong but they misguided me hence i hurted and i submitting complaint against amazon india.

                      I added rs758 to my amazon pay account about 4 months ago and my account is locked since then. I am not able to purchase some product. I have complained 5 times to customer care and each time they say that they have submitted the application and the account will unlock in 48 hrs. Still my money is stucked. I am feeling that my money is insecuired. Please do something, unlock my account or transfer the money to my bank account.

                        This is to inform that i have raised the issue regarding duplicate invoice about a month ago, but unfortunately i couldn't got duplicate invoice with serial number for my purchase. I have ordered nikon dslr d7500 with lens. The copy of invoice is useless as nikon india won't cover my camera under warranty as invoice doesn't have serial number of the product.                           Reference order no.[protected] of nike men's 9' elite stripe basketball shorts (Sold by truxedo) that i ordered on march 17, 2018 and was shipped to me on march 21, 2018. I found that i got a different product (Indian saree) so i returned the product for refund and the return request was approved on march 22, 2018. The product was picked up on march 22, 2018 by amazon agent (+91 [protected]) and i was told by amazon customer care executive that i would be refunded my money within 3-5 working days but i have not got my money yet. I talked to amazon customer care executives several times over phone and chat (For eg. One rishab, [protected]) but no refund has yet been given by amazon.

                            Amazon misguided me on the delivery

                            I am a prime member

                            I ordered this from for 2499/- on 17/07/18 and amezon mentioned delivery on 18/07/18 so far not delivered, after making 5 calls to customer care, they said it is with courier & will be delivered today (Every day they misguided) finally when i called again they are saying that the order is canceled due to non delivery and amount will be refunded.
                            I had purchased many items from amezon earlier but this time amezon has totally misguided me in this order. And in the tracking the order screen they mentioned that “customer refused to take delivery “ this has been updated without my notice. Guys you need to be very careful with amazon. They misguided me with false commitments

                                Amazon’s new name – “cheater’s den”.

                                I have ordered a brand new one plus 6 phone from amazon.in on 12th of july 2018. The order id for your information is #[protected]. I received the phone on 13th of july 2018. To my astonishment i found that the mobile phone is defective. It has problem in detecting mobile network. I immediately raised a concern to the respective department and i was asked to download a tool on the same mobile to run some technical tests. After running the tests, amazon’s technical team confirmed that the phone was indeed defective and intended that i owe a replacement of the handset.
                                After that amazon initiated a replacement order, order id bearing #[protected], on 15th of july 2018. I have been promised that the delivery of the handset would be done by 17th of july 2018. I got a call from the amazon courier delivery boy on 17th july 2018 at 9.30 pm and the guy was apologizing for his inability to deliver my handset that day. Even after a tiresome wait, i understood his concern and asked him politely to deliver it the next day. But to my surprise i didn’t receive any call from him the following day. I had to call your customer service; i was answered by an executive named ahmed. He solely understood my concern and promised me that an escalation is already in place and i would receive my delivery the following day at the earliest. Here comes your first cheating incident. I haven’t received a call the next day too. The following day i called your customer service, to check on my delivery status, only to get embarrassed by a harsh executive named manish. His voice was threating and doesn’t sound empathizing at all. He spoke with a careless tone and was continuously threating to disconnect the call. I was not only deceived by you guys but threatened and confronted for asking about my rightfull piece.
                                The same guy, manish promised me that he would be raising another ticket with respect to the same and he assured to call me back to inform the response from delivery team. No luck again. I never received a call.
                                To my surprise, i received a message from amazon today i. E on 21st july 2018 saying that the item is undeliverable is prone to return to the warehouse because of 2 failure delivery attempts.
                                I would like to ask you, how would the delivery attempt be in failed state when it is not done in the first place? How can you speak two self-contradicting words at the same time? Your executive confirms that the delivery is not attempted but your application says something different. Today when called again i was told by another executive, salman, that a refund would be initiated on my order.
                                How could i accept a refund in this case in which it’s an entire failure of your company? I had placed this offer on exchange for my one plus x, which is in perfect working condition. All i get in return is not my old phone but a mere 3000 bucks for it as exchange amount. Is this action of yours justifiable? A large giant like amazon, can’t even take this issue seriously? Is customer satisfaction not a prime motto for a company like yours? Aren’t you forcefully snatching my fully operative phone for 3000 rupee, that too forcefully? In my understanding this is notoriously called a theft.
                                Every time i call your customer care i receive a consistent response saying that “we aren t aware of the logistics team’s progress” – my question is, if you guys work together as a company, don’t you need to collaborate and serve the customer? Is this the lame answer you give to a prime customer?
                                All i can understand is, you guys are on a cheating spree, in which you take nicely operating phones for the exchange by throwing peanuts to customers and then you send a brand new defective piece. Once the poor customer realizes this, you cheat him further about replacement but you never do that.
                                Don’t you call it a theft? I give you a new name - “cheater’s den”.
                                Now i understand on how jeff bezos got rich in a short span. I would request you to enlighten the public about your scandalous practices.

                                  This has been going for a while and amazon is the worst delivery system i have came across in yeqrs. If you could check my order from past 9 days i have been waiting to get it delivered and after going through all these i was assured a guarantee delivery for today 22/7/2018.
                                  What is the point of telling a guarantee delivery when you cant deliver it on time? The first time i got an empty box, and when resending this is what the result is.
                                  Amazon is making a fool of customers, after soo much complaints and emails if this is the result we get then i dont know what is the point of having such a customer service system. The service is rediculous and bunch of # or useless people sitting there who takes care of complaints or delivery if this is how you work.
                                  I want to bring this to notice of any higher authorities on this because if you cannot do anything for complaint that we raise then there is no point in raising any. Such a useless shopping portal and it was a mistake i ordered through amazon.
                                  I have been contacting customer service mulitiple and got an assurance that it will be delivered today and you are making a fool out of we customers who believed in you! The last i spoke to swaroopa and got an assurance that it will be delivered by tomorrow 23/7/2018. If its not just see for yourself how you amazon work and how ridiculous the service is.
                                  This is in regards to the order #[protected] and phone number [protected].
                                  I assure you that this is my last time using amazon and would never recommend this to anybody to use, such a useless service amazon provides. Disappointing when such a big company comes up with this kind of service!

                                    I ordered gold necklace and earrings from amazon on 27th may 2018. Then i received a empty package on 11th jun 2018, i immediately raised a complaint and they asked me to wait for two weeks for refund, then after that they raised atoz claim and gia claim, it's been 45 days am not getting response from amazon they keep on postponing the claim and the buyer guarantee team from amazon not even replies for emails. I have a unpacked video of the product by my uncle and also the amazon cover which it delivered has two bar codes there only we got to know something happened with this product. And usually when amazon delivers products which is costly they will verify otp from customer that's also not happened with our delivery.

                                      The product is delayed by the amazon transport service and the order was said that it was okay to be delivered delay from the customer end.. I never said that.. Everytime when i call amazon support i was given false promises. I still have tons for call recordings.. This order was placed for a special occasion, that was missed. I was loss of happiness, time and money. Now the product is scheduled for 5 day delivery.. This is pathetic from amazon. Which is allowing me not to trust amazon again..

                                        The above order was force fully refunded to me deliberate by amazon agent and delivery agent sins.

                                        I ordered this phone on 17 july 2018 using my hdfc card where i got 10% discount on realme pro, also i brought prime membership for fast delivery.
                                        But the ordered never reached me at the promise time of 24 hours, it delayed every day, the delivery agent keep giving fake promises and finally they deliberately returned my order stating that the product was damaged in transit.

                                        If the product was still damage why they cannot exchange the product when same product was still available on amazon website,

                                        But these delivery guy was responsible for my. Loss, i cannot get the same discount on my hdfc card, nor i can order 2nd phone,

                                        Cust care people were hanging my calls and even after 25 minutes keeping me on hold for the exchange they did not do anything.

                                        This was the worst experiencing with amazon, i will rather suggest evert one to shop on on flipkart their support delivery and agents are faar polite then these illiterate delivicery staffs.

                                        Still amazon pay for damage.
