I ordered above mentioned charging cable from amazon. But due to some reasons i cancelled it. I received my amount which i paid from amazon pay wallet but rest of the amount which i paid from my debit card is not refunded yet. When asked to their customer service they say your transaction was pending at that time they gave me reference no and said visit bank you will get your refund. Banks say you should look upon your online transactions. When we have to order something do amazon accepts pending transactions? Then why they expect that we should go and talk to bank which is not involved between us. Amazon trying to bluff their customers nowadays everytime i contact customer service they talk for a while and leave the conversation. Is it your helping nature? You have disrespected someones feeling and i need answer for it.

    I ordered a sunflame pride aluminium 2 burner gas stove, glasstop, black from amazon on 11th of july it's been so many days i haven't received the delivery yet.

    Firstly they cancelled my item without informing me and when i complained, they delayed the delivery. The delivery was supposed to be by 20 july the max. Without making me aware, they delayed it further. When i raised this issue they said it will be delivered any how before 25th july. Again no communication and it's futher delayed. I keep waiting for my delivery but i am no importance to them.
    Until now i don't have idea about my older. There is no tracking status in my amazon account. I have submitted my issue in front of concerned department again and again, but it's of no use.
    Kindly help me.

      I have ordered honor 7x from amazon.in on the 17 july 2018 with an exchange offer, the product was attempted to deliver on the 25 july 2018. The amazon delivery boy have came to my place and have checked out the exchange phone and found it to be satisfactory, and also asked for the charger of the old phone which is not required in the exchange offer. On mentioning, that the old charger got damage, the delivery boy cancelled the delivery. On contacting the amazon customer care through phone number [protected], they said that charger is not required for the exchange offer and the same will be delivered within 24 hours. But on checking the amazon web, they said that the product was cancelled as the exchange verification failed. However, on contacting amazon customer care number [protected] again, it said that the package got damage and will be returned to the seller.
      Now, i want to asked amazon that, if in exchange of mobile phones, if the charger is not required for the exchange, how can they said that the exchange verification failed, when the delivery boy found the exchange phone to be satisfactory.
      And if they said, that the package got damage, how do they know that the package got damage, when i have already see that the package is intact with my own eyes and hour before. And when did the package got damage.
      Dear, amazon, be truthful to your customers and don't let them suffer just because you delivery boy doesn't know your company policies.

        Amazon customer service was resaled a refund but that refund was not showing in my bank account and refund reference number is 215458. I talk to my bank customer server they said to fill this forum and amazone customer service said that to fill this forum. My payment is 1079 rupes. And this payment was relased on 17/07/2018. But still its not sowing in my bank account. Now sir tell me wt i need to do.

          98% review states its a fake company, an d i also bought a product from them still on transport. They given me a fake tracking i'd. Can you please justify the authenticity of the seller and why he is active in amazon, if he is a fake. I contacted the seller thrice and no reply in the stipulated time frame said by amazon and no reply from amazon too

            Hi amazon,

            This is regarding the order #[protected]
            Order placed on june 30, 2018. Expected delivery july 2, 2018. Received on july 3, 2018.

            I used to had very high standards for amazon. I've been loyal to the company and have always purchased things from the site.
            I never had any issues earlier and that's why started trusting amazon blindly.

            The same happened this time also. I ordered a phone one plus 6 from amazon on emi cause i couldn't afford to pay the whole amount at the same time.
            But unfortunately when i opened the package, to my surprise, i got two big stones out of it.
            But then also i didn't panic cause i had trust in the amazon and contacted customer care. But finally the refused to trust me and denied my request for replacement.

            I would give you a brief on what all has happened till then:
            I placed an order of one plus 6 on june 30, 2018. The expected delivery on the site said of july 2, 2018. On july 2nd i got a message that the product will be delivered today but didn't got any call from the delivery guy. Then i myself called him and asked about the delivery, he said that the package seems tampered and he is going to return it and you check with the customer care. Then i contacted customer care and they said the package is fine and it would be delivered to me on july 3, 2018.
            I got the package on july 3, 2018. The packaging seems fine to me. On the same day i opened the package and got to see a fully tampered one plus 6 box from which everything was missing and it contained two big stones. I immediately contacted the customer care on call and to my surprise they said they can't do anything. Then i contacted customer care on chat and they asked me to wait till july 11, 2018.
            In between a member of the amazon investigation team called me asked to send him the package to have a look. On july 10, 2018 i sent him the package. I tried to contact the person almost everyday over call and whatsapp but he avoided me and on 22nd he asked me to talk to customer care rather to call him.
            On 22nd i tried contacted the customer care and they responded that they have investigated the issue and they can't provide any refund or replacement to me. After that i took help of my friend harkirat to post the issue on facebook and twitter but still received the same response from amazon.

            In this whole scenario amazon and i both are at loss and the middle person is taking advantage of the loop whole in the system.

              I have ordered a phone redmi y2 having order no #[protected]. My product was out for delivery today and it has to be delivered by amazon delivery associate (Anil saroj-[protected]) but due to mistake at the time of sale my house no was wrongly typed, so my id was treated to be wrong in his knowledge and when i went to take my product, the delivery associate (Anil saroj-[protected]) started explaining me about the policy that give him the id which has same address as typed in order and he used abusive language i. E "he will not deliver my product to me, whatever i can do". And he wore half pant and sitting beside paan bhandar shop and he not came to my house and telling me the amazon policy... I asked him that i have my registered phone number and otp which is provided by you but even then however he didn't deliver the product.. So i want to do complain against him by following reasons-
              1. If there is any mistake occurred by typing in name or address, then i have my registered contact number and otp, so he has to deliver my product.. But after providing all he didn't do that??
              2. Is it right to talk to customer is such abusive language i. E. I will not deliver your product to me, whatever you can???
              3. Your delivery associate has no any formal uniform at the time of delivery???
              3. Too much worst behaviour and eating gutkha when i reached him for taking myproduct???
              4. He annyoyed and mistreated with me at the time of delivery???

              If you are unable to resolve my issue then it is better to cancel my product and make my refund.. And in future i will never do any type of shopping and also warn off all my friends and colleagues to no do any shopping from amazon because their delivery associates have such type of wrong and filthy behaviour like anil saroj-[protected].

                Amazon and its delivery is giving fake and bogus offer and service.
                The delivery agent sucks and don't care. I ordered two mobile phones on 16th july.
                1. Order#[protected] moto g5s plus (Blush gold, 64gb)
                2. Order#[protected] redmi 5 (Rose gold, 32gb)
                It was supposed to deliver on 20th july.
                Till now no delivery. No hope from care.

                  I purchased the the gym equipment on 04.07.2018 at rs 3399.00/- and received the item on 11.07.2018. I found the seat of the equipment to be defective and requested return on 14.07.2018. Till date amazon has not picked up the return request or refunded my money which is against amazon policy. The customer service is not also sorting out the matter. I have no option but to register consumer complain against amazon.

                      Purchased a a10 sigma wall set top/dvd holder (Walnut) on 9/7/18 and due to broken condition i returned on 11/7/18 but till today i have not received refund inspite of providing my bank account, on the other hand after several phone call to customer care nobody is response regarding my refund...                         मेने अपने अकाउंट में से अपने अमेज़न पे बैलेंस अकाउंट में ऑनलाइन पेमेंट transaction किया . मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में से पेमेंट दो बार 500/- कट गया पर अमेज़न पे बैलेंस में केवल एक बार ही 500/- गया . और बाकि के अभी अटके 500/- रूपया नहीं बैंक अकाउंट में आये और नहीं अमेज़न पे अकाउंट में गया.

                          I had placed an order (Dell laptop) on amazon india on 30th june 2018. After received the item on 9th july 2018 it was found defective. On the same day i request for replacement but they told me that due to stock nil for replacement they will iniate for refund as well as the courier cost and i agreed. They instruct me the process of returned and i followed the instruction and returned the consignment via indian post courier number ee[protected]in on 10th july 2018. I track the consigment daily and it was found that the consignment was delivered to amazon seller services pvt ltd on 16th july 2018. But from 16th july 2018 to till date the amazon seller mailed me that they did not received the consignment yet and when they received the item they will refund my money with courier cost. The laptop cost rs.58704 and courier charged me rs.519. The amazon seller services pvt ltd is not accept that they received the item and delayed the refund. Kindly suggest the way how i can get back my money.

                              Have placed an order on amazon prime now (Amazon now) on 22 july 2018 and as per the commitment of amazon for prime members the order to be get delivered to me on 23 july 2018 between 19:00 to 22:00 hours and i have paid complete amount for my order on the same day i placed an order. And i am a prime member. And around 21:40 i have made a call to the customer service of amazon and mr. John from amazon got connected to my call and he has given a word that due to technical reasons the order will be delayed and this issue will not get repeated. But this issue is getting repeated from past few orders placed in amazon and none of the customer service executives are supportive and really being a worst service provider.

                              It is just a common sense that items ordered in amazon now will be mainly for food items and we have waited for the product to get delivered at least by last minute. But due to inefficiency of the service by amazon, i have not received the ordered item and i have been on road for 40 mins and traveled 4 kms from my home for getting the ordered item from other sources and i have wasted by time in the mid night only because of the service deficiency by amazon and who will compensate for the extra expenses and time i have been on road for non delivery of the ordered product.

                              What is the use of becoming a prime member by paying 999 rs towards the membership when the commitment towards the delivery of product was not getting followed. I wonder how many non prime members are facing this type of inefficiency of services.

                                I ordered a product on amazon india during prime sale on 17th july 2018 and they have provided expected delivery date as 18th july 2018. On 18th i didn't receive any call/update from agent, but i found that order status as delivery attempt failed. Later day on 19th, i received a call from executive at evening around 5 pm at office requested to collect courier while i was not around. I informed him to delivery at pg which is near 2 km from office and he refused and said that it will delivered on next day i. E., 20th. I waited all the day on 20th but didn't get any update from the amazon, i've called to track the status and they mentioned it would be delivered on the same day. Day passed and next day i've called to escalation team and informed all the details. They said i will receive the item within 24 hours i. E, on 20th july but no luck. I am trying since last 3 days with escalation point to get my product delivered but it's not happening. I've contacted them multiple times and i got the same response of 24 hour delivery timeline. I've requested to provide the station address or the contact details of the person who would be delivering the product, but they have refused to share the information. I requested to give the same offers and discount so that i'll cancel the order and place a new one but they are refusing to do so. We are very frustrated with the service which they have provided and requested to forward call to their management which they refused. They are not performing any activity which makes customer satisfy and they are not able to assure the exact delivery date. I paid 10, 687 rs during prime day sale when the mobile price was 13999 in a exchange with redmi note mobile at rs3312 and now the price of the mobile is showing as 14999 where i am trying to exchange my mobile, i am receiving a exchange value of 1400 in where i should pay 3500 extra.

                                After continuous followup with amazon, still i didn't receive the order yet and they are saying i'll get the delivery within 24 hours. As per their assurance, i challenged them to give the product for free if not delivered within 24 hours but they haven't which proves they are not confident on delivery date. I cancelled all my vacation plan just to take a mobile to gift for my friend on 19th but it didn't workout. They are not ready to transfer the call to higher authorities stating that no one was available. How come a 24/7 support will run without any higher authority/ operations manager. Even the mistake is from their end, they are not ready to give the same discount and offers.

                                I am completely dis-satisfied with the service which they have provided and suffered a lot mentally. Considering all the reasons, i want to file a case against amazon india where my order details as follows :

                                Received below response from Amazon stating product will be delivered today but didn’t and they are talking sarcastically during call Hello Sai Vamsi Prabhakar, I understood your concern and also checked the order #[protected] I can definitely understand on a personal level that some items are time-sensitive and they hold less value if delivered later. However, I want to tell you that we take every necessary action to make sure the product gets delivered to you as it is stated in your account. Though, as more than one team working in correspondence it is possible that some time it is not possible to meet the goal. Rest assured, we do accept and take full responsibility of it as it was a "Guaranteed delivery" and I will definitely assist you the best I can. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you've had with your Honor 7X (Blue, 4GB RAM + 64GB Memory) We have contacted the shipping department kindly wait till the end of the day. I know that any compensation is not enough to make up for the time you have lost but I can certainly hope you give us chance and take this as an isolated incidence.                                   Hi i have purchased honor mobile from amazon india from hyderabad. I have placed an order on july 22nd 2018 and in the amazon site it's clearly mentioned that with in one day the product will delivered, so on the same i have placed an order and it was still it is not delivered. Actually it should reach 23rd july 2018. I have reached amazon call center by my self for yesterday 3 times and they clearly mentioned that it will delivered 23rd july 2018, but still today (24th july 2018) it's not delivered and today when i called to customer care they are saying that dispatch team already attempted but they are unable to contact you. So it was totally wrong but they misguided me hence i hurted and i submitting complaint against amazon india.

                                    I added rs758 to my amazon pay account about 4 months ago and my account is locked since then. I am not able to purchase some product. I have complained 5 times to customer care and each time they say that they have submitted the application and the account will unlock in 48 hrs. Still my money is stucked. I am feeling that my money is insecuired. Please do something, unlock my account or transfer the money to my bank account.

                                      This is to inform that i have raised the issue regarding duplicate invoice about a month ago, but unfortunately i couldn't got duplicate invoice with serial number for my purchase. I have ordered nikon dslr d7500 with lens. The copy of invoice is useless as nikon india won't cover my camera under warranty as invoice doesn't have serial number of the product. Kindly issue a duplicate invoice for the same. The order was fulfilled by appario retailer ltd. Bangaluru.

                                        Reference order no.[protected] of nike men's 9' elite stripe basketball shorts (Sold by truxedo) that i ordered on march 17, 2018 and was shipped to me on march 21, 2018. I found that i got a different product (Indian saree) so i returned the product for refund and the return request was approved on march 22, 2018. The product was picked up on march 22, 2018 by amazon agent (+91 [protected]) and i was told by amazon customer care executive that i would be refunded my money within 3-5 working days but i have not got my money yet. I talked to amazon customer care executives several times over phone and chat (For eg. One rishab, [protected]) but no refund has yet been given by amazon.
                                        I am enclosing the refund ticket and tracking id as shown in my amazon account.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
