These Days the services provided by the Amazon is not good.
They misplaced my order to a wrong courier center with in bangalore and it was two days back that they got to know that it was at incorrect courier facility. from last 2 days the status of the order was not changed. It was 3rd day and yet i had not received the product.I don't know when i will get that.
I think the courier service is very bad after amazon started it's own courier services, i did not faced any problems like this before. I was getting frustrated every time when i talk to the customer care about the issue as they are always saying that it will be delivered with in the same day but it was not.
This is weekend and i did not received yet and if required i have to come to office even on saturday to receive the parcel travelling in this hell of traffic in bangalore. I ordered one day delivery and now it became 3 days upto now and i don't know how many days i have to wait further...

    I had ordered a Lenovo & I want refund of the product when I’m within time for it. So why am I denied refund? The product is sealed & ur photo is not matching with the product. So it’s a clear case of cheating.

    Also plz go through recordings o[censored]r customers care Person SHASHI Kant Of 20/07/2018 at around 4:55 pm .The way he spoke is not acceptable

      I ordered Kindle on Prime day sale with good discount and converted the EMI.The product was scheduled to deliver on 18th july. I was tracking the same whole day. Got a message that it will be delivered by 9pm I was okay then the app started showing will be dilevered bw 18-20july. I dint bother. At 18 July 11Pm saw the product as delivered to the tower gaurd of my office complex. When I called Customer care they said wait till morning and check with the gaurd. Without listening to me that what was the urgency to give it to random gaurd at 11pm but not me.
      They dint pay heed I called them on 19th July after checking at my building reception they said they haven't recieved anything. I called them again they said you will get EOD today I asked them not later then 6pm. I called in the evening to track guy told me wait till 20th July morning.
      20July Morning they are asking for the Adhaar Id and other stuff and will get back on 28th July.

      When I called again to ask them why do you need my ID they said we cant give you the product or help you as you are not our old prime member we can refund your money.

      I asked to speak to the senior he says as its delivered in our device how can you dispute. Our person has delivered. Wait till 28th July we will tell you what we will do.

      CCTV footage shows a man entering the premises empty handed at the same time which they allege the person has captured the location longitude
      staying there fagging and leaving from there.

      If they have so much trust in their courier boy why dont they ask him to get the name of the person, why he has not called me.

      The app says delivered at 10 pm Message says delivered at 7 am on 19th july.

      And customer care is torturing like hell. They dont know how to speak every one has a different tale of their own. some ask adhaar some say you are not an old person, some say wait till 28July.

      What they dont want to give is the product.
      MAY BE THAT WAS A FARCE TO PULL THE TRAFFIC AND RAISE THEIR SALES NOW CANCELLING IT AS CUSTOMER IS DISPUTING.

      IS AMAZON NOT CONCERNED OF ITS IMAGE?
      OR IT TOO HAS BECOME INDIAN?

        Product delivered is faulty.
        Ordered-2TB Seagate External Hard Disk from Amazon.in and got a hard disk chip. Paid Cash on Delivery 1890.

        Called amazon for cancellation and refund- customer service confirmed 4 times that this is cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly.

        It's been 12 days(8th July) and no action taken.

          Dear sir,

          I have ordered a autodesk infra work 360 training dvd on 6th june 2018. Without delivery amazon is showing item delivered. I complained on 14 june 2018 about the same they told to refund the same but i asked for the item without refund but they have not given the money back and nor the item.
          The customer number is a useless one telling to see the amazon web site . The web site dont have a solution to my problem and making me help less. The customer number is used for make the customer pay for calling and make mad. It is a cheating and fraud by amazon india employee and distributor for which i have lot of financial and well as mental harassment.

            I don't know why I was billed $108.00---don't understand...just want it put back into my account---did not authorize this billing..I misunderstood...thought this was a yearly payment to use amazon prime...I am not too savy on purchasing stuff on internet or Amazon for that matter...please reimburse my money. Thank you for your time and consideration

              Day 1 : 18 july

              ORDER #[protected] need to be delivered on 18 July, but i am getting update as i have requested scheduled delivery. But this is done by back end without acknowledging me.

              Day2:19 July

              Amazon delivery boy entered wrong IMEI of my old phone and now in system its reflecting as i cancelled the order. And this also done in Backend without acknowledging me.

              Without delivery of product, HDFC bank stated that Amazon seller converted amount to EMI.

              This is very frustrating.

              I bit tired of this type o[censored]pdate in back end. I need immediate action and my parcel.

                  This is regarding GST, as i do have Amazon Business Account and GST no, I got the Invoice with GST no and GST charges 28%, as i have spoke to customer CARE that i want to CLAIM GST, but they are telling you cant claim GST, because Reseller Dont have GST no, my point is then why on Invoice is provinding GST no and GST has been Charges... and they are not ready to take the product back...its has been only 8 hours product has been received...

                    I have placed order no[protected] on 18/07/2018. On reading the very poor review about the seller I wanted to cancel the order and have communicated the same to the seller within 60 minutes from the time order was placed.

                    Next day the status was shown as dispatch. Order was placed on 18/07/18 at 18:30 hours and the status shown as dispatched and likely delivery date is 02-Aug to 06 Aug-18 i.e it will take more than 15 days for delivery.
                    Latest Update is shown as Monday 16 July, 6:23 PM Order details shared with courier.

                    Kindly note that order was placed on 18/07/18 and latest update is of 16th July i.e before the placement of order.

                    I feel this is a fraud and my money should be refunded back immediately

                      Good morning. i am purchased samsung galaxy note 8 via amazon.in. this mobile is good but battery backup very worst yesterday morning i have 100% charged and afternoon always my mobile battery fully down . what is this i have spend more money for this mobile then why u refund my amount . my returned policy still 27th july then y u cancel my order so please cancel and refund my amount at the earliest.

                      On 8th july 2018 seagate hardisk was on offer on amazon. i booked since the price was 1500INR which seems to be a good offer. On 12th july 2018 i got the message from amzon saying the order was cancelled just because seller could not able to order the item. For just for publicity these sites are fooling the consumer.

                        Now days, delivery guy is lazy, and does not feel like delivering the goods, they use this message. This is a very common practice performed by “Amazon Transportation Services” .

                        They placed the blame on customer for delayed delivery.

                        Even I don't request them to delay the order. I think it’s due to a weekend. Even it was a weekend I came to office just to receive a delivery. Now next time I’ll order using cash on delivery and I will let them know my unavailability on delivery date even if I there, just to let them know how irritating it is.

                          I ordered a product with assured delivery by 17th July 2018 and it dis deliver till 18th, yet i was ok, but i requested them to deliver by 5 PM, made this request from 10 AM and have made 4 calls and chatted with 3 executives, every one had a text book answer we have sent a escalation to delivery team and the agent has no idea of the priority and he is following his own route map (i cant blame him) but even after making 3 nasty calls asking them to inform agent to their delivery team or center to pass this information or make this priority, they have no clue how to do that or what happend to my previous request

                          worst support model they have, no value to customer, i think they are paying these executives for no use.

                            Three items as mentioned below were not delivered to me:

                              I have been chasing for refund to my account with order id[protected].

                              As per amazon they have refunded Rs.350 to my bank account. When there were several mails from me, I understood that the money have been transferred to some account which is a fraud Axis bank account linked to my amazon account on 22nd April.
                              For the same thing i have been calling and mailing Amazon and today they say that they cannot help as they cannot have add any bank account to my amazon and so its my responsibility to investigate whose account has been added.
                              Its not the value of 350 rs but this fraud can happen again in future and then Again Amazon will not be having any answer to it. I even tried getting answer from higher management but no received no help from anyone.

                                The delivery boy behaved very rudely with me . on the first of delivery I was in office and he commanding why you ordered when you are not at home and some abusing words and he warned me like delivery will go back and on the second day came and commanding like you must mention clear address and for only one person I came this much distance unnecessarily .
                                the main thing is as I ordered second hand book amazon clearly mailed me like before accepting it uncover the pack and check the book if I satisfy with the book then only accept otherwise return it to delivery boy immediately but that Guy didnt allow me to open untill and unless I accept and sign also said some abusive words. I cant tolerate this either you please tace action against amazon to take action against him or else I will file case against amazon for keeping such rude persons.

                                      I have given order in amazon. My order number is Order #[protected]
                                      I have given the address of our JK cement city office.
                                      It is showing delivered and parcel was on dock on yesterday.Delivery receipt was signed by G.Ghanshyam.

                                      But when I enquired, the item has not been delivered and no entry on gatepass was done. Incidentally no person named G. Ghansyam was posted there.
                                      Please see the matter.I have done full payment.

                                        I had booked a order( ORDER #[protected]on dated 10th July 2018 and after ordering it was supposed to reach here on dated 12th July. I have waited on date 12th July but didn't receive. Next day i call to customer service center than they have told me that courier was delay due to arrival at incorrect courier facility because this was the mistake of amazon employee .After that i called them again than they have promised me that on dated 16th July definitely you will get your courier. Still i didn't get any consignment from Amazon side.Just i am trying continuously to get update about my order because i already paid to amazon. This is my first experience with Amazon or it is very bad. Every time i purchased the things through Flip kart only. Flipkart gives the Home delivery within two day.
