I order Shoe on order ID[protected] on 9th July, Price is INR 1959.
And same item was ordered one day before on 8th July (Order ID[protected] and Price was INR1399.
Size, Color, model all are same, no change.

Seller is dispatching higher value order and refuse to dispatch lower valve order.

Its cheating...

    I've been waiting for the refund of my purchase that I've made on Amazon India last week and today a new week and still my refund isn't reflecting on my card.
    They've sent me everything considering the refund process, stating that it has been processed and should reflect by now.
    I have the refund reference number : 75260828185021132948831
    and the auth number : 038246
    Order number :[protected]
    This is for the product OnePlus 6 of which the value is of Rs. 35, 000. I've paid from my prepaid credit card.
    They have taken my money, but never delivered it saying that the address needs verification. Only contacted me with the same email, saying I need to upload my statement which I've done plenty of times already. As of now, they have also locked my account for this reason and I have no idea what else do I need to do get rid of the daily stupidity. They have also tried to ask me to ask my bank to send them a fax of my statement, which is impossible.
    Anyhow, I just care about the refund that they're claiming to have processed and successfully refunded.
    Please help asap.

        1.delivered fake product with no invoice.
        2.deleted all details related my order and show delivery is canceled even fake product is suceesful delivered.
        3.all amazon staff are liearing and staff are not reliable.
        4.even you cannot contact amazon staff all related channal are blocked.
        5. refund amount take huge delay and even not tranfer in bank account.
        6.even sufficient balance in yours amazon pay balance account thatway you are unabled to buy product and if you want to talk with amazon service center then you cannot contact with staff because all contact channel are disabled by amazon.
        7.i recommanded to all viewer that flipkart, ebay are much better than amazon so never purchase any product from amazon.in.
        8.this is happen second time with me and many time with my friends.so amazon are not reliable.
        9.even ficitious talking by staff.
        10.i assured i am not use amazon shopping webite in comming time.and my family are already deleted amazon account.

          I have ordered one mobile charging cable but the item received was not as per requirement so I have initiated for return/replacement. Accordingly my return pick up for[protected] was scheduled for 05/07/18 between 1-7PM . but at 4.37 PM one sms received as my pick is cancelled. Request to resolve the issue either by replacement of refund.

            Dear Madam/Sir

            This mail i am writing after so much frustration, well i had chat with your customer care representative four time and most of the time i get reply that our technical team will look into within 48 hrs and reply also they will resolve the issue one of your representative informed me ( Kavitha )that will resolved in 48 hrs and assure the problem will resolved with her confidence i believed and still find the same

            Well Let me brief the problem

            I am the regular customer of Amazon were i find the product cheap and good if you check my login site you will come to understand ([protected]@gmail.com).

            Well presently i am residing in Bahrain, and my wife use the Amazon from india and she select the item from amazon and inform me and from Bahrain i make the payment through credit card and the thing get delivery prompt to my place

            Now since last month i am unable to make the payment see the attached pic

            I have tried same both card in flipkart the payment was done in 5 second and order is been placed

            My card ending with 7212/0206 and the balance in the card is more than expected so not to worry from the bank end

            Witing for your reply and hope the problem will get resolved..

              I am niharika kadam i have bought morphy richard otg oven from Amazon India on (3rd july) i got otg oven but didn't get payment bill along with product. I am trying to contact with customer help service but thr is no option about this issue n no one is receiving calls.

                Dear sir, i rejistered an account on amazon.in/affiliates. but now they automatically dissabled my account, without giving any notiece. they gave reason as, your given url is not vallied now. but when i created and earn the money in that time that url was vallied. but now my website have no hosting. that's why it is not on internet. but why they dissabled my account without giving any notiece or what about my payment? i earned 590 or more inr from since 2 months. please ask them to pay me 590 rs or reactivate my account, i will provide my new website address. please salve my problem.

                  I ordered 2 products worth ~1100 and I got cashback of 250 Amazon pay. My orders got cancelled with incorrect message that customer refused delivery. There was no delivery attempted and not even a single phone call made to me. Anyways, as the order got cancelled I was expecting full refund, which did not happened. I got the refund but after deduction of Amazon Pay Balance
                  of 250 Rs. Ideally I should get my 1100 Rs back - why should I take 250 in the form of Amazon pay balance which is of NO USE to me.
                  In order to use 250 Amazon Pay Balance I tried to orders 7-8 products but they are also not getting delivered because either they are getting damaged in transition or some or the other reasons.
                  I NEED REFUND IN THE ACTUAL MODE OF PAYMENT. AMAZON PAY BALANCE IS OF NO USE

                    I ordered a 5D tempered glass for asus zenfone max pro and i got a normal tempered glass and it won't fit to my phone... and i requisted for return the product on 9 th june 2018 and the return
                    request accepted by 20th june 2018, but till (9th july 2018) the item was not yet picked for return and didn't get the refund...

                      I've cancelled an order and by default got applied for the refund as I've paid for a product which is of INR 35, 000.
                      I got their emails and texts saying that the refund was successfully processed and another one saying that it has been refunded and should finally reflect it on the card that I've used for the purchase. I checked my account and it isn't showing the refund amount so far. It has been 5 days now. I don't want my money to get stolen.

                        Flash Not working from 01st day. Minor scratches

                        It was ordered from GGN for a friend in Meerut

                        Now to get it replaced I am not getting a technician visit

                        Charging for a Faulty Product and delaying replacement is pathetic customer service

                          Sir, my name is Krishna, I have applied for supervisor post in quikr website, after few days I got a mail in that from Amazon. Com ur selected as supervisor in amazon industry u pay 1550 for deposit amount, I believe it is true the concerned person give his AC no, I pay to his account, next he say for account Starting in Icici bank salary account pay 5050 to my account, all are online only I pay 5000 OK I get the job I was happy but next he said for courier charges pay 3500 to my account and call me I sent all job order ID card and other things I sent it in courier I have this time only a doubt for courier this much charge I contact amazon customer service but no one give proper answer, then one person says in amazon then I chat in help centre they said this is fake not true in our concern now I lost my money, kindly help me

                            Few days back, my ordered item came home and I swiped my card, the delivery boy told me it's not working ...and asked me to pay the product amount which is 169 rs..I payed cash and he left...later when I checked my mobile, I got amount debited notification from bank... immediately I called delivery boy and his response was bad..basically I had payed 2 times for the same product...the delivery boy purposely cheated me..take necessary actions..

                              Mr.shriraj patel [protected] call me but that time i am busy so i call him after 1 hour he told me you pin code is wrong but at same day one another package is delivery very grateful .he is taking very ruff and useing bad word..i request Amazon company kindly you product is great and delivery system is great but this kind of delivery person is toooo bad .i request take nassary action on it.

                                Sir i have order a baby pamper on 1 july 2018. and delivered by 6 july 2018 by amazon transportation services. but on the day of delivery date they cann't delivered a product. when i tries to contact with courier boy they reject my phone call and switch off the mobile . i have tries many time .but they cant respond. at 5 pm the false update was made at Amazon site that courier was unable to contact the recipient. but on next day the same procedure repieted by amazon courier service.and cant delivered the product. i tried many time to contact him but they cannt respond.

                                  I am susanth prasad from Port Blair, it is the complaint against the service of Amazon online shopping company, they offer their prime member free and fast delivery by Amazon courier and I am a prime member of Amazon since last one month, but as they promised I didn't get any fast delivery, only few items were delivered by Amazon courier at my home and others by blue dart courier and blue dart didn't deliver it in my given address and I have to pick it up from their office i.e. 10 km away from my home, I already registered complaint so many times in Amazon customer Care but no action taken against them, still I am facing the same problem with my item.

                                    now amazon is delaying my item so that i cancel the order .
                                    i talked to customer care they say u cancel and money will refunded in your account.but reason is who will pay my one month interest?
                                    amazon is using public money and after refunding wothout interest.
                                    dear 20 days is big duration and still counting for further next week.

                                    see the below screenshots how they are changing the delivery date however i have paid advance money on 18th june...now the below attachment to forcing me to cancel the order ...and this whole peocedure is about one month and amazon is using my money without interest.

                                      I ordered aroma oil burners in 3 quantity from amazon on 30th June where in the expected delivery was mentioned as 4th July.It was my daughters first birthday on 5th July and ordered this product as a return gift.
                                      I started calling the customer care team at 4th july's night to request a little expedite delivery. No one has given me clear picture where the product is as on app it was showing as OUT for DELIVERY since 4th morninng, the contact mentioned for delievery agent was not reachable...
                                      I seriously made every possible request but every one was giving me fake promises that you will recieve it by this time or that time.i spioled my party, faced shame as i was unable to arrange the return gift.
                                      And I was amazed when i saw the status on 6th july night was "Delivery delayed on customer request".

Cancel on Dt-29.06.18 then i call the custmer care for refund thay say wait 48hr we will be do refund after 48hr i again call the custmer care again say wait 48hr . After 48hr again call the custmercare say wait 24 hr but nut refund the money.
