I Contacted to customer care she couldn't give any resolution for my questions and irresponsible behavior and she cancelled my order..!!! For any reason That product very emergency and need...!!! And what she did to me finally tracking number #[protected]. Please resolve this issue we so inconvenience that what she did to me...!!!

    Sir/Madam,

    I Vijaya Runchu Choudhary ordered a phone Moto G5 plus of order no.[protected] from amazon.in on[protected] and had paid 12, 999 through my debit card of Bank of India. I had cancelled it the day before delivery.

    My money hasn't been refunded even after umpteen complaints to them. Owing to such an irresponsible behaviour from Amazon, I've complained here in consumer forum and provided all the required details below.

    I, therefore, plea to take stern actions against amazon.in and make them refund the paid money 12, 999.

      Sir, with reference to my order id[protected] which was sent through Gati Courier Service by asg fitness i would like to inform you that i have contacted Gati KWE courier service twice over telephone and once personally visited their office. In spite of my repeated follows up i am unable to find any suitable solution from them. If once they said my order has arrived at dibrugarh next moment they said it is still in tinsukia. Apart from that they are displaying false information in their tracking info. Yesterday I personally visited their office and asked them about my order. First they were not confirmed whether my order is available with them or not. Then they confirmed me that my order is at tinsukia and assured me that it would be collected today and would be delivered to me. But I don't understand how my order reached tinsukia which comes after destination station ie Dibrugarh. Today I am very much upset because inspite of their assurance I have not received my order yet. Now they are displaying in their tracking info that my order was damaged. Now I must say that this Gati Kwe is one of the worst courier service I have ever met. I have been purchasing items from amazon since 2015 i have never faced this kind of issue with any of the courier services. Now I must say amazon should blacklisted this Gati Kwe courier service. Now I am feeling uncertainity wether I will get my product or not. As I need my product urgently so I request you kindly confirm me wether I will get my product or not if yes then when or if not please refund my money at the earliest. Now I think twice before purchasing any item from Amazon. I am very much disapointed.

        I ordered 3 lipsticks of Revlon streetwear on the documented discount of 47% Given MRP was 260 after discount it was 139.
        But after the delivery I saw the product it's MRP was just 199 they are making fool o[censored]s. And They are not taking their product back and not giving any compensation.kindly do the needful.kindly find the screenshots below

          I had ordered and cancelled a product in Amazon worrh Rs. 5690. Refund was initiated on 6/7/2018 and was supposed to reach my debit account on 12/7/2018. I havnt recieved my refund yet. The bank is canara bank. Following is the mail recieved from amazon. Please help me get the refund.
          our refund of Rs.5690.00 has been processed successfully on 7/6/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 7/12/2018.

            I ordered a cookware product from amazon on 3rd jul 2018 at 12:22am tuesday and paid the money instantly via my sbi debit card but then cnanged my mind and i cancelled the order on same date i.e. on 3rd jul 2018 at 11:41am...and got a msg from amazon that refund sucesses, ...then soon after amazon sent me a text msg stating that..."Refund of Rs. 1299 issued on 3-Jul, will reflect in your bank by 7-Jul for Pvt. banks and 13-Jul for Govt. banks: Ref# 325856", ...but being a regular buyer of amazon i got disappointed when they still not transferred my refund money to my bank account...and did not help even further for the same...now i am filing this complaint...pls help me giving my refund back

                My order id of amazone india is[protected] from last day 13/07/18 Delivery boy of amazone india called me several times and he has told me if you want get your parcel came and get. and here is clause parcel should be deliver at home. and amazone india delivery boy calling me from mobile number: [protected] and behaving and talking rudly... i have call amazone india regarding delivery boy behaviar but they also not confirm any thing about my parcel delivery. very pathetic service by amazone india and I am mentally disturb from this type of such company behavier, kindly look in to matter and give me feedback about this case I am very disappointing as a consumer...

                  I purchased shoe rack organizer of rupees 1235 on 27 February 2018. Which was delivered on 3march 2018. I returned the product on 4th off march which got delivered on 6th off march at amazone storage facility at new delhi ( tracking[protected] acroding to amazone the refund for rupees 1235 was inceated on 4th march and refund reference number[protected] was provided by them. I have contacted my bank ( state bank of india ) and (amazone) several times but i am not getting solution from either site . I have filled charger dispute with my bank as well but not getting any update

                      I have booked for Redmi Y 2 Mobile phone as per order no said above . Today (12/07/2018) your courier personnel comes to me and asked for OTP from your end in connection with delivery of the parcel. I have not get any OTP or email messages from your end in connection with this booking. The courier agent not in a position to deliver item due to non production OTP. In this regard we request you to please sent an OTP to my mobile Number or Email Address so as to accept the parcel. This type of laxity from this great business firm is not all appreciable.

                        I doesnt get my refund till now from amazon they hve provide me a refrence number n they told me that my refund has been initiated already from them and i hve visit bank but i doesnt get any help from them also. Itz already 2 months but i doesnt recieve my refund till now. I hve call amazon customer service numerous time but still it was not helpful n doesnt solve my problm still.

                          Order number[protected] for Godrej Nupur Henna, 400 g Sold by: Oolloo g trades([protected]@marketplace.amazon.in) was booked by me online on 20th june 2018, and shipping date was 30th june 2018 with Tracking ID CM[protected]IN of India post, since item was not received, then i call to customer care of Amazone and they assured to help me out for this issue, then after i received mail from above mentioned seller that sir your product is returned back to us with some address mismatched issue, so please provide us new address, then i revert back to that mail and provide my address to seller again, and they provide me new Tracking ID CM[protected]IN, and when i track this ID no information is displayed on Indian post portal, and still i did not received that product please help me out for this.

                            A drunk delivery guy from Amazon India, Name: Anil
                            Phone number: [protected]
                            came to deliver product on 11th July 2018
                            He was unable to navigate properly his Amazon delivery app in his phone, and was frantically clicking on any buttons. Upon pointing out, He rudely said, I know what I'm doing ! And said, his time is up as it's 6:30pm. Someone else will come to deliver the product by 9pm. I told him you have my product with you, give it to me, but he quickly picked up his bag and ran away.
                            After few minutes, I received a message on my Phone from Amazon saying, My order was cancelled as delivery guy was unable to verify my authenticity.
                            Amazon customer service is also defending the drunk delivery guy, and pointing out at me, to be careful the next time I place order or my account will be cancelled.
                            What's going on ? Amazon is blantly supporting corruption, not at all expected from them.

                                I ordered Sundex Dry cloth stand @ cost of Rs. 1369.00 + Rs. 250.00 for courier charges and I go offer if we purchased get it 1 no. Stainless steel towel stand cost of Rs. 999.00 alongwith this. Now Amazon just send main product with missing screws and not provide towel stand and denied for the same. they are not able to provide free gift now. they are ready to return full amount Rs. 1369 .00 + Rs. 250.00. I don't want money and I request kindly ship my free gift which is pending. they are not ready for the same. please find snapshot when I order the product and same is mention in description as Big offer. please do needful and provide me justice.

                                  I order Sundex dry cloth stand on 3rd July, same time I got offer if I purchased then they will give Rs 999.00 stainless steel towel stand alongwith this. but now they denied to deliver free offer and if I not convinced so they are ready to return my money. I don't want money and require product only.I paid Rs. 1609.00 ( including courier charges of Rs. 250.00) & get free stand of Rs. 999.00. even though product receive with missing accessories ad they are not ready to replace. kindly help me out.

                                      I ordered an item on 24th June first they said they will deliver this order on 24th June and today is 11 and till now I didn't got my order and I also prepaid for this order and I am unable to cancel this order. They are telling me again and again that today you will get your product and making false promises but not doing anything against the seller

                                        I ordered an Usha maxx air table fan through amazon, and it was promised to be delivered today(11/7/18).Sadly I didn't get the product yet. When I check the order track, it shows its out for delivery.when I try to contact the agent, its unavailable.Iam truly disappointed with this. How can I know, when I will get my product?.Please provide me with relevant information as soon as possible.
