Hi Team,

This is very sad to inform you that your services are going down and down day by day. Your delivery services are reached to very poor state even when product is shipped through Amazon Transport.
In refund also same thing repeated.
However when we are contacting to your customer care associates they are also not giving any satisfactory reasons of these issue and even they forcefully disconnected the Chats and calls.
Is this the way to deal with customers.
I am sorry to say if you will continues with these policies one day you will loss your customers.
I am also attaching one snapshot of conversation with your associate and you can read how rudely your associates are talk to customers.

    I bought a new oneplus 6 from amazon. And i returned it to amazon because of product is not up to the mark and having defects. I returned it on 4th july 2018 and today its 17th july 2018. Yet i not received my refund amount. I am frequently in touch with amazon customer service centre with call and email but yet they are not giving me my refund and the reason of delay. So plz help me

      We Placed order on 2nd July 2018 @ Rs 10601/, its amount already paid on same date, But now we are sitting on 17th July he creates issues in KYC docs, We are already provide GSTIN Certificates and Company pancard copy, He wants IEC Certificate but placed order time he doesn't ask any documents,

      We already mentioned IEC Certificate not providing because its a new startup company.

      Amazon customer care says if you are not provide IEC Certificate than we are not give you the material and full amount, they refund only 6400 Rs instead of 10601 Rs.

        I have ordered few books from you and I have been supplied extra copies and marathi language books instead of hindi edition as below :
        1. Dial 100 by Surender Mohan Pathak : 2 Nos extra
        2. Conman by Surender Mohan Pathak : 1 No. extra
        3. Million Dollar ki hera pheri : 1 No. extra
        4. Omerta by Mario Puzo in Marathi Language
        5. Vyomkesh Bakshi in Marathi language
        6. 28 mock test series : Not ordered by me
        7. General Knowledge Capsule : Not ordered by me
        8. Neela Scarf : Not orderded by me
        The above books are of no use to me and hence wish to return.
        I hv ordered following books which hv not been received by me till date:
        1. Murder Plan 2. Akhri Shikar 3. Andekha Katra 4. Maut ki dustak 5. Khatarnak sazish.
        Kindly let me the fate of books ordered by me and also wish to return the books which are extra and to be returned.

          The above article was delivered to me on 3rd July-18 and I have returned it on 10th july becoz of i did not got what I ordered for so the item was returned and did not got any acknowledgement or money refund to my wallte yet.

          I need a immediate stauts on my amount when tried to reach this guys in amazon they are not responding.

          Almost its 3 working days but not received neither call nor any text message from your organisation.. really pathatic service from such a reputed organisation.. you guys promised me to give tenure till 19th July now today its 20thJuly..

SMS (short massage service) or other notification sent by you shows that an automatic payment was made to Amazon Prime Membership. However this payment was unauthorized.               Hi,
              I have bought 2 tshirts from amazon from the seller SAIRA FASHION, both the tshirts didn't fit so i returned it, the seller don't pickup so i have to courier both tshirts on the given address by the seller.
              I have sent both tshirts in one package, first the seller said they have not received the package, then when i gave them proof by courier company they are saying that they have just received one tshirt and not refunding the amount .Its not possible that they have received only one tshirt as i have packed both in same package.
              Amazon have rejected my claim and now they are not letting me file the claim again.
              Please help.

                I ordered a blue steth .I got a
                black steth which didn't have the posterior bell show on the box cover plus
                it had some scratched plus the box had no taping or any protection of any
                sort to prevent opening. It was packed though. Still it looked used . So
                that's why I returned it mentioning I had received the wrong item. I expect
                excellence from Amazon that why I am a prime member not this kind of
                non-sense that disturbs my daily life as I am a doctor who has patients to
                care for. This was a big disappointment . I will be obliged that you find
                it in you to do the right thing.

                    I would like to inform you about fake promises that amazon makes with its customer, i ordered few products from amazon and paid for it which i didnt got delivered on time, and still i haven't got it, I called many times to customer support they promised me that it will be delivered within same day promised but now its been 4 days i still haven't got it, they make fake promises, i have paid for 3-4 products which i haven't received until now.

                    This is happening third time with me that i haven't received my order on time after paying for it, They are to much irritating, If asked they will only say that it will get delivered by today, I have called emailed them but still there is no response, i am fed up with there services they make too much fake promises, they are just making fun of promise they make while ordering, in start they deliver items quickly and on time but i dont know what has happened with them.

                    I request your excellence to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible, Since 2-3 days they are only saying it will get delivered by today

                      I was place order and select address but amazon web pickup wrong address and product get reach to the wrong address then i chat with customer support on 07-july-2018 and she promise me that address is updated and product will deliver on change address, In next day product is again reach to the wrong address ... now i want to action against same.

                        Last week I ordered oneplus6 but made the payment online and because of some exchange issues the order got returned. After 2 days i received the message that my account has been credited but the actual balance is not showing up. I again ordered the product today but my trasaction failed bcause of insufficient balance. Have you really initiated the amount? I should recieve call from your customer executive. This is heights that you people didn't even connect to your customer executive then why the hell you hired them when you dont speak make customers speak to them.

                            I Vijaya Runchu Choudhary ordered a phone Moto G5 plus of order no.[protected] from amazon.in on[protected] and had paid 12, 999 through my debit card of Bank of India. I had cancelled it the day before delivery.

                            My money hasn't been refunded even after umpteen complaints to them. Owing to such an irresponsible behaviour from Amazon, I've complained here in consumer forum and provided all the required details below.

                              Sir, with reference to my order id[protected] which was sent through Gati Courier Service by asg fitness i would like to inform you that i have contacted Gati KWE courier service twice over telephone and once personally visited their office. In spite of my repeated follows up i am unable to find any suitable solution from them. If once they said my order has arrived at dibrugarh next moment they said it is still in tinsukia. Apart from that they are displaying false information in their tracking info. Yesterday I personally visited their office and asked them about my order. First they were not confirmed whether my order is available with them or not. Then they confirmed me that my order is at tinsukia and assured me that it would be collected today and would be delivered to me. But I don't understand how my order reached tinsukia which comes after destination station ie Dibrugarh. Today I am very much upset because inspite of their assurance I have not received my order yet. Now they are displaying in their tracking info that my order was damaged. Now I must say that this Gati Kwe is one of the worst courier service I have ever met. I have been purchasing items from amazon since 2015 i have never faced this kind of issue with any of the courier services. Now I must say amazon should blacklisted this Gati Kwe courier service. Now I am feeling uncertainity wether I will get my product or not. As I need my product urgently so I request you kindly confirm me wether I will get my product or not if yes then when or if not please refund my money at the earliest. Now I think twice before purchasing any item from Amazon. I am very much disapointed.

                                I ordered 3 lipsticks of Revlon streetwear on the documented discount of 47% Given MRP was 260 after discount it was 139.
                                But after the delivery I saw the product it's MRP was just 199 they are making fool o[censored]s. And They are not taking their product back and not giving any compensation.kindly do the needful.kindly find the screenshots below

                                  I had ordered and cancelled a product in Amazon worrh Rs. 5690. Refund was initiated on 6/7/2018 and was supposed to reach my debit account on 12/7/2018. I havnt recieved my refund yet. The bank is canara bank. Following is the mail recieved from amazon. Please help me get the refund.

                                    I ordered a cookware product from amazon on 3rd jul 2018 at 12:22am tuesday and paid the money instantly via my sbi debit card but then cnanged my mind and i cancelled the order on same date i.e. on 3rd jul 2018 at 11:41am...and got a msg from amazon that refund sucesses, ...then soon after amazon sent me a text msg stating that..."Refund of Rs. 1299 issued on 3-Jul, will reflect in your bank by 7-Jul for Pvt. banks and 13-Jul for Govt. banks: Ref# 325856", ...but being a regular buyer of amazon i got disappointed when they still not transferred my refund money to my bank account...and did not help even further for the same...now i am filing this complaint...pls help me giving my refund back

                                        My order id of amazone india is[protected] from last day 13/07/18 Delivery boy of amazone india called me several times and he has told me if you want get your parcel came and get. and here is clause parcel should be deliver at home. and amazone india delivery boy calling me from mobile number: [protected] and behaving and talking rudly... i have call amazone india regarding delivery boy behaviar but they also not confirm any thing about my parcel delivery. very pathetic service by amazone india and I am mentally disturb from this type of such company behavier, kindly look in to matter and give me feedback about this case I am very disappointing as a consumer...
