Sir/Madam,
I Vijaya Runchu Choudhary ordered a phone Moto G5 plus of order no.[protected] from amazon.in on[protected] and had paid 12, 999 through my debit card of Bank of India. I had cancelled it the day before delivery.
My money hasn't been refunded even after umpteen complaints to them. Owing to such an irresponsible behaviour from Amazon, I've complained here in consumer forum and provided all the required details below.
I, therefore, plea to take stern actions against amazon.in and make them refund the paid money 12, 999.

Also inform me the procedure to be followed for returning the extra books against which I wish to purchase another books
