I had purchased saregama caravan on 27th may, 2018 from amazon and returned it back on 6th june. The pick-up of the product had been done on 7th june and post that received a mail saying that my refund has been initiated from amazon. The other refund mail mentioned that the refund will be reflected in my account by 14th june which i didn't see it yet. Made 2 calls everyday to amazon asking for help, the only sentence they say is fill an online dispute charge form which is not available online for central bank of india, called them back as i didn't find the form at home branch of the bank nor the 4 customer service representative of the bank knew what a dispute charge form is. I tried asking for other optional help from amazon still they say we cannot do anything in this case, which gradually leaves me without my refund money that is rs.6240. Visited the bank, spoke to the bank manager, they all kept saying "you purchased it from amazon, so how are we supposed to help if you didn't receive your money from them. Tried giving them the refund transaction number still no use as they can't track it.
I'm clueless as what has to be done, cause central bank of india as well as amazon has left me helpless. I'm attaching all the mail sent to me from amazon with the order number of the product, the date of purchase, return date and amount to be refunded.
