Seller not sent the proper ordered item I have ordered 10 books out of which five books are sent wrong and parsal is not sent on given time and date they marked the product as delivered and the next day actual delivery was done every time also it was road delivery not home delivery even though after online payment please take action on it. ...Otherwise we have to think about another online shopee to buy the products...I was thought Amazon is the best online shoppee but now after order the books first time. ...I have very bad experience with Amazon please improve your transportation facilities

    From last 2 months, am sending emails and had chat with customer Care, no positive response from support team and still they are working on it . even tried to reach customer care number but no luck.

    no action taken and amount is not unlocked. want to escalate this to amazon management

    i want take necessary action on it...

        I have recently placed an order for Oneplus 6 and paid the amount from HDFC card but with an excahnge because it was on offer that by paying from HDFC card you"ll be getting instant 2, 000RS discount but no such discount is been availed till now. I want the discount as stated in the offer. If you people state something please stick to it...otherwise dont come with an offer.

          Ordered oneplus 6 from amazon and got a defective product, got it replaced and got a defective product again. Amazon sent the technician to verify and finally amazon agreed for refund. On 25th June amazon delivery boy collected the mobile and at the time of collection switched on the mobile checked the imei no on the phone ond matched it with his records. Checked rest of the in the box stuff and after complete satisfaction took the product and made some enteries on his pda, may be marked it as received or collected. Agent did not switched off the phone after checking the omei and when i asked him to do so he said it will be checked again at the hub. Hiwever the status on amazon was stuck at return started rather than changing to return collected or something like that.
          I have been constantly following up regarding my return as it costed 40k and amazon call agents conformed not to worry it is in transit to warehouse.
          Now today on 10th July i am informed that i have returned only the charger and mobile is missing or i have not returned it and refund can not be processed. For sure product was checked at my doorstep and now after 15 days i am being held accountable for not returning the product and thus a loss of 40k.

          I order on 27 th june since 5 days i didn't get my product reach while i fully paid the item cost. I registered so many complains but nothing happen wht can i do now plzz help me

                Hello sir,
                I, satpal singh has Ordered on Jan 13,[protected]-4783509) a blackberry passport phone from Amazon store and the phone has stop working in 5 months and Amazon costumer care not helping me as I have cantacted Amazon since 9june but now it seems the order is removed by Amazon I can’t get any information and i have all the recordings that Amazon’s called and promised to me but it was all wrong info. I did not get any respond from seller nor the service centres from india, and the Amazon could not give me solution in 1 month. I have invested 19000 rupees a month full sallery. If any possibility is there do solve it instantly I am in trouble. I have attached the false promises done by Amazon through Amazon help centre and also the bill. I request you Please take instant action. Since one month I was relying on amazon’s Statements but now they do not pick call also.
                Hope for your positive response.

                  A weighing scale was ordered from the Amazon India on 7th July. it was delivered on 9th July in damaged condition. within 15 mins of opening the package, a request was made on line to replace the product. the replaced item was brought to doorstep on 10th July but the delivery boys refused to take the damaged product or give the replacement. later i called Amazon, who said that we do not have the product any more

                  I received broken mobile phone and the box seal was also open and when i requested for replacement then they deny and said replacement or return is not available .

                      And same item was ordered one day before on 8th July (Order ID[protected] and Price was INR1399.
                      Size, Color, model all are same, no change.

                      Seller is dispatching higher value order and refuse to dispatch lower valve order.

                      Its cheating...

                        I've been waiting for the refund of my purchase that I've made on Amazon India last week and today a new week and still my refund isn't reflecting on my card.
                        They've sent me everything considering the refund process, stating that it has been processed and should reflect by now.

                        and the auth number : 038246

                        This is for the product OnePlus 6 of which the value is of Rs. 35, 000. I've paid from my prepaid credit card.
                        They have taken my money, but never delivered it saying that the address needs verification. Only contacted me with the same email, saying I need to upload my statement which I've done plenty of times already. As of now, they have also locked my account for this reason and I have no idea what else do I need to do get rid of the daily stupidity. They have also tried to ask me to ask my bank to send them a fax of my statement, which is impossible.
                        Anyhow, I just care about the refund that they're claiming to have processed and successfully refunded.
                        Please help asap.

                            1.delivered fake product with no invoice.
                            2.deleted all details related my order and show delivery is canceled even fake product is suceesful delivered.
                            3.all amazon staff are liearing and staff are not reliable.
                            4.even you cannot contact amazon staff all related channal are blocked.
                            5. refund amount take huge delay and even not tranfer in bank account.
                            6.even sufficient balance in yours amazon pay balance account thatway you are unabled to buy product and if you want to talk with amazon service center then you cannot contact with staff because all contact channel are disabled by amazon.
                            7.i recommanded to all viewer that flipkart, ebay are much better than amazon so never purchase any product from amazon.in.
                            8.this is happen second time with me and many time with my friends.so amazon are not reliable.
                            9.even ficitious talking by staff.
                            10.i assured i am not use amazon shopping webite in comming time.and my family are already deleted amazon account.

                                This mail i am writing after so much frustration, well i had chat with your customer care representative four time and most of the time i get reply that our technical team will look into within 48 hrs and reply also they will resolve the issue one of your representative informed me ( Kavitha )that will resolved in 48 hrs and assure the problem will resolved with her confidence i believed and still find the same

                                Well Let me brief the problem

                                I am the regular customer of Amazon were i find the product cheap and good if you check my login site you will come to understand ([protected]@gmail.com).

                                Well presently i am residing in Bahrain, and my wife use the Amazon from india and she select the item from amazon and inform me and from Bahrain i make the payment through credit card and the thing get delivery prompt to my place

                                Now since last month i am unable to make the payment see the attached pic

                                I have tried same both card in flipkart the payment was done in 5 second and order is been placed

                                My card ending with 7212/0206 and the balance in the card is more than expected so not to worry from the bank end

                                Witing for your reply and hope the problem will get resolved..

                                    Dear sir, i rejistered an account on amazon.in/affiliates. but now they automatically dissabled my account, without giving any notiece. they gave reason as, your given url is not vallied now. but when i created and earn the money in that time that url was vallied. but now my website have no hosting. that's why it is not on internet. but why they dissabled my account without giving any notiece or what about my payment? i earned 590 or more inr from since 2 months. please ask them to pay me 590 rs or reactivate my account, i will provide my new website address. please salve my problem.

                                      I ordered 2 products worth ~1100 and I got cashback of 250 Amazon pay. My orders got cancelled with incorrect message that customer refused delivery. There was no delivery attempted and not even a single phone call made to me. Anyways, as the order got cancelled I was expecting full refund, which did not happened. I got the refund but after deduction of Amazon Pay Balance
                                      of 250 Rs. Ideally I should get my 1100 Rs back - why should I take 250 in the form of Amazon pay balance which is of NO USE to me.
                                      In order to use 250 Amazon Pay Balance I tried to orders 7-8 products but they are also not getting delivered because either they are getting damaged in transition or some or the other reasons.
                                      I NEED REFUND IN THE ACTUAL MODE OF PAYMENT. AMAZON PAY BALANCE IS OF NO USE
