I ordered a mobile phone One Plus Nord CE2 5G on Amazon India on 19th Oct 2022 and added my old phone for exchange. However, the exchanger refused to take the old phone and cancelled the entire order on 22nd October. As a follow up, Amazon initiated a refund on the same day. As per the guidelines, I should have received the refund in 3-5 business days in my original bank account, which ends on 29th October. On 1st October, Amazon updates the status as "return received", while the Branch Manager of SBI (my home branch) declares that they have not received any such amount.

    I ordered a zebronic smart watch my order no.is[protected] and order date is 27 sep 22 and getting it 9 oct 22. I return to Amazon 14 oct and till now I am not getting my refund.
    And item is already reached the Amazon store. And again they initiate for pickup up. I try many time to customer cares but they can't help me out. till now I am not getting my refund.

      This order was cancelled as the package was damaged, mentioned by the Carrier.
      Additional issues are there too. Please note that the delivery address was in Pune. But on tracking the order, I found that the order has been taken from Maharashtra to Hyderabad, which means to a different location of mine. Then mentioned that package was damaged.
      Moreover, the delivery date was 23rd Oct, but the refund has been initiated today only after I contacted the Customer Service and asked about the delivery? Quite a few mistakes... what's going on?

        I had ordered PlayShifu Educational Globe for kids on 12th September, 2022 vide order #[protected] with promised delivery on the same day. Later they changed it to 23-Sep-22 but I cancelled the product over phone by talking to customer care executives and refund was promised in 3 days. I spoke to at least 5 customer care executives till date but each of them gives the same false promise of refund without acting on this. This kind of lying and misleading is highly deplorable. I request Amazon India to take a serious look into the issue and resolve the same immediately.

            Hi, Actually I have ordered some product worth morth 60000 Rs from amazon in recent great indian sale and there is pop up written that if we purchase from amazon they will provide a cashback of 5% for prime and 3% for non-prime I have ordered and my billing cycle has been came I received just cashback of 266 which is for the products bought by one-payment and things which I bought from EMI are not applicable for cashback .

            I request the team to help me to file a case as they have cheated a lot of people like this there is no where written tat it is not applicable on EMI transacations .

            I request you to help me and provide a compensation on it . They should have a big penality against this as they have violated the customers and cheated on them .

                Ordered a lappy on amazon in offer but they do not deliver the lappy and they do not compensate and refund the amount ot the bank account . they want to refund the money in amazon pay balance which is not helpful for me.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    *I have ordered one hard drive from Amazon,
                    But it's not in working condition,
                    And I approached the Amazon team, they denied for replacement as return back period completed, and suggested me to go for service with company as warranty will be there.

                    *I approached Service centre, and they stated that it is a Tampered device, we can't service for those devices, and sent it back to me.

                    *Here from past few weeks, few Amazon team members are not at all helping and not guiding. And more over they disconnected my call many times, and one of the person have directed my call to Amazon prime video department which Is totally out of subject.

                    *Like this I faced many problems with Amazon team members,
                    I shared the images of all invoice, payslip, warranty, screenshots of mails from company.
                    Please look into this.

                      I were purchase washing machine on Amazon in 12 September 2022. Product name is Croma 6.5 kg 5 Star Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Order id[protected] . There are show the amount of washing machine is 8 rupees and i suddenly purchase the item and show the order is preparing but 4-5 days log order automatic cancelled. Please Pay attention to this, keep fooling the Pay attention to this, they are keep fooling the customer.

                          I had ordered a replacement for the item on 23rd October and the return was scheduled to be picked up on 24th October, but it hasn't been picked up yet and I haven't been contacted by the seller. The status of the return is "return pickup verification failed"

                              I am very much disappointed by amazon customer care and its services. They have kept my account on hold and not resolving the issue. They are not replying to my emails also. I'm getting different response each time when I call customer care. I have placed few orders too which I haven't received. Very pathetic and disappointing.

                                    I'd ordered Havells Aqua Plus 1.2 Litre Double Wall Kettle on 18th October 2022 for which I've created a return. Its been 4th time that return has not been picked up. I'd called customer care executive more than 7 times and every single time they are giving me the same answers that It will get picked up by day end and they are just re-scheduling order pick-ups again and again but not giving me any promising satisfaction neither regarding pick-up nor regarding refund. Today is 28th October and again this time they have re-scheduled my return to 31st October. I'm using Amazon prime since starting, but now Amazon has completely become a cheating company by their fake return & replacement policy. Please help me in this regard
