I am highly disappointed with Amazon's customer service lately. Showing wrong status did happen a couple of times but this time I got weird answers from Amazon Fresh department. I placed a prepaid order of approx 7500/ which was supposed to get delivered on Tuesday, 23rd Aug 2022 failing to which i tried to complain on website and app but didn't get through and thought it's a normal delay so I contacted on 25th that my item...

Previously the behavior of Amazon delivery boys were cordial but now they behave very rudely they don't deliver items at door step they call customers to their choice of place immediately generally it's not possible to go there immediately on this they get furious it's very disgusting and insulting for a self respecting person now I avoid Amazon as far as possible even one delivery boy named like negi told me not to buy from Amazon these...

Whenever I am ordering any item from my Amazon account it never gets delivered in time specifically between 9 am to 6 pm and despite mentioning timings for delivering the item these delivery agents are calling me after 8 pm till 11:30 pm in night time this is complete nonsense gesture been shown from Amazon as I have complaint regarding the same but no response has been received from Amazon customer service.

I ordered an apple watch from Amazon with ORDER No[protected] and I received a different product which I complained and they send me a replacement product with ORDER No[protected] whilst the product had original packaging It seemed not original so I contacted the amazon and told them that the invoice they sent me has a fake serial number of SDCGYGDY7NF

Which is not an apple genuine serial...

Sir I got a Letter from Amazon ., Where return i have won 750000 . They called me and asked me to pay 7500 sevice tax 2nd time they called and asked to pay 22500 as GST and he told me that he will pay me my prize money I paid that amount but after sometime he called me again and asked to pay 45000 for NO objection Certificate but now he again messaged me to pay this amount
I trusted and i have paid 30000 total because it was Amazon...

Sir, I sent the Same product of which I shared photos with amazon while making a request for return(Kindly check with photos, received by Amazon at the time of return request),
