      Had ordered a Bosch 6kg washing machine on amazon for 27, 999. (Order ID[protected]. Order date - 17th Nov.)

      The product has a dent on both sides at the bottom which was not visible during the delivery verification because it is at the bottom and was covered entirely with plastic wrap. The product was received by my mother and she didn't go to the extent of removing the plastic and inspecting it (the ideal o[censored]s Indians to leave the plastic on for a few days on a new product) as everything looked fine and as even the delivery agent was in a hurry to head back. When the plastic was removed the next day during installation; we noticed the dents. Now amazon because of its new policy of open-box verification is not even considering a replacement or return for the product even though, clearly, it is a damaged product and still within the replacement window. The customer service agents say that there is nothing that they can do. How is this acceptable? They are just trying to sell and do away with a damaged product by taking advantage of our innocence. We understand the mistake from our end, but should a policy be so shrewd that they gamble with the hard-earned money and emotions of the customers?

        I had brought a ₹3000+ monitor but it turned out to be defective on turning it on the the very first try. Then I issued a return request. When the delivery boy came, he showed me a checklist with items to be returned which were not part of the original order at all! All mismatched items. Those items aren't there on the item page on amazon either.
        I tried returning it 6 times, but many times the checklist even changed containing absurd sub items, not part of the original item! At this point this is nothing more than customer harassment.
        I have contacted customer contact multiple times and each time they have said that they will totally remove the checklist but that never happens but instead new checklists with items not part of the original item are included.
        This problem is occurring in the shibpur/howrah region of Amazon.
        Please someone look into it

          I got part time job advertisement with contact no. in instagram. I pinged them in watsapp they sent a link, which takes me to fkmall amazon market website. In which we have to invest money and get profit, I invested 3lac Rs got profit of 2lac Rs total 5lac Rs, but they didn't allow us withdraw that money, not even our money also. They frozen all amount. Again they asking 1lac of tax to return that money. We can't believe them blindly, they simply tell complete your task and withdraw your money. They will not allow us to withdraw our money. We have file a complaint on these type of people. They looted lot of money from many others.
          Can some one look into it and take action. One action will protect somebody from cheating in the future.

            On October 13, 2022, I ordered a ZEBRONICS Zeb Sonic BAR 100 in a great Indian sale. 20.10.2022, was delivered as done. That day I was not at home, so my mom accepted the Purcell. When I came home at that time, I saw in the box the same brand but a different model I had received from Amazon.
            And I'm contacting the Amazon support team, and they are transferring my call to the specialist team and telling me that we are investigating your issue from our end, so please provide an image with the account holder's name and today's date. I followed the instructions and sent an image, and they raised an investigation and told me to contact them after five days.
            After 5 days, I contacted customer care, which checked the investigation status and told me we have the option for replacement or return; I chose replacement because I want the product. And they are creating a replacement for me.
            02/11/2022 delivery A boy came to my house, and he said, "We are picking up only the same thing as what we are giving you now."
            On the spot, I called customer service, and they told me our specialist team would investigate your issue and determine that you received the wrong item, so verification was removed from our end, and I gave the phone to the delivery boy for talking purposes; the delivery boy refused to make the delivery. And in our call, the customer service executive told me, "I cancel your replacement and create a return request for you." You return the item to us, and we provide a refund.
            04/11/2022 I return the item and also make a video when I hand over the item to Curiar Boy as a proof.
            There are mentions that after we receive your item to warehouse, we initiate a refund. After 10 days, they are still not initiating my refund, and they are just making false promises for a refund.
            And one day, one sir filed a complaint for refund, and after three days, when I contacted them for a refund, they told me we received junk shipping boxes, so we can't provide you with a replacement or refund. And they have discontinued the chat and have completely ignored me.

            23 November they CLOSED my account. This is not fair treatment from Amazon.
            They have not given me anything but my money, which is Rs 4, 999, which I lost.

            In this process, Amazon gave me hassle, and I lost my money.
            This is not fair treatment from Amazon. I mentioned all the proof I have.
            Amazon has done a big faurd with me. I want to impose a heavy fine on Amazon for this issue, and please provide me with a refund.

                    This is immensely surprising that amazon has started hunting the customers with different ways of fraud.
                    I ordered an Allen Solly Men's cotton Tshirt(order[protected] on 16th November 2022. When I received the product I was surprised with the packaging as it was quite different from online shopping. This was delivered in a normal plastic and a paper bag.
                    When I opened the product I found tear.
                    I raised refund and it was scheduled on 19th November 2022. No one turned up to collect the product, instead they reported that the product tag is missing which is absolutely nonsense.
                    I again called on 21st November 2022 and the lady assured me that it will be picked up on 24th and again no one turned up but left a message that the tag is missing.
                    I am literally frustrated with amazon's disgraceful and obnoxious service.
                    This is a classic way of cheating customers.
                    I also condemn your advisors for not doing their job. The lady I spoke on 21st did not do the enough work to ensure the pick upm
                    I also want to complain against your advisor Arya Kapoor for misbehaving on the call today.
                    At last I spoke to another advisor Yasmin today who assured that it will be picked on 25th November 2022.

                    I truly expect that you will not test my patience anymore and do not compel me to knock the legal door and social media.
                    I have attached the screenshot of the product along with the price tag which you people are claiming as missing.

                      This is to inform you that, i have ordered Oneplus 32" TV - 2 no's vide order no :[protected] dated 23-Sep-22 and[protected] date 27-Sep-22.

                      Received both Tvs at delivery location and waited for installation. Contacted Amazon several times for installation and they told that we will send in 1 week, ...when ever i called them they told the same. Till now nobody came for installation.

                      As per thier order, they have mentioned installation free.

                      This indicates their very poor service.

                      Request consumer forum to verify and instruct them not to repeat this type of business tricks.

                          My order id is[protected]. I ordered hard disk on 18/nov/2022. I received it on 21/nov/2022 and found hard disk is out of the box and defective when plug in to my pc. Hard disk is under 5 days return policy. Then i call to amazon support team and they transfer my call to amazon specialist. They ask me for proof and create a
                          Investigation. I upload all the proofs,. Now i got reply from team that ur item is not returnable because u have return some defective item earlier. So now ur item is not returnable. One thing i want to ask amazon what is 5 day return policy and how to relate this item to previous items.. So pls help me regarding this issue and refund my money. I m send all proofs and video with this mail.

                            ORDER #[protected] with 3 Products not delivered.
                            Amount - Rs. 577/-
                            Order date 9th Nov.
                            Above order shows Delivered on 11th Nov at my office address. I called customer care same day, I was informed that there is been some mistake wait for 24 hrs for delivery to happen.
                            Next day they said they will investigate & call me back after 2 days.
                            After not receiving any call after 5 day I call back .I called again they said they will again take investigation request.
                            Finally after 13 days they said product was delivered on given address.
                            When ask for Delivery Proof they denied giving it.

                            Attach is chat conversation wherein amazon ignoring the Proof of delivery request. They don't even have escalation matrix.

                            Resolution - I will need delivery proof or Refund the said amount. Delivery proof can guide to whom the product was delivered, Our office security does not accept any parcel.

                              I applied on www.careerservices.in for data entry job and the girl call me named abkita called me on 15 november and ask for 1800 rs for further process and i paid through paytm.she told me that now hr will call you for further process than rahul sharma called me and asked me to pay 5500 rs and i paid through paytm and on 21 november they ask me to pay 13500 for security amount but i paid in 3 parts so again next day they said one transaction id is needed so u have to pay once so i again paid 13500 but afterwards they said u have to pay again because paytm is not accepting now u have to send through google pay when i refused and asked my money back they said they can't do. Anything i have to pay it again to get entire amount.

                                Hi,
                                Amazon provides only Card payment option for Prime renewal. I am looking for non-card payment options. I have raised a complaint through their customer support. The support team says we can use UPI for payment. But I do not see any option other than the card. On top of that, card must be registered in their portal / app and should set for recurring payment. I do not want to store my card details in their portal. Request for a solution.

                                Is there any regulatory body that I can escalate to?

                                  I purchased laptop feom amazon and i found that they sent me refurnished laptop.. I ordered new laptop for 57k and seller srnt mr refurbished laptop while i Checked with Amazon They take 3 month to take return order for laptop after returning they initiated refund but still not received penny yet..
                                  I contacted to the customer service.. They raised complaint for provide reference number.. But last two month i am taking follow up from Amazon they are saying same ans..have to wait for 5 working days.. But not giving any proper resolution.. I tensed bcz amount is 57k..please help me how to connect with Amazon and resolve this issue... Please help

                                    My name is RXXXX XXXXXXrajan. My mobile number is XXXXXX6283. My email id is [protected]@hotmail.com. I HAVE BEEN A PRIME MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS. I have a Lenovo mobile. Model# XT1902-3. My Android version is 7.1.1. No updates are available.

                                    All other POPULAR online apps like Flipkart, Myntra etc. can be downloaded with this version except the Amazon mobile app. I have been a Prime member for many years & now I cannot download the Amazon mobile app. I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE AMAZON MOBILE APP UNTIL TWO MONTHS BACK. I cannot use UPI to transfer funds without the mobile app. I also could not redeem my earned diamond points worth Rs.300 during the Great Indian Festival because the redemption was changed to the app version after I earned the points. I am losing out on many UPI offers because I cannot install the app. Many customers are facing this problem. If other popular apps are compatible with Android version 7.1.1, why is the Amazon Mobile app not compatible? Are customers expected to purchase a new phone just to get access to the Amazon mobile app even if their old phone is working perfectly? Why is only the Amazon app not compatible with previous Android versions when other popular shopping apps can be installed? I request you to make the app compatible with previous Android versions. Long-time prime customers like me are facing a lot of difficulties without access to the Amazon mobile app. I request you to look into this matter & rectify the issue. I request you to email me with a solution.

                                      I have ordered aqua sure from Amazon on[protected] that was item missing after that I have place a return request, no one is come and pick my product again but it was cancelled I raise a another again cancelled, so I have raise one more request with compliant, in that time Amazon agent aking 3 day for return incase no one come and collect means they will gave a refund but that was fake commitment, now I called to Amazon customer service again they said same story and they ask me to do self courier and worst customer service order ID[protected]

                                        I want to return my note 11 pro which they sent a renewed (repaired piece on complaints by some other customer) piece . But they blindly reject my request .
                                        As per my understanding customer has full right to return the product within the specified days. This is a whole case of malpractices.
