product(Travel adapter) was bought in offer. So amazon didnot ship the package, but it says product was damaged during shipment and they will refund.
I asked to resend the product although it is late. Still now from 28.04.2022 till date no response from amazon although i spoke with their executives 4 to 5 times...

I have not received the refund till now and it’s been 23 days. Tired of chatting and calling Amazon customer service. Every time I am told that the refund will be credited in 3-5 days and that never happens. Refund confirmation mails like below were of no help either. And today when I chat with their team, simply asked me to contact next month.
