I have ordered a product from amazon.in through Amazon app. Product name is Hyatt Leather Laptop Bag. They sent me laptop bag of same company but the product is different which I have not ordered. Then i made a complaint to return this product because I have received different product from Amazon. I made a complaint on 17th November & they said your complaint will be resolved on 21 november. When I called on 21 november after waiting whole day for resolve my complaint. Then i called customer service to check my complaint status. They said over the call your complaint was rejected by us & we will not collect the product, & not refund your money. I told them I have received wrong product so pls exchange this product to the correct product then they said Amazon will not collect & exchange your product. This is our wish to collect the product or not. Nobody will sue to us. So it's our wish we will not exchange your product.

      I have order a mobile phone Xiomi 11i
      As a gift to my friend and i received the wrong item and your delivery agent is not picking up the item their words is they don't collect the wrong item plzz connect to Amazon and get the solution the pickup agent never come to collect the item again and again pickup is cancelled by the agent and after the cancellation i am connected to Amazon support they said we have created the new pickup for you this time definitely it will be picked up if not we will refunding you in advance and then collect the return and this is happening again and again since 23 days non of the agent is providing my refund doing fake promises on mail and call dropping off the call in between i request Amazon plzz refund my hard earned money dont try to fool me again again and i have received mail also for all this promise from your support team
      My request is plzz check each and every call recording of you support agent and connect with your third party pickup team DELHIVERY DLV their manager are also refusing to collect the return again and they them self are rescheduling the return pickup
      Below i have attached few images plz go through and plzz refund my money on priority their is an weding ceremony on 5dec in my family

      If you Amazon is just try to refuse again and again and try to grab my money then please give me the last and final confirmation for all this things happening worst service by support team

      as i have forwaded this mess to amazon also and not doing any thing since 25 days thus look in this matter and slove it

        Hello,
        I had placed one order having order id=Order #[protected] online in Amazon India for sofa set on 13.11.2022 by paying full amount via credit card Rs. 31000. But amazon did not deliver the order and refunded only Rs.13000 and Rs.18000 is still not refunded. I have contacted amazon customer care several times but they are doing fraud with customer and not registering any complaint. Also surprisingly Amazon India turns out to be biggest fraud in India because they don't provide any update about any complaint ticket number and its progress neither over email nor sms.

        I have contacted amazon customer care so many times but everytime i contact customer care, their fraud customer care executive says they have registered complaint but there is no email send to me about any raised complaint. After three four days when i call them and again they say are registering complain. Thus they make fun of customer only trying to make customer fool. They are not resolving my issue. They cheated me and looted Rs. 18000.
        I request you to please take action against Amazon India and help me to get my Rs.18000 refunded please. Govt of India should make strict laws against such malpractices by such International Fraud companies.

          [protected] this was my order I paid it for 1945 and after 1day I got my product and it was something else and I apply for return and my product was successfully pickup and after that I got msg that after few days I will get my refund but today I msg them I still don't get my refund so they replied we send you right item so we can't give you refund this is how amzone cheat there customer they take my wrong product they take my money and after that I got reply like we can't give you refund I am doing shopping from them sience many years and after this I will suggest don't shop online they don't care what you got after shipping it's customers fault if they got wrong product bcz amzone is loyal there delivery hub is loyal there delivery boys are loyal and of the day after giving money giving product customers are cheater they think like that

            My parcel which was pre paid which was sent through shiprocket and delivery was through amozon courriers where the status is shown as delivered but I didn't receive the parcel the parcel cost was abt 17000 its been 3 months and more plzz take measures

                I ordered my fitness peanut butter from Amazon but I received different item after that i registered a complaint through customer service but they can’t respond and rejected my request and blocked my account and I received a mail from Amazon that is i violations of such policies on my account.

                  But again, all of sudden received the message that you have CANCELLED YOUR ORDER. without even receiving a call or message I don't know how I cancelled my order. What a shame on delivery team who is lazy to execute it. without even informing what's the issue for not delivering.

                    Camera quality not good show in picture...mobile get hanged, after restarting it's took more time to turn on...some time flash light turned on automatically, started blinking / flickering. that time flash light touch not working..
                    #NOTE informed to Amazon customer care executives​ they fixed technical visit on 17/11/22. But there is no one else. Contact information is not working. I try to get those numbers no use.

                              I have purchased, smart watch from Amazon site which was purchased on 26th October. On the same day I connected with Amazon Customer support regarding the product color is different, then they asked for replacement and I asked the if possible refund it. Then they said it was possible and it was Initated. And the picked the product from me. Now they are saying we can't issue the refund and the product which you purchased was disposed and the disconnect the call.
                              Product price is Rs.2799

                                On October 13, 2022, I ordered a ZEBRONICS Zeb Sonic BAR 100 in a great Indian sale. 20.10.2022, was delivered as done. That day I was not at home, so my mom accepted the Purcell. When I came home at that time, I saw in the box the same brand but a different model I had received from Amazon.
                                And I'm contacting the Amazon support team, and they are transferring my call to the specialist team and telling me that we are investigating your issue from our end, so please provide an image with the account holder's name and today's date. I followed the instructions and sent an image, and they raised an investigation and told me to contact them after five days.
                                After 5 days, I contacted customer care, which checked the investigation status and told me we have the option for replacement or return; I chose replacement because I want the product. And they are creating a replacement for me.
                                02/11/2022 delivery A boy came to my house, and he said, "We are picking up only the same thing as what we are giving you now."
                                On the spot, I called customer service, and they told me our specialist team would investigate your issue and determine that you received the wrong item, so verification was removed from our end, and I gave the phone to the delivery boy for talking purposes; the delivery boy refused to make the delivery. And in our call, the customer service executive told me, "I cancel your replacement and create a return request for you." You return the item to us, and we provide a refund.
                                04/11/2022 I return the item and also make a video when I hand over the item to Curiar Boy as a proof.
                                There are mentions that after we receive your item to warehouse, we initiate a refund. After 10 days, they are still not initiating my refund, and they are just making false promises for a refund.
                                And one day, one sir filed a complaint for refund, and after three days, when I contacted them for a refund, they told me we received junk shipping boxes, so we can't provide you with a replacement or refund. And they have discontinued the chat and have completely ignored me.
                                They have not given me anything but my money, which is Rs 4, 999, which I lost.
                                I humbly request that you please help me so that I get my refund.
                                In this process, Amazon gave me hassle, and I lost my money.
                                This is not fair treatment from Amazon. I mentioned all the proof I have.

                                When the product was delivered to me and I complained about the different product they sent to me, the specialist team launched an investigation for three days, which was approved, and they accepted that they delivered the wrong item. Now they don't want to accept that I sent it when I already sent the same product that was received on delivery day, and today they closed my account. This is not fair treatment from Amazon.

                                They promised to issue my refund after my return, but till now they have not issued my refund, closed my account, and also taken the wrong product they sent from me.

                                Amazon has done a big faurd with me. I want to impose a heavy fine on Amazon for this issue, and please provide me with a refund.

                                  I have ordered a Samsung phone on 11th Nov and the delivery date was 14th Nov. Today 16th Nov and the product has not yet delivered. Even they are not updating the tracking details. It shows "Out for delivery". Delivery agent also says he is not able to find the package.

                                      I had purchased a RAM stick which is a
                                      16GB DDR4 3200MHz SODIMM PC4-25600 CL22 2Rx8 1.2V 260-Pin SO-DIMM Laptop Notebook RAM Memory Module M471A2K43DB1-CWE

                                      It has failed and stopped working. Samsung RAM has 3 years warranty and your Product page claims LIFE TIME WARRANTY as well. I already contacted the Manufacturer Samsung and they have asked me to get back to Amazon who in turn asked me to get a Service Denial Letter . I got the SERVICE DENIAL LETTER but amazon keeps delaying the issue with reasons like your photo was not clear and so on. I have called every 2 days for the past 3 weeks to no avail.

                                        . I have ordered one laptop to my office address, and the delivery agent who called me was told that he won’t be delivering it to the address I ordered . He has told no service to my ordered area. Even he has told me to come and collect the parcel from an area there he is available. Then I asked him regards his misbehaviour, he told if you are not coming and taking it from here you cancel it and second option he was given to me that he will give that parcel to nearby some shop that he is knowing and am not. Later he cancelled the order by himself . So I strongly requesting you to take action against him and resend my parcel to the address where I ordered. If not I will be moving legally, as it is a fault from your side.
