    Order Number:[protected] i order boat airdopes 441 pro (blue edition) on27/9.I have received the defected product so that I return this product on 2/10, but pick up is delay then finally its picked up on 5/10 . then Amazon give me excuses about refund for not receiving correct product, but i have retuns correct product that i received but where's the actual problem is not told by customer care so i told them to reinvestigate for my refund, they further denied for it, this is not customer right, if customer return the correct product but problem in the amazon side shipment so customer is not responsible for it, and amazon told me to you are denied for refund, so what going on about my rights!!!

      I have been purchased t OSEASAQUA Electric Prime Dolphin R O+ACTIVE COPPER Alkaline Technology Pure Water Mineral Booster Water Purifier and order id is[protected] on dated 07/02/2022 and installed on 10/02/2022. Since last 20, Oct-2022 the RO is not working so i call to supplier for warranty they told me we will send engineer but you pay 500 for visiting charge. if the product is in warranty period so why they demand for charge. for this i complain Amazon for many time but they also not provide solution till date. Kindly help me in this matter

        SBI be like (Lunch ke baad ana) same now @amazonIN @amazon @AmazonHelp be like ( sir your payment will be refund in your bank account in 5 to 7 working days)
        I ordered elgato hd60 on 22 of September and it’s came 24th September then elgato was not working that’s why I return on 25th of sep then @AmazonHelp said they send me cheque they also told me to wait 10 days for cheque, and i wait 15days cheque not came when i went to post office of our area they said cheque already returned with no reason, then i call @AmazonHelp on 11th of October to cancel that cheque and the guy said (ok it will cancel and money will in your bank account in 7 to 10 days) money not came in 10 days then i call again @AmazonHelp on 21st of October to ask what’s going on then @AmazonHelp said please wait till 27 of October, i call again in 26 then they again said please wait 5 to 7 working days and also @AmazonHelp promise me to return money on 3 November it’s more then 1 month and when i call today guess what they told me please wait 5 to 7 working day

              I bought a ladder from Amazon amd it was delivered on the 17th October 2022. I made a return request on the 20th and no pick up was made. I got a msg from them on the 22nd that the pick up wud be done today..I got calls from pick up agent asking is it a big product and when I told them they said van will come to pick but no one came. But it was not done. On 23rd the same thing happened and pick up was not made. I called the customer care 31/10/22 at 5.45 pm and I was told that it is under verification. I asked her and she said that your prod doesnt match, but I told her that when no one came how can anyone put it under verification. she said she is removing it from verification and it will b picked upr by 7 pm today. But it was not picked up.
              I got a pick up msg on the 3rd but no one came. Then I called the cutomer care again on 4/11/22 at 5.14 pm, 5/11/22 at 2.31 and on 10/11/22 at 2.10 pm and everyone told me tehy are removing the verification and it will b done. I got the pick up msgs on 8/11/22, 9/11/22 and 11/11/22 but no pick up has been done. This is ridiculous they are fooling around. Amazon has bunch of irresponsible agents who are not happy to help. They have harrassed me so much. Some has to be home to get the pick up done and nobody comes for it. They have mentally harrased me by everytime giving me false details. And creating a wrong verification huddle for my pick up. I have cctv at my place and can show that no1 from amazon came to pick up so how come it got pending for verification. I have all the call recordings and also the msgs that I have recvd from Amazon. Their customer service is a harrassment

              Its been almost a month that I raised a return request and the product has yet not been picked up. I get msgs randomly about pick up but no pick up is done. Worst customer service. I guess it is better to buy from local vendors. Amazon has the worst customer service executives who have no interest in helping customers.

              I have made so many complaints now but still customer care people are fooling around that it would be picked up in 3 days but they dont..Each cutomer care executive keeps on fooling. Sadda, Arham none of them are helpful. I have all the recordings that how amazon cheats the customers and how they lack in customer service. They dont want to refund my amount thats very clear

                Recieve correct item by amazon delivery but the watch is not connecting with my mobile so i contact the customer care for replacement but there was the product is out of stock so they provide return for the order. Then the delivery agent tried to pick up the product but i am not available that time so i request again to the customer care for arranging another pick up and the product was successfully picked up by the amazon agent with all mandatory packaging and product you can also contact with the pick up agent for this. Then the app started showing that the product is on the way and i waited for the refund till today and now you are saying that the product was not same. Sir i send the original product from my side now I don't have the product as well you are not giving my refund.

                    I had ordered syska led bulb from amazon and requested a return. the return request was accepted but the item was never picked up. i called the customer care six times in a month but they have not resolved the issue. they say they cant refund me untill the item is returned. so they keep rescheduling the return but no one picks it up. i had ordered the item on 29th sep. today is 10th nov. and i am still waiting for the return pick up.

                          i ordered a (Renewed) Mi 10T 5G (Cosmic Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage date 20 September 2022 and i deliver this on 24 th of september 2022.
                          i open the box next day and i found different colour mobile phone in the box .
                          i contact on amazon support team and tell all of my issue with sharing video and images of the product they investigate the issue and schedule pick up of the different product and i returned the product on 25th Oct 2022.
                          then i will contact on amazon support team after ten days later of pick up date.
                          they tell me waiting for 4 days
                          and i coctacted 4 days later and get a massage ..the amazon give you a write product and not received the same product in our fulfilment center so we can not process your refund.
                          i lose my money and product both
                          please send my refund in my account

                            It was orderd on 13 sep and return pickup was approved on 6 oct but till now i didn't get my refund back and no one contacted me to pickup the product

                              Had ordered a high cost product during Diwali festive season from Amazon. It was not suitable for our home so placed a return order. There was no pickup done inspite of 5 rounds of followups. When I escalated it to the seniors in the so-called Customer Care Department of Amazon, the person gave me a written email assurance that if the return does not happen by such and such date, he will give me a call from his side and refund shall get processed that day. He will personally look into this etc..etc..

                              Its been a month since I placed return pickup and 15 days since I got that written email assurance I am still awaiting a closure to my complaint.

                              This is disgusting and pathetic considering it was experienced with such a Goodwilled Company.

                                I saw an AD in Instagram for Part time job with Amazon, it directly took me to a unknown WhatsApp chat once clicked and someone from WhatsApp chat asked me to register and pay just 200, then they asked me to recharge more funds to get more commission and started sucking out my funds in such way slowly, they assigned me a tutor in Telegram.

                                  We Placed order on[protected] vide Order No[protected] for purchase of one Forlife Deluxe Cotton Water Bed For prevention and cure of Bed sores online on Amazon.in. Amazon.in supplied defective piece. We requested to replace the item.
                                  The defective item was collected by Amazon.in but they did not supply any replacement and gave a very long delivery period.
                                  Since the item was urgently required for my bed ridden paralytic mother in law we cancelled the order on 23/07/2022 vide ORDER #[protected]. Amazon.in has has not refunded any money to us till date. You are requested to please get the money refunded back to us with penalty on Amezon.in for wit holding our money and harassing us.

                                    I had ordered One Plus Buds Pro Bluetooth Truly Wireless in Ear Earbuds. Order No:[protected] dated 10.10.2022. Amazon delivered me wrong product that is boAt earbuds a very cheap quality, old and full of scratches. I raised complaint with Amazon for return of wrong product and refund of my advance payment. Amazon customer care team after due investigation accepted the mistake and arranged first pickup on 22.10.2022 which didn't take place. Now more than 15 days are over since wrong item delivery but Amazon has not picked the wrong item nor returned my advance payment. Every time when I call Amazon customer care number, new executive pops up and tells the same story about rescheduling pick up and blah blah. I want my money back and wrong item taken back immediately.

                                      I had ordered a product on 2nd November and now I notice that they claim to have delivered it on 2nd November (very quick even for Amazon) itself. while they say that the product would be delivered between 4-7th Novermber. This is a wrong practice. When I put in a complaint it does not get registered. And, Amazon is faceless with no. evident phone numbers or chats available for this. Also, they want you to contact seller. This is also wrong.
