I've cancelled an order and by default got applied for the refund as I've paid for a product which is of INR 35, 000.
I got their emails and texts saying that the refund was successfully processed and another one saying that it has been refunded and should finally reflect it on the card that I've used for the purchase. I checked my account and it isn't showing the refund amount so far. It has been 5 days now. I don't want my money to get stolen.

    Flash Not working from 01st day. Minor scratches

    It was ordered from GGN for a friend in Meerut

    Now to get it replaced I am not getting a technician visit

    Charging for a Faulty Product and delaying replacement is pathetic customer service

      Sir, my name is Krishna, I have applied for supervisor post in quikr website, after few days I got a mail in that from Amazon. Com ur selected as supervisor in amazon industry u pay 1550 for deposit amount, I believe it is true the concerned person give his AC no, I pay to his account, next he say for account Starting in Icici bank salary account pay 5050 to my account, all are online only I pay 5000 OK I get the job I was happy but next he said for courier charges pay 3500 to my account and call me I sent all job order ID card and other things I sent it in courier I have this time only a doubt for courier this much charge I contact amazon customer service but no one give proper answer, then one person says in amazon then I chat in help centre they said this is fake not true in our concern now I lost my money, kindly help me

        Few days back, my ordered item came home and I swiped my card, the delivery boy told me it's not working ...and asked me to pay the product amount which is 169 rs..I payed cash and he left...later when I checked my mobile, I got amount debited notification from bank... immediately I called delivery boy and his response was bad..basically I had payed 2 times for the same product...the delivery boy purposely cheated me..take necessary actions..

          Mr.shriraj patel [protected] call me but that time i am busy so i call him after 1 hour he told me you pin code is wrong but at same day one another package is delivery very grateful .he is taking very ruff and useing bad word..i request Amazon company kindly you product is great and delivery system is great but this kind of delivery person is toooo bad .i request take nassary action on it.

            Sir i have order a baby pamper on 1 july 2018. and delivered by 6 july 2018 by amazon transportation services. but on the day of delivery date they cann't delivered a product. when i tries to contact with courier boy they reject my phone call and switch off the mobile . i have tries many time .but they cant respond. at 5 pm the false update was made at Amazon site that courier was unable to contact the recipient. but on next day the same procedure repieted by amazon courier service.and cant delivered the product. i tried many time to contact him but they cannt respond.

              I am susanth prasad from Port Blair, it is the complaint against the service of Amazon online shopping company, they offer their prime member free and fast delivery by Amazon courier and I am a prime member of Amazon since last one month, but as they promised I didn't get any fast delivery, only few items were delivered by Amazon courier at my home and others by blue dart courier and blue dart didn't deliver it in my given address and I have to pick it up from their office i.e. 10 km away from my home, I already registered complaint so many times in Amazon customer Care but no action taken against them, still I am facing the same problem with my item.

                this is satyarth saurabh, amazon id no. [protected] have booked an item on 18th june for which i paid huge ammount .
                now amazon is delaying my item so that i cancel the order .
                i talked to customer care they say u cancel and money will refunded in your account.but reason is who will pay my one month interest?
                amazon is using public money and after refunding wothout interest.
                dear 20 days is big duration and still counting for further next week.
                kindly take the necessary action on this not for me but for others.

                see the below screenshots how they are changing the delivery date however i have paid advance money on 18th june...now the below attachment to forcing me to cancel the order ...and this whole peocedure is about one month and amazon is using my money without interest.

                  I ordered aroma oil burners in 3 quantity from amazon on 30th June where in the expected delivery was mentioned as 4th July.It was my daughters first birthday on 5th July and ordered this product as a return gift.
                  I started calling the customer care team at 4th july's night to request a little expedite delivery. No one has given me clear picture where the product is as on app it was showing as OUT for DELIVERY since 4th morninng, the contact mentioned for delievery agent was not reachable...
                  I seriously made every possible request but every one was giving me fake promises that you will recieve it by this time or that time.i spioled my party, faced shame as i was unable to arrange the return gift.
                  And I was amazed when i saw the status on 6th july night was "Delivery delayed on customer request".

After 48hr again call the custmercare say wait 24 hr but nut refund the money.

                      I had bought an oneplus 6 from u through amazon but. It was not delivered on expected time .i am so dissatisfied withu your service. This incident had occur twice with me between 27th june to 6 july 2018...no proper response and my product is still not delivered.i want. It to be delivered as soon as possible.please slove the issue as amzon is saying that problem is from ur side . I am realyy dissatisfied

                        Some frauds have posted a fake job ads in olx. I have recieved a message on my mobile number from Amazon on 4th July that Amazon has accepted my job request.
                        On the same day I got an Amazon application form and job offer letter through mail. I've submitted on the same day and on 5 July they told me to pay Rs1450 as a uniform security payment. After paying them they asked me about my shirt, pant and shoes size telling me that they'll send me on 6th july to my address through courrier with a joining letter.

                          I have order one plus six mobile on amazon mobile app on 20-jun-2018, they committed to delivery on 22-jun-2018, Till date mobile not delivered to me, If i call customer care every time they are registering ticket and this happening from three days.

                          My product has arrived and i have been receiving texts such as it will be delivered by today however, no such thing has happend. I have called the delivery agent this morning and he told me that it will be delivered by today evening; though no sign of him.
                          What kind of service is this? Utterly Disappointing service from amazon.
                          I have ordered a top today it was out for deliver I'd take a leave from my work to receive it but the message is showing that your order is refused by you but fact is i didn't reject to my order tell when it will come towards me really i am so upset to got this messag which I have not done they are showing that.

                            I have ordered the product on 23-jun-2018, expected delivery was 27-jun-2018. The tracking showed updated till 23-jun-2018 and then i got a message on 1-jul-2018 saying that i can order a replacement.

                            I did place the replacement order for the undelivered product on 1-jul-2018, expected deliver was 5-jul-2018, tracker showed updates till 3-jul-2018 and now, it says the delivery is delayed.

                            I am not sure where the shipment goes post it reaches the nearest facility in bengaluru. The customer service team always promises me that the shipment will be delivered. But, it never happens. This has left me with zero trust on amazon and hesitant to order anything further with amazon.in

                            If you guys are overwhelmed with your huge customer base and want to accept such lapses from your team then thanks, may be i will not followup.

                              I had ordered a mobile through Amazon on 26th June with assured delivery on
                              27th June which was to be gifted to my wife on that special occasion of Vat
                              Savtiri Festival.

                              I have waited from morning to till evening for the delivery because I got
                              the message also in morning.

                              But till evening it was not delivered so I called your customer care
                              representative, he told us to provide delivery till night but product was
                              not delivered and false update was made at Amazon site that address was not
                              proper without reaching to us.

                              Consequently I was unable to gift any thing to my wife at that occasion.

                              Second day on 28th June, before taking delivery of mobile called to your
                              customer care executive and told all that ask for return, he told that you
                              can take delivery right now and return it till 7th of July.

                              So I had took the delivery and try to give gift her, but she completely declined to take this gift because occasion had already been gone.

                              Now when I am going to return the product company's customer care
                              representative are declining to return and telling it is not under company's return policy.

                              What is the meaning of it?

                              Amazon must have to return it because it's not my fault if their executive make
                              any false commitment and delivery person make false update.

                              Why I would have took that delivery if he clearly told that product is not
                              returnable after delivery.

                                  I ordered a purple colour palazzo from vaidehi creation women'ruffle pants split high waist maxi long crepe palazzo overlay pant skirt on 24th june 2018 from amazon. When i received the item on 30th june 2018 i got a red one instead of purple. I am totally disappointed with the purchase. So on the day itself i requested for a return. On the next day (Ie., 1st july 2018), the amazon executive collected the product from me. When i checked the return/refund status in my amazon account, there mentioned a refunding delay of 3-5 days so i'm waited for that and i also received some sms alerts occasionally.. Yesterday i received a sms that today (Ie., 5th july 2018) the refund will be processed to my account. But till now i didn't received my money back to my bank account. What's going on? How can somebody continue to buy products from amazon without fear when you people stay irresponsible like this?

                                    I order a shoes but Amazon send me a wrong colour shoes so I exchange the prodect and Amazon said me that ur new shoes will come in 24 hours than I track my shoes there is written my shoes deliver to Friday so next day I call to costumer care and I tell him my prob he tell me I will ur prodect will deliver as we can soon and today I get deliver boy number and I call him to ask what time I get my shoes so he tell me 2 clock so I ask him I can get my shoes before 2 clock it's urgent so he tell me I will try than my shoes didn't come till 2 clock so I call her again so he tell me u want to wait more 1 hour so I told him it's urgent I told u so he told me Kya kare 1 hour ruk na padege than till 4 clock he didn't come so I call him again so he get angry on me and told me bar bar call kar ke parashan mat karo mujhe or time laga ge mera app nhi chal raha I told her costumer ke sath aise baat kar te ho toh he said yes so I told him I will complain so he said go and complain I don't care I don't like this sorry to say Amazon ur prodect is nice but costumer service is very bad

                                        My name is shashvat gupta and i want to know about my amount status which is initiated from amazon on 27/6/18 and told me that it will be credited within 3-5 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer service but their is no response regarding this.

                                        The refund for the order[protected]

                                        The refund reference number for the transaction is hsbcn[protected].

                                        The amount refunded is the on account no[protected] which does not exist since it is a bank of baroda account so it must be of 14 digits bank will not help me out until the money is credited on any account of their bank so kindly help me out and try to fix it as early as possible.
