Pathetic ! Pathetic! Pathetic!

Biggest mistake by placing order with Amazon.

I personally recommend never trust on Amazon India

You people can repeat the same fault no of times without any shame. I can say Amazon don’t have value for their customers. I placed an order for electric kettle . For which delivery team tried to contact to me on Sunday but I was busy so not able to receive the call . On the same evening I got call from Amazon for confirmation. I Informed the executive that product not delivers and you can deliver this tomorrow anytime I will be available . He commited that the product will be delivered tomorrow till 2 PM. But it did not happen . Then I called customer care and they said the order is returned back to seller you need to place another order. I asked that executive that I want to speak to manager he said they are busy will arrange call back in 24 hours . I said I can stay on line and wait for manager and he denied and said he will disconnect the call. I called again and spoke to another executive she transferred the call to the manger name Rashita. Even she was not able to provide and better solution . They all have the same solution that to place new order and wait again . I want to know
1) Why 2nd and 3rd attempt was not made
2) Why after commitment made from Amazon about product delivery was not completed
3) With whose permission they returned the product back to seller.

    I ordered on amazon and expected delivery date was 4th july 2018 but i got call on 3rd july that you have the delivery today over here in bilga town of jalandhar city. The delivery man said that he will be there in the morning so i was waiting for him. Then i got some work nearby, after waiting for the delivery till 3 pm i went to do some work. At 4 pm they again called me to fetch delivery from bilga from another place instead of my place. I told them to deliver it on the shop and they said ok, but they didn’t deliver there and put the delivery in refused delivery without asking me. Now on 4th july they are refusing to giving my delivery even i am ready to collect it from their office because i need that urgently till tomorrow. I was a regular customer of yours but now u have led yourself down in my opinion. Hope you take some action regards.

      I more than 5 times emailed amazon that's

      Hello amazon india,

      Recently i placed an order for "5 bottles of kissan mango jam & 2 units of nivea cream" but i need to inform you that i received the courier today in evening and when i open the wet package box then i saw there's only 4 bottles of kissan mango jam thats are badly damaged and jam was badly spread into the package box and nivea cream's packs were seal-opened and package box and items are badly lubricated already in the box. I am attaching closed box's and items pictures.
      And i am requesting you to send full+good seal packings items again. If you can not make fulfill my order then refund my prepaid money as soon as possible.

      But still amazon didn't contact me regarding this issue.

          I will inform to that i have two orders placed one was missing product and second one was defective product but defective product refund was completed but missing product no update by amazon and seller committed our company fault a v enterprises from delhi..             It is very disappointing that my order no.[protected] placed on[protected] for purchase delivered to me on dated 2-6-2018 with an empty packet, the product order was missing and not found within the packet. The bar code for the delivered packet was[protected]. the photographs of the empty packet are being attached for your information. It is therefore, requested that the either the amount paid for the said item may be refunded to me or the item/product be supplied to me at the earliest, failing which i have to approach an appropriate authority. The acknowledgement of this mail may kindly be intimated within 24 hours

            I have called to seller he was admitted his fault but no given update my refund

              The item is ' One Plus 6 tempered Glass ' Screen
              Protector is not the same I ordered. I am a long time customer. I was disappointed badly. Surprised...! How can Amezon do this. Amezon doesn't have control...over sellers...kindly help me to get the right one...The add in the app is red cover and the logo is different. In the add it shows Origional...& One plus 6, but the item I got is duplicate...not the genuine one. Help me otherwise I might loose faith and trust in AMEZON

                My order was supposed to be delivered on 1st july but didn't get any response. I got a message on 2nd july saying that the attempt to delivery was failed. I didn't get any call from the delivery guy. Today on 3rd july at 5:15 pm i got a message saying that the order was refused. Neither i got any call nor anyone tried to contact me at the address. When i called the delivery executive, they were too rude and harsh and straightaway refused to help and disconnected the call saying jo karna hai karo. Is this amazon's behavior? Should we leave hope and stop using amazon.in?

                    I have purchased mdi shred plus cross cut paper trimmer shredder machine vide invoice number[protected]/sdee-6239, this is machine not working for past 2 months, i have several times complaint in amazon call centre. Customer executive ask that label not generated. This is new machince. Kept is idel in our office.

                      The Amazon courier people just didn't deliver the product to at all.they kept the package to themselves and marked it as delivered that's all.they didn't even bother to call us so that we could pick up our package, it's the third time those people marked the product as delivered but didn't actually deliver to me.

                        It stopped working after a month. Warranty is of no use as they don't have any customer care number. You will need to write an email to them. They will then share their local engineer's number. The engineer will charge you 150 rs for the visit. Have a back up because the whole process will take 3 months. 1 month to register a complaint. 1 month for an engineer to visit your place. 1 month or a half to get the faulty part replaced. Buy at your own risk...
                        Don't buy this product it's worst product after 1months it stops working and bad customer service it's better to go for Philips or any other good brand

                          My phone isnot charging. Since it is nano phone it is difficult to repair in my city. Therefore i was call to customer care service, when i talked with them they said to me that they was help me, and send a mail to sibly india(seller) and they will alos contact me. But any one donnot either call me or mail. Although i was talked with them many times, And they will block my call.

                              Yesterday my ordered item came home and I swiped my card, the delivery boy told me it's not working ...and asked me to pay the product amount which is 169 rs..I payed cash and he left...later when I checked my mobile, I got amount debited notification from bank... immediately I called delivery boy and his response was bad..basically I has payed 2 times for the same product...the delivery boy purposely cheated me..take necessary actions..

                                  I have created product order from Amazon. Order No :[protected] it was W shaped helmate security Lock. today i got the product but it was missing some part like there is no key to lock the item. and and for supporting some nutes.

                                  This is secod time had issue from amazon previusly i return incorrect item
                                  OrderNo :[protected].

                                  Same product i am ordering two times but again they failed to correct deilived product. i really disoppointed from amazon service .

                                  No one caring the customer issues. this is poor service from amazon.

                                  No i will not order from amazon.

                                  Look at the below image there is no lock. and how to fit without any surface.

                                      Amazon you suck!! Your delivery guys are not responsible and the vendors you tie up are fraud they send broken devices. Your support Daya should be taught to give proper information and he also tried to threat me for asking my money back. If I don't get my money back I am going to sue you guys and drag u to court.

                                        Maine jo book booked ki thi wo nahi ayi uski badle koi dushri book bhej di. Aur amount se adhik paisa le liya. Jab maine ghr main count kiya tb pta chla ki delivery boy paisa jyda le gya. Aaj hi delivery honi thi abhi tak nahi hui. Koi aur send kr di. Ye bilkul galt hai. Isse to aacha kam flipkart ka hi koi mistake nahi hoti. Ye amazon wale aise hi krte hai kya? Call kro to uthte nahi hai.
                                        Maine alg alg book booked ki thi amazon ne sab ko ek sath kr diya. Ab book cancelled krne main problem aa rahi hai. Cancelled kto to ek sath 3 book cancelled ho rahi hai. Kya service hai bhai samjh nahi ata.
                                        Amazon meri problem solve kro wo bhi jaldi.
                                        Apki baju se kitni problem hoti hai. Pta hai.
