the seller is asking me to cancel the order.

I ordered a few days back. The order number is[protected]. I ordered because the product was showing me on the interface. But today i got a call from the seller to cancel the order as it's out of stock. If it was out of stock then how come it showed me on the interface and why did it allow me to order! I'm a prime member. I'm not satisfied...

I had purchased saregama caravan on 27th may, 2018 from amazon and returned it back on 6th june. The pick-up of the product had been done on 7th june and post that received a mail saying that my refund has been initiated from amazon. The other refund mail mentioned that the refund will be reflected in my account by 14th june which i didn't see it yet. Made 2 calls everyday to amazon asking for help, the only sentence they say is fill an online dispute charge form which is not available online for central bank of india, called them back as i didn't find the form at home branch of the bank nor the 4 customer service representative of the bank knew what a dispute charge form is. I tried asking for other optional help from amazon still they say we cannot do anything in this case, which gradually leaves me without my refund money that is rs.6240. Visited the bank, spoke to the bank manager, they all kept saying "you purchased it from amazon, so how are we supposed to help if you didn't receive your money from them. Tried giving them the refund transaction number still no use as they can't track it.

I'm clueless as what has to be done, cause central bank of india as well as amazon has left me helpless. I'm attaching all the mail sent to me from amazon with the order number of the product, the date of purchase, return date and amount to be refunded.

Hoping this helps me with this issue.

I saw the amazon job recruitment ad from Quikr and I applied to [protected]@amazonindia2018.in and I send my photo proof, address proof and degree certificates then I got this job confirmation mail asking me to pay Rs 1550 for uniform and training .I need to know whether it's original or fake

    Dear sir

    A refund of 948 rupees was successfully processed on 12/6/2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on rs. 2489.00 on 31 may 2018 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

        Sir, i ordered a phone named redmi 5a from amazon.in on 16.06.2018 at a price of rs.5500/-. The expected date of delivery was in betwen 19-22 june. But today early morning i got a message from amazon company that your order (Having order no -#[protected] has been cancelled and if paid amount will be credited to your account. I checked my amazon account and i found that order has been cancelled and amount refunded to my amazon pay balance worth rs.5500/- than after i consult without delay to amazon customer care (Executive supervisior shri kundan jee) regarding this matter. The customer care representive explain me about that, the seller was unable to dispatch the product on time so, i cancel your product. When i ask from him about the solution of this problem than without any hesitation he told me that you will have to book the order again.
        Now, the problem is when i book that product (I. E redmi 5a) the price was rs.5500/- and at present the increased price is rs.7800/- approx now the difference of price is too high to pay or manage. The company knows very well about this price difference thats why they cheat the customers. When i briefed them regarding this problem they again advice me to order the product again and also explain that there is no provision to reorder the same product from their side. Now, it is very critical condition/ painfull experience for me to handle this situation because i already promise some one to deliver the product as a gift from my side on special occassion and on expected date, but since the product is cancel by the amazon company by himself it is against my reputaion and mental harassment.

        At last it is my request to take this complain seriously and take quick and strict action against the company so that in future they donot atlest try to cheat any one more and regarding my problem the company should pay the fine against my order.

          Hello Amazon

          I have got a terrible experience after ordering "Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflo DX 18-Watt UV Water Purifier (White)" from you.

          ORDER #[protected]

          The estimated delivery time line was till 19th June 2018. After contacting customer representatives came to know that it is being delayed due to external factors. I can understand delay but there is no proper response from Amazon customer care team and still no sign of delivery. in this situation i am not able to cancel the order as i would not get refund immediately as there is deficiency in services from Amazon.

          such a pathetic service

          Next time i will be cautious while putting order on amazon with advance payments.

            Dear Sir, This is V.Narayanaswamy residing at jasmine house, convent square, Alappuzha 688001, Kerala. I ordered for V-Guard Stabilizer Crystal Plus Smart Order:[protected]/ 26.05.2018 i have received the product from Amazon supplier JAGDAMBA ENTERPRISES.The product came on 03 rd June 2018.From 2nd June i was on tour and came back to my home only on 16th June 2018.While checked the packet i noticed that they have dispatched CRYSTAL MINI stabilizer instead of CRYSTAL PLUS SMART.While mailed to amazon regarding wrong product dispatch I got a reply stating that it is more than 10 days and no question of replacement.When i mailed back again regarding wrong dispatch of product and confirmed them that I have not even opened the packet, ( as the details are available in the v guard box itself).After receiving this mail they quiet agreed to collect it back.But later on the trend changed and now they asked me to dispatch back the product to the seller with a copy to them, for which they agreed to pay the expense.Its a matter of fact that each time the mail received from different persons of the amazon customer care .Here in Alleppey, No couriers are willing to accept this product to return due to their policies, as i am not a trader.For the past 3 days Amazon is not responding my mail, hence this appeal.I request you to kindly look in to the matter in getting either right product or refund the amount what i have paid to amazon.Below all the records pasted, as the originals attachment column not available in the site.

                  I buy a set of kurti's from Amazon and the item comes on 31/05/2018 .I pay cash ₹936.00 to him which gave me the corear . I return the product on 01/06/2018 but the money is not come back to my account . Then I call to the helpline number of Amazon but it says that the transaction is done by Amazon and gave me a refund reference number HSBCN[protected] and I contact to Punjab National Bank helpline number and it says that no any refund was come from Amazon then I call to Amazon helpline number many times but my refund is not come back.

                    I've ordered skullcandy earphones on 16th june with guaranteed delivery on 17th june its 20th june now i still don't have the package, every day they are telling today you're getting it for sure, but they didn't deliver, yesterday it was out for delivery i got the delivery agent details i called him, he said and i quote "mereko nai pata tera parcel kon la raha, mereko call mat kar be chutiye" nd he hungup on me 3 times.. Their is something extremely wrong with amazon, i've had the worst experience with you, so dissapointing.. Worst ever.

                      I have purchased an item on amazon india on 10th june 2018. Payment was done online by using credit card. As per the website, product was supposed to be delivered on 14th june. But it is not delivered yet.
                      When enquired with customer care executive, he replied that product will be delivered by 19th june 2018. But it is still not delivered.

                      I want it to be delivered by today itself. And i want compensation for the delay and such a bad service.

                        I have been waiting for the original invoice since last year as amazon provided me a fake one without imei number on the invoice, since then i have contacted like 1000 times and each time the executive told me that i will get update in 5 days and like that 6 months passed now.

                          Temper glass oversized for one plus 6.
                          Product launch on 22nd may @ amazon and it was announced same day of prebooking of temper glass (Claim as made for oneplus6) and delivery date 1st june so no review made and considered of the product.

                          At the time of product delivery, i went down to rural area for summer vacations and couldn’t use tamper glass overly my phone.

                          Now today 19th june, have tried tamper glass and found it is oversized and coming out while using oneplus6 company case cover and not at all compatible with phone and the claim is wrongly stated.

                          Amazon not ready to return the product since out of return window policy however it is a matter of wrong product given and and wrong claiming.
                          It is a matter of trust not building with e-platform with customer. Company new campaign of physical outlet to build trust with e-platform shopping under banner apni dukaan.

                          Totally opposite attitude as i can see with the subject matter.

                              Dear sir,
                              On 03.06.2018 i ordered 4 products from your app. 3 were delivered and 1 was supposed to be delivered by 08.06.2018 but it is not delivered till date (18.06.2018). When i am trying to talk to your customer call executives they are not calling me back. Moreover they have blocked my number from calling. Two days ago i requested to cancel the order but it was not done and link to cancel my order has now been removed.
                              What the hell is this???
                              You are totureing a loyal customer for ordering products from your app.
                              What kind of services you offer when you cant even talk to your customer regarding the order for which he gas paid you full amount.??
                              Horrible services!!! Please cancel my order and refund my money back asap.

                                I purchase some item from amazon for which i paid from amazon pay account (After crediting in amazon pay account from my sbi bank debit card) but after 4-5 days of order the seller cancelled the order. Amazon credited such amount in my amazon pay account. But i told amazon to credit such amount (Amount is rs 487+390=877) in my bank account. Amazon told me that he transferred the amount on 29th may 2018, in my bank account. But yet the same is not reflecting in my bank account.
                                I raised complaint in this behalf to amazon but the amazon is giving the reply that now they can not do anything because they have transferred the amount in my bank account.
                                Also i contacted my bank (Sbi) many times for this issue but the bank is not taking any action in this behalf.
                                So kindly look in this matter and help me in getting the said amount (Rs 487+390=877).
                                Further the bank transaction number generated at time of credited the amount by the amazon is as follows:

                                  I placed an order of loreal shampoo to be delivered at my mum's address, and today i rec the message it's being returned. Then i contacted ur chat support team and advisor subangi being so unhelpful didn't give complete info about it. I understand it's the seller who didn't deliver, but aren't ur chat support team have info about it. If not, aren't ur chat advisors are suppose to help with the right i do on whim to contact about it?? Also, i had couple of more questions. She asked me to wait while arranging a call back and after a minute, she came online and directly ended the chat without asking i[censored] have any further queries.. Seriously??!!?? Is this what amazon is becoming and has adapted doing now. Cx can understand, at times there might be some problem, but aren't u guys suppose to resolve that problem. I have ordered many times from amazon, but this is the worst experience a cx can have.

                                  I placed that order for my mum, because she can't go out and m not there with her. Have placed many orders from flipkart for that address and never faced delivery issues, then why is it the problem with amazon. Anything specific? Also, ur chat team or might be that particular advisor is extremely pathetic and the provided service was extortionate.

                                    Hi all,

                                    I had ordered one plus six mobile phone on amazon india. Order#[protected]. The seller is rocket kommerce llp. The delivery was not handed to me but to my mother who did not check what was there in the package. When i came back home and opened the package, amazon has sent me a videocon phone. I called amazon support and they bluntly said that they can'r do anything. I am really tensed as i have paid rs 35000 for one plus six and i have received a videocon phone. I am trying to get in touch with amazon but all my efforts are in vain.

                                    I have had order an item. On arrival the package I have no received any information nor package no. Directly informed me that my parcel is being return from SK enterprise Bongaigaon mob no [protected].
