1. The delivered packet does not have any gift item as mentioned in the invoice.
2. The product is totally defective - does not work.

I got the confirmation mail about hiring in amazon and they asked me to pay 1650 rupees in order to join me in company...i want to know that true or fraud

    I ordered boya by m1 mic from amazon and battery was not present in the box. So, tried to return the package and called customer care. But the lady whose name was mathili asked some security questions, i answered all of them but she continued to asked more questions. I told her to transfer my call to your senior representative but she was totally unprofessional and disconnected my call.

      I had ordered a laptop from amazon (Order #[protected].in on 17th jun 2018. The item was to be "guaranteed delivered" by 19th jun 2018. By the afternoon of 19th jun 2018, i got an update that the item is delivered. I complain about the issue to the customer support regarding the issue and i was told the issue is escalated and would be resolved within 48 hours.

      When i didn't get any update on 21st jun 2018 i called the customer support regarding the same, i was informed the investigation is going on and they would require more time. I was mad about this and the call was transferred to the specialist department where they informed me that there is no escalation made till now. So he raised an escalation and i have to wait till 5 working days for a resolution.

      On the 6th working day evening, i have to call as i had not got an update. The specialist department again told the same thing the investigation is going on and i have to wait for 3 more days. I ask to connect me to their senior, at first they were not ready to further escalate, but ultimately they connected me to the leadership department. Where the executive again told to wait for another 5 working days.

      Now its been 12 days i have been waiting for a resolution for a product which is suppose to be guaranteed delivered.

      Kindly suggest further actions as i didn't see a result coming out of this.

      Laptop: lenovo ideapad 320
      Cost: 43, 390/- (Exchange item)
      Date of delivery: 19 jun 2018
      Complained on: 19 jun 2018 (Item not delivered and marked delivered)
      Escalation made: 21 jun 2018 (After multiple calls)
      Further escalated: 30 jun 2018 (After completion of previous escalation timeline of 5 working days and no resolution)

      Current status: the item is still marked as delivered in my account (No one bothered to update the status). 2 escalation made no resolution, still waiting for an update.

          In the description of this product it is clearly mentioned LG 360L 4 Star and I received 3 Star. Now the resolution which I received is that they are asking me to cancel this order and get the refund which is not a proper solution because then I have to suffer and the offer, cashback and the price of this product which I have got will be lost for me. Rather I would suggest Amazon to replace 3 Star with 4 Star or may refund me the price difference between 3 & 4 Star which is at least ₹2000 or above.

            I have ordered the Product on 23rd June and it was supposed to be delivered by 29th June. i called the customer care but they said it will be delivered by 30th June. But they are saying it will be delivered by 6th July.
            They are not at all focused on delivering the product on time.
            I have to gift it to someone and its already late.

            I am facing incovenience due to the delay.

              I had ordered Oppo Realme1 phone by Order #[protected].
              After delivery, I realised it has no selfie flash. I requested Amazon for a return and refund, but they refuse to take my request citing company policy. As per their policy, they cannot take unboxed/unopened product. Ironically they take back a damaged / defective product happily.

              It is a simple issue wherein Amazon could have initiated a return by taking possession o[censored]nboxed phone and bill. I had agreed to pay packing and transportation costs.

              The phone is in great demand and frequently out of stock on their website.A return could have certainly given them and the seller an opportunity to sell again.However unfortunately, Amazon has behaved like a mere online seller. Today, even Flipkart, Snapdeal and Tatacliq happily accept an unboxed/unopened product.

              I believe this is an injustice to genuine customers. Please redress my grievance.

              Amazon has not replied after the complaint has been forwarded. I had no option but to sell the phone at a discount of 500 Rs.

                My name is gopal shai as i orderd mi y2 mobile phone date on 26th june after confirm my order 27th is my delivery date, but continuously 27 to 30 we follow up my order they continuously post phoning without the reason, still not received everyone saying will try and nobody is giving reason of delay. And they provided courier agent number - [protected] name is saddam bappon after so many time i tried the call he is not responding only there is fake create the number still completing 4 days they are not provided the solution???

                    I had made a purchase a credit card holder dahsha leather credit card holder wallet with 13 slots for men & women - brown thru online on sunday 24th june & given product to be delivered by 26th june but its is not yet delivered. Now they are offering for refund. For which i have to wait for another 15 days to get refund. Which is completely unacceptable.

                      I had ordered redmi note 5 pro (64gb) (4gb ram) (Gold) mobile from amazon on 17th june 2018. The order no is order#[protected]. Whereas on 22nd june 2018 i received a ghadi detergent cake with packing of amazon. There was no invoice no product detail anything on it. Since i had already paid it during booking (Through my debit card) i had no choice of verifying it in front of the courier person. I immediately lodged return and refund option for my order to which amazon denied and told me that they will investigate and revert. On 29th june 2018 when i called them on their customer care they said that they have delivered the right product against my order and hence no refund shall be done. I have written them enough mails right from the day of delivery with photographs of the incorrect product received. But all in vain. They didn't even shared me their investigation report. I am going ahead with legal complaint against them. However want to voice out my ordeal on every possible platform since i have been cheated by amazon. Please help me in every possible way.

                        1. I ordered a toy car for my kid. (Order #[protected] from amazon india. It twice got delayed by 2 weeks. Then replacement request was raised by amazon itself and that also got delayed by 1week. My kid's bday was spolied.
                        2. Next, the product that was recieved after long wait was faulty. A mazon denied to arrange the pick up of return. After number of calls with amazon i myself had to arrange the courier. I used the courier suggested by amazon itself. Amazon gave me assurance in mail that any courier charges incurred will be refunded. I sent the scanned reciept provided by courier on amazon email id which they mentioned me in the mail.
                        3. The trouble is not yet over - after waiting for 1 month for the refund i myself called amazon to know the status. Now they tell me courier cannot be processed as there is no stamp on reciept though the reciept is on the letter-head of the courier service. Nothing was ever mentioned in written or oral communication by amazon. Also, they tell me this when i myself called them instead of they informing me earlier.

                        This is how they spoiled my kid's birthday!
                        The trouble series of 2 months is still on. I am worried if i will get my courier charges refund.

                          I ordered through amazon but payment deducted on jun 21 still not got refund they told to wait till fri jun 29 2018 for the refund of order total: rs.8, 990.00/- of the canceled order no:[protected]. Worst service ever from international company. On today 29 i called amazon customer service they told they will not share complaint no and told to wait another 5 more days

                            I had ordered for the headphones on amazon and the delivery had just neglected to deliver the package.
                            Complaining that my own address lies somewhere else even it is correct. I have ordered many before this but he is the one who argued for the correct address i had not even changed from addresses. By amzagent ([protected]) order no:[protected].
                            I'm very angry about it. If possible i need a clear apologise from him as he was very rood. And he's number appeared to be [protected] while he called me.

                            the delivery boys who ordered before him had delivered the packages correctly even without making a call.i'm very angry because he would have made his decision correct as soon as I said that was my correct address.but he din't listened to me and responded in a wrong way so plz make an apologise call by him.

                              I'm writing this mail with big hope, because amazon india customer care make me forlorn.

                              I have tweeted after hapless from amazon, my purpose going to online shopping for save time and efforts., unfortunately product received in two pieces.                                 Dear sir i am taotally unsatisfied with this service because i recharged 169 rs but after service provider told me this plan is not for me than i just want to know that whose fault is this when there is no any clearification about the plan and i had to suffered my rs 169 gone waste i should get unlimited call and 1 gb data per day for 28 days but what i got only data for 14 days really disgusting kind of service i am notgoing to use this service again and try no other one use this also.

                                  I have ordered a product on amazon (20 june 2018) and the product went for delivery on 22 june 2018 at the end of i got a message from that "unable to contact customer" so i asked amazon about this fake update by the delivery person, they told that will look on it. And the next day same problem, so i complaint about this problem so one of the senior customer care people told that "place the order again and when it successfully delivered means we will pay you extra amount you have paid for the shipping" (Image attached), so i have placed my order and they said guarantee delivery on june 28 but again they didn't deliver it. I asked to customer care for delivery with at 5.30 pm and he said ok (Image attached), but after that i didn't get my product, so once again i asked customer care about this issue and they told that "we will try to delivery but there was a problem with delivery team and if guarantee date missed means we will reattempt [to delivery it on next working day”. But what i am asking means amazon collecting extra rs.100 for one-day delivery. If guarantee delivery date missed means it was amazon problem, then amazon should pay us as fine. But amazon says we will not provide, then why you guys are collecting extra 100. Very worst service, while i am talking to customer care they put my call on hold for 15 min after that simply they are disconnecting my call without any reason. Is this way amazon treat the customers? In my opinion, amazon license should be cancel in india.

                                  1. The delivery person not attending the calls.
                                  2. Customer care putting the calls on hold for above 15 min
                                  3. Without any reason customer care putting down the calls.
                                  4. Fake delivery updates by the delivery person.
                                  5. Threatening me by the delivery person (Evidence attached).
                                  6. No guaranteed delivery.

                                    I had ordered two ielts books from b2a uk on 28th may 2018. The books got delivered on 7th june 2018 but there were no cd which are very much essential without which the books are almost useless. So i placed a return request the same day and self shipped it to the address on 13.06.2018. As per the tracking number the product got returned on 18.06.18. But the seller is saying that they have not received the product and asking all sorts of irrelevant questions in order to stretch it beyond the due date so that he does not have to return the money.

                                      They sold me a useless mobile battery through some third-party seller in bihar. I complained and escalated the issue but there's no one at amazon listening. I have repeatedly asked them to return the money but they have refused. Amazon india is now full of shady sellers happily selling all kinds of junk with no protection of the consumer by amazon. What the seller sent me is a used battery that gets drained as soon as you charge it.

                                        One of the Worst service i have ever seen in my life by any e-commerce portal. On[protected] I ordered a 5.1 channel speaker from a Amazon seller called "Wish2Choose".

                                        He sent me a damaged product on[protected] and i raised a product replacement on the same day and got a replacement product on[protected] which had a defective remote control (box was heavily damaged). I lost my patience and asked for a product return and refund.

                                        Raised a refund complaint on[protected] and asked Amazon to pickup on[protected] but no one came and again i raised a return request on[protected] AM to 01 PM), no one came but they registered as pickup attempted.

                                        Really i got irritated of this service by amazon, one of the worst service experienced. i bought the product on[protected], its been 10 days i have not experienced the benefit for even a single rupee rather its been just a pain.

                                        I cant wait further more for Amazon to pickup the product and do their process of 7 days refund and get my money their way. I want this to be legally solved. I am posting this on all consumer forum and going to take it socially.
