I have dispatched order to customer but after dispatched order to customer i have not received ammount in my account i have called custoner care to many times but they have not responded to me.. i have replied many times to amazon customer they have not geting any responses from it.. but after some days i have faces a new issues that i have not acces to my account i have called customer care to that they have said that they have blocked ther aacccount without any reason ...

    I had purchased a Lightning cable from Amazo.in on 31.03.2018 which stopped working in 2 months. As the product is under warranty I visited authorized service center to get it diagnosed. Service center people informed that the cable is not genuine whether seller claims it is genuine on the website.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My order no[protected], I craft cotton yarn. Expected date was 12th June. On tracking it shows despatch date as 6th June. So far not received

      Order i'd[protected] i don't know why you have been harassing in such a way;. Why you had closed my account if some customer complaint for missing products then this is the only way of resolution... Closed the account and he will not complained again.
      I had lost rs.2469 since 4 days and how depressed i am but to resolve this issue at high priority you are closed the account and i don't know why this is my first amazon shopping so what going wrong for which i had lost rs.2469.

      Please enquiry properly from which order packed shipped and delivered as you said repeatedly that it was all ok but i will challenged you to provide me proof and then i can realize that i had lost rs.2469 due to my misfortune or bad luck.

      As you replied that my account has closed and my refund or replacement request had denied and also mentioned that you had checked that the order was perfectly delivered to me and also mentioned that i have consistently ask for refund.

      This above reply is really shocking and heartbreaking and first of all you had told the products was perfectly delivered to me as checked in your records and carrier but i challenged you to provide a single proof that 4 items of the order had delivered to me.
      I had never asked for refund before so how you say for consistent refund we had closed the account.

      Show the proof that you had delivered the 4 items of the order.
      I will trust and assure you that after proper enquiry you will know the truth.
      I am seriously worried since 2 days and expecting help from customer support but never thought i exploited by amazon executive.

      Show me the proof that 4 items was properly packed and 4 items was properly delivered to me with complete proof.

      I have ordered a headphone and order was cancelled after five but today a head phone was delivered to my mom with the same price of 690 .I ordered boat 400 but delivered chinse item .so IAM confirm that Amazon has leaked my phone number and delivery address to some fraud.Now how to return the item and get my money anyone pls help me

        So i trusted you guys again and ordered the hoodie, that was apparently lost, again. And... I didn't receive it yet.
        We are sorry your package is delayed. Please contact amazon for further details.
        You know what, thank you amazon. You were such a great servoce for me at start but now no... I don't think i will be able to take prime membership again. You guys give sucb poor service to a prime member, what is the use of me wasting my money, time and energy on trusting you, when you aren't able to deliver my packages on time.
        I told you guys so many times, i have to courier somewhere else, please send it asap. But no, you guys don't seem to understand.
        Thank you amazon. Ypu gys taught how not to be.

          I bought maxcart led rotatable dual arm tv wall mount of order no[protected] on may 27th 2018 cost of rs inr 1897rs i paid through amazon pay, balance. I got the order and i returnedt at the time of delivery it'self. I found the order was returned to amazon on june 1st in my app, but still the refund was not initiated.

          Do something for the refund process immediately

For amazon transaction of rs.399 from account no. [protected] is igaduljdy6. Which order has been cancelled but paid amount was not credited my account. Please credited the refund amount to my account.

                I had ordered a JBL earphone from amazon and was suppose to deliver on 14 June 2018.

                The company has marked it as delivered.
                After contacting they mentioned they have some technical problem and that product will reach in another 2 days.

                We called on 16 June 2018 and they asked for 3 more days and said that they will forward the query to investigation team.

                We called again on 20 June 2018 and they mentioned that they would forearm the complaint to investigation team again.
                Not sure why they dint do earlier.
                We were asked to wait for 5 days so that the team will connect with us, however we dint received any calls from the team.

                Once again we called on 25 June and they still ask me to wait for 72 hrs. We had asked for refund twice but as the supervisor mentioned, they will never initiate refund unless the team contacts us.

                After asking them to connect to investigatioj team right there, they dint agree to that too.
                Also they mentioned that unless the team gives any update they will never initiate the refund.

                This is how the customer care takes care of the issues.
                And also it is very ridiculous and terrible to know that amazon cannot take care of the orders of their prime members.

                Shame on Amazon

                  I have ordered books through amazon.in (Megha agarwal book store is the seller) on may 31, 2018 and paid the money upfront through internet banking. Delivery window was june 15-18, 2018. Immediately after payment, got a message saying that the consignments is shipped with india post tracking number which i found it to be a fake one. I found from feedback pages of seller on amazon.in that the same tracking number is given to atleast another buyer. After repeated requests, no new tracking number was given or contact person was assigned. The supply date is extended to june 23, 2018 and that day also passed. No one contacted me how to solve the issue or about refund. Talking to the amazon representative through customer support on june 19, 2018 also did not help. Not sure how to get back the money or the books. It is an awful service indeed.

                    Sir, i sathiaseelan ordered oneplus6 phone through your amazon company. Refe my previous compliant. It should have been delivered on 21st june as per your intimation of otp, through mail to me. The mistake was mismatch of otp with delivery boy's machine. I believe the delivery boy purposely inputted wrong otp to hold the delivery for his gain.
                    After my appeal to your customer care team, another otp was assigned on 22 july for delivery. Thanks for the nice response. But the courier boy did not turn up or even contacted us. Infact isabella called the courier team to inform that we have new otp for delivery, but they were surprised and from then on did not pick up our call. It was a will full delay.
                    From 22 july onwards i made 14 times appeal to your escalation team and all of them gave false promises to deliver within 25 hours. I have all their responses as emails.
                    Then on 24 evening it was delivered after my appeal and compliant to head of the escalation team. I am suspecting that my product ordered was made use of to replace with refurbished one, by the courier team.
                    I have lost my peace of mind for 4 days. Agony and tension i underwent. 2 of lost 3 days of salary.
                    My requested compensation amount for delay in delivery for 2 persons amounts to re. 10, 000/ and not 1000/ as mentioned. That was typing error. Please compensate within 24 hours for the agony both o[censored]s underwent and the loss of payment from our daily work.

                        I am sathiaseelan, who ordered oneplus 6 phone for my friend isabella, to be delivered at the, livingstone appartment, 2 pattel street, kodambakkam. My order number[protected]. This was due for delivery on 21st june, but my otp when entered on the machine failed to recognise.
                        After appeal to customer care i received another otp on 22nd for delivery. From that time onwards neither i, nor isabella was contacted till now from delivery side, but it simply registered as person could not be contacted.
                        Till now, i have appealed 14 times to escalation team, but each person's promise to deliver with 24 hours was a false promises amazon has given me.
                        I am cheated thourughly by amazon escalation team and till now otp is not regenerated for delivery. I have all the mail's with me from your team.
                        My order is not delivered and my 3 days of waiting at home with loss of my pay rs. 1000/ has to be compensated.
                        Will you help me to deliver my order by today.

                          Dear sir/madam, i purchased a mobile phone on 7th june 2018 on amazon.in with order number order#[protected] and i paid through icici credit card and opted for 6 emi conversion.

                          But amazon deducted 187 rupees from amazon pay balance and rest from my credit card, i requested them about this but they denied to convert it into emi and also denied to give cash back. Without any conclusion, they also disconnected the chat.

                          I am also a prime member of amazon but the delivery of any item is not as per commitment, always they deliver items very late.

They dont even know that where my package is i was so exited for my phone but they ruiend everthing. Really disappointed amazon

                              I have purchased a mobile and paid through netbanking but to my surprise the pack delivered has only charger inside and not the mobile phone.
                              I requested for a return and the same has been done after a week despite putting all my efforts to contact this customer care.
                              A refund request has been raised and the same appears in my order page i have tried so many times and repeatedly got the answer that refund has been initiated but not credited to my account. Its more than 60days i havent received my hard earned money cheated by this company.,
                              It is a worst customer care option gicven by the company to cheat indians and their hard earned money. Now iam not able to contact the customer care as it says not able to fetch order details.

                                I had ordered a product - hd clair stylish aviator spectacle eye frame/reading eyeglasses-unisex the seller is hd claire. On 14th june 2018, order id[protected]

                                The seller has sent a totally different product and thick plastic frame, wrong cheap product. I have contacted amazon many times for this thing, and they want me to send this product back manually, take this print outs find a courier service etc.. For which i said this is not my duty leaving my own work, and because you have done this fraud, you should resolve this or arrange the pick up, or else refund me if you can't pick up..

                                They said each time that not possible, and can't refund either. This is very annoying and fraudulent, that they are making me to run around, this has happened many times before that they have sent a wrong product and to send that back i had to run around. Now i'm done. I want my money back.

                                  From our side a order has been placed for piraso fasttrend analog... Ial girl's watch - pw3-07 against[protected] on[protected].
                                  The same is received on[protected] but when then box is opened it found empty.
                                  As the parcel is on cod basis so the amount of 460/- inr is given to the courier guy.
                                  As the courier guys are not agreed for opening the box before opening receipt so it is not possible to judge the same.
                                  Kindly look into the matter, waiting for the early response.

                                      Deliver a lenova defected laptop on 23.5.18. I raised a return request on 1.6.18. But still they didn't collect it. Whenever I call customer service they are not responding properly. They are now asking me to do self return. If something happens to the product who will take responsibility. Refund also did happen. Now they have blocked my no.the address which I gave is an office address .The delivery is happening regularly to that address for other. But they are telling there is no courier person available in that area to take the product. From day 1 they are telling pick up will happen in 24hrs, 72hrs. Etc. But nothing happens till now

                                        The product is slb works brand new mini hd.

                                        This was delivered on 10th of march. It was defective

                                        I created a return on 11th of march. I did not get any response from the seller nor from amazon for product pickup.

                                        But when i contacted again in april the seller shrewdly replied return window expired.

                                        Later on after not getting any further replies i contacted customer care and they told me to file a claim. But the claim was denied.

                                        Then afterwards i called customer care around "50 times" each time waiting half an hour to talk because they are "busy" and each time they kept fooling me that they are escalating this issue. They always said we will call in so & so days but never called
