I am sathiaseelan, who ordered oneplus 6 phone for my friend isabella, to be delivered at the, livingstone appartment, 2 pattel street, kodambakkam. My order number[protected]. This was due for delivery on 21st june, but my otp when entered on the machine failed to recognise.
After appeal to customer care i received another otp on 22nd for delivery. From that time onwards neither i, nor isabella was contacted till now from delivery side, but it simply registered as person could not be contacted.
Till now, i have appealed 14 times to escalation team, but each person's promise to deliver with 24 hours was a false promises amazon has given me.
I am cheated thourughly by amazon escalation team and till now otp is not regenerated for delivery. I have all the mail's with me from your team.
My order is not delivered and my 3 days of waiting at home with loss of my pay rs. 1000/ has to be compensated.
Will you help me to deliver my order by today.
