I ordered a book regarding sample papers of computer science for cbse class 12 on 5 june 2018 which i was supposed to receive on 21 june 2018 (I. E. Half a month later inspite of paying via debit card). I have not yet received the book and there is no response from the dealer as well as amazon regarding it. Hence, i demand
A compensation, failing which i will move to the consumer court.

    This is to inform that i am a regular customer of amazon and i ordered this product on 14.05.2018 and the same was send back by me for replacemet purposes on 20.05.2018. The reason of replacement was that the order was not the same as it was shown in the pictures and was damaged also. Its been a month and the replacement order has not been received by me till date.       I have ordered Jaybird X3 earphones.I received an empty box.When I call the customer care, they say that they have sent the package in Secured sealed bag and product is delivered and they can't do anything about it.I have asked them to provide proofs that the product box isn't tampered with before packing it but they say they can't do that as well.Please let me know what can I do.

        Canara bank — charge dispute issue from canara bank

        I am pankaj gupta
        I have ordered jixing jxng 6-accoustic guitar from amazon buy using my debit card but that product is not compatible therefore i ask for refund from amazon and they told me that your refund processed from our side. But refund is not credited in my account.

        The refund amount rs.2399-has been successfully processed on 12 june 2018 as per there message and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction reference #[protected] and transaction id #[protected] auth given by amazon.

        Now they told me to ask to your bank.

        Please do necessary action to get my refund back!

          I ordered an IBlason Holster Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from amazon it took 15 to 20 days to deliver and when I received it it was Tamdan Shock proof case, which is completely different from the title, description & images of the product in amazon.in (https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B074W3WBVC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UT...
          I contacted Amazon they said as it is a 3rd party company you have to wait for two days the seller will contact you. Is it justified after waiting for so long I got a fake product and also I have to wait more now.

            Warner bros tweety plush 17 inch (Mbe-wb107) 100% imported item was purchased in march 2018. And refund was insisted by amazon on 11th of march 2018 and they text to me it will reflect in my account before 22 of march. But amount never reflected in my account. I have call amazon and bank so many times. Bank told to me please give is 16 to 22 digits reference id but amazon provide me 4 digits reference. After that so many times i request to amazon but they never help me to get out from this situation. Even always amazon customer executive suggest me for complaint against bank on cms. But bank also close this one time and after more discussion with amazon i filled the same again. But still there is no update. Amazon executive always give many solution but they can't do same by itself. This is so much headache. They should resolve customers issues but they never try to do for these cases. I just want my amount and card advance payment refund will resolve by amazon so that any another customer will face it.

            I just want resolve it and for future
            I am finding so many charges on my credit card from ya. I don't no how or why. I have not order or received anything, I have two charges from May 7 for 22.99 and May 4 for 14.99 June 4 for 13.12. I don't understand what these are for. I blocked my card until I find out what's going on.

              I have ordered the back cover of lava a52. Till now it was not not delivered and i could not view the tracking.
              I have a message that it can't be delivered.

                I have purchased an item on amazon india on 10th june 2018. Payment was done online by using Debit card. As per the website, product was supposed to be delivered on 15th june. But it is not delivered yet.
                When enquired with customer care executive, he replied that product will be delivered by 21th june 2018. But it is still not delivered.

                I want it to be delivered by today itself. And i want compensation for the delay and such a bad service.

                  I order a product from amazon and i return it same day when it was delivered now nobody is coming for return pickup and the customer care executive is telling me we can't do anything i told them to refund me but they are saying we can't product is with you i mean i am not an evil person who kick courier boy he is not coming thats not my fault and these guys aren't helping!

Now i m requesting them to please either exchange or return my product. As they have 10 days replacement policy. They are denying from replacing or returning the defective product.                         I ordered travel bag worth Rs. 1520 on 19th June 2018 (order id:[protected]. as a prime customer order delivery on 20th June. on 20th-morning delivery agent called me without informing when was in office. I told him to I will take it on the evening on that day. when I called him in the evening he showed his attitude. he says that this is not our service to give an order in your free time and as I requested he accepted to deliver at same place near my address around 10 pm. he didn't come. I called an Amazon executive to report this, he said it will deliver before 9 AM on next day for his ratings. so, i waited again. but delivery not came. I didn't call delivery agent because he was speaking very ridiculous at me. Again I called Amazon executive, same repeated again that it delivery today for sure, 100%. lastly, i called to the delivery agent he said that your delivery went back yesterday what are you waiting for. these amazon agents, the delivery executive had played a huge game with me. ### lot of time waste and that delivery agent scolded as I am his servant. this is very bad, I am unable to anything, just I am the joker in this game.

                            I had ordered a world cup t shirt (Order#[protected] that was supposed to be delivered to me on 20.06.2018 a text message confirmed the same.
                            The delivery guy denied to deliver the parcel saying it was with some other person and updated on the system that delivery attempted but parcel held back for payment .
                            Parcel was never delivered by the guy Asif([protected]), who denied delivery on 20.08.2018 and 21.08.2018.

                            Tried locating my parcel and unable to do so

                            Customer care team can't figure out why can they not deliver it today as promised?

                            Pathetic delivery service by amazon where the delivery guys are least bothered to make the delivery on time putting customer unavailable from their own will

                                Amazon says that they have made my refund of sum of rs 719 and I should contact my bank(PNB) but according to PNB customer care no refund has been received in my Pnb account from amazon.

                                  I never received the product nor refund... For which i am contacting amazon team from last 1 month.

                                  This is the way you are treating to customers??? After passing 1 month you guys are not able to refund my money and asking for more time n time...

                                  See we trust amazon not third party (Seller)... If seller is not responding you, its your problem, why customer is suffering.

But today i got a call from the seller to cancel the order as it's out of stock. If it was out of stock then how come it showed me on the interface and why did it allow me to order! I'm a prime member. I'm not satisfied...

                                    I had purchased saregama caravan on 27th may, 2018 from amazon and returned it back on 6th june. The pick-up of the product had been done on 7th june and post that received a mail saying that my refund has been initiated from amazon. The other refund mail mentioned that the refund will be reflected in my account by 14th june which i didn't see it yet. Made 2 calls everyday to amazon asking for help, the only sentence they say is fill an online dispute charge form which is not available online for central bank of india, called them back as i didn't find the form at home branch of the bank nor the 4 customer service representative of the bank knew what a dispute charge form is. I tried asking for other optional help from amazon still they say we cannot do anything in this case, which gradually leaves me without my refund money that is rs.6240. Visited the bank, spoke to the bank manager, they all kept saying "you purchased it from amazon, so how are we supposed to help if you didn't receive your money from them. Tried giving them the refund transaction number still no use as they can't track it.

                                    I'm clueless as what has to be done, cause central bank of india as well as amazon has left me helpless. I'm attaching all the mail sent to me from amazon with the order number of the product, the date of purchase, return date and amount to be refunded.

                                    Hoping this helps me with this issue.

                                      A refund of 948 rupees was successfully processed on 12/6/2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
