Hello,
I had ordered a samsung galaxy on7 prime (Gold, 4gb ram + 64gb memory) from amazon, which was delivered on 11/05/18, but in the package i received a wrong product of another brand mobile, at the same time i try to contact customer care, and also i mailed all snapshot of shipping packages, wrong product and invoice to their requirement, then they were given 5 days to conduct the investigation process on their behalf and, if there was no update, i was given more two times 72 hours, but i did not get the solution nor help, and when i contacted again, the amazon team refused my return request because accordingly their investigation result, i have received correct same product not a wrong item, their team had told me wrong and so my return request was denied this reason after such a long wait my return request was closed but the fact is that i have got a wrong product amazon team is cheated with me so please i request you have to handle this issue on your level and get me back to my original product or my money.
