I have purchased an item on amazon india on 10th june 2018. Payment was done online by using Debit card. As per the website, product was supposed to be delivered on 15th june. But it is not delivered yet.
When enquired with customer care executive, he replied that product will be delivered by 21th june 2018. But it is still not delivered.

I want it to be delivered by today itself. And i want compensation for the delay and such a bad service.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have receved frome amazan on 13 june but refund is not refelcting in my acont please refund my acont hi team
Please guide me to get my own money (Rs 34999/) refunded from Amazon which I paid on 23th may 2018.

The order details are as follows:

So pls my amount refund 34999.00 as soon as possible

    I order a product from amazon and i return it same day when it was delivered now nobody is coming for return pickup and the customer care executive is telling me we can't do anything i told them to refund me but they are saying we can't product is with you i mean i am not an evil person who kick courier boy he is not coming thats not my fault and these guys aren't helping!
    So please someone help me

    After waiting of more than 1 month, why my order being cancelled? Even i paid for product initially. At the end why my order being cancelled.?? I got huge loss because of your fake promise.. the complaint aginst not only to you but also aginst amazon.

Now i m requesting them to please either exchange or return my product. As they have 10 days replacement policy. They are denying from replacing or returning the defective product.           I ordered travel bag worth Rs. 1520 on 19th June 2018 (order id:[protected]. as a prime customer order delivery on 20th June. on 20th-morning delivery agent called me without informing when was in office. I told him to I will take it on the evening on that day. when I called him in the evening he showed his attitude. he says that this is not our service to give an order in your free time and as I requested he accepted to deliver at same place near my address around 10 pm. he didn't come. I called an Amazon executive to report this, he said it will deliver before 9 AM on next day for his ratings. so, i waited again. but delivery not came. I didn't call delivery agent because he was speaking very ridiculous at me. Again I called Amazon executive, same repeated again that it delivery today for sure, 100%. lastly, i called to the delivery agent he said that your delivery went back yesterday what are you waiting for. these amazon agents, the delivery executive had played a huge game with me. ### lot of time waste and that delivery agent scolded as I am his servant. this is very bad, I am unable to anything, just I am the joker in this game.

              I had ordered a world cup t shirt (Order#[protected] that was supposed to be delivered to me on 20.06.2018 a text message confirmed the same.
              The delivery guy denied to deliver the parcel saying it was with some other person and updated on the system that delivery attempted but parcel held back for payment .
              Parcel was never delivered by the guy Asif([protected]), who denied delivery on 20.08.2018 and 21.08.2018.

              Tried locating my parcel and unable to do so

              Customer care team can't figure out why can they not deliver it today as promised?

              Pathetic delivery service by amazon where the delivery guys are least bothered to make the delivery on time putting customer unavailable from their own will

                  Amazon says that they have made my refund of sum of rs 719 and I should contact my bank(PNB) but according to PNB customer care no refund has been received in my Pnb account from amazon.

                    I never received the product nor refund... For which i am contacting amazon team from last 1 month.

                    This is the way you are treating to customers??? After passing 1 month you guys are not able to refund my money and asking for more time n time...

                    See we trust amazon not third party (Seller)... If seller is not responding you, its your problem, why customer is suffering.

But today i got a call from the seller to cancel the order as it's out of stock. If it was out of stock then how come it showed me on the interface and why did it allow me to order!                       I had purchased saregama caravan on 27th may, 2018 from amazon and returned it back on 6th june. The pick-up of the product had been done on 7th june and post that received a mail saying that my refund has been initiated from amazon. The other refund mail mentioned that the refund will be reflected in my account by 14th june which i didn't see it yet. Made 2 calls everyday to amazon asking for help, the only sentence they say is fill an online dispute charge form which is not available online for central bank of india, called them back as i didn't find the form at home branch of the bank nor the 4 customer service representative of the bank knew what a dispute charge form is. I tried asking for other optional help from amazon still they say we cannot do anything in this case, which gradually leaves me without my refund money that is rs.6240. Visited the bank, spoke to the bank manager, they all kept saying "you purchased it from amazon, so how are we supposed to help if you didn't receive your money from them. Tried giving them the refund transaction number still no use as they can't track it.

                      I'm clueless as what has to be done, cause central bank of india as well as amazon has left me helpless. I'm attaching all the mail sent to me from amazon with the order number of the product, the date of purchase, return date and amount to be refunded.

                      Hoping this helps me with this issue.

                        A refund of 948 rupees was successfully processed on 12/6/2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on rs. 2489.00 on 31 may 2018 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                            Sir, i ordered a phone named redmi 5a from amazon.in on 16.06.2018 at a price of rs.5500/-. The expected date of delivery was in betwen 19-22 june. But today early morning i got a message from amazon company that your order (Having order no -#[protected] has been cancelled and if paid amount will be credited to your account. I checked my amazon account and i found that order has been cancelled and amount refunded to my amazon pay balance worth rs.5500/- than after i consult without delay to amazon customer care (Executive supervisior shri kundan jee) regarding this matter. The customer care representive explain me about that, the seller was unable to dispatch the product on time so, i cancel your product. When i ask from him about the solution of this problem than without any hesitation he told me that you will have to book the order again.
                            Now, the problem is when i book that product (I. E redmi 5a) the price was rs.5500/- and at present the increased price is rs.7800/- approx now the difference of price is too high to pay or manage. The company knows very well about this price difference thats why they cheat the customers. When i briefed them regarding this problem they again advice me to order the product again and also explain that there is no provision to reorder the same product from their side. Now, it is very critical condition/ painfull experience for me to handle this situation because i already promise some one to deliver the product as a gift from my side on special occassion and on expected date, but since the product is cancel by the amazon company by himself it is against my reputaion and mental harassment.

                            At last it is my request to take this complain seriously and take quick and strict action against the company so that in future they donot atlest try to cheat any one more and regarding my problem the company should pay the fine against my order.

                              I have got a terrible experience after ordering "Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflo DX 18-Watt UV Water Purifier (White)" from you.

                              ORDER #[protected]

                              The estimated delivery time line was till 19th June 2018. After contacting customer representatives came to know that it is being delayed due to external factors. I can understand delay but there is no proper response from Amazon customer care team and still no sign of delivery. in this situation i am not able to cancel the order as i would not get refund immediately as there is deficiency in services from Amazon.

                              such a pathetic service

                              Next time i will be cautious while putting order on amazon with advance payments.

                                Dear Sir, This is V.Narayanaswamy residing at jasmine house, convent square, Alappuzha 688001, Kerala. I ordered for V-Guard Stabilizer Crystal Plus Smart Order:[protected]/ 26.05.2018 i have received the product from Amazon supplier JAGDAMBA ENTERPRISES.The product came on 03 rd June 2018.From 2nd June i was on tour and came back to my home only on 16th June 2018.While checked the packet i noticed that they have dispatched CRYSTAL MINI stabilizer instead of CRYSTAL PLUS SMART.While mailed to amazon regarding wrong product dispatch I got a reply stating that it is more than 10 days and no question of replacement.When i mailed back again regarding wrong dispatch of product and confirmed them that I have not even opened the packet, ( as the details are available in the v guard box itself).After receiving this mail they quiet agreed to collect it back.But later on the trend changed and now they asked me to dispatch back the product to the seller with a copy to them, for which they agreed to pay the expense.Its a matter of fact that each time the mail received from different persons of the amazon customer care .Here in Alleppey, No couriers are willing to accept this product to return due to their policies, as i am not a trader.For the past 3 days Amazon is not responding my mail, hence this appeal.I request you to kindly look in to the matter in getting either right product or refund the amount what i have paid to amazon.Below all the records pasted, as the originals attachment column not available in the site.

                                I have gone through you mail and noted the contents.As it is not my mistake in getting a wrong product from your supplier, its your responsibility to pick up the same.As informed earlier the product has been ordered on Amazon full faith and not the supplier.The mail from you received by 12.17 am and 2.34 am is totally controversy ..As such make arrangements from your end to avoid further confusions.Regarding your comment on courier, I know well that Amazon had got a good set up.

                                V guard stabilized.I do attach the bill dispatched by the supplier that indicates the product details that i have orderd.                                 SIR, AMAZON PROMISED FOR REFUND, FOR WHICH THEY MAILED ME REGARDING ARRANGEMENTS OF COURIER DETAILS .LATER THEY MAILED TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM, FOR WHICH THE COURIER CHARGES THEY WILL BARE.FOR THIS THE COURIER BILL I SHOULD MAIL THEM FOR THE PAYMENT .BUT WHIILE CONTACTED COURIERS, THEY DENIED TO ACCEPT THE RETURNING BOX, DUE TO THEIR TECHNICAL ASPECTS THAT COVERS THE TAXES.AS SUCH I MAILED TO AMAZON REGARDING THE DIFFICULTY IN SENDING BACK THE PRODUCT BY COURIER, FOR THIS MAIL THEY NEVER RESPONDED.I NEVER CONTACTED THE DEALER OF AMAZON, JAGDAMBHA ENTERPRISES, ALLAHABAD-211001, MOB-9424625057, AS I AM NOT AWARE OF HIM.WHILE CHECKED THE SITE I FOUND LOT OF FRAUD ISSUES WITH JAGDAMBHA.IT IS REALLY PITY TO NOTE THAT THE REPUTED FIRM AMAZON KEEPS A FRAUD DEALER IN THEIR LIST.ALL THE MAILED CORRESPONDENCE AND THE DEALER DETAILS I HAVE INCLUDED IN THE COMPLAINT FORUM.THE CORRESPONDED TWO EMAIL DETAILS OF AMAZON ARE AS FOLLOWS [email protected] AND [email protected] AMAZON NEVER CALLED ME OVER PHONE.                                     I have not registered with Amazon with the number I have mentioned below, even then I receive the messages for the order placed and delivered etc... I tried to reach the customer care, but there is no proper channel to reach them for this issue.

                                      I buy a set of kurti's from Amazon and the item comes on 31/05/2018 .I pay cash ₹936.00 to him which gave me the corear . I return the product on 01/06/2018 but the money is not come back to my account . Then I call to the helpline number of Amazon but it says that the transaction is done by Amazon and gave me a refund reference number HSBCN[protected] and I contact to Punjab National Bank helpline number and it says that no any refund was come from Amazon then I call to Amazon helpline number many times but my refund is not come back.
