Mobile is defected from the day of dilevery. I have complained it in their customer support & they have said to to change the mobile. They have told that their representative will be taking the mobile back with in 2 working days but now its more than 15 days over from the day of conversation. Plz help me in changing or returning my mobile as soon as possible....

This is like to inform you that one branded smart phone purchased from amazon on 15th march 2018. That means i have bought this phone just 25 days ago. Now i am facing big trouble on the smart phone.

The delivery boy behaves very harshly to my younger sister just because she did a bit minute of late in bringing the amount, how could the company allow such type of workers who don't know to play his role for which he's meant of his job.
