The bed was delivered on 3/07/18, but assembly of the same is yet to be done. I have spoken to your representatve a number of times and each time. Hearing my request, they guide me, to do online schedule for assembly. Inspite of informing them that i have alreay done it a number of times, my words go unheeded. I have wasted so much time in calling your represesentaive and speaking to them, that my patience has finally run out and have finally decided that the company call back this item and credit the amount to my account. I am really surprised that the customer care deptartment is so inefficent that they cannot follow up this very small issue. Even today, your representaive was so unhelpful, that she just wanted me to again fill in the online request, it seems that your standards in india for customer care is of the lowest level. Kindly do the needful, as otherwise i will have no option, but to share my frustration with my groups on facebook.

    I had topped up my amazon account with 20, 000 inr via gift cards purhcased from zaggle.in.
    Also the previous week i had topped up 10, 000 inr via the same zaggle amazon e gift card and used the same, leftover being about 1000 inr approx now i wanted to use the balance soon after adding the above 20, 000 inr to purchase a tt table, and when i tried to order the same it got cancelled instantly.
    Only later did i realise when contacting support that there was some issue with my account as the same was not logging in from desktop but remains working logged in on android app.
    Now i got the mail asking saying my order cannot be dispatched asking me to fax my card statement to[protected]
    While my orders used were only based on gift cards i do not understand why they kept asking me for these.
    Though i have faxed the same to over 8 times i either do not get a reply nor get the same mail (Order cannot be dispatched) every time i write a mail or reply back asking why i am not being responded to.

    Its over 30 days now (Beginning from 14th may when my first order got cancelled) and i have contacted support/cisamazonemai/call centre with no response at all over a dozen times, they either ask me to wait for a reply or for 24 hours time which again follows with the same email (Order cannot be dispatched)

    I am tired and am stranded without being able to use my hard earned money.

    I would like to hear a reply on why they cannot atleast refund back my gift card to source (Amazon e gift or zaggle) or unblock my account.

    They can clearly notice that not a single order has been via bank or card, though on their request i had faxed them my bank statement stranded without a reply.

    Kindly help me recover my money in a website that has no system to redress such clients. Its pathetic when the customer service apologise to you telling they cannot even check your account as it is locked to their view.

      It is for your kind information that the purchased order item[protected]) was not received. But i noticed that the same order[protected]) sticker pasted out side of the parcel but as per my order amount was rs. 3399/- and cash paid to delivery man latter i have seen inside the parcel item and bill in favour of mr. Nitesh, 712/7/4 rana, s wadi, gheekanta road, first flor, opp, jashing bhai wadi, ahmedabad, gujaraj,[protected]Invoice no.in-18, invoice details: up[protected] dated 07.04.2018) for order no.[protected] dated 07.04.2018 from gig handicrafts, guiyan bagh, nai abad moradabad, up-244001 in.in this regard i have made complaint on 08.06.2018 as per our complaint pickup tracking id[protected] date & time 09.06.2018, 07: to 13:00 my same address but nobody come to collect the parcel back for an amount rs. 1, 699.00 as per received bill. Kindly take action immediately. Thanking you.

        Courier facility says your address is too far from us and only for one product we don't go far. So, we deliver your product day after tomorrow.
        If they dont deliver single product then why they allow us to book and allow that delivery feature.
        Expected delivery days is 4-6 days and now they says they deliver after 2 days..
        And on track order. Shows delivery extends because of customer's demand.. What the hell is that??

          Amount paid: 1500/- on 03/06/2018 by debit card.
          Refuneded : nil

          As mention above a i have ordered a seagate expansion 1.5tb hard disk on 06/06/2018 and i have paid the amount at that time. After 3 days the company automatically cancelled the order. And a massage is send regareding the cancellation and initiaion of refund and said that your amount will be refunded till 12/06/2018. But till today this amonut is not refunded till today.
          I contacted to the company today regarding to this and refuse to give any information regarding the refund status and said go to bank for this.
          I contacted the bank also but the bank service member also refuse to give information and said that the amount is not refunded by amazon.in.
          The amazon help center is refusing to give information about the refund amount i have paid.
          Please help me for refunding the amount.

            Order no[protected] cancelled unilaterally without bringing the product for delivery and processed for refund after deducting rs 250 from what i paid. I need the product and not refund. If refunded it should be full amount of rs 1410. I am not going place any order on amazon to use cash back hence i need my money in full.

I am having a gst no: 09acbpm3028r1z7 (Sharvas consulting firm) and i simply want a gst input credit for all the above mentioned orders. I have been intimated by one of the suppliers that i have ordered the item as b2c transaction and not b2b transaction but this information is not shown in the ordering portal, therefore i want to avail input credit for all the items ordered as per the above mentioned order no's without any hesitation and further delay.                 I bought 2 dresses at 12.99 each a& a shirt for $6.99 on 4/30/2018 on 5/8/2018 you took 95.98 off my card, why did rose wholesale take $95.98 off of my card when it should only have cost me around $50.00. I only received these 3 items the order # is hr[protected]. I would like my money bach that rose wholesale took off my card unlawfully, or i will get in touch with the better business bureau. They stole my money and i want it back. Please help me. Thank you

On 5/8/2018 $95.98 was taken off my card for these 3 items, that’s way more then purchase price and i want the money back that rosewholesale too off of my card unlawfully.                   With respect to delivery timing of the product, the status reflected as out for delivery within same city since morning. The delivery person had kept his mobile phone continuously switched off. Further, after having made repeated calls on amazon customer care, and escalating the calls to seniors (Supervisors) who also in turn, had no idea about the delivery. Finally at the end of the day, the delivery status shockingly read as

                  "at 8pm today the courier was unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact amazon.
                  Amazon transportation services couldn't contact you to deliver your package
                  Please contact us to provide a valid phone number to get your package back on track.
                  Was expected today"

                  Completely unprofessional approach.. Customers should have access to contact numbers of delivery personnel or atleast customer care representatives dealing with the consumer complaint should have knowledge about it. But none of this happened in case of amazon : (

                  Worst experience with regards to amazon delivery services...

                  Further, product got delivered on Saturday at 9:00 PM. But the SEALED PARCEL DID NOT CONTAIN INVOICE.Please let me know further action as to whether rely on the product or return back the parcel as it was supposed to be Medical Equipment. The contents of ordered lancets were also found in an opened box. Worst delivery faced from Amazon for medical equipments.

                    So i stopped my work and waited the whole day for the order one man called me and asked my address i told him details but he failed to come
                    Now
                    It is very sad thing without i rejecting the product you are returning back the product without my knowledge

                    Hence i will put this issue in the consumer court for justice and bluffing me and wasting my valuable time

                      I am not received item till now. You have wrong update courier detail. On ur portal mention wrong courier company bluedart. And tracking no ed[protected]in. This is very e responsible services. Last date of delivery 15th june 2018. But i have not received courier. When i m asking to seller den they told me dispatch through indian post. After dat i tracking detail on internet there was mention patna reached on 9th june 2018.

                        The south goa delivery center at verna is very bad at coordination with delivery. The delivery boy doesn't even give a missed call or doesn't even come anywhere closed to my area and cancels the delivery for the day. My order of tp link router which was supposed to come on 11th june and has still not arrived even today that is 15th june. God knows when it will come... Extremely disappointed with the service.

                              It has been a month since I have placed order, earlier it got delayed so I stayed patient but from last many days I am contacting to AMAZON INDIA cancel this order but they never did.
                              They are just sending mail to the seller and giving false commitment that I will get my refund within 1-2 days.Always they are launching sending mails to seller to which he never replay.
                              I have paid Rs.1513 for books which I have never received and AMAZON.
                              I need my refund back.

                                I have already filed a complaint [id: 1979819] but no action was taken by amazon.

                                I had ordered a pair of earphones from amazon india on 15th may. Order number was[protected]. I was supposed to get the earphones at the maximum by 21st may in hyderabad.

                                I had not received the product. I had filed an a2z claim for refund on 23rd may. My refund has not yet been provided to me. The seller has also been blacklisted on amazon for selling pirated and fake products on amazon. Amazon had assured me on email on 28th may that i will get my money in 3-5 business days. All the deadlines have now been crossed but amazon is still holding back my money. Every time they ask for a new deadline and have crossed all those deadlines.

                                I had earlier also filed a complaint here but no action was taken by amazon. Please help me escalate the matter further so that stricter action can be taken against amazon india.

                                    A refund of 999rs was sucessessfully processed on 6th june 2018 to my A/c.this amount should have been credited to my sbi A/c .but i have not recieved the amount till now.
                                    I have called the sbi customer all details was also given nobody has resloved the problem no action is being taken.
                                    I have confirm with amazon and they have successfuly processed the refund.

                                      In tracking details it is showing that package is reached to Kolkata on 7th June then why there are unexpected delay.
                                      Still there are no trace of my package whereas I've already paid the same.

                                        Please guide me to get my own money (Rs 38000/) refunded from amazon which i paid on 25th april 2018.

                                        The order details are as follows:

                                        1. On 25th april, i have paid rs 38000 (Online) to amazon for an order (Bed) no[protected]. Item was available on pre payment order only.

                                        2. Amazon didn't deliver the bed in the expected date of delivery from 11th to 15th may 2018. On contacting amazon, didn't give me any information about the order.

                                        3. I was waiting till 18th may for the order. On contacting amazon couldn't gave me any information about the item.

                                        4. On 18th may 2018 i requested amazon to cancel the order and refund the amount 38000/ at the earliest.

                                        5. Since then, i am requesting amazon again and again by calls/ e-mails to refund my own money. Its not returning the money on several request.

                                        6. For 51 days amazon is utilising my money and cheating me heavily. I have all the details about this order.

                                        7. Its shameful that worlds richest company doing cheap business. And i am requesting them again and again for my own money for soo long.

                                        8. Please guide me to get my own money back.

                                        9. Also advise others not to trust and pay amazon before delivery of item.
