Today I got the call Amazon delivery boy 1:27 pm that time I was in office and exactly 19 minutes I called back him he directly said can't you see your phone how many times I call to you .. and he was in same area not some other location ..I asked to delivered at my home he directly denied we are proving home delivery I said my mom only is there so that is why no one is came outside he abused and and said I returning your order do whatever what you can do ...

    I have 2 major complaints.

    1. I ordered a lap top on 22nd January, 2018 ASUS VivoBook E12 E203NAH-FD009T with 4 GB RAM. But they sent only 2 GB instead of 4 GB. They are not returning the balance amount.

    2. 10 % cash back they offered while HDFC card payment. They did not pay the cash back yet.

      I had ordered a pair of earphones from amazon india on 15th may. I was supposed to get the earphones at max by 21st in hyderabad. I was leaving hyderabad on 23rd. I had not received it by then. I had filed an a2z claim for refund. My refund has not yet been provided to me. The seller has been blacklisted for selling pirated and fake products on amazon. Amazon had assured me on email on 28th may that i will get my money in 3-5 business days. All the deadlines have now been crossed but amazon is still holding back my money. Please help me get my money back.

      My money has still not been refunded yet. Amazon continues to say that they are waiting for the seller to return the money to them.

      They have overshot all the timelines. If the seller doesn't refund back the money to Amazon, Amazon might still keep holding my money.

      Can some one from this forum take action against Amazon India?

      They have still not refunded the money.
      Amazon India has replied to this complaint stating that they do not give a damn about these kind of complaints.
      AC was ordered 11 days ago and still did not received and no responsibility taken from Amazon or courier services.
      Poor poor follow ups and control by Amazon.
      Hampered my reputation at home as guest were coming that's y purchased it.

A refund has been processesed by amazon on 23/05/2018 after cancellation of the product by the refund transaction number[protected] but the refund has not been reflected in the bank statement yet. So, help me in getting the refund by your quick action!

          I have placed an order on dt.23/09/2017 vide order #[protected] on payment of amount rs.17409.00 through my credit card ending with 4742 and said product of the order was received by me, in that time amazon offer to discount 10% cash back on visa card payment through on debit/credit cards which was credited to card account on or after 23rd december 2017, since 23rd december 2017 i have inform amazon through email regarding cash back offer several times i. E. 100 and above emails till today but they avoid the offer mentioned your card is not eligible for that offer saying that my card is corporate card, but i have possessed a individual credit card name & style "business regalia first ending with 4742" which was also informed them severally. It is also informed to amazon that credit card ending with 4742 is not a corporate card which is informed by the concerned hdfc bank (Attached a copy of the screen shot of email confirmed credit card ending with 4742 is not a corporate card)

          Sandeep KV, booked and already paid item not received yet, booked on 20 may 2018 and firstly you r saying that the item will arrive on 25 may, then after 25 may Amazone again give the date 31 may, but not respond yet, I wish to cancel my order now .

            I had ordered a phone from amazon on 4th june and chose one day delivery. There was an update that the order will be delivered by 9 pm on 5th june and i was also updated with the delivery agent number.

            It’s good up to that. I tried calling the delivery agent at 8 pm on 5th june, he said that he will check and let me know the status but surprisingly, he’s not answering my calls after that.

            I also contacted the customer service for more than 8 times and there’s of no use. They assured that the package will be delivered on right time and some #. I also had a conversation with amazon’s escalating team which ended up saying that i have to wait for 48 hours more.

            What’s the point in providing one day delivery options by amazon as they cannot deliver on time. I also had the same worst experience another time.

            The worst thing on it is, there was an update on the delivery tracking page that the delivery was attempted and also delay in delivery due to customer request.

            What is this amazon? Is this the way you treat your customers?

            I have the total conversation screenshots and recorded phone calls at my end and this is my challenge that the problem is at your end and you cannot serve people better. Will you accept my challenge?

              Respected sir/madam,

              I am an old customer to your company.
              I have placed an order of led solar and rechargeable lantern on 4th june 2018 and delivery showing in app on 6th june 2018.
              When i have got the message for delivery there is a mobile number in it. The number is [protected]. I called on this number but the agent insist me to pay money via some link before he comes to delivere the order. I refused to pay on it because my order is cash on delivery. When i told him that i will pay cash on delivery only. But the agent roughly talking & speaking bad words to me every time. & roughly told me that come at office and collect your order.
              Why i go to the office and collect order? When i have placed order online & choose mode of payment is cash on delivery.
              It was really a horrible experience to me.
              I will not place order in future.
              Take strict action towards that man.

                I am prime amazon customer.
                There was these two incidents:

                1. I ordered an expensive product so for confirmation amazon sends me an otp on the date of delivery to share with delivery boy. And that's really good it will confirm that the delivery has been done to me only.
                But when that delivery boy came, he also asked to take a picture of my id card. I told him that i can show my i'd card but i will not allow you to take a picture of it. But he didn't want to listen. He told me its to confirm that the delivery has been made to you only as its an expensive product. I didn't get it, than what was the purpose of that otp confirmation.
                2. This time i ordered a small cheap product. I was not at home when the delivery boy came. This time again he wants to take picture of i'd. My mother didn't asked much like anyone other and gave the i'd to complete the delivery.

                In both cases i contacted amazon customer service. But reply was completely different at both times (Don't know why).
                1. First time customer service assured me that it won't happen again and they are really sorry that it happened.
                2. Second time customer service told me that its in our policies to take the picture of i'd card to confirm delivery. And you don't have to worry about your i'd details.

                Now, i think you will be able to see the problem but let me give you some more information about it.

                When delivery is being made to a place delivery boy also asks for your signature and all of that happens in a app in delivery boy's cellphone.
                But when he asks for picture of your i'd it saves to his phone gallery. (When i told this to amazon customer service they told me that they check every picture and name on it to check delivery confirmation)
                That's just not possible. Because that delivery boy just asks for an i'd and he never write it down that to whom its been given. How will they figure out who's mom or brother or friend it was.
                And i telling you this because that's customer service agent was just trying to make me fool.

                Its doesn't seems like a big problem but if cellphone of that delivery boy went missing or someone stole it. It might contains hundreds of i'd pictures of people.
                And you can also google i'd fraud in india for a bigger picture about it.

                  I had ordered a shirt online at Amazon details of which are in the link https://www.amazon.in/Van-Heusen-Formal-VHSF517M06953_Light-Purple_44/dp/B072XLF...
                  I got the shirt at a reasonable price but was shocked to see a price tag of Rs. 1499 whereas it is listed as Rs. 9499 in the website. I took pictures of the price tag and tried to review the product with the same which was blocked by Amazon. I wrote 2 emails to them highlighting the price difference of Rs 8000 but they conveniently ignored my complaints. You can still see the same product listed at Rs 9499 before discount and Rs. 3799 after discount. And the product is originally worth only Rs 1499. This goes against the grain of fair business. I intend to close my account if they are unable to act against this atrocity.

                      This is srikanth and i ordered Philips trimmer worth 1399rupees on 30th may 2018 with order no:[protected], but ididn’t receive till 04th june 2018 and when icontacted customer care, i experienced such a bad voice that we customers are not educated enough to talk and listen their irresponsible langauge and with such a great personalities by wasting our valuable time, money and peace of mind. .

                      i dont understand what amazon thinks about customer are we fools to order pay our money andwait, and you cancel without notice and justification and they even notfeared of legal actions charged in this country how dare amazon is they think“india may sab kuch chalthahey” iwant to sue this company and ask all legal forums to take action so that no customer pass through such pain loss oftime and money and irresponsible behaviour but at last want my order ..

                          I ordered redmi 5 phone (Order #[protected] for rs. 8999/- on 1st june 2018. I got the product delivered on 2nd june. But when i opened the packet i found that they delivered a different phone (A cheap chinese phone mu phone of value around rs.[protected]. I immediately contacted the amazon customer care and explain the detail, they have connected me to another team and that person inform me (After checking my detail) that since it was a secured sealed order, they cannot provided a replacement/refund request for me. And i need to contact my local legal authority.

                          I need to get my refund and amazon should formed a committee to check for this malpractice as i am no more confident in shopping at amazon.

                            I'm a prime customer but amazon is not doing any prime service to me, not even delivery of items i have ordered. This week, i have two orders supposed to be received but none delivered. Below are orders.

                            I doubt, are you legitimately doing business amazon? Why are you not helping customers like me.

                            I just called amazon surprisingly after couple of minutes of hold they dropped me! Ha...

                            Hope, someone would be seeing this. Else i will think am wasted time/money by choosing this retailer (Amazon).

                            Dont want to write like this on amazon but forced to do this.

                              Hello,

                              I have purchased a phone 'moto - g5 s plus' worth rs. 14999 from amazon online site on 14 jan 2018.

                              The product is under warranty and its battery is draining and become worst now.

                              When we reached out to the motorola service center, they asked us the invoice where phone's imei number is printed. While, the invoice shared to me by seller no-where had the imei number on invoice. I had the imei number of phone, printed on phone's box, but they denied any service unless they get the invoice where imei is mentioned.

                              I called amazon customer service on 14 may 2018 and asked them to get in touch with seller and send me the invoice where imei number is printed.

                              They emailed that the issue will be resolved in 5-6 buisness days.

                              Till now, they have just kept me waiting and delaying the process as much they can, saying that they are not getting the response from seller and following with him.

                              If they are dealing with any seller, it's solely their responsibility to get the work done by seller in timely manner.

                              I have been following with them continuously, i can attach the whole conversations so far in the pdf document, but the option only takes one image, so attaching the latest communication received from today, where they are saying to wait more.

                              All i want is the replacement of the device, if they are not able to mere print the imei on invoice.

                              I am really dissatisfied with the service and want the resolution asap. I also communicationed that i am going to escalate the matter to consumer forum, but that also they took very lightly.

                              Please take strict action against them!!

                                Order details are as follows.

                                Amount of rs.1297/-
                                Pay through central bank debit card, but payment was stucked and money will be debited.
                                As per our conversation with amazon.in they ask for to put "charge dispute" the transaction as "refund never processed."

                                I requested to you please charge a dispute as "refund never processed"
                                So please give me transaction dispute number asap.

                                  Order no[protected]) i ordered a moto g5s on 28th may 2018 it was scheduled to deliver on 4 june 2018 but when i contact amazon on june 4 they told me that it was not shipped yet and will take 48 hr to get shipped. Since i placed the order i always contact amazon. Whenever i asked why the product is not shipped they always give a different answer. Now i cancel the product and they still not initiate the cancellation. This is the worst experience i ever had on eshopping portal

                                  I am still complain that Amazon/bill.wa charged me on credit card of $ 20.72 dated of April 23, 2018 There is nothing deliver to my place of 1300 Wildflower Circle Washington Pa 15301 I must know that what kind of the order that Amazon charged.
                                  I buyed kores Easy Cut 891 Paper Shredder from amazon vide invoice no. MH-BOM[protected] of Rs 6800 in the month of May 2017.

                                  Suddenly that shredder stop working.

                                    My order no is[protected]. Also I ordered another 2 items at the same cart so that it would fulfill the free delivery amount above INR 599.

                                    But for this order[protected], amazon had taken shipping charge.

                                    They were not supposed to take shipping charge but they had taken the shipping charge from me.

                                    Please resolve this issue.

                                      I didnt receive the product even after paying one day delivery. But even after 5 days when i didnt receive and calling customer service twice i cancelled the order. Its been 5 days since the cancellation, they are yet to start refund process.

                                        Complaint:- hair inhibitor oil
                                        I have this item and amazon india didn't deliver it and deducted rs. 1100 from my account and now they are not refunding it. I have complained several times but amazon india is not responding to me that is the reason i am taking consumer complaints help. I tried to call dealer also but at last i didn't get any response from them too.
                                        The company name is nued and the product name is nued natural hair inhibitor for permanent hair reduction
                                        Note:- kindly please solve my solution
