Wish facebook comes with negative rating i would be glad to give amazon indian the most negative rating a customer can.
Ordered one plus 6 got the delivery on time. The phone came out to be defective called the amazon for replacement i was informed first tech guy would diagnose the phone submit a report and then wil push for replacement.
The next thing i did was walked in to the service center. They diagnosed the phone and informed me that the phone is defective and i am eligible for replacement.
They provided me with a doa certificate and asked me to mail amazon and they shall send replacement
I then called amazon and informed the same they said they are not concerned with any doa certificate they follow there own policy which is tech person wil submit the report and his report would be considered apart from that they are out of stock so as in when the stock comes in then they will be able to send a phone no commitment on the date so it could take a month also.
I asked for refund they said its not possible. No replacement no refund they just going to sit with consumers money and relax

      Hi,

      I have made a purchase on Amazon on 15/05/2018 for 12632.40/-, Same day i have cancelled the product and made another purchase on Amazon and waiting for the refund.
      After two days i called amazon to check the status of the refund. Customer service team has informed me that they have already processed the refund on the same day and my amount would be credited back to my credit card by or before 21/05/2018.

      After 21st i made couple of calls to Amazon to inform that i have not received my refund. They clearly told me they cannot do anything they have already processed the refund and check with your Bank.

      I called my bank number of times they have informed me that their is no refund was initiated from the Amazon, s end.

      I am struggling in between the bank Amazon to get my refund and both of the institutes are not helping me out.

        I ordered boat rockerz 400 wireless headphone from amazon india.
        I have received wrong product from a seller but my order status showing as cancelled on amazon site. Have done online payment for same.

        Issue pending for more than one month now. I have written so may mail to amazon but i am only getting the false commitment on mail. I have already shared all snapshots of products to amazon on mail.

        Refund me the amount.

          I ordered the "huawei p20 light black" on 19th may with cost of 19999.00 inr, it got delivered to me on monday 21st may 18, and when i opened the shipment bag, i was wondering that inside the bag there was "power 2" mobile phone, this is really pathetic, and worst experience i had ever with amazon,

          Now my 20000 inr got stuck, and i did not received anything

          Please look into this matter and help in resolving the issue

          It has been passed 5 days since my Complaint, but I did not received any update from Amazon, it was very bad day in my life, I did promise to my brother to gift the phone on his birthday, but I could not make my promise, I was feeling very shame on me just because of Amazon,

          Then I spent 45000 INR, to gift brother another thing, I want the reimbursement of all the spent done by me on that event

            Dear sir/ madam,

            I saw employee requirement advertisement in olx. I applied supervisor post and i was sent soft copy of resume, photo, i'd proof, educational and experience documents, on 28th may 2018. I got a confirmation letter and one resource processing form amazon jobs from message and mail. I filled that form and replied that ([protected]@hramazoncare.com) mail. One person called you deposit rs. 1550 for uniform.

            I don't pay the money
            I dont weather it's original or not.

              I had ordered for puma shoes costing 1200/- from amazon which was big in size. Had requested for exchange when it had reached the warehouse on 8th it was mentioned by the rep of amazon that it will 3 business days for amount to be refunded. I was waiting kept on calling them after 3 working days they had mentioned it will take some more time. On 15th on chat helpline rep mentioned thar product they have received is faulty so refund cannot be initiated. Immediately i called another rep sorry for inconvinece we are refunding the amount by 22nd you get the money back. She was not able to see anything that they have received faulty product. Today on 23rd when i called to ask regarding refund he is saying that product is faulty refund cannot be send. I said alright when i have send you the incorrect stuff please return me the same or send me the pic. As per them thry donot have that stuff with them so they cannot send me back that faulty shoes. Amazon now wants to make money by stealing money of the customers. This is heights from this kind of the company to do this kind unprofessional. They are theives who are sitting over there.

                Dear sir,
                My name is deep rai email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 22 days. Reason is that my friend placed a order on amazon, by mistake he filled wrong credit card number. When he realised that he cancelled the order immediately. (He didn’t tell me about this until i confronted him)
                When i tried to buy something for myself, my order automatically got cancelled and later i see my account is locked with my money ie 7, 999 rupees stuck in amazon pay balance. I tried to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card filled was wrong and i’m not even aware of that. I also try to fax my own debit card details but fax no. Which they given says transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me. Also ive again mailed with all details that happen with me but they are not responding. I’ve wrote and waited almost every day for almost 22 days now. Frustration level is on the peak. It’s more like stealing my money and not even returning. They are not helping me, please help me sir 😓

                  I had received a damaged product, and returned it to the seller already..., since then, i'm waiting for my refund money, and yet nothing is happening no calls, no emails about my refund money! Long back, i was told by one of the customer representatives that i'm going to receive the money check soon, being prime member and of course being a frequent buyer of the amazon i think i should have this much of privilege to be updated regarding my query for which i'm concerned!

                  Have one more complaint against the prime membership Amazon, purchased one year of prime membership in INR 999, and when I purchased at that time it was written clearly that this facility is for one year, now I'm checking my bank account details and I get to see this ! INR 999 they are taking every month from my account! This is an act of fraudulent ! And for which I'm not convinced at all! But reluctantly I'm forced to pay each month 999! Sounds disgusting! it is disgusting..., but have no other choice! But to pay 😒 because, if I disagree to pay, they will stop giving me that facility and on which prime stick i have already invested would go waisted ☹ assuming, how this will end...

                      But no one help me
                      Its their agent fault and they said me please wait if your product deliver in out warehouse then refund ho jayega

                        I ordered a phillips trimmer model no. Bt 7206/15 from amazon, but i received the nova trimmer model no. Nhc-9011 which is far less quality product than what i had ordered. It was a very bad experience and i am very disappointed with this kind of service from such a reputed firm. From the customer's feedback and complaints, i got to know that this thing happened with other customers as well. I had filed the complaint against this, but even after repeated emails and phone calls, i did not get the replacement done.

                          Pathetic delivery.. The delivery did not even came to the destination and marked as product rejected by me. I tried calling him 10 times, his number was coming switch off and amazon is now refusing to deliver it again, they are like you need to order the product again, the product is now no more at discount and even my funds are blocked they took 7 # days to deliver the product and now more 7 days to refund the same, well the product i ordered was for exchange, i did a factory reset of mine exchange device and was waiting like an # and that shady guy updated as rejected by me. I called customer care for 10 times and they are the same we cannot help you out and just saying sorry for the same thing, they are not even having the number of the delivery boy or the transportation services.

                              I have requested for return of a product i ordered on amazon. The product i received was defective as its led display isn't working properly.

                              I requested for return, pick-up was arranged twice from 02 different addresses; however, without event attempting the pick-up, the aligned courier partner updated fake remarks and rescheduled pick-up twice.

                                Myself sunny raina r/o ep 118 lowermast garh pirmitha jammu j&k has ordered a panasonic er-207-wk-44b men's beard and hair trimmer which cost rs 999 from amazon on 11:17 pm on 17th of may online. I recieved a confirmation message that the product will be delivered on 24th of may. I received the product on 21st of may and paid payment to the delivery boy of delhivery courier. When i opened the parcel i found a cheap trimmer of nova comany worth rs 150 - 200. But i had paid rs 999 for panasonic er-207-wk-44b men's beard and hair trimmer to the company. My order id was 2924778.
                                The parcel was printed with that it containspanasonic er-207-wk-44b men's beard and hair trimmer but inside it was a cheap chinese trimmer of nova company. The awb no. Of the parcel was[protected]. Kindly do the necessary action the fraud my no. Is [protected], [protected]

                                  I order symphony diet 22I cooler on 24.04.2018 and the cooler arrived Hyderabad on 28.04.2018 thru courier GATI services at branch patancheru. my home(hafezpet, miyapur) is 10 kms from patancheru, But I got my cooler on 04.05.201. I am started using my cooler but after 10 days I got bad and dirty smell so, I call to amazon but amazon told me to complaint to symphony. So I locked complaint to symphony and after 2 days symphony service person came and open cooler for cleaning. After open cooler I absorbed some damage in cooler inside and ask to symphony person but he told me, it is not damage. So I spoke to symphony Hyderabad service head Mr.trimuthy ([protected]), he told me that it come like that only done at manufacturing. So I mail to amazon person and I got reply from amazon that amazon return window for item expired on 13 may 2018 and we won’t be able to accept the item back. so many times rise the complaint not responding properly.

                                  i did't get any call back from amazon customer care and symphony customer service . 10days back i make call amazon he replayed me i send a compliant mail to symphony . recently again call to amazon i told to i did;t received call back to symphony, amazon people told me they sending 2nd level complaint to symphony, i[censored] do not get call from symphony then again make a call us after 2 days.

                                    But recent incidences changed my views about amazon, not only it frustrated me by sending wrong products many times but also had a bad experience talking with one of your executive from customer relation 'mr satish' who denied what i was asking for that is also fine but the main concern is he told me that he cannot assure me that in future it will not happen and these are his words 'can't stop reoccuring in future'

                                    If world renowned company amazon's employee says this words what does it mean? If i order something from amazon and wrong item is delivered amazon is not responsible. Great!!! Its not good for its reputation, he gave me the wrong information also at first said that my case was escalated on 4th may but actually on 2nd may and gave me some rubish reasons for it.

                                    Wrong products sent were

                                    Order no[protected] on 29 th april
                                    Sent me different brand jeans

                                    Order no[protected] on 15 th april
                                    Sent me different, used and altered jeans

                                    Order no[protected] on 24 th march
                                    Sent me different size

                                    I hope that amzon will look into this matter
                                    And do the needful

                                      I purchased a smart watch (3499) from amazon.in on 23 march 2018. But i got not the item that i ordered. So i returned that item using return label instructions in the site amazon.in. But i dont got my refund cash that it almost took 1 month. The order#[protected]. I need my cash or want the the correct item that i ordered. I submit the neccesary images as well as the invoice. So please refund me.

                                      I tried more than 15 times to utilize ICICI debit card 10% discount but payment failed.

                                      I called ICICI customercare they told to contact Amazon.

                                      I called Amazon customercare they told to contact ICICI.

                                      Issue not resolved.

                                        We have severe problem with street dogs in our area. Every day these dogs chase people nearby and attack them.
                                        Many people have suffered becuase of these dogs. Please take immediate action.
                                        We have even called your office regarding this issue 1 month back and yet this is not resolved.

                                        I am from area near rto office kondapur hp gas chaitanya agency.
                                        There are many dogs near my appartment attacking ppl and chasing...
