Hi,
I have ordered the medicine (Maca capsules) for treatment on 17th may (Order #[protected] and due to no reason and after 3 chat with false expectation set by the executives, the order finally for returned to seller on 27th may, which is really annoying.
Later, i have again ordered the product (Order #[protected] which got returned today again, none of the courier service had contacted me and no reason has been entntered by the courier guy for returning. When i had the chat with one amazon customer service they set a fake assurance over product delivery.
Next day again i have ordered the same product and had the chat with the executive, which is of no use. They are not ready to accept their mistake and deliver the product to me. When they made mistake, its their responsibility to correct them.
Health always plays on top priority of anyone life, becuase of this delay am facing lot of health problem. I would want the neccessary action and update on what action has been taken. Else i dont mind on filing the case on bangalore court.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Veena Lakshmi R This issue was not resolved, even after talking to the floor manager . Attached his irresponsible answer and not ready to take any effort from his side, ever after telling that the pregnancy will be at risk if I dont take the medicine on time

I returned the seat cover and paid courier charges which was supposed to repay by seller.but after repeated follow up he didn't budge.
