I have ordered a maternity pillow from Amazon.in on 5th june, since it was required urgently i paid extra 100 rs. for gauranteed delivery and amazon promised to deliver it by 7th june.
I tracked the order on my app and the order was shipped to New Delhi Amazon facility on 7th at 2:10 pm and after that it was departed from there on 7th at about 3:49 pm, but it was not delivered and there was no update on app after that
On 7th evening - I called the customer care and asked for the status, they said sorry and committed to deliver the package next day and the customer care executive was "PRIYA", she told me that the MY ORDER IS PUT ON HIGH PRIORITY and she has CONTACTED the COURIER SERVICES regarding my order and it will be delivered, AND ALSO LODGEG A COMPLINT.
On 8th evening - i again called the customer care regarding my order as there was no update on the app or any sms and the customer care executive told me that he will help me, he told me that NO ONE FROM THEIR EXECUTIVE HAS CONTACTED THE COURIER SERVICES AND NO COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RAISED, and AGAIN he PROMISED me that my order will be delivered on 9th june, as it is the last day and he has contacted the courier services, he requested me not to cancel the order as it is very important to me.
On 9th afternoon - I again called and talked to the leadership team of Amazon services and FINALLY I GOT THE NEWS THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE AND WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

today 13th june - it has been more than 3 days and still my refund has not been initiated so I called the customer care and reminded them of my order, then they contacted the courier services team and finally cancelled my order and initiated my refund.

In short - Amazon customer services executives and Amazon.in will give you false promises and ask you to wait for your order but will not deliver, and will not let you cancel the order untill the last date is gone giving you false hope & promise, and at last will fail to deliver your order and also forget to refund your money to you untill and unless you remind them.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I ordered a wash basin from Amazon and was shown that it will get delivered within a week. But the company itself cancelled the order after few days. When i reached out to the Customer care executive, they said that the wash basin broke on the way, though we didn't get any dispatch message. They asked me to order it again and i did. I was assured that the product will be delivered to us this time, within a week but again the same happened. After a few days i got the message that my order was cancelled. Then i reached out to.the customer care again and they said the product was out of stock. Why was the product showing "in stock" while ordering then? I have been waiting for the product since 15 days now and i have been mentally harrassed. I'm really disappointed with the kind of service the company offers. If the company cannot deal with its suppliers then why does it show the product's availability. I'm really disappointed with Amazon and i want to take a strict action against the company so that people like us don't trust its service ever again. To reach out to us contact- [protected]

      I'm sorry to hear that still you have not received the order #[protected] for the product Acer Nitro AN515-51 15.6 Inches Notebook (Intel Core i7-7700HQ/16GB RAM/1TB HDD with 128 GB SSD/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti with 4GB Dedicated GDDR5/Win.

      In this case I don't want to make you wait to help you better manner I've straight away escalated the issue to our concern courier department and they replied stating "The orders had been returned due to some external issue happened at the time of transit and please note that the issue would have been happened because severe damage at the time of transit"

      Since the product are damaged our courier returned the product to our center because they won't deliver the damage product and disappoint loyal customers like you.

      I don't want to provide any wrong information and appoint you any more and that is the reason I have explained you complete issue happened.

      To compensate the inconvenience I request you to place new order for the same product and write back with the order number so that we will special care on your orders and make sure that product gets delivered to you with out any further delays or issues.

      As an compensation we will offer shipping charges refund incurred to your amazon pay balance as gift card.

      I can also confirm that refund had been already issued to your original payment method,

      And you will receive an confirmation email regarding the refund status.

      I request you to give us an chance so that we will make sure that we serve better for you.

      Why in the first place " THEY DID NOT REFUND & CANCELLED WHEN TH E PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED?????

      What about all the emotional & time waste i have done on this shipment !

      Where is Amazon responsible ??? My bank transactions are all stuck, Amazon has initiated REFUND BUT MY BANK has blocked the amount for the next bill cycle, i cant even re place a new order unless this whole REFUND MESS is sorted out with BANK.

      Who will be responsible for all this, You guys should be providing a FREE PRODUCT FOR ALL THIS INCONVENIENCE CAUSED, WHAT IS AMAZON GOnNA DO!

      I AM SIMPLY NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE HANDLED HERE !

      THERE HAS TO BE SOME SORT OF SETTLEMENT, PENALTY, AGREEMENT either To ME or AMAZON !

      I had posted a review, feedback, since i could not reach amazon customer care !

      BUT THEY REMOVED MY FEEDBACK, ERASED IT & WROTE fullfilled by AMAZON ! Such FRAUDS !!! they never updated me with the product shipment detail nor they cancelled my order so i could had been clear !!

      really horrible with seller service or amazon service

        Hi,
        This venu from Vijayawada, I have purchased FASTRACK watch from AMAZON on[protected] with invoice no. IN-152 .Recently it got some issue so I went TITAN service center which is located at Governorpet beside South india shoppingmall .But they are refusing to do this service and told me that product is a duplicate product .So I would like to take action against AMAZON INDIA, so kindly do the needful .

          Sorry to inform that amazon has started cheating people. I sent gifts for my new born niece in chennai and the order was not completely delivered. Now amazon is refusing to refund or resend the product as its been after a month i am complaining.

          It was a gift and was sent as a surprise and the items details were not shared with the receiver. When enquired after these many days that the main product was not received. I asked for the signature details of the receiver but not shared. Instead was shown the policy door. Now me along with my family are bound to show amazon the exit door. This is cheating

              I am manas saxena resident of 6118/4, d-6, santushti apartment, vasant kunj new delhi. Ordered a smart phone (One plus 6) online to amazon with advance payment for 35000/ via sbi card on 26 th may,, but they delivered me piece of broken marble stone against order of mobile phone., i send a email to company regarding this, but they are ready to do anything neither they are returning my money nor delivering a phone.

              What do company have to say about the following:


              - why didn't i receive a call from the da before the delivery?
              - why did the da reach unannounced at noon when i'd specifically asked them to come after 7:00pm?
              - how did they complete the delivery without the confidential pin?
              - how did the complete the delivery without even a signature?
              There is so much mental harrasment and financial loss to our family, this was my belated mother day gift to my mom. Totally disheartened

Of 200ml kasamrit cough syrup (Red paper container), but amazon company delivered me by m, h, enterprises 6 nos. Of 100ml kasamrita herbal cough syrup (Green paper container) which is used for respiratory patients,

                Amazon company delivered me wrong product (Kasamrita in place of kasamrit),
                It is requested that please help me so that i can return same product.

                    Hi, i got call from [protected] delivery agent, kondapur, hyderabad. He asked me if i can come to pick up my delivery. I went there in around 10 minutes and was searching for him, called him but he did not lift, he left the place and i put him a message asking where about. Next day i got a message stating the delivery was not deliverable. I got an automated call from amazon to give me feedback on delivery. But nothing helped. My order was sent back to seller and later i had to put order again. If delivery agent values his time, then why should i leave my workplace and take delivery in 5 to 10 minutes. This agent could have given me a call prior to visit, so i can be ready. Later when i call him, his arrogance is unmatched. He says please give complaint against me but don't call me. I am giving it now here, please take action against him. I have call logs.

                      I order redmi y2 on 12 june order id order number:[protected]
                      From amazon india and pay with icici debit card. On icici credit and debit card has 500 rs instant discount offer so i decide to pay with card and get 500 instant discount offer. But amazon cancel my order and mentioned exceed buy limit. But i ordered only one phone and they lying you have order more then 1 phone.

                      Now i want my money with 500rs compensation for discount which is lost.

                      no update from amazon side is clear that amazon is 3rd class eCommerce website.Please dont but anything from amazon.They are fraud.They use buyer money for their own use.Please buy only COD because if you pay fist they will cancel your order without any reason and give you refund in 4-5 days and use your money for their own purpose.

                          As i have dropped my query earlier also on amazon to sort out my problem, but amazon simply forwarded my query to leeway executive.
                          I am in touch with the company from more than 10days, they are saying that they will replace my defective delived item, but didn't took any action yet.
                          Leeway contact no. Given on internet.. Is also a fraud no.
                          Big shopping site amazon have such fake tie ups... Really disappointed to bought things in amazon.

                          Why amazon have such tie ups of fraud companies, i want to claim my money... Either give my refund of rs.6000 for leeway exercise cycle or replace the defected part.

                          I have done my purchasing through amazon because it's a trusted site, i don't compromise with quality and damage peace. It's duty of amazon to solve this matter asap.

Of 200ml kasamrit cough syrup (Red paper container), but amazon company delivered me by m, h, enterprises 6 nos. Of 100ml kasamrita herbal cough syrup (Green paper container) which is used for respiratory patients,

                              Only shipping charges are given to me product amount still not processed,
                              I have already sent the courier receipt, as the package was delivered

                                I had purchased haier 320 ltr refrigerator from amazon on 7th jun, 18 and full payment of rs 26, 999 was the same date and was promised the delivery by 11th jun’18. However i received a message on my phone saying on 9th jun’18 stating “your refrigerator is out for delivery and will be delivered today end of the day.” later message i received that as per your request the order has been rescheduled, after seeing the message i called the call centre and register a complaint mentioning i did not request for rescheduling the delivery.

                                I again called the call centre on 10th jun’18 on delivery status, i was informed that you have requested that you would be coming and picking the refrigerator from warehouse. It came as a shock to me.

                                Even calling today (12th jun’18) call centre executive is asking to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. This after surpassing the promised date (11th jun’18) of delivery and even now i have not been getting proper response from anyone from amazon. I am also not able to cancel the order as they will be able to only after the product reaches amazon depot.

                                I request take a stern action against amazon as the do not have any escalation matrix nor amazon have a clue why there is a delay in delivery. I also want a compensation on this as i had bought this refrigerator for my parents who are in their 70s and sold their old refrigerator.

                                  I had brought some items from amazon.in on 9th july 2017 and the product was of not good quality, hence i returned the order. The refund was initiated but no further procedings was seen. The amount of rupees 699+ 3278+1200 was to be refunded in my account. The amount has not been refunded till this date.
                                  I tried calling the cutomer care number but they didn't provide me with anything useful.

Phir dobara order Karna. Mai ek order ke liye waha Nahi jaunga. Delivery boy bahut rude behave kar raha hai. Please do something sir.
