I had placed an order on amazon.in on 1st june 2018 and had paid for the product and a delivery charge. The promised delivery date was between 7th june and 9th june 2018. However, on three separate days: 9th, 10th and 11th june, i got messages saying the product could not be delivered because they couldn't "contact me". This is a white lie because no attempt was made whatsoever to contact me. I contacted amazon customer service five times, only to receive empty assurances like "it will reach you by the end of day" etc.
Order number: #[protected]. I have wasted a lot of time trying to contact your delivery agents. It is not befitting a global behemoth like amazon to make customers struggle like this to get what they've paid for.

    I placed an order for a microware on the 13th of may'18. I waited for the product for two weeks and it got cancelled without any notification to me. When i checked amazon, it said that "the customer refused to accept the order." when in the first place, i was not contacted by anybody to deliver the product. I contacted amazon customer care, i was told that the product was not delivered to me because the package was damaged. This means that amazon updates the tracking status wrongly.
    I was told to place the order again. I did it on the 1st of june'18. I did it. Again, amazon has failed to deliver it on the promised date and tracking is updated incorrectly saying the "the address is incorrect."
    I spoke to the customer care again and the representative agreed that the tracking is incorrect.
    So basically, i have been trying to get a microwave delivered from the past 1 month.
    Amazon - i have a suggestion, please ensure transparency with the customer. We trust you. Please don't make us regret it. Wrong tracking information can be a case once in a while and not twice in a row. This is clearly a fishy case.

      Hello i had booked jbl e15 headset from amazon with order number[protected] the amazon has billed the invoice with jbl headset but i got fake headset the courier from amazon is sealed but after opening it i got a opened box and fake headset of moto i was eagerly waiting for my headphones but amazon has did this wrong thing i need jbl headphones only i don't need amount i can go to consumer forum with proofs i need the delivery tomorrow only that to jbl e15 headset only...

        I had bought 100% success business studies and i have returned it already. But i haven't received refund. I have also consult bob home branch by giving reference no by amazon i. E 74332748138813727799222. But branch says didn't received. And amazon says it already had refunded to bank. If i will receive my refund then i will take legal action.
        I order mobile from amazon amount 13990 rs dated[protected] from emi option of bajaj finance,
        but after 1 hour my order got cancel and i talked to the bajaj customer care he said that from our side your loan is approved so why amazon cancle my order

              Realme1 oppo purchased on amazon with exchange offer on it.. After taking full payment saying scarch on mobile so rejected my order.. Hence if display or mobile not working condition they can reject it... Refund will take 10days time. Till then i can purchase from other stores.. Who will bear interest. Time.. Etc..                 I purchased a ucb mens printed shirt on 1st april 2018, making online payment of rs 1039. However, the size didn't fit me for which i returned the shirt to amazon collection agent on 7th april 2018.

                However, it has been 3 months and countless calls to the customer care for refunding my money back. All my requests have gone to deaf ears and a seemingly incompetent customer care and amazon's stakeholders.

                I hope the council takes appropriate action against amazon.

                  I had bought an item from amazon.in last month. I did not like the product and therefore placed a return request from the application. I kept on receiving text messages from the company saying keep the item ready for pickup and that the pickup would be done today. For many days i was receiving such messages but the item never got picked up. When the contacted the customer service to know what has happened, they said that the return has expired. I was shocked because i had placed the return request well in time. Just because it did not get picked up on time the return got expired. I was infuriated and so i again contacted the customer service and said that this has been a miss on their part and not because of me. They are now asking me to self-return the item by dropping it off to their warehouse. This is not what the customers expect from the e-commerce company that they deal with. There is a reason the customers resort to buying products online otherwise they can always go to the malls for their shopping. I have a relentless work schedule and now i have to go through all this hassle to return an item which did not get picked up due to a fault of the company courier service. I am sure after this incident i am never going to buy anything from amazon now. Really disappointed and frustrated.

                    I have ordered my iphone x on 12th may and also paid 85000 via debit card, its been now 29-30 days and still they didn't gave a positive response and even they lost the package which they aren't able to track..
                    I have already contacted them 4 times but they just keep on saying sir wait for 24-48 hrs u will get message regarding your new product or replacement.. But still now satisfactory answer came...
                    I'm really looking forward that this would help me out. And i have some call recordings and other proofs...

                    P. S: im attaching 2 screenshots in which you can clearly see the order date as well as the payment confirmation with mastercard

                      With reference to order no.[protected] i was booked 3 containers of 200ml kasamrit of red paper container, but amazon company delivered me 6 containers of 100ml kasamrit of green paper container, this is wrong product to me, it is requested that same product may please be returned or replaced immediately.
                      Amazon company do misbehave with me and it is wrong as per human right,

                        I ordered iphone 6 for my mother as a gift for mother’s day on may 21, 2018 and it says delivered at their website on may 25 but i never received it. I sent them an email on may 26 and told them that i never received ot, they said that sometime courier marked as delivered so just wait for 2 days. I sent them another email on may 29 and they said they are investigating from courier and will get back to me in 2 days. Nobody called me, then again i contacted them and this time they said that i will either get my refund or replacement by june 3. Nothing happened, contacted again and they said wait until june 7. I sent them another email on june 7 for around 500 words this time as i was so frustrated with their customer service and this time they said provide an alternative contact number and investigation is still going on until june 13 now. I clearly told them in my last mail that i can’t wait any longer and want my money back.

                        Now, they are saying that there investigation shows that the product was delivered but didn’t gave me any proof. I have never received the the phone and I can’t pay 25000 for the item which I never received. Everytime I send an lengthy email, I get a 1 line response that they can’t do anything. I am so frustrated right now with this company. I want to file case against them.

                          I ordered cap on 6 june, today i got my order, they delivered me damaged item, the cap was ripped from place to place.
                          1. Cap was ripped from the front.
                          2. Cap was ripped from skull.
                          It was very disappointing, they already dealy the product, when i got my product, they delivered damaged item, it was mentioned on the site that the order will deliver within 1 day

                              I tried this on my account out of curiosity and then my account got locked for security purposes.
                              I explained the situation to amazon account specialist via an email reply which i got from amazon which read as follows
                              "hello,

                              There was a problem processing your order. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.

                              You can help us resolve this issue by replying to this message with the billing name, address, and phone number registered to your card. Please reply from the email address registered to your amazon.com account.

                              I also wrote an email to [protected]@amazon.com but still got no reply.

                              I also have an amount of around 8200 inr in my amazon pay balance but my account got locked rendering it useless.

                              I tried this method for educational purposes only and not for any fraud or theft. I even explained this to amazon representative but i didn't get a positive reply. I need a proper response from them about my account and please unblock my account so at least i can use my balance

                                I have ordered a shark fin for car from amazon with order #[protected] and i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process 29th itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in which can take 5-6 business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance nothing of that short has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 5271862853236491204056. Attached is the email from the amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                                  Hi i am jainendra, when i am calling to amazon india customer care number on #+[protected] at 06/06/2018 at 8.27 am then they are asking 10 digit register mobile number for call back, but after getting 10 digit register number they are cutting the call. After cut the call i was waiting for call back from amazon but i have not received, i have to try to contact customer care so many time but unable to connect. Due to this i have face mental and wealth loss, i was trying to connect regarding order #[protected].

                                    I purches mobile from amazon india.. Its faluty peace and i complaint d customer care of amazon and they ready to give replacement then i send faulty mobile on dt 6/6/2018 to amazon.. They will not send my replacment mobile till date.. Many times i called customer service but they not care about it many times they commit mi wrong. And till they not dispatch my mobile

                                      I ordered the above product and expected to be delivered by 31.05.2018. But still not delivered. Contacted customer care many times. Kindly make it deliver. It was ordered on 11.05.2018. It is highly negligence and unacceptable. The courier person called me telling he cannot deliver the product. I have to collect it.

                                        1. On 25th april 2018, i have ordered a royal oak saphire solid king size bed with storage from amazon online shopping. While proceeding with the order, it was available only on pre-mayment.

                                        2. Trusting amazon, made a online payment of rs 38000/ and waited for the expected delivery date of 11th to 15th may 2018.

                                        3. Amazon didn't delivered the bed till 15th may. On 15th may, i called to customer care and asked for the location of the bed and expected delivery date. Amazon couldn't give me any information about the bed.

                                        4. On 18th may, called amazon and enquired about the bed. Amazon couldn't give any information. It compelled me to cancel the order and requested to refund the amount 38000/ at the earliest.

                                        5. Till today, 45th day since i made the payment, amazon didn't refund my amount. I have requested amazon several times by calling / email to return the amount at the earliest.

                                        6. The worst online shopping experience i had ever. Never expected that amazon will cheat me like this.
