I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 258809 I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    I had ordered for biba suit 1199 from amazon which was big in size. Had requested for return it had reached the warehouse and it was mentioned by the rep of amazon that it will 3 business days for amount to be refunded. I was waiting kept on calling them after 3 working days they had mentioned it will take some more time. After a week on chat helpline rep mentioned thar product they have received is faulty so refund cannot be initiated. I called to ask regarding refund he is saying that product is faulty refund cannot be send. I said alright when i have send you the incorrect stuff please return me the same or send me the pic. As per them thry donot have that stuff with them so they cannot send me back that faulty shoes. Amazon now wants to make money by stealing money of the customers. This is heights from this kind of the company to do this kind unprofessional. They are theives who are sitting over there.

    Had booked movie tickets through paytm and had cancelled the same. Cancellation was confirmed by their representatives over the phone several times and also on email. However they dint process any refund for this transaction saying we have redeemed the tockets and we have watched the show. Wherease we havent attended the show.

    Wish to file a complain against paytm for this

      This is to bring in light serious malpractice done by your pickup delivery staff or i can say deliberately guided by management of amazon india so that customer misses return date.

      This is third time i have faced problem while returning item to amazon

      This time is with said order number in subject.

      I had scheduled return pick up on 27th may 2018 from 13:00-19:00..
      This guy agaent from pickup team calls me at 12:00 to just say that he had visited my place but no one opened up.
      Today 27th being a sunday
      Every family member were present now how he can claim no one is there secondly if time is scheduled for 13:00-19:00 then why he calls at 12:00? I get rescheduling message.

      I told him to come between sechduled time. But then i get message that pickup has been cancelled.

      Now what soup is been created by your agents?? Because of your incompetency and lack of proper training to your agents why am i suffering???

      So till then you don't pick up i won't get my refund!!?
      I want my refund to be processed within two days.
      And by third day if i don't get refund i will forward to consumer forum.

        When i reached out to customer care they say it is out for delivery but they don't have delivery person number.

        I got a sms with a number to contact delivery person says he is not responsible for delivering in our area.

          I had ordered elge wet grinder on 13 th may and cancelled the order on 15th may the value of amount is 5935. My name is anbalaghan and my mobile number is [protected]. Problem with amazon. Please refund my money.

            I'm your prime member and order one pair of shoe on 20th of may and estimated delivery was 24th of may. Paid through debit card.
            24th may: we forgot your package at warehouse. We'll deliver by tomorrow.
            25th : i told wait 15min (Office address) but he denied and talked very rudely. I called cc. They said we'll deliver it till 5. But nothing has happened. I again give a call and again they felt sorry and commited for next day.
            26th: no delivery. I called again and company has same story again. And told me wait for more 3 days and compensating with one more extended prime service (Quite funny).

                Order no. #[protected] which delivered but not in with all accesories and used so as a conversation overphone with your executive who confirmed about replacement of ordered where she never told it's send myself
                I am sorry to knew it, i want to know the reason p
                But no product picked up by you never. So i should passed away from amazon. But i will intimate every one of my circle about the service of amazon
                I am also sorry to say that i am not able to do arrange the self return. I don't understand whether al company like flipcart, snapdeal etc. Can pick up there product then why amazon only cannot arrange that. But i surely given information to all my known circle about the service with amazon prime consumer as they alert from this.

                  I have canceled the order from amazon and they said they have refunded my money back but it didn't reflect on my account. They said it must due poor bank updates and this is some main issue for me. This purchase was done in 21st may 2018 and canceled on that day they have refund on the next day itself but not credited in my bank account. Please contact me for account number and reference number.

                    I purchased a one plus phone online and also to get the preferential services the prime membership. But i regret to write that the delivery was not made on time as promised. Despite my contacting your customer care and the amazon delivery at chandigarh, i was not able to get the required help. The services at amazon delivery at chandigarh was empathetic. The concerned person did not pick up my calls deliberately. I had to remain in my house for the full day on account of this delivery as i was alone in my house. Resultantly, i left with no other alternative to cancel my order as well as prime membership. Very upset and disappointed with the service from amazon the world renowned company. Hope the necessary steps would be initiated in this regard.

                      I have ordered under armour men's ua charged ultimate tr 2.0 ultra blue and glacier grey multisport training shoes - 10 uk/india (45 eu) and seller cancelled the order with reason which i get to know from customer support that they have given more discount on that item. Was that my fault i had paid in advance. I want my order to be delivered as i had also not received the payment yet

                        I bought a single mattress online from amazon by paying rs 3500 from my credit card online. But the size of mattress is not compatible with bed. So i requested for exchange but the vendor springwel is asking for rs 2500 more, 1000 the differential amount and rs 1500 unreasonable logistic charges. Vendor springwel is even not willing to return the mattress and refund my money. It is really disturbing that vendor springwel is acting like a dictator and cheater and amazon is unable to do anything. We have bought the product on the reliability of amazon and a to z security.

                          I have ordered this product on 7th may 2018 through cod from amazon.in, i received the product yesterday, but when i opened the box there was no item inside it. I complaint to customer care about the incident and i was advised to return the item and initiate pick up. The pick up was scheduled today, and when the delivery agent came to my house for pick up, he talked to the amazon customer care. They said to cancel the pick up now. They will investigate the matter and let me know later. I have paid the cod order through my debit card swipe.in yesterday's telephonic conversation they said to reurn the box and they will refund the amount. But today they cancelled my return pick up.

                                    I delivered an american tourister casual backpack through one day delivery . The delivery boy came down my apartment and started convincing me to come downstairs from the fourth floor.Does amazon deliver at the doorstep or on the road. The delivery boy denied his duty to come upstairs and delivery at my home. I denied to go downstairs as i was fasting in the holy month of ramadan. On calling the delivery boy was rude and using rough language. I called amazon customer care and discussed my issue. I was told that i will receive my parcel from another the courier the same day . I waited for about 6 hrs then before 9 pm i contacted the customer service again . I was promised that i will receive the parcel before 9 pm. I didn't receive the parcel and after 9 pm i contacted the customer service and was promised that the parcel would get delivered before 10 pm. I didn't receive any. And then contacted again the only words they could say was that they apologise and i will receive the product the next day. So who is responsible for the inconvinience caused to me? What was the point of opting for one day delivery if i were to receive the product after two days. Amazon has the worst delivery service. The delivery boy named Vijendra was so rude in language. Amazon think their company is very big and don't know that what a single customer can do.Worst company ever.

                                      I had bought amazon prime on 21 may since i had to purchase the one plus6 mobile on amazon.in on 21 may 2018 based on delivery date mentioned on the website i. E 22 may 2018 at the time of ordering. They changed the delivery date to 23 may 2018 and delivered the mobile box in an open state. The mobile box was opened when they delivered the same mentioning that they can deliver the mobile only after opening the box. On reaching out to amazon customer service for both matters the only response given was we are sorry and one of their customer service agent offered 1 month amazon prime subscription free which i refused to accept. The purpose of buying the mobile was to gift the same to my daughter on 22 may which was missed while i had promised her the same. Also since the mobile box was opened and delivered i could not give it to her as a gift leaving me in an embarrassed in the eyes of my own family. This has affected me on a personal front and am feeling cheated by amazon india.

                                        I have bought the oneplus 6 whose order number is #[protected] using a sbi debit card. So as far mentioned in the website one who uses oneplus fast af card will get rs.1000 cashback. Also one who buys using sbi debit card gets rs. 2000 cashback. As of now i neither have got back any of the cash back...in total of all i need rs. 3000 cashback as soon as possible.
